On December I received my bill that was almost twice of my November bill, I writing because I believe this is a mistake. I have lowered my central heat thermostat down to 65 degrees. So my bill should be less for December not more. Also the previous months in September and October I had relatives living in my house, they were using my washer and dryer and lights. So more electricity was being used. Therefore my bill should have been higher in September and October not in December. I would like for you to look into this matter. There is something wrong with the way you are charging.

I received a letter stating that you were going to install new fiber opctic lines in part of Clayhatche,Al. My question in WHY,you have not power lines in our town.You are jusl going to cause a guaranteed problems when you do this. You will end up cutting phone lines and water lines, you may say that you won’t but I will bet that you are going to do it. The cable lines that you install will be of no use to you because they will DEAD END at the end of Rabbit Road and be useless for communications.
I have a tall tree behind my house that is dying and I would like to ask the power company to trim it or cut it down before it takes down the lines and pole and the service to my house. Power been off two years now due to being out on budget billing I didn’t authorize then renters got in trouble fir unauthorized usage now I’m looking at 1800 to have power in my name again at my property even tho said persons and I are seperated he’s incarcerated because my name was on account as authorized user I was told just to be able to get info on account of make payment now i stand responsible for something and I didn’t live at residence at this time cleburne co Al bulk sh*t I never asked for budget billing and I didn’t steak power but im responsible f**k up they need some competition then they wouldn’t screw everyone over
I have a pipe in the rear of our house that was capped when we moved in, in l998 it recently started leaking water and I called Shelby County water, they referred me to Southwest Sewer Services. Southwest sent me back to Shelby Water and they excavated around the pipe. The pipe goes down about 4 to 5 feet and makes a 90 degree curve toward the Greystone Elementary School and is in line with the nearest light pole on the school property. Shelby Water thinks it looks like a power company conduit. I call Ala Power on July 3, 2019 and a truck came out, they said it would be turned over to Ala Power Engineering Dept, I have heard nothing and the Ala Power employee left me no phone numbers to check back to. Can someone look up my original call and let me know what is going on or what will go on in the future. The hole around the pipe remains open but was fenced off by Shelby Water.

i had my service disconnected because when i moved and established service they gave me two differnt account numbers one for outside lighting and one for meter only gave me one account number also sent past bill to the one i had turned power off i paid the bill i recieved on account number givin and they turned back on which doesnt show in there system want me pay reconnect and deposit closed account but they cut the service on and off and back on said nothing they can do because they closed a account i didnt know exsisted until sent letter after the fact someone aint doing there job and im getting f***kd for it thats on yall i got meter and lights that they cut back on and then tell me i aint got account
