G. Robert “Bob” Sheetz decided to purchase one of his father’s five dairy stores in 1952 in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The store was so successful that Bob hired his brother Steve to come and work for him.
In 1963 he opened his second store under the name of Sheetz Kwik Shopper and in 1968 the third. In 1969 Bob’s brother Steve joined the company as the General Manager. The brothers began to open one store per year until 1972 when they opened five stores. In 1973 Sheetz added self-service gas pumps to all new locations.
By 1983 Sheetz had 100 stores and Bob decided it was time to retire. Steve became President of the company.
In 1995 Bob’s son, Stan Sheetz, became president of the company and Steve graduated to Chairman of the Board. To this day, Sheetz remains a family business.
The company began selling their own brand of cola, It!, but decided to stop selling it in favor of Pepsi and Coke products in the late 1990’s.
The company still offers many of its own products, including canned ice coffee and ground coffee, as well as merchandise, such as magnets, T-shirts, hoodies, and hats.
Besides fuel, the company is perhaps best known for their MTO (Made to Order) menu, which includes items such as burgers, hot dogs, pizzas, burritos, breakfast items, and salads.
Sheetz is also trying to change the alcohol sales laws in Pennsylvania, which do not allow convenience stores to sell beer or alcholic drinks of any kind. On June 15, 2009, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court gave Sheetz permission to sell beer only for takeout, under the condition that it is also available to drink on site.
Almost all Sheetz locations, with very few exceptions, sell gasoline.
Today Sheetz owns and operates 600 + combination convenience stores and gas stations throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia. Sheetz has more than 17,000 employees and had $6.1billion in revenue in 2015.

Did you ever think about using a paraphrased version of Jerry Darlak’s “Hot Dog Polka” in your advertising? It might go something like this:
I got a hot dog, hot dog, hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz!
I got a hot dog, hot dog, hot dog from Sheetz!
I love Sheetz hot dogs so!
I got a juicy, steamy hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz!
I got a hot and tasty hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz! Hot dog from Sheetz!
I love Sheetz M-T-O!

Dear Sheetz Family, (Stan,Joseph, and Travis)
I am a fairly new transplant to OH and did not know what a Sheetz was when I saw it being built just down the road from where I live.
Upon reading the attached article I have become completely disenchanted with your chain. I have only been to your store twice, but will no longer be going there. I plan on letting every organization I participate in and everyone I am in contact with; know the disaster you are creating with no regard to the neighborhood it involves in Reynoldsburg, OH.
You are planning to displace these people (adults and children!) out of their homes. You, as leaders of the Company, should go and meet with these people and look them in the eye and explain why they will no longer have homes. Explain why YOU as a Company have chosen “property over people” when there is plenty of other property available. When leaders make decisions and do not see/hear/talk to the people they are affecting by those decisions it is much easier to leave them out of the process. It is sad to me when leaders CAN care and do the right thing for all those involved but they chose not to. I also plan to use all of my social media access to work on spreading the word so your coveted Fan-Based Growth Award from 2016 can get some different kind of recognition.
I am sure you and your families will not be worrying about your homes this Christmas, or if you will continue to have one!

Can I ask why you allow loitering at the West High Street, Ebensburg PA location? There have been numerous times I’m out walking with my family and high schoolers are hanging out in the back parking lot for hours!! Why is this acceptable and why continue to allow this nonsense? My children play at the nearby playground, we can hear their music and foul language. I feel bad for the nearby neighbors who have to endure this crap! Your store clearly has No Loitering signs posted but no one is doing anything to enforce the rules. May I ask why workers are ignoring the back parking lot when clearly it’s an area punks hang out at?? Please act like business people and start enforcing regulations. I’m not putting up with this BS for another summer so fix the issue!!!!!!

I have HUGE issue with the sheetz in Statesville,NC and I need to talk to someone regarding this issue immediately! The assistant manager, Gigi ( is what her name tag says) & her employee say something to us everytime we have came into the door and arguing out loud so customers can hear about not adding “frappe mix/powder” to almost $6 frozen mocha specialty drink that literally takes one second to add when we come in 4times a week and pay $11.86 for 2 of them!!
Thank you!

You are lying to your employees and putting them and your customers at risk. I noticed my local Sheetz isn’t providing their employees with masks even though the CDC definitely says they should, anyone working in a grocery store or pharmacy, that includes you a$$holes. I offered them free masks that my mother makes and has been donating around town. The response I got from your employees and managers sent shivers down my spine. They told me it is optional because wearing a mask can increase the likelihood of spread, because “people don’t know how to treat the masks properly”. Screw you people, that is a blatant lie and goes against CDC recommendations stating that everyone leaving their home should wear a face cover, and that workers interacting with customers should be required to wear them at all times. You cheap corporate pricks are playing with fire. So providing your staff with a single-use disposable mask is too much? It doesn’t even need to be HEPA!! That $15 a day on your bottom line is too much? You’re a multi-million dollar corporation, sell a yacht you selfish douche and give your workforce fricken masks. Fools like you are gonna get sued into the stone-age once all this clears, and just wait until I find that internal memo where you lied to your employees about CDC guidelines because it’s going directly to the press and then to a LAC. I offered your workforce free masks, FREE!!!!!! and they couldn’t accept, I’m betting because you threatened them with termination if they wear masks. They said it was optional, but not a single employee had one, pretty much every customer did, but not a single employee. This is insane, you people should be ashamed, and frankly imprisoned for this; it’s goddamn criminal. Never forgive, never forget!

Good afternoon. I am emailing because my husband is an assistant manager for your location in Hummelstown, PA. He has been employed with sheetz for over 3 years. I am currently pregnant with twins and also have an autoimmune disorder. Unfortunately, my husband is forced to work still because he is not being offered pay to take time off during this pandemic and we can not afford for him to not have an income. Therefore, every day he has to go work, especially because other people call off, he is now putting his family at risk for this virus. May I suggest curving your policy to include leave with pay for associates who have family members that fall under high risk? Or may I suggest that you close your inside operations and only have one or two workers inside to monitor gas pump operations?
Thank you.

I am a former employee of sheets. I was a dedicated employee and I loved my job.i just want to share a few concerns that I think corporate needs to be aware of. I went to a store in wincher va to transfer and I was treated horrible by the employees there, on my 3rd day I had an employee that refused to help in MTO and a new employee on the register that was underage and couldn’t ring up beer. I called the manager at the time and was told well if he doesn’t want to work in mto ask him to do something else like stock shelves ..now how are you to run a store properly with 3 employees working total including myself and one is under age and the other refuses to help. I called my dm and told her about that situation and how none of the employees would even speak to me I would say hello and they would just walk past me. I told her about the shape of the store and how disgusting the coffee pots were and etc and they needed to consider reevaluating some of the employees there and I was told I was wrong and I can’t say things like that so I told her I wanted to transfer back to Berkeley spring store and she told me she had nothing for me that if I didn’t stay there I was done. The store manager in berkeley called me and gave me a sales job which was 2 steps down from my assistant job but I agreed and went back of course with in a month or 2 that store manager promoted me to a shift and the next month we got a new store manager that promoted me back to an assistant. So if I was so wrong about the winchester store then how comes in 2 months I get repromoted and the new manager that transfered to winchester cleaned up the store and made the employees follow procedures and wouldn’t you know it more than half quit.about 6 months later I transfered to hancock for a km position which I was told I would have to to ever be considered for a store manager position which I guess 12 years of service wasn’t enough.hesitant I transfered. The hancock manager was having a relationship with the hospitality manager and she ran that store what she said went. They were failing QAs and shops so I created an extras cleaning list to help make sure the store was in tip notch instead the store manager ripped it down and said that it was unacceptable and I wasn’t allowed to do anything like that unless he and the other assistant agreed to it. A week later they both made a list just like mine ..so took my idea and they used it and they never once mentioned it to me. Also i was never included in meetings they had or any conversations about the store I was pushed out from the beginning. I tried to help with prep and planning and when they were working they took away all my work and told the employees they didn’t have to pan and prep like I had asked. So I had had enough of working for 12years going above and beyond just to get passed by on the opertunity to get promoted because of crappy managers and dms. My dm even admitted to me when I left winchester that I was right about the store and the employees there but I almost lost my job for telling her how I felt. I was tired of wanting to move up and being a tenured employee and yet people were coming in with no experience moving right up to store manager. The worst part of it all was you would think after an employees dedication for that long someone would have called me to talk to me about what was going on and what happened but yet nothing. Sheetz was suppose to be a company that cared about their employees well I feel like if you did care you would ask the reason as to why people just quit after years of service. If nothing else please let your dms and rm know to listen to all their employees and not just the store managers we have an opinion to and we are not always wrong and the store manager isn’t always correct and tells the truth. Ps I was happy to hear today that crappy manager in hancock was fired so I must not have been totally wrong in how I felt and was treated just a shame no one listed to me and I had to quit before action was taken.

This email is concerns of the Sheetz in Orange, VA. Obviously they let the homeless stay in their store at night time. There is a Mr. Morton that stays there every night. The harassment of this man to other customers is not acceptable. He is actually pretty scary and needs to take a bath because he stinks. This is not good business to let someone sleep in a store in the eating area or letting him hang around the store. So needless to say, myself and others have taken our business to Speedway. I really suggest that management step up for their customers.

I went into your store off I 81 near Carlisle today to get a fresh coffee and found you put a machine in called franks coffee. Thank you for being to lazy to brew coffee anymore. It was the worst coffee I ever had and last I will ever buy from you. Also everyone in line trying to use the machine with me made their coffee and said how horrible it was and they will be going back across the street to the flying J. Whoever came up with this idea should be forced to drink this garbage everyday or fired. You had the best coffee and now the worst foaming junk I’ve ever tasted. It brewed so fast it had no flavor. If you want to be that lazy just put out hot water and powder coffee in a pack lol

Why is store #219 Colonial Rd. gas prices .14 cents higher than competing stores 2-3 miles away. I believe you are taking advantage of the locals.
Prices at I81 North exit 72 Sunoco are .10 cents less. I used to go into that
store 7 days a week. No more! Giant Foods & that store seem to set prices.
Collusion? This might make a good story for the Local TV stations.

I hope someone is reading this will get back to me via phone 5705743007. My son Francis Hoover applies to the newly built sheets store #319. He looking for part time work. The manager whoever that was told him, he needs to dress better. I don’t know if that’s true or not. My son is a special case, he was very sick & almost died in 2016. He always wanted to work for the company. Our home is about 3 minutes from the 319 store. I wish I knew more about this but I don’t. He even went to the store in Wilkes Barre when the company was interviewing for jobs. Again I wish, I had some clarity why sheets won’t hire him. That’s discrimination is the manager told him to dress better because I see him everyday because he lived with out family & no way is this man Not dressed right. Please get back to me because he’s really upset. He was going down there everyday to witness the progress of the store.
When the store first opened, I was one of the promotional people that was hired for both the Plains store & Trucksviile. I fell in love with the way Sheetz store was set up & the way I was treated. My son is Francis Hoover, Jr 61 Harris Hill Rd Trucksville Pa. I hope someone gets back to me.

I would like to compliment 2 of your employees. The other day I stopped to get gas and also needed to get some air for one of my tires. Much to my disappointment, the air pump wasn’t working. My tire looked low so I was worried about driving on it. I went into the store and asked if someone could check on it for me. Kayla your employee responded making sure that the other employees would be okay if she helped. She came out and did everything she could think of to fix the air pump. By this time my tire had gone flat. I’m not 21 anymore lol so I wasn’t sure what to do. Kayla got on her phone and called one of her friends to help me. Her friend came and put my spare tire on. I’ts a rare commodity these days to find people who care in this manner. You should be proud to have her and the manager that hired her (Nikki). I stopped at your store the next day and summoned Nikki to let her know what a special employee she had in detail. This is the kind of thing that I will tell everyone about. She was a person who cared about her customers.
The Sheetz I am referring to is located in Irwin, Pa. The phone number there is 724-863-8550.
Please recognize these very special employees for the training by the manager and the employee who cared about a customer. I will always make Sheetz my only stop for gas and all of the things you offer at your stores.
Sincerely,
Veronica Eddy

To Whom it may concern, I am having a problem with the Sheets (mostly Rocky Mount, Va. store) wherein I am getting charged for purchases for which I have no receipt showing I made such a purchase, if now and then I can allow for forgetting my rceipt or perhaps losing it, but it happens too many times. I am a stickler on keeping up with my purchases for when I get my credit card bill & go over it things come out OK but as I said it’s happening too many times ????

I have been searching for a way to share my story with a person who might oversee the legal/claims department. I had reported an experience that I had back in May of this year and I was not pleased with how it was handled. During this experience I ate plastic that was inside of a steak quesadilla. I had mistaken the plastic for pieces of fat from the steak for the first few unpleasant bites. Once I realized that it was plastic that I was eating I was about halfway through the quesadilla. I thought maybe the plastic could have come from the packaging of the steak or cheese as it seemed to be thin strips like a casing.
I decided to report the incident on your website in hopes that this would not happen to another customer.
After a couple of days of being sick I received a phone call from the legal department. I told them that I was sick as a result of my consumption of the quesadilla and would let them know how I felt after I saw a doctor. I ended up having to go on some medication and after 10 days of being sick I had to have a CT scan with dye to check for diverticulitis (not fun!). Fortunately, the scan was negative but my doctor felt as if it was remedied by the medication I was taking.
Throughout this event I incurred over $600 in medical expenses. I was ultimately sent a $25.00 Sheetz gift card, a free car wash and free drink coupon in the mail. I was told that my claim was dismissed because I had not taken pictures of the plastic. I have always felt that Sheetz was a people-oriented business entity and was blown away by the treatment that I received. My friends and family have had the same reaction. Therefore, I would still like the opportunity to speak to someone to discuss this further.

We moved to Zebulon, NC nearly two years ago and the conditions around the Sheetz continues to deteriorate. Routinely, the trash cans are not emptied, trash stays in the parking lot and grassy areas for weeks at a time, and the drains that go into our rivers are always clogged. Also this trash blows down the streets trashing the neighborhood.
This is the only Sheetz that I visit that is in this poor condition, and I am sure if the corporate folks in PA saw this, they would not be pleased.
Please clean it up. It is the right thing to do as a good neighbor and for the environment.

I visited the Trinity NC Sheetz store May 19, 2019. My vehicle broke down on I85. A wrecker dropped off my vehicle at a service shop 2 miles from this Sheetz store. Since it was Sunday, the service facility was closed, so I decided to walk to this Sheetz location to get lunch & have a safe spot for my Daughter to pick me up. When I arrived, I asked an employee for a chair so I could sit inside to cool off. It was 90+ outside & I over heated walking to the store. This was the first indication the store manager, Shana, had an issue with me sitting in the store. The employee explained to her I was really hot & needed to cool off. Not sure the managers words, but the employee rolled her eyes as she walked out to give me the chair. The employee was kind to me as she saw my face extremely red from over heating. As I sat in the chair I made sure I was not in the way of customers coming in & out of the store. After cooling off, I ordered lunch & went outside to the tables to eat. As I sat out there, I began to overheat again, thus coming back inside to sit in the chair. Shana, store manager, came out of her office asking me to move over. Although customers could still get through, I said Yes I can, & moved over as far as I could against the wall. After several minutes, Shana comes back out asking to take my suitcase to her office. I explained, “No, I’m fine but thank you.” She proceeded to tell me, her DM didn’t want me there, OSHA & DM said I was blocking the isle thus causing a problem. Her DM didn’t know I was in the store until Shana called her. OSHA doesn’t give a crap about me sitting in the store to cool off from Over heating. Shana asked me to leave the store. I explained to the employees when I got there about my vehicle breaking down & that my daughter was on her way to pick me up & that it would take approx 2 hours. After I explained I’m not blocking the Isle, I’m not causing an issue, therefore I will not go outside in the heat, Shana stomps her foot & walks off. She calls her DM & puts her on speaker phone. The DM explains they don’t have to provide me a chair, I said you are correct & thank you for letting me use it as I handed them the chair back. As I stood there, they still had a problem with where I was standing. They wanted me by an ice cream machine, where many customers coming into the store walk down that isle to get drinks, coffee, etc. If that was ok, why didn’t Shana say that in the beginning. First it was my suitcase, then OSHA Fake excuse crap, then she asked me to leave the store, then she wanted me standing in an area that would have been in the way, when I first arrived she had an issue when the employee got the chair for me. Sheetz wants you spending your money there, but if someone is in an urgent situation they could care less about helping. Shana was rude, childish in her antics of stomping her foot, rolling her eyes, and with misrepresentations to her DM that I was blocking the isle. She is NOT manager quality & now I understand why the employees were salty when I arrived. They are not friendly to customers to the customers walking into the facility. I have video of some of the interaction & will be posting soon.

To whom it may concern,
I need to report a bad confrontation/issue I experienced with an employee at the 13039 Balls Ford Rd, Manassas, 20109 location. I should mention that I stop by this Sheetz almost every morning on my way to work for coffee and breakfast during the week.
Around 4:15 AM on Saturday May 4th I stopped in for gas, food, drinks etc because I was on my way to a fishing trip in the Chesapeake …probably spent at least $100 between my friend and I. My friend checked out before I did and asked the employee working the register for a bag so he could put some ice in there to keep his drinks cool. About 30 seconds later I did the same when it was my time to check out and he gave me a bag without issue. On my way to the ice dispenser I was rudely confronted by another employee (was in the process of stocking food) telling me to go buy a bag of ice outside and that I was committing theft by stealing ice from your soda machine. I told him to relax and that I only needed a couple handfuls of ice. He continue to give me grief and then reluctantly said, “Okay you can have 1 cup of ice”. At this point I was furious at how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful he was treating me. I told him if he didn’t back off I would report him to his district manager. He then said, “Good luck – if you’re even smart enough to figure out how to contact my manager.” He continued to belittle and call me a thief as I walked out of the store so I gave him a few choice words. He didn’t like this and literally through the food items he had on the ground and quickly walked up to my face and began shouting, “What did you say?” and “Are you threatening me?” Luckily another paying customer got between and asked us to both calm down. I am not proud of the way I acted but was pushed and pushed by your employee.
My wife and I are/were regular customers as this store is very close to my home in Bristow. Until this person is removed from your store, I will not feel comfortable or feel safe coming back. I welcome a call from someone ASAP so I can discuss in further detail what happened. I also highly recommend you review your video cameras as you will see what took place.

Rich B.

I would like to know what the policy is on an employee who was offered full time at 40 hrs with one store manager. when retirement came and new manager stepped in I was told that I wasn’t guaranteed these hours and was dropped down to part time hours. I get enough to get benefits but not to make up for the 18 or more hours I lose every paycheck. I have been with the company for 5 yrs now and such a shame that when I saw my tax info and how much I had lost that I am now applying for another job somewhere else. I will miss the customers and friendships I have made but I don’t feel this was fair to me when I was promised one thing and someone else can come along and change all of that. I worked hard and learned all that I could. they even had me training the new people. no pay increase for this and it sure freed up the management from having to do it. I really have seen a lot of favoritism in the stores with the employees. this isn’t fair to some of us who had had to work so hard to just get there and now to have to look elsewhere.

Hi, I live in Johnstown and patronize sheetz locations throughout the area. I always give great reviews of the service, cleanliness and great product line you have. On another note, I wanted to bring to your attention just how disappointed I was to see the disgraceful display of our American flag at the Johnstown Wal-Mart plaza location. While I am not a veteran, My father served our country and I have known several servicemen that lost their lives defending our flag and all it stands for. I do understand the toll the weather takes on outdoor flags, however I ask that you take the time to replace or at least review all your flags for wear. the one in the Wal-Mart plaza is 1/3rd worn away and tattered beyond belief. I could have cried when I saw it as I have never seen an American flag in such disgraceful condition. If need be and if you can tell me where these are purchased, please let me know and I will pay for replacement of this flag. Thank you for consideration of this issue.
Kindest regards,

I just don’t understand how the gas prices differ in the city of Altoona. One side it’s 2.69 and the other side we get screwed at 2.79 a gallon. How can this be in the same city? Just because Rutters is not on our side of town we get penalized by the higher gas prices. Corporate wants to screw us and make every dime they can. That’s terrible corporate customer service. I cannot believe that Sheets does not drug test it’s employees! You have a young woman going around bragging about getting high WHILE she’s at work at Sheets, store 568, I think it’s appalling. She has said this to several different customers, I think everyone should be drug tested in that store, I cant believe you would let any one work with the public that is drug up.
Merica J Mills says
We are drug tested and i can assure you if her dm gets word.of this she will be fired this was a dumb move for her to tell customers she was high. If you know that store contact the store manager

I was at the Sheetz #354 to get gas this morning. This is the only Sheetz that makes me keep reselling my wei s loyalty and Sheetz card. After many swipes, I got my wei s had points but I didn’t get my 3 cents for sheetz. This is the only Sheetz that makes me redwood my cards and where are my 3 cents per gallon Sheetz loyalty credit. And I would really like to know why I have to keep swiping my cards.

I just moved to Virginia and I was getting drinks at the Roanoke store #295. I had Sheetz cups from a previous visit and I used them as refills. Sheetz has a small sign on their drink machine about refills being 89 cents for anything under 61 oz. When I went to pay for the”refills, I was told that I would be charged regular price, because they had no way to know if those were actually refills. They said the refills needed to be in your own cup, like a mug or something. Their sign only says refills and the price. It mentions nothing about that other requirements of a different cup. Also, my cups are blue and the cups in that store are red. Clearly I was getting refills. But I feel like they were accusing me of lying and trying to”get on over on them”. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will not be returning to Sheetz again.

The sheetzs christmas party for the children is held at the weirton salvation army in weirton west virginia. Well although its not the stores fault i would like to report that the weirton salvation army picks the some of the same children year after year just because they go to their church. Even some who are not needy. I thought its supposed to be different children every year. The reason i know is because my friend christinas daughter gets invited every year. Please check into that. I tried four times to leave a similar message on the sheetz site but the text box will not permit, even though I believe I’m complying with the allowed letters. I’m generally happy with Sheetz but this bug is really irritating.
Your app has a very annoying bug. 1. search for the store function should default to the LAST stores you searched for. 2. I shop mostly at 2 stores. First one is in Bristow VA. Try this: type in “Bristow” and hit search. It will tease you with the right answer, then immediately reorder the list with a completely unrelated result set. Finally, the second store is on Balls Ford Rd. – Type in ‘ballsford’ . note, you have the address misspelled in your DB. Again, it will find balls ford, but for some stupid reason, reorders to put it SECOND. This is NOT how people expect SEARCH to work. Other than that, I would be happy with Sheetz, the food, these stores in particular, and the online app. Because of this, I give you a B-minus. I have been leading development and cybersecurity teams for 25 years, and I teach Cybersecurity Engineering at George Mason University. This oughta be worth a free lunch as your bug bounty program. Please update your app when able to do so. Thanks

For years I waited for Sheets to open a store in Henderson, NC, I even called Corporate once and asked them to survey our area. They finally provided us with a store and during the “honeymoon” phase things were great but now things are drastically different. The restrooms are the nastiest of any other Sheets store that I patronize, it is pathetic. The pump islands are not any better quite often I have to go inside and stand in a long line to get a receipt because the pump is out of paper. The pump island area is also filthy and unattended which indicates store management never does an outside inspection.
It is a real joy to stop at some of your other stores that I frequent in my travels, there is no comparison to Henderson, NC.
I hope this does not fall on deaf ears or should I say blind eyes.

I got gas yesterday about 3pm at the Sheetz in Brunswick Ohio. Sheetz Stores #00648 – 2771 CENTER ROAD BRUNSWICK, OH – My husband and I had our Motorcycle, we put 93 octane in it. We got a little more than 4 gallons. We went about a mile down the road and the bike ran horribly, it would not run, spitting, supttering, missing. We limped it home. We do not live far. My husband drained all the gas out of it, filled it up at a different station, and the bike ran fine. My reason for telling you this is we were going to take our old truck to Sheetz to fill it up, good thing we did not. Please check the high octane gas out, I would hate to see someone get their car ruined due to bad gas from your pump.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have questions. We still have the bad gas if you need to check it out.
Thank you

Your sheetz store in mt hope, wv is a joke. Cashiers do sex surveys. Wanting to know what customers go down on their wives? I guess when the manager refers to women employees as his ho’s they act like hos. Watch your cameras when upper management is there. You’ll see what cashier hides in the bathroom with her. You might want to check her company phone. Check those cameras if the sex doesnt bother you the stealing should. What kind of company is this?

On the 19th or the 20th of this month around 6:45am, I stopped at the Sheetz in Bristow, Virginia for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. As I was standing in line, there was about 3-4 customers ahead of me. There was an older, white male employee and a white and/or mixed race female employee. When the male employee was finished with his last customer and it was my turn to be waited on, he glanced at me and looked at the customer standing behind me. He told the customer that they were next. I looked at the male employee and went to the female employee’s register. I told her that I wanted a receipt so that I can get the contact information to file a complaint. The male employee discriminated against me because of my skin and/or sexual orientation. When you are working retail, you are serving the general public. People from all walks of life. If the employees don’t like serving the public, people who help pay their salaries, then they need to find another line of work. I will be talking to an discrimination attorney. I am going to start going to Wawa by my job. I don’t get treated like that there.

Of course I was not running back to town as the machine didn’t have the correct tea in it. I think I should have a lg tea added to my card. I am not sure which card I used. I gave you one of them. The sheetz in Roanoke Rapids is the worst I have ever visited. We only go here because the next closest one is in Rocky Mount. The employees and managers are very rude. I came through the Drive Thru around 4:45 and was told the store was closed and would not be open until 5:00, I was under the impression that Sheetz was a 24 hour facility. I believe the cashier said they were closed so she wouldn’t have to take my order. I have had problems with this particular cashier in the past treating my sister and I like we are not welcome in the store. We spend a lot of money at sheetz and it is the only place we purchase gas from but I will not be returning to this store again.

Our experience has been horrible the past couple of times! The food is either cold or is grease filled to the point of being inedible. Not only that but half the time our order is messed up or is missing things that we have paid for and not received. It’s the same associate that is their all the time. I’m not one to write a complaint but, this is something that can no longer go on. Once the new Rutters is open we will be going to that one from this point forward.

As soon as I go to the register the guy at the counter looked at me all my friends waiting for them to come to the register I told him what alcohol I was buying was mine and mine only. The manager was standing their Travis was being really rude said he wouldn’t serve me because I was yelling at his staff . But I was calm and let him know what I had going on had nothing to do with the other party he was staring at. Automatically the manager Travis pushed me to the side and brushed me off to wait on the next customer. I felt discrimated and belittled by both employees. I already called a lawyer and will be moving fwd with a discrimination civil suit . No one should have to feel discriminated against because the color of their skin . Shame on you Sheetz . just wanted to say my daughter works at the Oakland, MD Sheetz and I just told her to quit again this morning. Only working 2 employees on the night shft is nuts…no one to come in and help until 6 am and they won’t even clock in early to help….and openly in public make fun of her …who was hired as night shift supervisor. We are a working public coal mines, logging abd trucking …we get up way before 6 am. The crowd starts at least by 4 am and only one or two in the store to handle all those food orders…she is not a slave and to be subjected to that kind of bullying…I told her to quit… Again…so expect a call off…absolutely the worst job I can imagine…
Her mother…Elizabeth Walter RN-BC….
I have already talked to hospital staff at GRMC. And informed them of unfair labor practices and to not order on line ….as the store only has two employees on night shift…rediculous.

This same shift manager was heard by several employees saying “these f’ing kids better start listening to me”. First, just let me say how my husband and I both love our Sheetz!! We were so excited when you finally came to Hickory NC. Would you please consider something?? There are a lot of us folks who follow a low carb (keto) lifestyle. Would you please consider putting heavy whipping cream on your menu for choices when we get a latte?? As it stands right now, in our stores, we only have (1) skim (2) soy and (3) 2% – which are by no means low carb. There are some coffee shops who do offer heavy whipping cream, so I am not sure why a company as large as yours wouldn’t or couldn’t offer this? It would make a whole lot of folks happy, including us. So, would this even be an option for you?? Thanks so much

Can’t seem to use your CONTACT US option…….This has been bothering me for awhile. On Sunday November 19 maybe around 4PM (not sure) we stopped at your Clark’s Ferry store on our way back from a family trip (wedding) to Phila. We were using the restrooms and I was roaming the store looking for jerky. As I rounded the corner of the front aisle, I saw a white male; gray hoodie hunched down and doing something on the lowest shelf. He seemed startled and immediately got up and went to the cash register to pay for a single Pringles. Meanwhile, I walked back to where he had been and saw two TALL cans of maybe an energy drink(not sure) out of place in the Pringles Dept. He paid for his Pringles and walked back to where he had been and put the two cans in his Sheetz bag and quickly left. DEFINITE PLANNED and probably repeated SHOPLIFTING. Just made me angry that someone was so calculated and probably had repeated this scenario many times. Bottom line….your stores are too busy for an employee to catch this. Maybe you need something like a Sam’s Checkout invoice thing. I know, that will never work! Just maybe when you pay, there is only one way out???

i would not worry about shoplifters if I was an employee…they need to train their managers ….where they get them I’ll never know but they are arrogant lazy , individuals…I expect the owners are the same way…

I’ve had a Sheetz credit card since 2013. The account has always been paid on time when bills were received. A few years ago, I listed my wife as an authorized user as a birthday present (pay for her gas) though she almost never used the card.
We sold our home near the Sheetz in Youngsville, NC, in May 2017 and moved into an apartment. I called customer service to update our new address around that time. We received bills at our new address until around August 2017. We assumed there was no additional mail since we didn’t use the card due to moving away from the Sheetz in May. Again, we paid all bills in full when they were received.
Our credit was run by our lender for the new home in November 2017 and there were 2 delinquencies from Omaha FNB (Sheetz). I called and was referred to the Collections Department. They informed me that our mail was returned and that’s why we didn’t get bills. Nevertheless, my wife and I were reported as delinquent to the credit agencies and it brought our scores down over 100 points. This has resulted in us losing almost $2000 in lender credit due to lower credit scores.
I paid the balance of $160 and the Collections Department stated they’d remove the delinquent reports to our credit. However, this has not been reflected on our credit reports and will cost us money. I am extremely upset and disappointed that we were reported to credit agencies when:
1. We didn’t receive the bills; they were all returned even with our updated address
2. We didn’t receive a telephone call to say we owed money
3. The account has been in good standing since 2013
4. We only owed about $160, but the credit limit is $7500
5. My wife was reported too when she was just an authorized user
How can this be? How can this happen to good customers who pay their bills? Why are we set to lose out on thousands of dollars over $160 that we didn’t even know we owed? Why can’t our credit be immediately restored and we get verifcation in writing from Sheetz that this is no fault of the customer?
This is grossly unfair and not good service from Sheetz. I can be contacted at 919.971.6263 or via the above email.
Thank you.

I went to sheetz and put in my food order so it would be done when I was ready to check out. Then I got more stuff and got a voucher for scratch off tickets. Then I went to pay. The guy was nice but he couldn’t figure out how to use the money on voucher to pay for the order. He asked the kitchen manager for help. She immediately had an attitude. She then had to void my order. She went around and re-submiited my order. Mistakes happen so I said nothing. At this point my order went to the back of the line. She should have given to the cook or made it herself since it was their mistake. People who were there after me got their food. I then walked over and asked her what my number is and she had a bad attitude. I told her I couldn’t wait anymore and needed my money back. She offered no solution still. She was mouthing off and i said nothing. She was making excuses about there only being one person in the kitchen. But I had ordered long before these other people. That is not a good manager. I never did get my food

Hello,
I’ve been a Sheetz customer for 17 years. I visit the location at 12582 Lord Fairfax Hwy. Boyce, VA 22620, every day on my way home from work. However, my complaint is not just about this location. My complaint rings true for almost every Sheetz I go to.
Having been a retail manager in the past, I find the lack of coverage in your stores to be completely abismal. The register lines stretch 12 deep, one cashier, three people doing MTO, one manager filling the chip display. This was the scenario on my last visit. It’s 4 pm on a weekday. Why is the management not scheduling more staff during commute times? This is an ongoing problem. Countless times, while standing in line, I’ve seen customers walk in, take a look at the line, shake their head, and walk out. You are losing money every single day. Look at your ccv tapes. See the lines, see the disgruntled customers walk out, see customers standing in line discussing the exact same topic, in every store I encounter this problem They need more help.
As this is in every location I go to, as I mentined, I can only imagine that every location is ridiculously understaffed at key times, or that your company allotment for pt/ft hours per shift is extremely low. This is across the board. It’s a problem in every location, apparently, it is also something that needs to be seriously reviewed and addressed.
The other issue is customer service. While 80 percent of the staff I’ve encountered is extremely friendly and customer service oriented, 20 percent is the complete opposite. They converse amongst themselves while ringing up customers, are completely overly familiar when discussing personal matters ( I don’t need to know you’re hung over), and sometines they are painfully slow.
Does this deter me from going to Sheetz? No. But it has made me go out of my way to less trafficked locations where the soda machine always has soda, lids, and cups, and the lines aren’t stretched to the bathrooms.

Tonight, I stopped at the Blinker Light Sheetz, at 2120 Blinker Parkway, Dubois, PA, 15801 at 9:31:55 PM and ordered two buckets of French Fries for my grandson and his best friend. As soon as I got the fries in the car, the odor of them was immediately recognizable — the fries had been fried in dirty grease. My grandson and his friend decided to try them anyway (they’re 11 years old) and had sudden stomach issues, the likes of which I will not detail here. They did not eat many fries, needless to say. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I did not get her name but stated that I was not looking for a refund but rather, wanted to let her know that the grease was dirty and the fries were awful and that she might want to change the grease so that other customers would not be negatively affected. I asked how often they change the grease and was told that it had been changed two days ago. I was appalled. She also stated that they filter the grease between changing it every two days. Filtering the grease is not the same as changing the grease, as I’m sure you know. This store has a very high volume, that the grease is only changed every two or three days is ludicrous. I also asked if all fried foods were made in the same fryer and received no cognitive answer. On top of that, the manager was very defensive about it, at which point I simply stated, because I was so very disgusted, that I would not order anything from the MTO there again, ever, and hung up. I really did call to make other customer’s experiences with fried food better than mine and was instead met with defensiveness and disdain. Is it corporate policy to only change the grease every two to three days? Can the managers and food prep personnel really not smell that the grease is dirty and needs to be changed no matter the schedule? I know that it takes awhile for grease to heat up, but certainly, fryers can be changed daily if done one or two at a time. Seriously. I had a very high opinion of Sheetz prior to tonight. Not so anymore.
Best,
Sue Cole

Being a business owner, I get gas at the Millersville, Pa. almost every day. Since Hurricane Harvey, you have raised your gas prices four times in five days. I didn’t see your tankers come in each day to justify a price rise. I would hate to think that a Pa. family business would take advantage of a natural disaster in Texas to gouge the public. The Texas refinery that pumps to the East Coast was shut down but four price increases in five days? Please tell me that it “ain’t so?

Hurricane Harvey will go down as the worst in our history. It is sad to see your company taking advantage of this disaster. You have raised your gas prices within days of the flood. Gas that you already had in inventory in the ground at your stores. Your price in PA went from $2.39 to now $2.85 per gallon. Do you really think your customers are that stupid? SHAME ON YOU!
I fully understand that price of newly refined fuel is going up but not the fuel that you had before the storm. You missed a great opportunity! You should of told your customers “we must raise our prices however, with the gas already in our inventory we will donate .15 cents per gallon to the people in Texas untill we must purchase new inventory”.

I visited your store Sheetz # 471 in Henderson NC this morning, to find when I got out my car there was trash right at my door as I open it. As I looked out in the parking lot there was trash all over the parking lot, the trash cans were running over and looked like they had not been emptied all week long. As I walked into the store there was trash all in the front entrance. I went inside of the store and walked over to the soda machine to get a cup of ice and stuck to the floor due to wasted soda all on the floor. There was wasted soda all over the counter and trash all around it. I got my ice and went to get a soda out of the cooler and notice trash all in floor there, and there was a full soda laying in the floor trash all over the counter where you make your coffee also. People were in the store and I over heard a couple saying how bad the store looked and they stated to each other that they were leaving this nasty store. When I went to the cashier area there was trash all in the floor. I walked up to purchase my items and the girl behind the counter just looked at me. Never said can I help you. I ask for a pack of cigarettes and she looked at me like I had two heads. Never said a word, other than do you have your Sheetz card? I did not at the time. She rung up my purchases and just looked at me. I had to ask for a bag for my items. Again I got the look as if I had two heads. She put my items in my bag at last. She never said thank you come again kiss my a** or anything. I left. I have been in many of your stores up and down the east coast. Never have I seen a store that looked this nasty. It is so bad. I can not believe a company as big as Sheetz would allow this to go on. I am sure it is hard to find good help. But this store really needs help and bad. It is a disgrace to your company to see such a store as this. I started to go back and start taking picture with my phone of all the mess and post it to my face book page so people could just see how bad this store is but then I thought no I felt it would be best to let your company know this first. I am sorry but I just can’t go back into a store that is this nasty. I know you get a lot of business off of Interstate 85 and to think what people have to see and what they must think after visiting this store. Please visit your store and see for yourself. I think you will agree with me.

I have never been in such a trashy store. We expect better than this from your company. Clean it up or please get of town. We have other stores that we can go to that is not this dirty and run down.

Hi my name is Samantha. I am from Lancaster County PA. I recently moved from PA to SC. There’re are no stores down here. And I was wondering if there was ever any talk of putting one down this way somewhere around the Chapin, SC area. Every time I talk with people about sheetz A LOT of them have never been to one, never experienced their food. And 99% say they would love to try it! So I think you should condsider building one down here. People have lots of money here. And NONE of our gas stations sell food other than hotdogs. Or the ones that have fast food building attached to them. And a sheetz with a drive through would be even better. I was actually talking to a friend the other day. If a gas station down here had a drive through it would make things so much more convenient for the customer. Like I know myself, I have 2 kids. Taking them both out of the car to run into a gas station is a pain! EXPECIALLY in the rain. Thank you so much for taking time to read my comment!!

I stopped at Store 610 located at 211 Mt Nebo Road this morning to purchase iced tea. I used the drive thru ordering kiosk. When I got tot he drive thru window there was no one there. I could see at least two and sometimes three employees conversing behind the counter. I blew my horn several times but still no one came to the window. After five minutes, I left and went to McDonald’s.

Please forward to the appropriate Staff member- I am a member of the Buffalo FFA Chapter, located in Buffalo, WV, which is in Putnam County, WV. Our County Fair is this week and we are auctioning off our animals, on Friday, July, 14th, at 6:00 p.m. I was told Sheetz buys an animal at Jackson County Jr. Livestock Fair, in Ripley, WV so I was wanting to invite you to our auction this Friday. I have shown for 9 years now and will be selling my steer. I use my money to pay for college that I attend so this auction really helps me with tuition and paying my rent. We appreciate all the support from our local businesses. Our FFA Chapter members loves Sheetz , and my friends and I have made several runs to Sheetz in Scott Depot , WV, after our functions and meetings. We love it! Please help support us. Thank you. People of sheetz,
You do not know me, yet.
For years I have been a loyal customer, consuming more Sheetz than I’d like to admit. Your french fries are like crack and should be schedule one. I could sing of your wonders forever. However, this isn’t why I’ve contacted you. No, there is a much more serious matter. You may not realize this, but I have helped you corporation quite a bit. You see, where I’m from, Sheetz has been playing second fiddle to an inferior chain for quite some time. I think you know who I’m talking about. I’m talking about Wawa.
Yes, I know, that sounds absurd, but it’s the truth. I’ve heard with my own two ears people saying evil things like “Sheetz sucks” or “Wawa is way better.” I ignored these heretics long enough to realize that something more needed to be done. So what I did I do? I began converting people. Like the great Apostle Paul I have worked as a converter for years, showing Wawa sinners (winners for short) the path of the righteous consumer. My contribution has added up to hundreds of dollars worth of milkshakes, Shwings, Sheetza pizza and more. And I did it faithfully without asking for anything. But the day has come where I can perform these free miracles no longer. To make a long story short, you owe me.
Im not asking for much, but just something for my services and maybe an official title of some sort. I trust you. This may seem outlandish but that’s because you do not realize what I have done for your brand. And it’s not just me. I have comrades spreading the good name of sheetz all over the eastern seaboard. Thousands of dollars in revenue stemming back to my friends and I. You can’t afford to lose us. Don’t let the enemy win! All we ask is for a little compensation… or maybe some T-shirts or something. The choice is yours. Lets make Sheetz great again. Ask yourself, what would Sheetz Jesus do?
Best,
Vernard James

My most recent visit to Altoona,pa. Sheets plank rd. North end. Saturday 7/8/2017 near mid nite into 7/9/2017 was looking fo 24 hour drugstore but no luck I’m in pain. Going home decide to grab bottles at sheets. My Rating 1-5 1 being lowest My actual rating overall 3 Becuz front cashier did their job enthusiastically and were not using the counter as a soap box campaign for social gossip or slander. I received efficient service as the tills . The biggest problem was the thin blonde girl in cooking that fouled up some stuff. And was so busy scrambling to fill orders in an DISorganized manner that customers had literally walked out the door waiting and proclaiming they would not come back again. This was also patiently waited through by the customers and we all noticed the problem was the cirXXXXstance that the mouth and the hands where not on the same page. I Myself felt this weird discomfort listening to these kids call me names and trying to prove they were practicing a Hanoi Jane tactic to aggravate somebody in particular while NOW Get THIS while trying cook ten orders at once . IT merely had themselves screwed up babbling mental innuendos of slander and trying to keep their mind set on task at hand. IT was not working they fumbled multiple times to reset what order they needed to do next. Which became like my order was 084 done correctly but others still waiting whom ordered near the number 40 and drive thru taken time to babble some phrase social discourse which aggravated not only I but many standing there as well GO ahead check your cameras Many patiently waited some did not. The sheets cook team was not there to cook but to use the counter and drive thru to bear false witness about someone they felt they say things out loud to achieve aggregation and humiliation. They were merely mentally MUCKED Up during service thank you for an interested ting moment signed Brian Cass

I am so appalled at the Sheetz store #379 @ 9002 University Blvd .Moon Twp. Pa.l5108. I was there tonight and it is disgusting!!!!!! The parking Lot is filthy with beer cans garbage everywhere! All over the parking lot. Bags of uneaten food cups, you name it. Cans are over filled and filth is on the ground everywhere. I saw it going down hill back in May of 2015, and I was surprised how it got filthy inside, Never did I mention anything. When we first got the New Sheetz @ this location I went there every day! Enjoyed and Liked it. I am retired now and I am devastated how terrible it has become. After today 7/6/17 I will not go there anymore. It is so sad, when you enjoy going to a place everyday, then suddenly several years go by, and it becomes not being taken care of or having certain customer individuals so ignorant to trash a business. It is true to say of the Employees also for the Care, Cleanliness, and making sure it is kept up presentable both inside and out, No Matter What!!!! Very Sad

To whom it may concern,
I recently applied for employment at the Sheetz store on the corners of Sunset Ave. and Old Carriage Rd. in Rocky Mount, NC. I was interviewed and denied employment. When I spoke to the manager, Amy, the next week I was told that the job was “too fast paced” for me. I am disabled, and this seemed like discrimination. I realize that this was likely not the reason. I am gay, a democrat, and some of my Facebook posts might be considered, by some, to be undesirable, but Amy should not have made that comment. I send this e-mail to make someone aware of what has occurred. Sincerely,

The sheetz in Centre Hall, PA is terrible. The customer service there is horrendous. Today I went on my 30 minute lunch break to grab something to eat. I waited and when my number was finally called I walked up to get my food. I confirmed with the girl working that she said my number and she said yes and handed me a bag. I drove to my office which was luckily 2 minutes away. I opened the bag to find someone else’s food was given to me. Being what I thought was a nice person I took the bag back and told a man working in the MTO part about what happened to which I was told that they didn’t call my number they called someone else’s number and I just ran up and grab the bag out of the girls hand. Which is not at all what happened. I was also then told that if I didn’t want to keep the food I took and if they had to remake my food that I ordered (because he said when people don’t pick up their food they throw it away) that I would have to wait until everyone else’s order that was in was made until my food could be remade. I informed the man that I now had only 15 minutes left in my lunch break and that I couldn’t wait for everyone one else’s meals to be done to which he responded “well that’s just tough. You’re going to have to decide what’s more important I guess”. And I responded with he could either give me my food or I wanted my money back and he then proceeded to go look for and find my food sitting in the warmer. He reluctantly gave me my food and mustered out a “have a nice day” before I said that I will be contacting corporate and that I won’t be back to this sheetz ever again. This place needs a class in customer service.

He took my money then went to wait on others. I waited a good 10 minutes without not even a word. I drove up to a sign that said drive thru waiting. When the person came out all she said was that I was in the wrong area. and handed me a bag.
Clearly I had not received the ice tea and French fries I had ordered. I will think twice before going back to the Mt. Airy Sheets near the interstate. customer service stinks.

This has been a bad week of sheetz experiences.
Earlier in the week, 2 days in a row, I went to the Ebensburg Sheetz on route 22 while on my lunch break. The first day I ordered the pick 3 appetizer, returned to work, and discovered they did not give me the dipping sauce I ordered. I let it go without complaint. The following day, on my lunch break, I went to the same location and once again ordered the pick 3 appetizer. I checked before leaving the store to be sure the dipping sauce was included. I returned to work, opened my appetizer, and discovered only 2 of my 3 selections were included. The 3rd selection was completely random. At that point I called the store and complained. I didn’t have time to return to the store but they apologized, took my information, and are to send me a coupon in the mail.
Today, April 13th, 2017, I stopped at the Chestnut Ave location in Altoona. My son and I both ordered 6″ steak subs. Upon opening them we discovered they were wrong. The breads were switched. We took them to the counter and they remade them. My son’s was correct, mine was mostly correct but they had not included the tomatoes i had ordered. I didn’t bother complaining a second time because it wasn’t that big of a deal overall.
Though none of these things are a big deal the fact that it’s complete carelessness three times in the same week at two different locations is very frustrating. I worked at a Sheetz location in Ebensburg many years ago and that kind of carelessness was not accepted. It seems employees are not held to the same standard of excellence they once were.

While I commend you for the high quality and cleanliness of all your Sheetz establishments, my comments today are 2 things I’ve noticed in the last 5 years that are dissatisfying and unappreciated as a customer.
Our country has an obvious health problem. A ’09-10 National Health/Nutrition survey showed more than 2 of 3 adults and 1 of 3 kids age 6-19 as overweight/obese. A majority of the food you advertise and serve are fried, high sugar or salty, fatty meats. This national health problem needs food establishments to do their part to serve a healthy balance of foods and spend more to advertise healthy choices. I urge you to consider progress in this area.
I also hope you can improve on your use of sexist language and marketing. While some might find a ‘skinny hot chick’ sub humorous, it is in very poor taste. It’s time to move past ‘manwiches’ on billboards and bring your outdated advertising into the 21st century with language that encourages equality. In the Halifax Sheetz store, for example, the eating area is decorated with 1950s pin-ups. Just as it would be inappropriate to have 2017 pinups in your store, using 1950s pinups doesn’t make it okay, cute or retro to portray women in a sexual light.
I used to be excited to see a Sheetz when we were on a trip; now I cringe. I rarely buy my gas at our local Sheetz. When you glorify unhealthy eating and promote sexist marketing, you are showing low standards for the communities you serve. I know you are a family run business. I would hope that, despite your success, family values still guide your work.
Sincerely, Sarah Potter

If you don’t like a business, then DONT GO THERE. Maybe instead of wasting your time leaving bullsh*t comments and trying to create an issue out of something that isn’t(the sexist remark), you can go find a safe space full of organic foods and nuns.

Returning to central Pennsylvania from North Carolina mid-February, I was traveling north on I-81. I took an exit to get gas at a Sheetz store. I decided at the pump to get my car washed too. I exited the carwash sparkling clean and headed on home. Two days later I was about to fill my gas tank when I happened to notice the metal hinged door for my gas tank was missing! Then I recalled going through the carwash several days before—and decided to see if I couldn’t locate where it was I had stopped. I went looking on Google maps for a Sheetz station in the vicinity where I thought I had stopped. I wasn’t sure, but I seemed to recall it was near Martinsburg, WV. I googled the phone number—and called. A very cheerful young attendant at the Sheetz (No.546) answered the phone. I told her my story about losing the cover door and she immediately said—“No problem. I’ll just run out and look in the carwash.” I waited a short time, and then the store manager came on the line. “Sure enough, “ he said, “it was found in the carwash stall! How lucky was that? He then volunteered to mail it to me! “It’s not a problem”—he assured me. “I get off work soon and will drop by the Post Office on my way home.” The missing gas cap door arrived in the mail two days later! I just want the Sheetz Company to know what great service I received. Way ‘above and beyond’ what I might have expected. So—a ‘Shout Out’ to the fine young staff who work at the Sheetz (No 546) on Winchester Ave. in Martinsburg, WV. In a busy hectic and often impersonal world—such a gesture of good will goes a long way. THANK YOU!

I live in wilkes-barre PA 18702. My problem is. Your station on business route 309 has not dropped it’s gas prices in over 2 months. The stations all around it are well below. Anywhere from 6 cents to 18 cents. It’s the highest in the valley. Is it because it’s the only station on that road and closest to the main highway. I don’t think that’s right. Aren’t Sheetz stations supposed to be the lowest anywhere.

A sales person making the subs was extremely discriminatory to my wife (who happens to be black). I (white) came from the restroom to my distraught wife. The sales person refused to hand her our food that we had ordered. she was very rude to my wife and then continued to hand white customers their food. Very very sad.

Over the years, especially since the development of the Sheetz brothers kitchen your food has gone down hill. The taste and quality are terrible and cheap. It is clearly evident that you are more concerned about cost than quality and satisfaction. I was about 10 the 1st time I had a MTO,my order written on a piece of paper and fantastic all around. And over the last 24 years everything has degraded. I personally don’t get any MTO foods unless I’m hungry and it’s an only resort. I’ve grown up in the Altoona area with Sheetz and used to always boast about your store and food. Now I couldn’t care less. Service sucks, stores are filthy and the food is terrible. I only continue to patronize your store becuse they are on every corner or nearly and it’s “convient” and that’s only to get a drink and snack or something and get out. I feel that you’ve outgrown what used to be so loved about your company. Refocus and get back on track if yu care. If you don’t then just keep plopping stores in every state from PA to FL and let you “brand” name that used to be near and dear to the true American success story keep going down hill. Also your donuts suck big time, terrible rip off the disgusting Krispy kream brand. There really isn’t anything Sheetz branded that doesn’t suck anymore. Everything you brand or used to make or sell under your brand has just gone to crap. I’ve been deployed to combat 3 times and was always so excited to see a sheetz store when I came home, on the last deployment I didn’t even care or look forward to seeing a sheetz and I know I didn’t stop in. I would actually eat a MRE in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan than spend nearly 5 dollars on a shi**y MTO. Hopefully that makes you really understand.

I was just in the Sheetz in Kearneysville WV and I overheard one of the managers telling staff that they were lazy. I think her words were, “you don’t do your job and if you do any work you do a lazy job because you are lazy” (this was directed at another staff member). The manager Mandy is making the other workers do her work while she is both judge and jury on how far behind they are with their own work, which in turn makes the other workers uncomfortable. This is not the first time I have witnessed Mandy making rude comments and belittling other employees.
I will not go to this Sheetz anymore for the reason it is unbearable to hear supervisors talking to other staff like that instead of correcting them and showing them the right way to do their jobs. Here we have a leader that does not lead by example.

I just ordered my standard nachos grande with Doritos & no meat from the Sheetz in Millersville, PA. I am a vegetarian, have never eaten beef in my life, haven’t had any meat in almost 20 years, and can’t digest meat- especially beef- for these reasons. I got my nachos & noticed that the chips weren’t the Doritos. This should have been my first red flag. I took a few bites and noticed that something tasted “off”. I looked & saw that they had put beef in with the salsa. I threw up for a solid 10 minutes before my husband took the food back to Sheetz to request a refund. The manager told him that nachos grande came with meat sauce. Now, I know for a fact that this is not true! I get the same order all the time. So my husband, being the non-confrontational person that he is, didn’t say more. Now I’m stuck at home for the evening, sick & with a migraine. I can’t drive in to talk to them or anything. I’m absolutely livid. This isn’t just a question of my personal morals– it’s an issue with my health. This isn’t okay.

I stopped in at sheetz #2350 in Lexington, NC. Had a great experience. On my way out to my parking spot outside the door in handicap parking spot, I snagged my shoe on uneven ground. Between the brick and the concrete, there is an adjustment up a 1/2 inch or more approximately. I fell forward on my hands and right knee. I sat for a few minutes in my vehicle, then went back in,requested two band aids, and let workers know what happened and how. I asked if they needed to do an accident report but they said only if it is within the store. I thought I would pass this along in case there is anything they should have done and you need to mention or to pat them on the back for a job well done. Thanks! 2:00p.m.

Hello I am contacting you in regards to an earlier visit to the Sheet z Store in Mercer PA 16137. I was there to get a couple of things and while there I had observed a very large bug light in color which looked like a XXXXroach after going home and looking it up. This bug I seen went from where the fruit stand is /near the candy across and underneath of where the front of the bread aisle is next to the coffee counter. As I am now observing other things in the store, I notice that the floor not very clean and a lot of dirt. I am disappointed by this and will no longer be ordering anything let alone buying anything from that store after seeing this insect/bug/XXXXroach and the condition of the floors. Passing this information on to other customers so they do not get food from a dirty environment. Disgusting ! This store is due to be renovated to a super sheets but That store should be shut down immediately due to sanitary reasons because who knows what other kind of insects are crawling among the merchandise/food now.

I have been a daily customer at your Sheetz Store #69 in Chambersburg PA for 6 years now. When I arrive at 6:30 a.m. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone has taken the time to know my name. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I forgot to order my drink one morning and they were on top of it. They ran out of my favorite doughnuts and they took the time to run back and check to see if there were anymore available. I don’t feel like a customer, I feel like part of the family. So thank you to Kim, Judy & Sue for a job well done. You are an asset to the Sheetz family and you are the reason I keep coming back.

I have been working at Sheetz for about 4months now. I am currently pregnant and am often very sick. Despite this I have only missed about 3 days of work. I am still not to keen on the attendance policy because I don’t want to lose my job but I don’t want to be running to the bathroom to hurl every hour. Can someone refresh me on the point system?

I want to say, “Thank you, Karen, from Sheetz Corp customer service. Thank you very much, Karen.

While my son was sitting in his vehicle, in front of the SheetZ store located on West Washington Street in Hagerstown, Maryland, a man robbed him at gun point. This Sheetz’s has a security guard on duty every night and last night (6/25/16) the security guard which is being paid to protect customers stood inside and watched my son fighting off his attacker and yelling for someone to help him. Luckly, the man did not shot him but he suffered a head and body injuries. My question is that with all the issues with this store of assaults, etc that the police dept informed us of happens there, why is store still open, why is not the public informed of this danger and why do they employ security that does not help their customers instead just watches. So if my child would have been shot would they have even helped him then? This store needs to be evaluated for their customer’s safety or is it going to take someone being killed in order for corporate to do something about this store. I would like someone at corporate to contact me when they feel my concern is and important matter,, not only my family’s safety iwhile visiting their stores but for everyone’s (all their customer’s safety). What if that would have been their child, parent, spouse, etc. if happen to and security didn’t step in to help them. They need to think about that.

I was so happy when Sheetz came to my town. My neighbor got a job there and was excited when he was promoted into management. A few weeks later her lost his job. He was being harassed by a new store manager. She called him a XXXX and cursed at him. One day a bloody tampon was put in his locker and nothing was done about. He was set up to be fired and when he called HR to plea his case it fell on deaf ears. Shame on you Sheetz.

As a comment for your Forest, Virginia Sheetz located on 221, I would like to say that you have a couple of superior employees. The one that comes to mind is relatively new, her name tag reads Kristi. She has always been a welcoming face everytime any one of our employees frequent this location. The only problem, we don’t see her during the day as often as we would like. I am sure there are more but the younger ones seem to not take pride in their work or has the patience to deal with the older patrons. Put her more during the day so we can feel the family atmosphere that she exudes. Thanks for anything you can do.

As humans it seems we will only take action when we have a complaint. It is evident in boards like these how many people pass through a Sheetz everyday? With over 500 stores, a million is likely. Nothing is heard from majority of these people because they get exactly what they want, fast, friendly service, and a quality that is not found in other establishments. Sheetz stores are my oasis as I travel. I go from one to another and when I go beyond their reaches I am a stranger in a strange land. There is comfort in that consistency. Sheetz is also staffed with people, just like me, and on rare occasion I may find one who seems to be overwhelmed by something, but we all are fighting a battle somewhere in our lives, relationships, disease and the loss of those we love are common. We strive to be professional in our work, but sometimes it can get to be too much. Step up. Be kind. Offer some encouragement. Pray, if you will. Being from Altoona, I’ve known Sheetz all of my life and I think because there is a family at the helm that there is a level of caring that affects all operations. Things go wrong, always will and should be mentioned, but all-in-all I’ll take Sheetz everytime.

My wife and I stopped at Store #272 4089 S. Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572 at 3:29AM on April 21, 2016. There was no coffee made except Classic which I was told that it was just made. I asked if I could have some Decaf made and I was told no. I told the salesperson not to say no, he then came to make some Decaf for me at the same time calling the person in charge that he had a customer complaint. Which no one came to talk to me about it. We then ordered some food and when we got it there was no napkins in the bag. The person in the food area said that the napkins where in the holder which was empty, she then threw some napkins at my wife.

I was an employee with Sheetz for two years. I moved up rather fast and left farther fast. (At no fault of Sheetz) I got what I thought was a better job offer. I just want to say what a great store I worked for, and the environment was like a family. Your cooperation is a rare and enjoyable company to work for. Like any business there are flaws but the over all impression of Sheetz is fantasti. Keep up the great work guys. I know how rare it is to get great reviews so count this as one. Mercer PA Sheetz has set my experience as a former employee and as a customer as a great one.

I laughed. I cried. I shared your response to the comment above. I love Sheetz. Every time I visit one I receive excellent customer service. There are hiccups every now and again, but it has nothing to do with the color of my skin nor does it have anything to do with any political figure. Sheetz is a wonderful company that like any other business, hires some bad apples every so often. In a situation like that, I would have just gone up the chain if I were extremely upset about it. Then again, I probably would have looked at it like one of those bad things that happens in life (a.k.a. a hurdle) and moved forward in a positive manner.

TO: Sheetz management
Sheetz, Inc.
5700 6th Ave
Altoona, PA 16602
FROM: TK Miller
Hello
I sent a quick note to your “contact” tab but wanted to sit down and put together a more detailed letter to your leadership. I have been a SHEETZ fan for years. Living in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina, I have told your airport location manager, Nathan, multiple times that Sheetz is my favorite “branch office”!
Today while out running errands and dropping off holiday treats for local customers, I stopped at the exit 290 location (hwy54) to grab a diet mountain dew off the FIZZ City only to find it had been replaced by a COKE dispenser. While I, as a business owner, understand the decision, which I am sure was predicated on multiple points of upside by COKE, HOWEVER, I can not help but think to myself that this is one of those decisions your organization may reflect on. Additionally, I can hear the conversations internally about coke maintaining the machines etc. I personally feel that this is one of the moments in an organizations decision making that may be seen in history as one of those deciding moments.
I am a student of business and love businesses like your organization. Privately held, great Locations, high margins, quality employees and on and on it goes. This decision is one of those decisions that are discussed in management classes in business schools. A family owned business that survives the passing from generation to generation. THIS DECISION may be one that in reflection is regrettable. While I am confident you have looked at the upsides, coke maintaining equipment and paying for the sole sourcing etc. I feel you have neglected to factor in the most important piece of this equation – THE CUSTOMER – you know – the people that pay the bills!!
You have lost one (ME!) with this decision.
While I will close by saying I wish you the best of luck with this decision, it is regrettable that there is no changing that decision. The cost to build and purchase new FIZZ cities years after the initial purchase, will find it cost prohibitive regardless of profit margin on fountain style dispensers.
Coke will step up and adjust for pricing and pay for the floor space etc for a couple of years until they know you have no option to go in any other direction – Then you will feel – “the tail now wags the dog.”
Providing a key vendor a footprint within your organization is not a good decision, they are NOT YOUR PARTNER, which you will eventually discover.
I hate to see companies like yours make a bad decision as this – but it is decided and I will move on – unfortunately there are no WAWAs in our area (YET).
Best Regards
TK Miller

Hi Bradley!
I’ve been an employee at store 364 in Virginia for over 2 years now. I’m sorry to hear about your training experience. I will tell you training is the toughest part simply because Sheetz is so fast-paced, there’s not much time to slow it down for learners. I was trained on third shift, which made it a little easier to learn the basics and make it my own. I hope you are feeling better about your position since your training. If you need any advice or tips, let me know! You can find me on Facebook if you’d like.

It’s sad to see so many hateful comments. Some of them are for ridiculous reasons that some sheetz can’t even help what happens. Things outside of it aren’t in their control. But with horribly made orders and customer service, I understand. It does tend to happen. I have loved sheetz since a child, but there are certain stores that don’t care. The one I work at though, we live to the policy that customers are before anyone else. They are on top. I have been yelled at and called names and all I could do is smile and listen no matter how badly I was hurt. That’s how I was trained. We make sure everything is ordered right and we give customers gift cards if something was done wrong or we took too long. We tend to get short staffed sometimes and people will complain about it, but we still try to please them and put everything we can into what they want. I adore the customers who come in. I can always have a quick laugh and I really get to know the regulars. Some of these negative comments, they just probably went to bad stores, but there are good ones out there.

You know a year ago I was told sheetz was a family oriented company and I believe that at that time . This year I don’t believe that one bit. I believe they are very sexist! were store manager and district managers think that anyone lower than them should do what they want no matter what. It’s pretty sad that every time you had plans no matter if it’s your day off or not you have to work cause that’s what the store manager says . as far as the district manager he shouldn’t let this stuff happen he’s just as bad. A manager to me it someone that wouldn’t make his employees do anything they wouldn’t do the selfs. And I live in a small community were everyone knows everyone and I will let people know just how sheetz treats there employees. And how the store manager and district manager are sexist pigs!!! email would be great thanks

I did eat the one with the hot peppers, however. I’m not buying from this store again. Also, the store was very slow at this time (5PM). No reason for mistakes all of the time. Why pay for crap you can’t eat?

After work I went to your Sheetz location on hornaday drive in greensboro nc. I pulled up to pump 1. Swiped my car and the pump said see cashier. I went inside the store gave the clerk my number. He swiped ny car three times allowing me to put in my pin. He finally told me there was insufficient funds. Before I swiped my card and checked. There was $25. At the time i could not pull my statement up that showed the transaction where the money had come off my card. Andrew swiped my card. Coty or Cody the manager said unless i had the statement there was nothing they could. So i went home found the statement went bk. While my car was on E. Presented the statement. Cody or Coty then tells me there is nothing he can do and i have to call corporate. At that point i was even more upset. Bc he should have told me that the first time & i had no gas. He continued to tell me to call corporate. And i explained to him i had no gas in my car and that i would not be able yo make it home. I also asked what was the point of me bringing statements bk up there if nothing was going to happen. He then gave me a credit of $10 on a pump. But i still lost out on $15. I am very upset. I have always purchases gas from Sheetz so for me to receive poor service. I will never get gas from Sheetz again.

I am pretty aure it all has something to do with the fact that i filed complaints about our new store manager who is late everyday and couldnt get the atore together to save her life very imcompitent. On 23 January 2015, I stopped at Sheetz Rt 30 Chambersburg Pa, after pumping gas in delivery truck, heading for Lancaster Pa from Martinsburg Wv, I headed in to pay. On the way in, I slipped on ice which wasn’t treated.
I hit my head knocking me out. Instead of calling for ambulence, the sheetz employees called the police, reporting a drunk passed on the sidewalk. The police arrive, they had to call the ambulence. I was taken to Chambersburg ER, they released 5 hours later with a concussion, On 25 January I had to Martinsburg Er, they told me I had a sprained neck. As of 6 Feb. I still have lingering problem with my head, neck, back and shoulder.
To date no one from Sheetz has even bother to contact me to see how I am. I guess if they ignore me and won’t seek legal action. They can reach me at 304-596-4043

My Grandson was working at the Sheetz store in Claysburg PA and he really liked working there until he was fired because he missed 2 nights of work one last week then again this Monday and both times he had excuses from the hospital to hand in and he did call to inform his Manager. He has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia which he has been going through treatments for almost 4 years and trying his best to live a normal life.
Sheetz is a very disgusting business…they treat their employees like they are garbage and with no respect for anyone.
I hope people see what hypocrites and worthless humans they truly are.
Just remember what goes around comes around

I know this post is a yr old but it’s new to me! Wow, I hope you or your grandson sued! He had a serious life threatening illness, was hospitalized, turned in doc notes and was still fired?! Disgusting, disgraceful pigs!
Sure hope you filed a law suit against them! Will NEVER go to any sheetz ever again. There’s one 2 minutes down the street from me and they are horrible as well for a different reason which I will be posting here, on Facebook, all social media outlets and also contacting anyone and everyone I can at Sheetz Corp!!
God bless n hope ur grandson is ok.

Sheetz has always had a very strict attendance policy. It is a points based system. There is no way he reached his alloted points in only two call offs especially if they where at least four hours in advance.
Nburket says
Karrie, what is your grandsons name? I am the manager at the claysburg location, and at the time of this post I was very short staffed and only had two males working for me. Two call offs would not cause termination, there would have been more than that. Managers do not have the option to terminate employees for absenteeism, it all gets sent in to hr for review and they make the final decision. Sorry to hear about your grandsons illness.

Walked into your hartville ohio sheetz today. The sweet cashier that waited on me was wearing a nametag with the name ms forgetful. I asked her why she was wearing that and shes said she forgot her nametag. I was so appalled that because she forgot her nametag she was made to wear a belittling nametag. Do you make employees who have disabilites wear signs and nametags telling rhe world what their disability is too? How can a company be so rude disrespectful hurtful and unprofessional? Its a nametag. I called yhis location and spoke to a mgr named Glen. ..I guess he thought it was funny because he started laughing. I on the other hand was livid. He had no excuse for making this cashier feel worthless and humiliated.I would of walked out of that store if I was the young lady . What ia wrong with your nametag policy…really? I will never return to any sheetz for as long as I live. Someone needs to change this policy…fire glen….ane apologize to that innocent cashier.
Mary says
Seriously? Did you even think to ask the cashier if this bothered her? Did you even think that maybe the employees all enjoy that as a funny mood lifter at work? At the restaurant where I work, we all jokingly give each other a hard time for things like that quite often, because it’s the only way to get through hard shifts dealing with overdramatic people like you. Did you ever think of that? Of course not; you can’t even think enough to edit your post. Grow up and mind your own business. If the cashier had a problem with it, I’m sure she would have said something. Managers cannot force their employees to do anything, if she didn’t want to wear that name tag she could have spoken to another manager.
PS. That is a procedure specific to THAT store, not a Sheetz “name tag policy”… Get your facts straight before claiming you’ll “never return to another Sheetz as long as you live” and blaming a whole organization.
Anne says
Mary, you should bite your tongue. You have NO IDEA what it is like to work for Sheetz. I do. Some of the managers we have at these stores are bullies and if you don’t do as they say then there will be hell to pay. Since your employer is not Sheetz then shouldn’t open your mouth about our policies.
Dawn says
Amen to that!!!
Mikey says
From what I hear District Managers think they own the Sheetz stores and curse out managers. They really hate the managers and assistants. Especially the older Sheetz employees.

I would just like to start by saying up until recently I was a sheetz employee and would like to get some things off of my chest about some of the people I worked with there. My first complaint is that I am pregnant and should not be doing heavy lifting. When I was employed at sheetz I was told that there are no longer any restrictions aloud for anyone including pregnant women. As devastated as that sounded to me I was still made to pick up and carry boxes we’ll over 45-50 lbs. I’m not sure if this was indeed straight from a manger but it was delivered to me down through the chain of command. Thank you for listening and please respond.

Re: Landscaping. New store in hollidaysburg looks great. Tree leaning at entrance could be avoided if staked for a season. Advised super store on 17th about leaning tree (almost out of the ground), several times over past yesr, bot no one fixed it. Just felt they were patronizing.

I went past the Sheetz on Allentown Blvd. in Harrisburg,Pa. today & I was appalled to see people on the sidewalk in front of the store with Dump Obama signs & asking people to stop. Whether you like or dislike Obama I feel it was entirely inappropriate to have these people in front of one of your stores.. Needless to say I kept driving. Why should politics be involved in your business?

I went in to the store in California Maryland store 292 around 2 in the afternoon I ordered my meal and only waited about 3 minutes for my meal which was 3 sandwiches they were made just the way I asked for them to be made Jonathan was very polite and told me to enjoy my meal and have a nice day (wow) while I was waiting in line to pay for my food the customer in front of me was very rude to your assistant manager Kelly the lady was treating like crap she very mad because he would not sell her cigarettes because she did not have an ID she told him to F>>> Off and he said to he thanks for coming to sheetz and have a nice day he then asked me how can I help you (with a smile) he asked me for a sheetz card and I told him I did not have one and he asked me if I would like one then he explained all the benefits of having the card so I got it and in less than a minute he handed me my card. Basically the entire staff their was super polite this is something you don’t see to often keep up the good work you now have a customer for life

I think Sheetz stores are fantastic, but I have a real problem of what I saw two days ago at the store on Simpson Ferry Rd. in Mechanicsburg. There were people there with big signs and banners saying impeach President Obama, I don’t know what Sheetzs position is on politics, but whatever it is, there should not be things like this at the store locations, people don’t want to see this and I personally don’t want to see it no matter what mine or other people position is on this situation. I sure there are many other people feel like myself and I will avoid using your store and I buy lots of gas. There is a Rutters store local and I did not see this at their locations.
Also my friend told me the same thing was happening at the Palmyra store on Main St.
In closing your politics should not be displayed at your business.

This is not a complaint…I just want to say that store # 74 on Pot. Ave. Hagerstown Md.Is the only Sheetzs I will go and I will and do go out of my way to go there…The manager Judy is super nice and considerate and so is the whole crew….On Saturday afternoons we go there to order food for our card game and the order is always right and perfect….The crew there really takes pride in their work and it shows…They are nice and polite….The store is probably the smallest one and oldest one in Hagerstown, but it is the BEST one thanks to the employees….you can always go there and expect to go in and out in a timely manner….Thanks for your time…..And by the way this is the second comment I have left and I’m not sure if you got the first one about 2-3 weeks ago but I never received any type of confirmation that you seen or read my last comment , so I hope you get this one and Good job Store # 74 in hag. To Sheetz Human Resources,
My name is SFC Ricky L Jimenez, I have a soldier that just enlisted into the North Carolina Army National Guard who is being harrassed for choosing to enlist into the Army National Guard and continue her employment at Sheetz by her store Manager. He gave her a hard time while she was processing for enlistment and now that she has enlisted which was yesterday July 17th, 2014. He told her “she will have to quit or resign and reapply for possible hire prior to her shipping out for US Army Basic Training and AIT”. I want to avoid helping her file a USERRA complaint and I would like for this issue to be handled internally in Sheetz. My soldiers name is PVT Ashley Torres and her Managers name is Nathan Howard. She works at #399 Sheetz in Morrisville NC. 1600 Aviation PKWY, Morrisville, NC 27560 (919)-840-0466. I hope this issue can be resolved it is a shame that a 17 year old young lady has to be made to feel bad and is worried about her civilian employment because she decided to enlist into the Army National Guard to serve her Country and Community while still being a productive member on the civilian community. I thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

SFC Ricky L Jimenez

What else can you expect from Sheetz? They build a new store in a new town and offer free coupons. My husband goes goes to get his free hot dog and SHEETZ wants $3.50 for a free hot dog with coupons. It seems SHEETZ charges $3.50 for mustard, onion, and chili for a FREE HOT DOG. I would like to know what they charge for a hot dog all the way?

There is a Sheetz on the corner of Weavertown & Rte 19 ( Washington Rd ) in Canonsburg, PA. The air pump, for tires, has not worked for over a month, now. It would be really great if you got the air pump fixed immediately. Also, all gas stations around this one are 10 cents less per gal. Because your air pump was broke, I went to the Sunocco near my workplace. Not only was their air pump working, their gas was 10 cents cheaper. Maybe because you’re making so much money off of the Fracking companies that stop at this particular station, you’re forgetting all of your regular customer’s that were stopping for gas etc, long before the Fracking companies started. Don’t write back saying you are sorry. Don’t have a reason to be sorry. Take care of your long time regular customers by keeping your gas prices down, and get your air pump fixed.
Ken Phares says
My wife and I have lived in the Hartville, Ohio for the last 20 years. WE have frequented the marathon Bell Store since it first opened.
With the current gas prices, your Marathon Bell Store is offering gas at $3.79 per gallon for unleaded fuel. That is .32 – .35 cents higher than is offered at stations within a 2-mile radius.
Yesterday, I purchased gas at $ 3.47 less than a mile and a half away. You are entitled to sell gas for whatever the traffic will bear – your call. My family will no longer use your facility for gas or any other purchases as long as you continue to treat the local customers in this manner – my call.

Nasty, that’s what I am saying about the restroom in Morgantown wv, garbage on the floor and no seat covers, the thing was there was a employee in the restroom and he never picked anything up he just walked out. It was 5 or 6 am so no reason to be like that. That’s the first store I been in where the restroom was that nasty. And the wife said the woman’s restroom was no better. Come on folks clean up ur act.

How do I report drug abuse by a shift supervisor?

I am new to Sheetz. Thought I’d apply for “My Card” to get three cents off. But you “require” such personal information. I don’t care what your reasons are and I’m not interested in your privacy policy. Think “Target.” i will not only not complete your form, I will avoid buying anything at Sheetz from now on.
Amber says
Because the MySheetz card allowed you to “pump first” when using it, your ID is required so that they can contact you in the case of a, most likely accidental, drive off.

Thank you for your consideration.

We continue to see growth despite the economy deprivation in our world today, recently we sponsor a trip for our youth as a reward in store 1690 in rocky mount n c and witness a terrible display of rudeness, unprofessionalism, ignorance, etc by a representive of sheets manger brenda. Not only was she rude to a customer for asking a team member for assist in using the menu but she was just as hateful to the co worker for helping, the language she was using & lack of self control displace of anger as she continue to verbally keeping it going after customer had left by discussing this with other customers feeling as if she was justified when she won’t made us sick to our stomach you know it take a lifetime to gain customers but an instant to lose them maybe this is the sort of behavior you condone but we won’t our youth to part take in this sincerely b& g club

I have a photo of two female sheetz employeess being sexual right there on the sales floor out here in farmville va this is the sort of thing that happens a lot here at my sheetz and its very uncomfortable with kids around to see two employees acting n such a way I’ve emailed the picture but again I’m not hearing much back so I must assume that making out and rubbing up on each other in front of customers is ok with sheets then maybe it shouldn’t be a place where I stop by with my kids and eat
