I was unaware that Birch Lane is part of Wayfair. I quit buying from Wayfair because their shipper, FedEx, has lost too many of my orders. No more Wayfair and no more Birch Lane. They also lost my current order so I am done with both of these useless companies.
I ordered and paid for a chair (that folds into a bed) in February, with a scheduled May delivery date. I checked the tracking number yesterday and found the item is now backordered, with August as the earliest delivery! No-one even bothered to inform me of this! I bought the chair because of houseguests we’re expecting in July, so this delivery date does me absolutely no good. I never would ordered from you if I knew the truth. And Birch Lane refuses to cancel the order or move up the delivery date. This is wrong, and you know it. I can’t order from somewhere else because my money is tied up with you. I’m 72 and I don’t need this crap! Make it right.

Do you do contractor discounts without having to go through Wayfair?
I had scheduled the delivery of my new sofa bed for today between 7-11 am. I had confirmed the delivery date previously, and traveled 2 hours awaiting my shipment. I received a phone call at 8:06 stating that they had to reschedule my delivery because they did not having enough room on the truck. The dimensions of the sofa are 29” H x 85” W x 40” D. weight.. 201 lbs. How could this be overlooked? Just a bit upset that I wasted 2 hours traveling to be called an hour after delivery should have started. If you confirm delivery week prior then deliver as promised.
I’m a first time customer of 2 different items in which I am definitely NOT happy with , my chair looks like a child’s size chair!!!!!!! My $500 bench I ordered which I seen listed elsewhere for $189 is also small for what I paid and the material on the bench is crooked! WOW !
