Edible Arrangements creates bouquets of fresh fruit that is hand-sculpted into flowers and other shapes and can be dipped in chocolate.

Edible Arrangements was founded in 1999 when Tariq Farid partnered with his brother Kamran Farid to open the first Edible Arrangements store in East Haven, Connecticut. The brothers then designed the computer systems, training manuals, production and profitability tracking systems, and supply chain management process.

Upon completion, in 2001 they began to franchise their business. The first franchise opened in 2001 in Waltham, Massachusetts.

The company grew quickly, with its biggest growth year in 2009 when agreements were signed to open franchises in Texas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Virginia nationally and Italy, Hong Kong, and Turkey internationally.

In 2010, the company faced a lawsuit from some of their franchises, which stated that some corporate practices and policies were making their franchises less profitable. The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court in 2013. The details of the settlement were not revealed to the public.

Why is there no real number to speak with a actually person about a complaint? I need a number or email address to speak with someone about my disgusting Vday present for my fiancé gone wrong i ordered from the store on broad st in Durham NC and long story short had a roach inside the pineapple of my arrangement and i have yet gotten the issue resolved!

I would never use this business again. I placed an order on Saturday morning with the assurance that at delivery would be made that day. I was told midtown Atlanta would make delivery. Didn’t happen. Didn’t happen on Sunday either. Called corporate waited 10 minutes, I timed it, never had a human pick up. Finally I called and cancelled order and the man I talked to said it may take 45 days to credit my account. I am Furious. This company is moving to Sandy Springs, well good luck. If you are looking for a gift run don’t walk from this company..

My displeasure with edible arrangements is becoming more of a common theme, where I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I have ordered from this company several times. I have a friend who has allergies to strawberries, It is my understanding that they cannot change what is in the picture. When I called and spoke with a manager about this she did not inform me that I could have purchased a banana or all Apple cone but I just would not be able to get it delivered. I go to redeem my edible reward, call ahead 11 AM to be told “not sure how to do that” then I assured the employee I would be up there so it may be wise to call for help if needed. I arrived roughly 2 hours later placed an order told it would be done in about 20 minutes. 30 minutes into it I was told the bananas were messed up and I could not get an ETA on how much longer it would be for a simple 12 count dipped fruit box. I find this employee to be illtrained and to have lazy customer service. I was finally called about an hour after leaving the store to go back up there to be handed a bag that had a broken handle and I had to respond with have a good day and got nothing back that’s completely unacceptable and rude! The Suffolk Virginia location on CenterBrook Drive Has ill-equipped employees and very poor customer service!

I ordered what was suppose to be a 24 count of dipped chocolate cover strawberries for my mother. I thought if I ordered ahead of time I would ensure that I would get a perfect batch of strawberries. Well that wasn’t the case…. $102.00 down the drain. I only received 14 strawberries that were slanged and thrown in the box ( I have pictures to prove it). Angry, upset and and appalled I was very shocked and disappointed that a WELL KNOWN company such as EDIBLE Arrangements would do this to their customers. I immediately called the store #1174 located on 6960 Collins Avenue in Miami Florida and spoke with the manager Iris. after stating my problem she did advise me that she would ship out another package free of charge. Well today is a NEW day and let’s say….. I’m Still WAITING!!! Mother’s Day is today and I was ashamed to give my mother that gift…. I actually had to go out and buy her something last minute. This hurt me and made me feel as though I would NEVER want to do business with your Company again. Overall this was a disappointment and I won’t STOP until I get what I deserve. It’s sad….

I am writing to tell you my complete displeasure with you location in Hollywood Florida. I went into order a dozen dipped Strawberries on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. I was old that it would be 45 minutes but I could not wait so I paid for the strawberries and said I would pick the up the next day. I asked specifically for 2 boxes of 6, one to have 6 milk chocolate covered and the other to have 3 milk chocoalate and 3 white chocolate. I paid for the strawberries before I left. I came in the next day, Thursday, and they were not ready and I was told again it would be 45 minutes. I voiced my complaint about them not being ready after 24 hours and already paying and they said they would work on them now. I had to wait as this was to be a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and I could not come back again before the holiday. After about 30 minutes they brought me 1 box of 1 dozen milk chocolate strawberries. I explained it was wrong and was to be 2 boxes, 1 of all milk chocolate and the other of 3 mlk and 3 white chocolate. The clerk brought me back the 2 boxes of 6 and I verifies and they were all milk chocolate. I then told her it was wrong again and they took it back and corrected their error. The person taking the order had been there both days and she told me she wrote it correctly but the person putting the order together had made the mistake. I asked her if the manager was there and she pointed to a person who had been staring there the whole time from when I walked in. I could not believe that despite the lousy service I received over and over while I was there your manager didn’t stop what was going on and try to handle these horrible customer relations. In fact, even after she was pointed out by the employee she never looked up once. Is this who you want representing your company? But wait, it gets worse. At least I thought I was finally getting out of the store with the item I wanted for my wife but that didn’t happen. Today I presented my wife with the strawberries and once they were opened I was appalled. Several of them had mold on them and they were all dried out. These hav been refrigerated the whole time and unless what was given to me was old to begin with, they should never have grown mold. I believe the staff at this store purposefully gave me damaged and old strawberries in retaliation for my dissatisfaction that was completely called for. I have taken pictures of the strawberries and if you email me I will send them to you. The store I visited was #407 in Hollywood Florida. Please do not have this very inept manager contact me as I am afraid any resolution she could offer me oils be tampered with; I do not ever want your fruit again. I no longer trust your company. I will never shop your stores again and I will tell everyone on every social media I can about this. I am appalled that my wife opened something so disgusting.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! Ruined Valentines Day!
From a Cost , Quality , Delivery & Customer Integrity perspective,. This franchise failed miserably. Hence a learning opportunity to improve the process,..It is indeed the Process that inhibits the people to work efficiently and productively. (If there is one to follow)
I’m writing to you today to express how disappointed and frustrated I am as a customer. I have ordered from your company for years now and this is the first time this has happened. The particular franchise in question is the one located on Broad Street in Durham , NC. For Valentines Day (2018) I ordered (online) 2 items for my wife and daughter which came out to $190.89.
Event timeline:
A. 11:38am (EST) Placed order online
B. 6:35pm Driver called to say she was on her way
C. 7:10pm Door bell rings and I answer the door to receive the order,..I noticed the delivery person has only 1 item of my 2 item order. She apologized and said she would be right back with the 2nd item
D. 7:15pm receive a call from the store manager who apologizes for missing the 2nd item . She said they were overwhelmed with orders and today is of course Valentines Day . She promised that it would be at my residence by 9:00pm . I agreed and said it must be here at that time
E. 9:25pm I call the manager to inform her that the 2nd item has not arrived. And that is was now too late for me . She stated that because I ordered on the same day as delivery her store was overwhelmed with orders and that I should have ordered it earlier. I responded that if she thought she could not fulfill the order she should not have compromised her product or service and that as a customer I would have certainly been okay with her telling me she could not fulfill ,..which would have given me 8 hrs to get something else for my wife and daughter. She abruptly cut me off and said, “well your wife can get her gift in the morning”. The manger would not take any responsibility and ownership of the situation and continued to make excuses and deflect the responsibility to me. I said , just deliver the item tomorrow,..she said okay and hung-up
F. 9:28pm Missed 2 calls from the managers
G. 9:29pm Called the manager back to understand the nature of her call. She stated that the driver had tried called me at 9:15pm and left a voice mail. (THIS WAS A NON-TRUTH ; THERE WERE NO CALLS OR VOICEMAIL) She went on to say that the Driver had just left it on my porch outside my front door . I said well okay , Hold on let me go check,..I opened the door and there was nothing on my porch. I informed her that there was nothing out there and why did he not ring the doorbell? (ANOTHER NON-TRUTH TO DEFLECT RESPONSIBILITY) I also asked her why would he leave it outside where bugs and other critters could get to it.
She angrily said ,”okay we will get you something in the morning!”

H. 8:15am (FEB 15, 2018) Got in my vehicle to go to work and on the pathway next to the street was ; ITEM#2 A SOGGY BOUQUET OF FRUIT FILLED WITH INSECTS A WET STUFFED TEDDY BEAR AND A VALENTINES DAY BALLOON !!!

TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE!!! What a reflection of their “WOW” program.
Edible arrangements clearly has a problem on their hands especially on how they award franchises , Their governance , Lack of management responsibility/training and the treatment of their most prized audience , .. Their Customers!

I am an employee at the Fayetteville, Arkansas branch. I love this so much. There is nothing more full feeling than taking a gift to someone. I especially like it when kids are there. I was driving a bus and left to work shorter hours and (hopefully) a happier job. The problem is not with delivering, it’s with the boss Lavern. She is absolutely the most hateful person I have ever worked with or for. I actually shake when she’s present. I am looking for another job as i type . You guys need to look at how many people she has gone through. I don’t have to put up with someone like her. And I WILL NOT….

I ordered an arrangement for my mother-in-law that never got delivered and the Woodmere Ny store told me on Sunday the 14th at 2pm it was on the truck for delivery by 5pm. Corporate kept transferring me to customer care who was NO help at all.

I received an edible arrangement gift and it was wet inside and out. There was no seal on on the box to detect any intrusion into the package. There is no assurance that this package has not been compromised. I would never do business with your Laurel, Md location.
My next point of contact is the department of health.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I got today from the store in Concord, NC!
I have ordered many arrangements to be delivered, and have never had an issue. Now I’m disappointed because I really think it’s a nice thing to send when there is a need to show someone you are thinking of them!
I placed an order on line as I usually do. Waited all day and never got an email stating the delivery was made, so I called the store in Concord, NC that it was coming from, it never went out and they said it was going tomorrow, that their delivery man left for the day, I said it wasn’t acceptable because they said it would be delivered today on my receipt. Long story short, the store made many excuses and contradicted their self numerous times.. needless to say they refunded me and my best friend had surgery today and has cancer, and because I live so far away from her, I wanted to send this so she knew I was thinking of her and was here for her… Now the opportunity has passed and it never happened. I was told the owner would call me today, lets see it this happens, I tried to get in touch with corporate, but to no avail… I hope someone can get back in touch with me regarding this, otherwise they will loose my business and many other people’s business as well. In this day and age, I would think they would want to make good on this type of situation!

I received a call last night from Edible Arrangements at approximately 6:00pm inquiring how long I was going to be at work in order to receive a delivery. I informed the caller that I would be at my office until 8:30pm. March 22nd was my birthday and I had no idea who was sending me an arrangement. I left the office at 9:30pm and no delivery was received. Later in the evening, I received a call from my daughter asking if I enjoyed her surprise. I asked my daughter, “What surprise?” She informed me that she saved her money and sent an arrangement to my office. I cannot begin to explain her disappointment with your company on not delivering the arrangement for her birthday surprise to me. Wait, her experience with your company gets even worse. My daughter called today and found out that the location she selected on “your” website” (Pennsylvania Ave) is closed. She called customer service and requested a refund and was told she would have to wait 6-8 weeks. Unacceptable, she was charged immediately, so I am requesting an immediate refund and an apology to her. This is simply not the way business is done!

I have been trying to contact the store for 2 days (nonstop) about a delivery that has not only HASN’T HAPPENED, but not even PROCESSED! The phone is either busy or I’m put on hold for over 30mins, someone picks up the phone and immediately terminates the call. I am requesting an IMMEDIATE call back regarding this horrible customer service interaction. THIS IS NOT OK!!!

VERY UPSET!! Placed ordered to be delivered to mother at the hospital. And then it never got there..tried to call the store was hung up on. Come to find out the store in Savannah GA on albercorn street takes the phone off the hook when they are busy. So you call for 2-3 hours and the phone is just busy. Called the customer care line, they told me sorry we can’t do anything you must call the store.. this was after holding for 20 mins. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Very disappointed with their service . I ordered a delivery through their website and paid by PayPal . I got the confirmation from them and PayPal . However , instead of the branch ( Dearborn, Michigan branch ) delivering , they cancelled the ordered stating something about IP address conflict . I called that bullsh*t .

I used to order from them on every holiday and special occasions .

They lost my business forever .

I guess it’s back to regular chocolate and flowers from now on .

I’m extremely upset over a bungled order that you not only failed to deliver but never let me know that you had no intentions in delivering in spite of taking my money. When I asked how my friends . enjoyed the delivery I discovered that it had never arrived. I went back to the store only to be told that the Washington State store didn’t deliver to Bainbridge Island because they wouldn’t be bothered to take the ferry although they did bother to take my money. If I hadn’t researched this transaction your company would have gotten away with theft of $107.45. I will never darken your doors again, this was an exercise in futility. And I will share my experience with all my friends. Bad way to run a business.

Thanks for ruin my anniversary.I did my order at the store in South OBT Orlando FL.My wife never received the arraignment so she thinks that I forgot are anniversary.I really want to go to the store and beat the crap the owner or the manager Iam so angry for not read the review’s of that store, all the reviews are bad.I don’t not how this store is open.I am planning to contact the news in Orlando and NBC News.

Heb in carthage tx is not a good a good store at all. The employees there don’t pay for any thing they eat. Next they don’t dobt have cameras and peoples vehicle get hut, tires get cut while on clock. Next 90% of employees are on drugs and manger to. And nothing gets done but the carthage store if your not one color you don’t fit in but its a different color if your white you don’t fit in. I hope and pray t he ceo sees this and will do something cause they fixen lose a good worker and a lot of others…

Wow I wish I had really been aware of how ridiculous the use of this particular service would have become potentially NOT WORTH IT & costing me nothing but tme & aggravation. In the and not only did my sister not receive a birthday gesture nor wish but also cost her her time & aggravation. The experience in the end was upsetting, humiliating and negative on SOMEONE’S BIRTHDAY!! Disgusting.
These apparent to stores which they decided to do to us or out of Midlothian Virginia off of Midlothian Turnpike. The original Clerk inane, incompetent unaccommodating and would not answer my inquiry but yet calls me at my job 5x over. [@ my job I have quantity under time constraint with half the staff scheduled usually and could not talk and was disrespected–
This is where I need to point out that aside the fact that the site was not user-friendly especially in a pinch because I work too much because I have to and don’t get rest or anything else much accomplished.
The site was also misdirecting and misleading regarding any deals, coupons, savings MAKING GOOD FOLK SPEND MORE. WHEN THEY DONT HAVE THE % TIME OR BOTHER in this day & age of very trying times!!!
This all amounts in the end to Bad Business Bad Business bad business..!!..
When I was still willing to be open, positive and rectify the complete c********** that it all transgressed to– they were rude, incompetent and on unacommodating!! One does not address a customer by their first name. I’m old school still yet buy a professional modiXXXX protocol and shall be addressed as.. I am Ms.! I beg! your pardon!! Presumptuous -itches..
Between the site and the location it cost me exactly what I was trying to save I could have made the thing from scratch and walk down the 360 miles to give it to my sister my damn self and it still would have cost me less!!
Humiliated and angry!!
They cancelled the order because now amidst the five times they called me I had called them second to the last and had told the lackey who answered I was contacting corporate and going online.
C’mon unprofessional so many times over!!
Where I reside and work these problems do not persist. We receive items all the time and have never encountered these issues. I to work with the public and would have never ever treated a client the way I was treated not in my wildest dreams and we deal with some absolute nutsy, intolerant adamant Folk!!

Well this is a follow-up reply because I believe in doing the right thing. Once I called the corporate office -even the first person I got named Salon, she was really quite a mensch and a doll and shoul be commended.Her family and loved ones are lucky to have her as well as this so-called professional entity because really my experience was upsetting and she made sure the right thing was done through and through in the end and I appreciate the follow-up and follow-through. The outcome suffice for the experience overall, thank you again so much and I do appreciate the effort. my faith in getting the first person to a rightful end result is really at a low ebb in today’s day & age so I do appreciate how matters were rectified.

My mother was trained at the store near mall of millenia, and was treated (along with many of the other employees) very rudely. The management is very unprofessional and I saw this first hand when she would speak to her on the phone. She would come home upset everyday because of how poorly she was spoken too. The management for the store on Orange Blossom Trail treated the employees well. However, my mother got very sick one night with because of an infected tooth. She called the store numerous times, and left messages. She finally got through, and the message that she couldn’t come in was relayed to the Manager. The owner (who said previously in a text message to contact the manager with any questions or problems) told her she would have to be let go because she did not call him directly. She made him aware that she had been waiting in the parking lot for a half hour because that’s how late they were coming to open the door. He apologized, and my mother accepted. However, the same thing happened again. This time he accused her of lying because of the time clock he had checked. However, they have the capability of editing the time clock, because the manager had said so herself. (She actually stopped by job around 8:40 am, to tell me no one had come. ) My mother did not say this because she did not want to start any trouble. I do not want anyone to get in any major trouble, I just felt that these issues needed to be bought to light. This is the only job she’s ever had an issue with, and to be honest I would never recommend anyone to work here. I have never seen her so unhappy, and I couldn’t believe how she was spoken to. I think the owner and certain management need to be trained in communication skills.

I recently worked as a Temp at the Mansfield, Ohio 44905 store. Chelsea was my manger whom was amazing. She does a great job. I was told i was being hired in by her then again by her area manager Sherri. Sherri is very rude to her staff and makes all of the employees lifes hell. Its beyond crazy that she is still an area manager. She is a horrible manager and edible arrangements should really reconsider how they do business. Shes rude to customers and employees. I cant believe how cruel that lady was to her staff on Christmas Eve. When we all busted our butts on everything.

Nothing compares to edible arrangement in Grafon Street Worcester Ma. Ive been a temp for holidays for a few years and recently havent been able to go back for watever reason. The manger there Kat is horrible and completely the most rudest person to everyone. Has a nasty attitude like if she is the sh*t because of her position. I would always help in that store would be offered a permanent job by different managers but then nothing would happen. I called to help back in November for thanksgiving and they said they were good. Which i found weird because my friend would call and have her go in. This happened again for this Valentines day and found that the employees there who knew me were acting weird. So i called and they said the same thing everytime i gave my name. So i had my friend call and once again they would tell her yes they need help to go in asap. So i called and asked to speak to Kat and she was very rude told me to stop calling her store because at the end its her decision who she wanted and didnt want and said to go screw myself. Very not professional there fruit is not always fresh they dont do anything good with peoples order.

Edible Arrangements Order W0041576647‏: What started out as a concern with the product, has turned into a nightmarish customer service and quality of product delivered experience, to include a telephone call from the owner who is unwilling to make a refund on a damaged and poorest of quality product only surpassed by a lack of customer service skills as employees ranted about how it isn’t their regular store so there is nothing they can really do. Kaitlyn I know you tried to make it better, however your owner calling only made matters worse as he lied about being unable to make a refund. Yes Dennis, I’m calling you out on this one. Your offer of another arrangement is not worthy of making up for time and opportunity lost. Loved one only turns 40 years old once and a surprise party cannot be done over. Obviously you care more about a measly $96.00 today than continued business opportunities. Let your conscious be your guide, but you know you should have refunded the monies based solely due to employee interactions alone not to mention the the poor quality of the product that was pushed out the door. If I had not been not crunched for time I would have had it remade or more likely gone elsewhere, but your screw-up at the store you own, left me literally with my back to the wall and gun to me head so to speak to make the deadline of what should have been an amazing birthday surprise. I would like to make an complaint I have never experienced such horrible and unprofessional service as I did from the Edible Arrangement store 1505 in Alexandria, Va. on King St. I placed my order very early so my sister would receive it on time. The order arrived late Friday evening at 9:00pm and when it did the delivery person told my sister, “Oh it’s the wrong thing but I’ll bring you back the stuff that’s missing”. My sister called me to let me know she had received it but it was wrong. That Saturday morning I contacted the store and spoke with Lester not once did he apologize for the wrong order nor did he care. I asked to speak with a manager but no one seem to know where the manager was. I explained to Lester that my sister was having a surprise party so could they please deliver it to the restaurant well that never happened. My niece called the store and they told her the delivery driver quit and they didn’t know when she would receive the arrangement. Well she asked them could they deliver it to the house that Saturday evening again they never showed up and left a message on the phone that they would deliver it early Sunday morning. Well my sister waited and waited still no arrangement so my niece decided to call and they told her another lie. She told them that her and her mom didn’t have all day to wait on the arrangement. So they told her it was on the way well it finally arrived Sunday at 3:20pm….NO ONE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ME FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I’M VERY UPSET AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND FOR CORPORATE TO SPEAK WITH THE STAFF AT THAT STORE BECAUSE THEY GIVE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS A TERRIBLE NAME.

Never have I ever in my 26 year old life have been so disrespected and treated so poorly and less of a human being before. Edible arrangements in Jupiter, Florida has THE WORSE customer service EVER! The lady I spoke to was so unbelievably RUDE to me, and very UNPROFESSIONAL at that. I can not understand why Cooperate would allow such a person to be in charge/run a store that comes with customer service and a little bit of stress like all other jobs have. This is UNPROFESSIONAL at it seems that you do not care about your PAYING customers. $100.00 for some fruit dipped in chocolate? And you treat me like a piece of XXXXX? I would love to hear back from back from cooperate or the edible arrangement team and just see what the reason is for all this hostility.

I feel the same way as you after talking to the store owner, Dennis, in New Bern North Carolina. Sadly my experience with the store and the store owner in New Bern, North Carolina is about the same as yours…horrible. Here is what I sent them…

“What started out as a concern with the product, has turned into a nightmarish customer service and quality of product delivered experience, to include a telephone call from the owner who is unwilling to make a refund on a damaged and poorest of quality product only surpassed by a lack of customer service skills as employees ranted about how it isn’t their regular store so there is nothing they can really do. Kaitlyn I know you tried to make it better, however your owner calling only made matters worse as he lied about being unable to make a refund. Yes Dennis, I’m calling you out on this one. Your offer of another arrangement is not worthy of making up for time and opportunity lost. Loved one only turns 40 years old once and a surprise party cannot be done over. Obviously you care more about a measly $96.00 today than continued business opportunities. Let your conscious be your guide, but you know you should have refunded the monies based solely due to employee interactions alone. ”

I’m sure the corporate folks in Massachusetts don’t care or won’t take the time or effort to make it right. Just what I figure, but if they do I’ll be sure to say so.

Hello,
I am a frequent customer and have always been please with EA until a recent event. It was my son’s birthday and he was in Utah. I called and asked to have arrangement delivered to his hotel and included his room number. Edible arrangements said they would deliver that day. I called hotel at night (they did not know about a delivery) and I also called my son at 9 pm and he had not received anything. I called EA the next day..they were able to track it down and said it was delivered between 1-3 the previous day. They stated it was not there fault my son never received it on his b-day. He finally received the next day, 10 minutes before heading to airport. I asked EA to refund my money and the women was argumentative saying they did what they were suppose to do. I find this extremely bad customer service. I use your service a lot, my son received the gift a day late with no time to enjoy. EA was aware of this and only wanted to blame the hotel. can someone please contact me.

On November 10, 2014 our church had me place an order for one Delicious Celebration Dipped Strawberries and Pineapple- small- arrangement. The order was to be picked up at our local Edible Arrangements in Iowa. The website for Edible Arrangements was acting strange and kept saying the order did not go through. The order was placed again, same issue. Finally, it said that the order went through for the one arrangement. However, when someone from the office went to get it on November 11, there were two arrangements waiting. They explained that we had only ordered one but were told that the web order from the corporate site was for two.

The employer took the two fruit arrangements because we were told we had already paid for them, even though we told them it was wrong . The issue came up then that the original orders had gone through, but duplicated and a receipt shows them at a minute apart. The order number was for W0033683526. We have tried to get the second order reversed off our card now since we got the charge on our card in December. It is still there. We are going to escalate it further to VISA and their headquarters as we have been charged two times for $58.84. They are unwilling to help get our money refunded. All we want is to be refunded for the one bouquet that we didn’t order.

I have been a customer and a recipient of edible arrangements and i am highly dissatisfied with the service i have recieved from one particular location in Homewood Illinois, Owner Noreen Hansbrough. My first experience with this location was when my mother passed and some friends of my daughter sent me different bouquets from out of state. Both orders came from the Homewood location. The orders were left outside on my concrete stairs for several days not to my knowing. I was not home due to making funeral arrangements. i called location to ask in what world would a business leave parishable items outside? I was told by owner if they were not given specific instructions it would be left!!!!! I educated said person on rudeness and poor business pratices and advised i would never do business with her establishment again. That brings me to current date, as a suprise my son sent bday arrangement and because of zip code if went to same store. Once i opened it i was apalled that the strawberries were bad under the chocolate,the grapes were bad and the melon was transparent which means not fresh. I called corporate to complain and was told to call store. I spoke to none other than Noreen and her rudeness was just not acceptable. I will also file complaint with BBB and hopefully this complaint wont go unnoticed.

First, let me say that I have been a customer since the beginning, and always use your service. I had never had an issue with the quality of an arrangement, until recently. I ordered an arrangement for my mother for her birthday and had it delivered to her while she was visiting family in Hemet, CA. The arrangement I selected CLEARLY showed that the types of fruits included both dipped and undipped strawberries… I understand that I ordered the SMALL size and the photo showed the LARGE, however, I still expected a SMALL version of what I saw in the picture. I saw the picture of what my mom received and was APPALLED at how different it looked from the pic online. I did an online complaint and was contacted by Danielle in the Moreno Valley store, who was basically telling me that I was lying about the pic (which i emailed to her) and that what they sent was the same as the pic online. Because of her rudeness, I’m done with your company. I can’t believe the way spoke to me!

im writing to you as a concerned spouse my wife works at edibles in Orlando florida on s.orange blossom trail 407-8121447 previously a manager in Morgantown wv this past month working at the store has not been good and my wife gets written up for issues she has no control and the owner mark Norris is not a very good owner she never takes off and is never late and as manger in glenmark store the store was one of the best in wv my wife is to nice to write a letter or question anything but im not I think corporate needs to look into having happy employees ty steve viola

I have been very happy with arrangements I have revived from Edible Arrangements in the past. Therefore, I have ordered as gifts for others particularly out of town. This week I placed an order for a new baby gift. When I arrived at the recipients home the next day I was grossly disapponted. There was VERY little fruit and the container was plastic! The whole arrangement was lopsided and falling over. I cannot believe I paid $77 for it. I wish I had ordered flowers.

i wish to make a complain on your HK franchise. I made an order via the HK web Nov 2013. As they did not have the container i ordered hence i cancelled my order and requested a refund of HKD 935.20. After many correspondence and months, they are still not able to refund me but kept giving excuses regarding their accounting division and their US office. Before i report this fraud case to the HK Consumer Council, i wish to alert you since you are the Headoffice. This is total disappointment.

Hi there,

I’m writing to you today to express how disappointed I am as a customer. I have ordered from your company for years now and this is the first time this has happened. For my mothers birthday I orders two boxes of assorted fruit, chocolate & nut dipped) we had opened the boxes to try them out. As my husband bit into one of the chocolate dipped strawberries he found a black hair imbedded in the chocolate. To his disatisfaction he had injested some of the hair but he immediately stopped eating to show me. I took the fruit back to the location (Brampton store) where I bought. To my surprise no one was wearing hairnets there. There were two women at the front desk. I told her our story and I said there must be an issue with hairnets not being used or worn here. She apologized to me and refunded me 50% of my order. I felt that more should be done here as it was uterlly disgusting finding a human hair in our desert. I’m bringing this to your attention as hairnets are not being used.
