Very poor management, & team work.
Not one team member would give a helping hand to the prep person, so he can get done. He’s been working since 9:30 am, it’s now 7pm and he is still working.
There lucky I’m not the manager. They all need to be told to get off there lazy a**es be and do some work.
I had Fish Tacos a couple of a days ago and I have been sick with vomiting and stomach cramps My mother said It “food poisonings”. I don’t recommend the fish tacos on lettuce wrap .
Do try the Picnic Chicken tacos they are really delicious .
Love your tacos but this visit wasn’t Tha best customer service was great but my tacos were so salty and missing some key ingredients, management stated that she had new workers, I didn’t wanna be a b**** but gross my tacos were horrible

i was very very disrespected and discriminated in your store in Austin- Rude customer service telling me to back off when i went to check if my food was over there, because it was too loud in there they treated us as drunk while we dont even drink—horrible experience and very very disappointed —

I am very disappointed that Velevt Taco does not proved their nutritional information online anywhere. I understand that all restaurants are required to provide this information. I assume they provide this information in the store but I don’t want to have to waste my lunch break going into the restaurant to find out if I can even eat there. Guess I’ll be eating elsewhere.

My name is Kelsey and I first experienced my first Velvet taco in 2014 at your Dallas location and I have forever since been in love. I live in Michigan and so my closest location Chicago which is still WAY to far to satisfy my constant craving for these tacos.
