I made a call to this company today, and the experience I had was absolutely horrible. I was considering keeping this company as my provider. But due to the nasty comments I endured over the phone, I will definitely be leaving. The representatives name was Chris. He said that he is the customer service manager, I asked to speak to higher up and he refused to let anyone else come on the phone. He made fun of my voice saying I sound like a little kid. And made fun of the fact that I wanted to cancel, referring to me as “broke”. This is very unprofessional and very disturbing to know you have employees as such working for this company.
I also had a bad experience with this company. Seems they like to take your money, but will use any clause they can in said contract to DENY any claim. TOTAL SCAM.
But that’s okay, I am a retired, disabled Veteran with time on my hands, a computer and all the addresses and emails of every single AG of every State, every State Legislator, Congress member, etc.
