My accounts have been suspended by Twitter and after numerous attempts to ask why and even have the post they claim is ‘Harassment’ Twitter is either taking their sweet time looking at the appeals or they don’t give a damn and will not lift the suspension regardless of how many appeals. I even want to DEACTIVATE my accounts and can’t even do that with a Suspension. What can one do when Twitter thinks they are JUDGE and JURY for everything and the lack of response on their part. I do believe Twitter allows for MANY Double Standards, only when it benefits them and not their members. Give people a chance to appeal and use your service again! I was locked out of my account May 16, 2018 for violating ‘Rules and Policies,’ of which they never mentioned the violation. I had to sign up for a new account, to be able to get unlocked. However, each time I’d log in, Twitter didn’t allow me to access my page. Each of those accounts, they never let me type in my own username, they did it for me and gave me whatever name, they even placed my email address where my name was supposed to be. To make a long story short. I signed up for four different accounts, and each time I’d try to log in they wouldn’t let me log the f^ck in. Sorry for the profanity, but this was very frustrating. Oh, and I must have also given six different passwords, and even the passwords weren’t satisfactory. Oh, Twitter made sure we, the people weren’t robots, questioning me to death with those stupid caches, but maybe, just maybe they could be bots. There are two accounts @TheBhaktSlayer and @TheBhaktSlayer_ who have been boasting that they are blocking anti-communists using mass reporting. The boasts can be seen on their posts. The pages are ONLY for reporting the boasting. This is a form of harassment of a specific community and people with a certain view.
As a lawyer and former investigator with United Nations the very fact that they know how many people reported shows that they are using mass fake Ids to report.
The prompt action by Twitter India is also an indication that there maybe someone in Twitter India who is collaborating with this venture with anti-national anti-Hindu intent. A mere analysis of the blocked IDs may show who in twitter India has been at it regularly or even whether the handles are stationed inside twitter India – which is also quite possible.

My definition of customer service is not to be thrown around in a que, receive e-mails that we can’t be helped and not be able to discuss a very critical issue with a live person. If I knew my party’s extension I would call them. Being that extensions are not posted nor are names listed that is kind of impossible. I have searched high and low for resolution with no success.
Nothing is more frustrating than trying to communicate with twitter!!! They won’t let my daughter or I close my daughter’s account. An account that was opened for her, never been used. Not a single tweet. It was closed over a year ago but is still up. Why is it still up???

I do not have access to my old email I actually got a hold of someone who works at yahoo and they said that my account is gone , and there is no possible way to make it come back this is ridiculous. I need to get into my twitter and using the email cannot b the only way!!!!

I am so dissappointed in twitter. I call and leave message after message and never get a response. I need someone to contact me by phone. My next step is the newspaper and news station. I can’t believe your poor customer service. Richard, Mike or Christopher please contact me.
Twitter should be shut down. They allow underage pictures of children in tweets offering them for sale. The pictures and users have been reported multiple times and not removed.
Case# 04709768: Abusive user – ITS_PYNE_TIME ref:00DA0000000K0A8.500G000000SWXOG:ref. This user has been harassing my son, Brendan Pyne, a minor, for several months. This is a very clear, undeniable case of cyberbullying of a minor, and we appreciate Twitter taking the correct steps to stop such criminal activity.
Your Twitter Rules state that “User abuse and technical abuse are not tolerated on Twitter.com, and may result in permanent suspension. Any accounts engaging in the activities specified below may be subject to permanent suspension.” Further, Twitter Rules state, “Targeted Abuse: You may not engage in targeted abuse or harassment. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be targeted abuse or harassment are: . . . if the sole purpose of your account is to send abusive messages to others; if the reported behavior is one-sided or includes threats.”
It is abundantly clear that the account in question, which uses Brendan’s name (i.e. “NOT_BRENDAN_PYNE” (ITS_PYNE_TIME)”) and photos has no purpose but to harass him. A very quick reading of the posts shows they consist solely of offensive and harassing language and messages, including personal details about Brendan (such as a reference to his father’s position at IMG and Brendan’ school activities), which could not be interpreted as referring to any other person. The posts are all one-sided and harassing and abusive. Such a clear violation of your Twitter Rules should be removed immediately.
Lastly, it is important that you take action on this request very soon. While these posts have existed for some time, the new school year and football season have caused a series of people interested in Brendan to discover this material and ask new questions about it. These people and questions, though innocent, are perpetuating the abuse as if it is happening all over again. That is the key reason we are making a request that you take action now. Failure to take action perpetuates the problem, which has become intolerable.

What’s the point of having support for issues with Twitter when nobody answers you?
My company has e-mailed you 6 or more times in the last few months explaining that we have a major problem with our live the dare @tweeter. No one has contacted us, which is extremely negligent. On 2011 our Web master James set up all accounts and apparently someone has hacked into and is using it sporadically. We found out because we have not been able to get access to our account for months. They changed passwords and e-mail to be able to reset it. Our web site is linked as well as our facebook and instagram. Our web site Live The Dare goes live tonight at midnight and we need help in getting this fixed. We need to be able to tweet and maintain a log for our company. We would greatly appreciate it if someone would contact us. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Why do you not have a number for businesses to contact you about a problem, but you want us to pay for Marketing of more followers.
Next, your site keeps putting up a block when I post breaking news. You do not want us to post it so you block me. I am Breaking News Journal and BNJ Global. That is what we do is post new stories, retweet important ones. I would like someone in your IT Dept. to contact me. 702.260.XXXXX
My daughter has a large amount of followers on twitter. She’s a minor and I have it set from the beginning to be notifity when anyone followers her , anyone messages her and so on. A few weeks ago I got sent a message from twitter that because of the large amount of emails I was receive from me the smart system is now on and no longer going to be sending me the email this is for my convenience and if I wanted to continue recieving the email I will need to change the set back. (Which I did) and I still not getting the email.
Twitter has know made it very difficult to monitor my daughter account.
My question: I don’t understand why twitter will not allow a parent to monitor a minor account.
I’ve sent message after message about this.
