I have an issue with XTO that I have been trying to get resolved since March of 2019. I have tried calling and leaving a message SEVERAL times and don’t get a callback. I am extremely frustrated with your system of handling this issue that could easily be resolved if I could just TALK to a real person!!!! This has turned into an awful experience!!!!!

No one ever answers your telephone and your answering machine or voice messaging does not respond when the number one is pressed to leave a voice message. Your company is not responsive and it seems like it will not be until are made accountable.

Dear Sir or Madame,
My brother works on a ranch in Streetman Texas where XTO has a few wells. The reason for this email is that one of these wells was deemed to be a variable dry hole and was set to be plugged and the well pad removed. The owners received the correspondence of the decision in Dec. 2013. The well has not been touched? The well is the Emerson 2-1 and the original owner was Bill Emerson. He has since passed and his sons have the royalties but the property has been sold to Kenny Miller. Mr. Miller and my brother, the ranch foreman, are wondering why the well has been overlooked for so long? And they are wanting to reclaim the land, close to 2 acre tract, and use it for their operation.
We would very much appreciate if someone with the knowledge of what is going on with this well would contact my brother, Tommy Bonner, at 903-388-**** and let him know what is going on so he may pass the information on to his boss, Mr. Miller.
