Xcel has lost my Jan 2023, Feb 2023 and March 2023 pymts. Every month I have to call them, then call my bank to PAY for a stop pymt and send them another check which they lose that one too so repeat the calls and pay more money EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They either have theft going on inside their corporation or incompetent
people. Frustrating. Very frustrating.

Good morning!
My pump has been making a noise like an airplane taking off every few hours all day and all night for up to 20 to 30 minutes at time for 4 months and the best they can do is tell me there is a work order out for it. But because we don’t smell gas and it’s “a non emergency” they won’t come out and address it. This noise, by the way, is indicative of the pump beginning to fail. It’s not a squeaky meter. It’s so damned loud my neighbors hear it and it wakes up them up in the middle of the night too. The sound is deafening in my home and has been getting louder over the course of these 4 months. But “there is no gas smell so they have a work order in and sometimes it can take quite a long time to get it addressed I’m so sorry ma’am.”
Why would you wait for the part to break thereby creating an emergency? Why not fix it now? Not to mention the horrendous noise the thing makes!

I was informed (obviously wrong) about Xcel having a priority list for those on an oxygen concentrator. However, when I called Personal account rep PAC at 800-331-5262 the woman this morning 9.12.17 who spoke to me was VERY rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional in her response. She lacked empathy and has NO customer service skills whatsoever !!!!!!!!!!

To Whom it may concern,
I try every month to pay my bill online, but I can’t. I cannot believe that a company the size of Xcel doesn’t have its own site for payments. I live in Texas & can’t even pay on the bill matrix because they do not accept debit cards from my state!! What kind of company are the CEO & CFO running? Certainly not customer service!!
