I hope all is well with you and yours. I decided to sign up for your service against my better judgement for various reasons, with no intentions of doing harm or using it against others, more for personal information, and my future business. I discovered last night while using my computer at work on my dashboard that more, much more! reports had been run than I or my Nephew had done, I extended him an invite but he hasn’t even used the service yet. I’ve got a problem with stalking and harassment and they or someone has gained information on people I know! to use against me! I’ve only done 5 reports, but it’s a total of 24 the last time I checked. I went back and forth with one of your Reps, I tried to relay the urgency in finding out who could have ran those reports and I requested a list of the people the reports had been requested on! These individuals have harmed people and might again! but I went back and forth with Mr. Hermosa, to no avail! I read your policy, and it appears that nothing can be done! But I can’t totally believe that if for no other reason than to protect yourselves and your company! I’ve lost people and part of my life due to these individuals, all because they’re trying to protect themselves and their family! and to hell with everything and everyone else! I tried it didn’t work I’m moving forward with my life and I’m not with the God I serve and who helps me to survive and keep going! I’m not going to allow satan to ruin my life any longer! I pleaded with your Mr. Hermosa for his help! so I’m not going to worry or be responsible any longer for what might occur! they took from me the only person on this earth who loved me unconditionally, was my best friend and understood me! even when she had her stroke and was laying in a bed totally defenseless, she never stopped loving me! because that’s what Mothers who are precious gifts from God Do! and although I have been educated by the best and worse! I would be lying if I said I didn’t miss her kind face and beautiful smile, and comforting hugs! be careful what you say out loud, or share with supposed friends, and family! it’s a betrayal that cuts to the core! and no I’m not perfect never claimed to be, just a Christian trying to survive in a cold and uncaring world! where nothing seems to matter anymore accept what you have, and where you live, and how much money you make! I signed up for their service, paid with a credit card and after completing this I went to their site to check on myself, well nothing about me was correct, wrong full name, wrong address, people I never heard of were listed as being related to me. Have notified them to cancel my membership/agreement, reverse the charge to my credit card and requested a confirming email this is and has been accomplished, will see how this works out so I don’t have to take them to both the New York State and Federal Attorney General/s office.
Was billed for months I did not ask for. Just sent my complaint to a THIRD address to get the refund they promised last May. Fingers crossed……but not hopeful.
I was scammed by been verified too… got the 1 dollar deal then cancelled it. I have my cancellations notice to prove it was cancelled but they still won’t give me my money back… I got lots of excuses but no help…. I NEED TO SPEAK TO YOUR LEGAL REPRESENTATION ASAP!!! Your service agreement was violated, thus VIOLATING my rights. My family is in physical DANGER. Because of my job my location is always hidden. I have emailed and called many times. No one in customer service can interact it seems. They can only read from a script. I need to speak to someone who knows what they’re doing (preferably the legal dept) NOW! My attorney wants info from this company, wants this “link” to my personal data removed and this all must be addressed in the legal arena. Contacting FTC also.
I ordered the $1 service. I cancelled and was still charged. When I spoke to a supervisor on the phone he called the $1deal a$1scam. Seems to me that’s what it is also. Ive emailed the company several times asking for my refund but no one has even answered my email.im hoping that someone will respond to this matter
