On the day of November 21 ,in Lawrence Ks . I ordered a pizza online. It was estimated to be done in between the timeframe of 1139 and 1149. I was tracking my pizza on the app. It never said it was ready to pick up so I finally walked over and got my pizza I came back and unknown to me. My pizza was barely even warm. . I called The young lady answered the phone. I begin to explain to her that my pizza was cold and I was following the app and it never said it was ready or I would’ve came sooner she goes well. I didn’t know that there was a tracker on the app, I said so you’re telling me it’s your job to work at Toppers and you don’t know the app has a tracker so she cut me off and begin saying no no no no no no no no literally like eight times and said I’m willing to work with you but if you’re going to and all I was doing was asking the question if she worked there and it was her job and she didn’t know that the app had a tracker on it so then she just hung up on me . Little blonde haired gal. We are working out in the cold weather, Building the KU stadium across the street , hoping to get a nice hot pizza. Very This satisfied and the rudeness of the worker was terrible. Literally says on the box if you are not happy, it is not a problem no hurt feelings whatsoever we will replace or refund it will obviously she got her feelings hurt when I questioned her knowledge about her job with the tracker on the app.

Management is horrible ! The GM Paige does not care about her job at all ! She fired an employee for seeking help because another employee stole his delivery order. She states “ this is too much your fired you message me too much” that’s discrimination of the highest form and it is unacceptable I will be contacting the local news and reporting this to every social media platform ! She is horrible

My kids and I love Toppers pizza, but the unprofessionalism I dealt with yesterday at the South Milwaukee location at 12:00 pm, after recieving two pizzas; one was supposed to be hand tossed and was cold and paper thin, the other was literally cold, toppings shriveled up and burnt, and cheese in only two inches of the center of the pizza, was unreal! When I called to tell them this, the girl told me that she was the one who cut the pizzas herself and thought they were fine. I couldnt believe it, but she did say she would bring two new ones. I said she could see them herself ,again i would return the 1st two. She said it wasnt necessary. Next thing I know, the doorbell rings, I open the door, and see the two new pizzas on the ground left on the snowy porch! Then I recieved a message from the delivery driver telling me that,” it was messed up that I would lie about the pizzas just to get more!” Not to mention he got an 8$ tip for a 40$ order. My experience with the employees here were so disrespectful and unprofessional, I will never go to this location again!!

Dear Scott Gittrich,
I am writing to share a very sad experience I had tonight with the Toppers store on Capitol Dive in Brookfield, WI. I love your pizza and breadsticks and have enjoyed it since I was in college in Whitewater. Tonight at 6:00 I ordered the loaded taza pizza and a tripple order of breadstick for my family. I was aware that it was a busy night with a 1-11/2 hour delivery time. I was okay with that. The pizza arrived 1 1/2 hours after I ordered. What I received was a cold pizza and a cold order of breadsticks. On top of that, I was given three garlic sauces when I ordered two garlic sauces, one ranch and one cheese. I called right away and was told that they would send me out the correct sauces and a certificate for a free pizza right away. After 45 minutes at 8:15 and nothing happened, I called again to speak to a manager. The manager, Anthony explained that one of the workers shouldn’t have promised me that and asked me what I wanted to him to do. I asked him if he would please send me the correct sauces and a complimentary pizza for the troubles. He said he would have a driver come out to my house as soon as one returned. It is now 10:50 at night and nothing has been delivered. I am very disappointed in what happened tonight and after calling twice to resolve the problem, nothing has happened. I paid $42.00 for a pizza and breadsticks (with a nice tip) that were cold and not with the dipping sauces I ordered. And anyone knows that you have to have the perfect dipping sauce for the sticks. I have been a loyal customer for 25 years since Toppers opened in Whitewater and I am disappointed in the service I experienced tonight, particularly in the attempts I made to resolve the situation. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I know this is not what you would like for your customers to experience.
Sincerely,
Michelle Murray

This regarding your mission ks location(TP162001?) This was a online pizza purchase on July 13th 2017 prepared at 5:05 p.m. but was set to be delivered by 5:45 p.m. the same day the online amount was for $20.27 only by my credit card and I also gave the delivery person $3 in cash as a tip. I just checked with my bank and there was an amount for $26.27 instead for Toppers Pizza(913-262-7849) I’m asking for proof that I authorize this online withdraw off $26.27 from my account which I did not I only authorize $20.27 to be taken out of my account from Toppers Pizza therefore I am due $6 credited back to my account because free pizza will not cover this please respond immediately this request was made to you on July 15th at 10 12 a.m.
