I love the contacts but, what I am having a problem with is doing the rebate on Line. When I went to scan it and to send it you do not take the type the pdf file so my co-worker tried to do it on her phone and it would not take due to the picture of the rebate ect. was to big. I worked on this for an hour and half and still unable to send. What happed to the day that when you were just able to send it by mail.
I received a statement from Social Security that states I may have a 401 K from 2001 valued at $17,360. I should contact B& L Employee Benefits Administration Committee. I have been unable to reach anyone after calling several numbers. The statement says I should include a copy of this notice when I contact the plan administrator which I have unable to do. At the time of employment my name was Daun E Biehl and the plan number is 16-0345235-010. How can I contact the correct person? I intend to Keep calling until this is resolved.
