This company or maybe just my franchise is so unprofessional. I started working before I signed any paperwork. One of the papers that I didnt sign was a 2 week notice form. This explains that if I dont put in a notice my pay is dropped to minimum wage. I never signed this and upon leaving the company they are withholding my check and dropped my wages to 8.80 when 12.00 was agreed upon. Terrible business. Cheap and greedy. They overwork and underpay you.

I’m suing them for retaliation. Long story but I worked for the one in Camarillo. I reported a chemical hazard and immediately my hours were cut and they blamed it on me when I was the one who reported it. It’s going to drag on forever.

Franchise owner Nicholas Moore , owner of you’ve got maids of Hudson, I worked there for a short time and quit because he was not abiding by Wisconsin state labor laws. Both me and my mother who knows quite a bit about what’s legal and what isn’t, have both asked him for a record of how many hours I worked while employed with him, and he has refused. It’s illegal not to put how many hours worked on pay stubs. May want to check in over there. All I ask is to know how many hours I worked so that I can compare to my checks. It’s also illegal in Wisconsin to not pay for drive time between houses. So I’m out that money too that I should have gotten. Maybe train your franchise owners on their state laws a little better

Hello. I used your services on March 9th at South Padre Island out of the Harlingen office. Andrea on the phone was very helpful and nice.
The cleaning took place yesterday at 12:20. The manager of the building let them in. Me and my husband were unable to get there yesterday after the cleaning so I left work early this AM to go over there. Due to time change, it was very dark and I was unable to see much but what I did see put me in shock. It was freezing cold in the condo. I opened the bathroom door to switch on the light and it was not working at all. They passed on the mgr that we “needed to replace a light bulb” but there are three and none of them worked.
I used my cell phone light to look at the thermostat and it was placed on the ON position instead of AUTO and was down as low as it could go at 50 degrees. Our AC unit ran at 50 non-stop for approx 18 hours.
I am not sure if this is the norm at their home but I am willing to guess that they do not leave their thermostat like this at their place of residence. This was careless. I had not planned to come back for a few days but something told me to go over there.
The refrigerator was not cleaned. I was told during a deep cleaning it would be cleaned. I was also told that they would pull the stove out and clean and it wasn’t. I know this because something fell behind it and I asked if they could get it while the stove was pulled out.
One of the long blinds was down and that happened when we lived there but I noticed that another one was missing and I could not find it.
The back door was left unlocked. This is just stuff that I caught in 5 minutes while in the dark running late.
We plan to go back over there in the daylight. I have pictures of the inside of the refrigerator.
I entrusted my property to your team and was let down. I feel that our electricity bill will be higher than what I will pay you. On that note, I would like some of the bill credited since we have to delay renters by having to go back over there to clean the refrigerator, fix the lights, etc.
I have left a message on your main number in South Carolina and I have left a message with the local office in Harlingen for return calls.
I have given my debit card info over the phone for this. I may call the back and dispute the charge until something can be settled by your office.
I hope the right thing is done and we can come to an agreement. I do not know how much the electric bill will be but I can call them for wattage used the 18 hours it ran straight at 50 degrees.
Please contact me upon receiving this. Michelle Draper 214-770-XXXX.
