Your worker in Reno on So Viginis St is always rude. She is an older Latino woman with false eyelashes and face mask. EVERY time I go there, she says I will have to wait awhile. Today, no one was in the restaurant. But she serviced the guy behind me first with a huge TO GO order. Told me the register was down then disappears in the back to do drive through orders. Says nothing as she walks away. I had to ask the cooks if they were going to take my order? I was on lunch break. A different lady rang me up. The first woman ALWAYS makes me wait. Her service is horrible. Once a man came in wanting some water to take medication. She refused to give him any. She wanted to charge him for a drink. He had a cup. He offered her a dollar. She refused it. No water! Just argumentative with everyone. I like your food but she makes Jimboys a misery.
Jimboys, which is one of a few corps you have, by the way congrats on that. 🙂 I am a business owner myself and have been going to jimboys for almost 30 years. Lastly, I have seen a decreased quality at your 29thst location.
ex: last seven orders have been wrong. I won’t leave a negative review nor do I want any kind of compensation. Just please fix this location.

Your restaurants are filthy and your employees wipe their noses before taking your money and handling food. As of Feb 1, 2020 I will never visit another Jim Boys Tacos.
Just found out that Jimboy’s is no longer doing the Marsala Veggie Tacos. What a shame, those were the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. I’m vegetarian/vegan as is most of my family and we loved going to Jimboy’s in Cameron Park, last nite they told me corporate has discontinued the Marsala items. Both the Folsom and Cameron Park Jimboy’s have told me several times that the Marsala tacos sold very well, so their discontinuance is a puzzle. In any event, we will no longer go to Jimboy’s. Nor will several other relatives of mine who go because of the vegetarian menu items. Del Taco is now carrying tacos using the plant based meat substitute Impossible, the Impossible burgers are delicious so we will start buying tacos from Del Taco in Folsom. Big mistake, Jimboy’s Corporate.
I have been going to Jimboy’s at 3280 s Virginia for 3 years now & this morning at about 9:45, a worker checked my hundred dollar bill..no issue there. Then another worker comes to check it. The first worker was extremely rude when I asked what the issue was. I went in & told her that she was really rude. At that, she began cussing at me & yelling. I will NEVER spend another dime at Jimboy’s thanks to the horrible workers there this morning
I was friend of Dave Steinhardt in 1977 when he did the 1st TV commercial for Jim Boy’s Tacos. His daughter Stephanie (age 1) was to say, ‘Tacos’ when the camera panned to her at the end of the commercial. She did not, but my daughter Julie did. After a few tries the cameraman suggested changing kids. Dave did and my daughter was in that commercial. I would love to get a copy of that commercial if possible. I have stopped a what I recall were Dave’s locations and have been told that Dave is still the owner. Is there any chance I can get a copy of that commercial ? My daughter is now 43 and it would make a great birthday present.
