We recently had service on our Jeep at the Yorkville, IL. Belle Tire. I was led to believe that Belle Tire was a full service garage, not true in my opinion. I was directed back and forth between technicians and the Jeep was never repaired. Parts were swapped in an effort to repair the car. All the part swapping just built me a larger bill to pay. Your technicians could not fix the problem. They wanted me to take my Jeep to Dempsey Jeep Dealer in Plano, IL to repair my Jeep. They called me and told me that they would pay repair costs to Dempsey if they could fix the Jeep. But, the service department said Belle Tire was hard to deal with. All I want is my money back since Belle Tire did not fix the problem. I was charged $1040.21 for work attempted, but failed to be repaired.

I received a coupon for signing up to Belle Tires Advantage Club. When I went to use the coupon on Alignment work the customer service clerk refused to take it. She stated the coupon can’t be use for that type of service. Which nowhere on the coupon it stated that it have auto service that $60 minimum and an alignment is listed under auto service drop down menu on the website for $99 plus tax. I feel like that coupon is false advertising to get your services.

I purchased 4 tires from your store# 053 at 3773 28th street SE-Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1873 on 3-26-2023. I was told my tires would be in Monday or Tuesday that week. I received no call on Tuesday, so I called the store and I was told they would be in Thursday. I again had to call the store on Friday as I didn’t get a call on Thursday. I was told the tires were on a truck coming from BF GOODRICH in California and would be in Monday. I called again on Tuesday and I was told they should be here anytime. I still didn’t receive a single call from store(Terrible Customer Service) and had to call on Thursday. Don then told me my tires were in and he was just about to call me as soon as he received the order in! He then asked me when I would like to schedule installation LOL and I told him I would just be picking up the tires. He then claimed he made a mistake and the tires that came in were for a different customer (BS)! This is the worse treatment I’ve received as a customer ever. This Location shouldn’t be allowed to carry your name!

If I have to go all the way to Mr. Lawless, I will! Seems that here in Joliet, Illinois we have a ‘manager’ at Belle who constantly disrespects our nation’s flag! He lowers it to half staff whenever he can and then when it is time for the flag to be raised after said time he only brings it up to 3/4 staff! WHY? Because ppl on Craigslist complain and he wants to be an obstinate jerk! The mourning for gunshot victims ENDED on the 22nd of Jan! The flag is still flying low TODAY and although he has been asked to RAISE THE FLAG TO ITS FULL GLORY – HE REFUSES!

I dropped my wife’s Acadia off for new tires $1200 plus dollars with the tire protection plan. I go to pick up the car, and I ask the employee for the print out of the alignment inspection and they told me the printer ate it!!!! I was told the alignment was good before coming to get the car, they stated the printer ate the readout!!! And could not print another one!!! Lol ok. With the tire instillation and tire protection plan you get new valve stems! I received one out of four new valve stems. They stated it is not part of the service when in fact it is clearly stated along with the free alignment check. I also asked for all 4 tpm sensors to be replaced and they never did so! I asked why they didn’t they stated mine where fine. That’s not the point I wanted them done and it never happened! My wife’s Acadia pulls to the left and I will eat up tires all because they don’t do what they say they will do!!! I would have gladly paid for an alignment if it was needed and I know it needs one any how! Get it together belle tire! Not happy. Now I get to go back another day and watch them install new valve stems rebalance my tires and then give it an alignment!!

I have tried to contact customer service by phone 3 times now, Mon, Wed and Fri. of last week I have left my phone number each time and nobody has called me back. The issue being my pickup was vandalized, someone put oatmeal in my gas tank. Had it towed to your facility in Oregon Ohio on Navarre. Originally I was told it could be fixed, however you did not. You charged me for cleaning out the tank and a new pump. Had to take it back because the fuel gauge didn’t work after you were done with it. After that issue was fixed I had to take it to a Dodge dealer to get the rest taken care of. Well they had to get into the tank again and there is still oatmeal in my tank. So belle tire on Navarre did not do the job they were paid to do. As I stated before I have tried to contact your customer service department but no one ever calls me back. If I am not contacted soon I will have no choice but to get the Better Business Bureau, A television station and my lawyer involved in all this.

Today I went to Belle Tire on Gratiot and 13 Mile Rd. While I was driving on the x-way, the car started to bounce in the back. three weeks ago, I purchased tow front tires from this Belle Tire, and had a very pleasent experience. However, today was the a very different story. I tried to put air in the back tire because it was low, I thought that this might be the problem. The tire wasn’t getting inflated at all. so I went inside to ask for help. The man at the front desk, he said his name was Ollie. I stood there for a minute before he asked me what I needed. I explained my problem of not getting any air into the tire. He looked at me as if I was speaking a another language ! So I spoke very clearly, and re-explained my problem. He actually said ” we can’t help you if you don’t tell us what you need” He was standing there ALONE, and there was only one person sitting in the far cornor looking out of the window. I thought, is this rude man trying to get smart by saying “WE” when there are only the two of us in the showroom? I was getting the idea that he was being rude on purpose. He said that he would call someone to help me, so I waited. Shortly, three men came in from the work area, they all ignored me, and never acknowledged me at all. So I left. I went across the street to Firestone. I went to the service desk and told the gentleman that I needed help. By now, the tire was very low, almost flat. The manager, Gary came outside and looked at the tire and put air into it. He checked the stem, and the rim for damage. I asked him if I needed to replace my tow back tires, he said no, your tires are good. He gave me his card and told me to call and come back. I thanked him, and in that moment, I decided never to spend another dime with Belle Tire. They can Thank that rude, man Ollie, for pushing my business across the street to Firestone.

I was buying four new tires today 7-28-21 the tires were the best I could get from you and I made an appointment so that I would not have to wait very long. and that is what your salesman told me. But when I got there 15 minutes early so that I am on time and show that I believe your time is as important as mine. But my car sat in the parking lot for the next hour, and your mechanics act in a slow and interested manner. Still waiting the job took 1 hour to complete to install four tires and an alignment. I want to ask you how much is your time worth. Because lately no business cares about the customers. You have to do better so that your business does not fail like so many others. Two days ago I was in your store because of a problem with my tires and waited quite a while but I did not have an appointment. and felt I needed to wait my turn. But their was another customer that was very mad about the service he was getting, so waiting is now part of your corporate policy. This may be wrong, but when the sales people tell me that waiting 1 1/2 hours is ok but you make appointments every 1/2 hour. If I had known this I would have gone somewhere else.

I want to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Michael Edds and Belle Tire in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI!
I had several notices “low tire pressure” show up in my Ford Escape. We had the tires checked and filled a couple times and during this time my husband was very ill and transferred from hospital to hospice and then back to the hospital again…long story, but it appears it will have a happy ending. Anyway, after the 3rd or 4th notice appeared and my time was spent with my husband, I couldn’t take worrying about the tire. I called Mike, he said if I could get in early, they would check the tire and hopefully be able to get my car back to me. I said he could put a new tire on, or whatever, and showed up early and he wrote up the order. I received a call later in the day, and they had patched the tire so I could come and get the car. I got to the Belle Tire store, went in and asked what I owed. He said I owed nothing and that was the nicest thing that has happened to me since my husband became so ill. Kudos for having Michael Edds as the Assistant Manager…personally speaking, he should be, at the very least, a Manager!
