Went to the location in Gainesville,Ga. Have been on many occasions and had the same waitress. Took her 5 min plus to take our drink order. Then brought 2 drinks as they were out of the 3rd drink requested. After 10 min the third drink was brought. We placed our order. One order was 15 wings 1 flavor, another order was 15 wings 2 flavors, the last order was a hamburger. It took almost an hour to get our food. It came out with all the wings on one plate. Not on two separate plates, so the individuals had to share. I personally do not like the flavors the other individual ordered and asked for a manager as this has never happened before. The manager came out and said that is our policy and that is how we always serve our wings. If people order wings they are all served on the same tray and you share off the tray. We tried to explain it’s never happened before and asked when it changed. She said that’s our policy and I am not arguing with you. My husband spoke up and said don’t get a damn attitude with me because the person doesn’t like their flavors mixed with something they don’t eat. She said I will pay for the meal get you a box and you can leave because you won’t cuss me. He said you won’t get rude either and don’t worry about the box and we got up and left. What happens if someone is allergic to something like lemons or Parmesan or something else and you’re creating contact contamination. Also the food was cold because it took an hour to get the food to the table.

Opelika, Alabama… Stereotypical redneck, country, dirty, bad management, poor service, small portions, off duty “cops” as security, loud bad music, nasty bathrooms. Screams hole in the wall. Avoid and find something else. Beer and wings are everywhere. Save your time and money!

On Tuesday night at approximately 10:50pm I went to the Wild Wings in Greenville SC on Woodruff Rd. This is the 3rd time in a row where I had to seat myself after waiting almost 10minutes for a Hostess. After seating myself she comes out back and says that they are serving at the bar only. I leave table and go to bar, where I’m then told that the kitchen closed early. Mind you that is not the 1st time the kitchen was closed well before closing. I don’t have that issue during the daytime visits, only at night. So the kitchen is always closing early, and the hostesses allow customers to wait approximately 10mins before even being greeted. The 2x before I actually went to get the Hostess myself whom I found huddled at the station near the bathrooms in the back laughing and speaking with coworkers. I’m all for having a good time at work, but the customer experience comes first.

Yesterday I went to WWC in Aiken SC for lunch with a friend. We were seated at 1 pm, Ingram, our waitress took our drink order, fifteen minutes later she returned with a coke and water. Then, poof, gone. Came over ten minutes later for an appetizer order, we ordered the cheese sticks. It’s about 130 pm by now, and tells us the apps will be right out, then poof, gone. Did not ask for our order. At about five minutes to two, the appetizers came out with no plates, served by a different waitress. Not even a bit of pleasantry’s, just dropped the cheese sticks and was gone. We had to ask for plates, now Ingram asks what our order will be. We ordered two plates of wings, a six piece, and a fifteen piece, and onion rings. Now mind you,we have been here since one pm, and now, almost an hour later our order is being taken. There was a table in front of us, with two couples that were seated after us, they had there drinks and lunch before we were even giving our order. While we were waiting, Ingram came by several times to tell us our order will be right out. I asked what was the delay, since there were only four tables with customers, it was explained to me that they have new kitchen help, and she had to stand over them to make sure they were cooking the meals properly. I was surprised to hear that, as every time I looked around, all the waitresses were at the bars service section talking, or looking at there phone. This was once a wonderful place to stop and grab lunch, watch a game, grab an adult beverage, not anymore. The attitudes of the workers are horrible. So, our meal comes out, and we reminded Ingram of the onion rings, she goes back inside to check, comes out and tells us they were not dropped yet. When we finally received the onion rings we were done with our meal, so they went home with us. I believe you have a serious management problem, or no management at all, I didn’t see anyone, usually someone comes by and says hello, how is everything. That didn’t happen here. I will not recommend your restaurant to anyone if asked.

I had lunch yesterday at the WWC in Aiken, S.C. May I say what a disappointment it was. Was seated at 1 pm, gave our drink order to Ingram, 5 minutes later another waitress came for our drink order. We explained that we just gave it to another waitress and could see the look of disdain on her face. 10 minutes later we got our drinks, a coke and water. 130pm, Ingram came for our appetizer order, that came out twenty minutes later, cheese sticks with no app. plates. We asked for them and finally got them. Before we could give our main dish order, Ingram was gone. 215 pm we gave our order, a six piece wing order, and a fifteen piece wing order, and onion rings. People at another table that were sat after us, already had there food, and there were four of them. Our order came out at 240 pm, we had to remind Ingram of the onion rings. When I asked what happened it was explained to me that there was new kitchen help. Everything with our experience that could have gone wrong did. I hesitate to go back. All servers were taking there time, checking their personal phones, and no management to be found. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this time I had to do it. This was the evening of June 27, 2022. I am a Charleston local and loyal to WW. I was eating at the one downtown my whole life and shed a tear when it closed.

Keep in mind that there were only 5 or 6 tables in the whole restaurant and 3 servers that I saw. I understand being short staffed and we are patient people.
Our server flat out did not want to take care of us. We waited over an hour on food and bar drinks that never came out. The server blatantly ignored us. The hostess felt bad and took our drink order, when the server did come to take our food order all she said was “okay”. Not “hello, are you ready to order”, nothing even remotely polite. Other tables came, were served, ate and left in the time we were waiting. We were a party of 6 and we walked out.
I visit the Pooler location every time I visit Savannah and am looking forward to the Summerville location opening. But will never step foot in North Charleston again.

I come to wild wings 6 days a week, I spend a ton of money each week. My girlfriend who was a host and getting no hours decided to quit the Johnson city location. She still joins me because she enjoys the wings but is asked to leave every time she enters the place even though I am purchasing her meal. Is this how to treat a patron

I’ve always enjoyed Wild Wing Cafe but I will NOT be eating there again. I tried to call the Bluffton, SC restaurant about a question my nephew had about an item on the menu before we placed a “To Go” order. I’m a former waitress and bartender so I know what it’s like when a restaurant gets busy. However, I called 3 times and nobody answered the phone and we let it ring at least 20 times. Thinking we’d call the Hilton Head, SC location and order from them instead, we attempted multiple times to get a call to go through. Nobody picked up there either! It was 5:00 on a Tuesday! They’re website says they’re open 11am-2am. My nephew then Googled the corporate office and we tried that number. Their directory system gave us 4 different options and we tried all 4. No matter which number you picked, a robot said “There is no one at this number to take your call. Goodbye” and we were disconnected. Seriously, FIX THE F$&@$&g PHONES! Either get functioning phone lines or train the staff to actually answer the ringing phone! We were ordering food for 14 people and ended up spending over $200 at a BBQ place instead.

So this has happened to me twice now. I have had wings delivered from the Wild Wing Cafe in Spartanburg South Carolina twice now through Doordash, and both times were terrible. No fault to Doordash, the food was delivered on time and was still warm. But I didn’t realize what I was going to receive was chicken bones with a bit of meat on them. The first time I let it slide because I thought it may be due to the chicken wing shortage. But now, after I have had no issues with other wing restaurants I’m starting to wonder. I just have to say is there any quality control at this restaurant when it comes to delivery orders. I’m sure it’s not the same food that is served in the restaurant, if so I guarantee it would be sent back. Regardless of whether or not I eat in the restaurant or not I should be served the same food. I’m still spending my money at the restaurant. Not sure what can be done about this. I have already gotten my money back. But I used to love eating here. But if this is what I will get from now on I will direct my business elsewhere.

I am sitting at wild wing cafe in Pooler GA right now and ordered an extra dirty martini. I literally just watched the bartender put his whole ungloved hand in the large plastic jar of olives and pull out several to put in my drink! I will never come back in here and corporate needs to address this filth!

My husband and I went to Wild Wings for our date night, the best thing was the music. We waited for 30 then we’re told that they had no pizza crust. We then ordered something else, the waitress was struggling because she was the only one. Therefore we had a rough night. We got there at 4:30 and left at 7:00. We were disappointed on our seldom night out. Our chicken tenders were so hard we had to leave them there. I am so sad! Spartanburg location

The statesboro, Ga location is by far the worst run wild wing I have ever been to. The management is awful. Two of their managers have openly said they hate sports and football and do not care if customers want to watch games. I have also heard the head manager berate employees multiple times, yesterday I even heard her say she needed to “scold” an employee that was sitting at the bar with their family on their day off, for turning off a sink that was putting out brown water, saying it was perfectly safe. I felt uncomfortable drinking anything there after that! Her claim of “it is just statesboro water” was disgusting considering I have lived in statesboro for 10+ years and never experienced this at home or another restaurant. I was completely shocked that the manager was so confident and comfortable saying this in front of so many customers as the bar was fully sat. Management has a very poor attitude towards guests and their own employees to the point I don’t want to support the location anymore, which is a shame because their servers and bartenders are very kind and attentive.

I usually go to Wild Wings off of Clemson Blvd. in Anderson SC just about every Tuesday.. I use my debit card every time.. Now I am getting hit with the transactions from weeks ago.. I did my job by paying while I was there.. This is happening to a lot of people who have ate at this same restaurant.. This is not a good way to business.. They are a lot of upset people.. This is your problem and not the consumer.. Again we did our part.. These transactions should not be taking place from months ago.. The managers are the ones caught in the middle.. You need to make this right..

I had a horrible experience at your McDonough GA. Mills street location on January 12, 2022. Please know we have patronized this location many times and all had been good. Upon arrival the attendant referred to my husband and I as ladies. I corrected the seater as we arrived at the table. Seater did not say she was sorry it was as if she did not care. After seating my husband and I she went back to the door and seated another customer. At this time she took this customers request for lunch and proceeded to get his drinks and carried on an extensive conversation. When my husband and I noticed this we became upset and decided to leave. As we started to leave another attendant came. We told her what happened. She said she was sorry and asked that we please stay and she would take good care of us. we then asked to see the manager. The server informed us, she is the manager. We believe this is/was a case of biasness and racism. We are of a black persuasion and the customer who was behind us is white. To say the least we are very disappointed and hurt. This manage obviously should not be in management with this type of behavior.

I had a horrible experience at your City Market location in Savannah Ga. Customer service was poor with only three customers in the hold building. I order the 16′ pizza and 30 wings off line and picked up in store. My wings was cold and my pizza got cold waiting on them to find the right size box in which they never did. They so called crammed the pizza up in two small boxes folding some slices and forced them to fit into the boxes. I spent my whole hour lunch break waiting on cold food????

i know people who work at wild wing cafe in bluffton and the things that they make their servers do for 2.13/hr is ridiculous. cleaning black mold off a wait station that has been building up for years should not be something that a server needs to clean. it’s ridiculous and not right to make employees do this. the severs at this location make 2.13 an hour but 20 minutes away at a different location they make 10 an hour. it’s not worth scrubbing the whole restaurant for 2.13 an hour there’s cleaning companies that do this for a living. they need to learn that employees are not robots if the managers want these things clean they should be doing it they get paid unlike servers. making ever server stay until close (2am) because one person couldn’t clean tables is not fair like 2 am is late.

I was in town from Tampa visiting my parents. We were at Wild Wing Cafe Saturday night 03/20/2021. My mother is in a wheel chair and needed the rest room. In the hall way a drunk man fell over her and bashed his head into the wall while his lower body fell on my mothers legs. He was helped up by some females. I brought this to the female manager who said that she had been told. She told me, they took his keys and called Uber to pick him up and take him home. When were were getting ready to leave this drunk man was on the dance floor making a fool of himself and returned to the bar where he had a cocktail in front of him. I was totally shocked that the female night manager would allow this drunk man to continue drinking and the liability that this could cause their company. I am going to contact Columbus Georgia Liquor License Department. This needs to be addressed.

They said the best they could do was see if it came back in the mail and they would give me a call. It’s been a while now since they said it was sent out and I haven’t gotten a call yet( it’s been two weeks). My good friends still live in my old apartment and I’ve told them to keep an eye out for it but they’ve also said it hasn’t been delivered there yet. I have been trying for months to get paid for services since November last year. I have spoken to the GM, Josh Watkins numerous times. I have emailed the CFO, Tim Walker. I have left a dozen voice mails for every option when calling the Corporate number. The only person who returned my call was the HR Director. She sent an email to the CFO. It is May 12th and I have not heard anything We are a small business owner and would like for you to make payment to bring the account in good standing. I would never complain but our experience yesterday at the location in Downtown Greenville was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant or anywhere. Horrible experience there yesterday, waited almost 2 hours for our food after it was ordered and then they only brought half of it out. My granddaughters corn dogs and my grandsons hamburger, almost 2 hours for a corn dog???? I normally would never post anything like this but we asked for a manager 3 times and he would never come speak to us. the cook came out and slammed the food at us, at that point we refused it. We had the best server ever though, she was doing all she could do. Before we left she was in tears.,, Wish I had gotten her name… They were not that busy either, several empty tables.. The manager should be ashamed

Good evening. So We have been going to the Wild Wing Cafe every sunday night for the last year in Opelika Al.. Normally there is around 10 of us. We have had a few issues but over all always been great UNTIL last night. 4 of us went and the place wasn’t too busy. A couple groups but not busy at all. We got there at 7:09pm, ordered our drinks and food, didn’t get out food until 8:15. During this time of sitting we didn’t get any drinks topped off. When we did receive our food, My wifes boneless wings didn’t have any sauce on them and then my traditional wings we very crispy and missing one of the sauces that I ordered. At this time I was going to fuss to much (thinking that they maybe just having a bad night and didn’t want to be that customer.) The waitresses excused was sorry it took so long we had to cook yall fresh wings. (didn’t know how to respond to that at all.) She finally did however fill 3 of the 4 classes up with Tea. MY wife asked for a cup to go (since she never got her coked top off at all) and needless to say we didn’t get it. I normally don’t fuss or argue but that was to me by far the worst experience we have ever had there at that store. We was there 2hrs

The Wild Wing Cafe of Gastonia location was the far most worst experience I have ever experienced!!!! When we first arrived we were not aware that someone had to seat us in order to be served or to receive a menu. We asked at least 3 employees for assistance and we were told someone would be with us. 10 min. later were told we couldn’t be helped by the younger guy who told us he would but that wasn’t his section. So I asked for a manager. The manager approach our table and come to find out the on duty manager was under the influence and I Do Not mean alcohol at all… He was high on either pills or cocaine. He basically said if we wanna eat go to the bar and order. I asked why when I don’t drink. He was rude and didn’t seem to care nor put customers first. After speaking with him a couple other customers were telling us that several of them were under the influence. And we instantly started to notice so I spoke with a Police officer whom I had noticed was on duty there and expressed my concerns and the fact that several employees and management on duty was under the influence. He basically said it wasn’t anything he could do. But to Call the GM by the name of Will but I feel that this concern is bigger than the GM. There is alot more that I want to say if I could be contacted ASAP
