There is a growing trend, by companies large and small, to make contacting them more difficult. Many companies have hidden or even removed contact information from their websites. If they do provide it, it is often nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone.
We believe this trend is dangerous. How can any company expect to maintain a high level of quality or service without gathering feedback from it’s customers?
Corporate Office HQ was born from a specific incident similar to the story above. In 2012, Chick-Fil-A removed the contact form from their website after their President made anti-gay remarks. This left thousands of customers without a way to express their displeasure with Mr. Cathy’s remarks. We created this site to give people alternative options to contact Chick-Fil-A.
The response was overwhelmingly positive and we have since profiled over 2,000 other companies with complete contact information for consumers to express their feedback, positive or negative.
