8/20/23 Stopped at Richville location because the phone was busy when I tried to call at 6:15 P.M. At 6:35 P.M. I was told that they were about to close. Open sign still on, phone laying off the hook so that no one could call in orders. This is the 2nd time this has happened, Its no wonder you have to close early when you take the phone off so you can’t get orders and then are rude to customers when they walk in. If the open sign is on, you should still be taking orders.

I’m 65 yrs. old and grew up on Your Pizza Shop Pizza in Wooster,Ohio. I loved walking in and going for the shelf that they told us what number it was. I don’t remember when they closed down but it was a huge disappointment. Now we have another one, it started out a little rocky but have this man and wife team turned it around. They do a great job and a lot of people are talking about how good it is. We had a family get together not long ago and it was a hit. We will continue to support this establishment. Thank you.

Someone really needs to look into and audit the New Philadelphia branch! Ever since the new (manager Ryan Enos) took over, this place has went down hill! He doesn’t clarify his workers wages when hired on purpose so that he can keep more of their money. I have had kids and friends work here for him and has been predictable each person that their checks are very incorrect and very low balled! Each time his response is the same, oh sorry I was looking at a different persons time! I know at least 7 people who have worked their this year alone and they all have the same story/issue! Since majority of the workers are kids he gets away with it because he does not give out paystubs. This is not right or professional! This place needs audited and should not be able to do their own payroll as it is run right now. What he is doing by law is very illegal and can call for very big and negative consequences! As for him letting his step daughter be in charge when he is not there, this is wrong too! She comes for a month then quits for a month! She will come back for a month and then quit for another month. She is very unethical and unprofessional to the employees and sometimes even in front of customers. She manipulates workers because of her “step dad” being the boss. She tries to bully everyone so badly until they quit! This and the theft of their own paychecks is why they have problems keeping people and hiring people! This town talks and everyone knows everyone. A piece of chicken was dropped on the floor last week and still picked up and out right into the dryer in front of Emma (Ryan’s step daughter) ! They are only still in business because of all the money they keep stealing from the employees paychecks! No one wants to work here! BBB is next!
