Sounds like we should take them to small claims court I just bought mine last year and it was after 2018 and they worked and paid for extra monitoring so if they closed how are they still working why are they being sold and who the hell is taking are money?law suit for sure
Ok sorry to hear that. I haven’t used it in over 2 years I was just trying to find footage from my child’s camera needed it for my attorney but thank you anyway.

Service and app has been crappy for years. Down to one camera that was working (out of … I can’t even count how many) but it seems you have gone out of business, no phone #, no website, no app, cameras don’t work….Tons of people on your facebook page asking for information….Not a word, no reply what so ever. Have the common courtesy and respect to put a post on your facebook page (hasn’t been a post since 2018!) and send out an email to all of your screwed over customers that you have gone out business as everyone thinks. Oh, and people can still buy these and supposedly still taking peoples monthly fee, that is just horrible.

Zero Support. Their phone numbers are even dis-connected. Do not buy this product.
Nicely designed product, but the app doesn’t always work and there is NO support!! I would be good to either step up and start supporting what you have sold everyone, or just close the doors already! Or how about making your product manageable on other security software. That way you won’t have to support what you obviously can’t do!

Hi My name is Marty Oates XXX Miller ln Los Banos calif 93635 I bought the Guardzilla model G Z 1OOW last year in Nevada brought it home and installed it above the garage it worked up until this week May 10 2020 I had trouble accessing the app and when i checked the camera it was hotter then hell i unpluged the plug took the camera down only to find the top of the camera was brown and burnt and melted I have had this camera for less then a year what will you do for Me it could have burn My house down
