I placed an order for DELIVERY today, October 4, 2024, at 1:47pm. They made the mistake of charging my credit card twice for the exact same order. I called to get that fixed right away after I got the notification of the incident. It took 30 minutes for them to answer the phone. How is someone on hold at a fast food place for that long for starters? That is problem number 1. After finally getting a hold of someone, they said they would cancel one, but the other is still placed. Then proceeded to tell me that someone is on the way with my food. Another 30 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food or any tracking notification on its whereabouts. I call again and takes another 15 minutes for someone to answer. They had nothing to say and put me on hold again. 15 minutes go by and they say sorry we will make your order again and you can pick it up. Why would I place a delivery if I could come pick it up? I am at work everyday running a business. I don’t have time to come “pick it up”. So they said we will get another drive to come get it and bring it to you. It is 4:16pm currently and I still DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT!!!!!!!!! I call again for them just to tell me sorry it is here waiting for someone to pick up. SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME SOMEONE IS GOING TO DELIVER COLD FOOD TO ME?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Absolutely horrid. Pathetic.

Hello Everyone, I had a minor age 16 working at Wing Stop on Duke St Durham NC. The managers all but one are Rachet , Rachet. No wonder they don’t have any employees. They don’t know how to talk to there staff and you have an old perverted manager that works there. They need to hire a whole New Management Team…

After sending this issue SEVERAL times on the contact form, I am puzzled as to why Wingstop have sent a gift card for $5 but still have not refunded my $16.23 or even acknowledged that you continued to charge my account for a meal that I did not receive on 3/18/2023 after waiting an hour. I have called so many times and completed the online request form multiple times but have yet to receive a call or response at at all—-Not good customer service at all! I frequent this location on New Hope Rd in North Carolina and it is sad that you all will not give me the refund that you have owed me since 3/18!! Management has failed to contact me as requested. I cannot get in contact with anyone at the store as I have called almost daily. This location is the closest to me and a fave of my household but you don’t have to worry about me supporting a business who steals from it’s customers anymore.

Wingstop in lake Mary Florida needs to refund me. The service is horrible. And your shift manager John seems more of a first day kind of guy, completely clueless. He’s eating while cooking, on his phone. And another young lady working register very disrespectful. He laughed in my face and asked me how long does it take to cook chicken bites, i told him and he had nothing to say. I am A professional chef. Ok here we go again since it deleted my comment. Geez. Basically I am disappointed in my order. I ordered chicken twice from the Schertz location. Both times my chicken was not extra well. It looked unappealing and I have pictures and they were not sauced right. The chicken was cold to touch. The bag wasn’t even warm. The fries cold and soggy. This location had gotten better but I see they have gone downhill again. I don’t like to call and complain because food places around here are not very helpful when you do that or they want you to bring the food back that day after you get home and relaxed they think you wanna leave out again to come replace the order. So I called corporate who was always really helpful for me at wingstop. This time I got Condescending William. He was not getting the spelling of my last name right as he kept saying a T where it should have been a P. He said he was just following my lead. No you aren’t cause I clearly said P as in Paul and he kept saying T as in Tom. Then he told me that I should have gotten an email with an order number. I couldn’t find it. So he says. You did say you ordered online right? You should have gotten an email. Even though I told him I have a receipt. I couldn’t find the email. And he couldn’t tell me where the order number was on the receipt so I gave him my best guess which number it was. So even corporate has gone downhill. I love wingstop and I get so jealous watching people mukbang with their delicious looking orders and when I order it’s nasty and cold and not extra well or sauced and seasoned right. They have to teach their workers how to take their time and properly fry the chicken. I will wait for good food done right. The fry is the most important part and then after saucing it correctly. Please please fix this I am super disappointed.

Ordered from Wingstop today on North Duke St. in Durham NC thru door dash 7/21/22. I ordered the meal for two it comes with 15 wings when I got my order I didn’t have 15 wings the fries where cold there was something hard in my ranch ranch all at the bottom of the bag and the wrong drink. When I called back to talk to the manager I asked them aren’t they suppose to check the food before bagging it he says yes and I explained the issue he claims that the food was checked. There’s no way that the food was checked if I only got 10 wings and not 15 cold fries and wrong drink. This is unacceptable and I’m very pissed.

Hello my name is Joey Ledbetter and I was a employee at wing stop on north duke street and when I first started the manager told me that I could use my father’s bank account for my direct deposit so that is what I did the check was sent to the account but the bank rejected it because I was not on the account the check was for $517 and this was back in may on the 12th and I still haven’t received my check I’ve talked with the manager at wing stop and he said that it is out of wing stop hands so I went to the bank and talked with the bank manager and he said that the check was sent back.At this point I’m about to get a attorney and let them handle this.But I’m hoping that corporate can resolve this issue.I have a check stub with my hours and I have my father’s bank statement and on the statement there’s no check deposited in that account. All I want is my money that I worked for.

We’re at a wingstop in Lake Mary Florida and the service is terrible they never answered the phone when you order your food you got to wait 45 minutes or longer to even get your chicken they’re rude and they’re not organized it is terrible terrible. I cannot believe there is no where that Wingstop can be emailed besides their fill in form. This is crazy! I ordered on 5/12/2022 at 6:30 PM for delivery and their 3rd party delivery company, Doordash, never delivered. Calls made to the store were no help, they said its out of their hands. I paid WINGSTOP not Doordash. Now Doordash nor Wingstop will refund my money. I spent over 4 hours on calls, apps, etc. trying to fight this. They make their customer service access impossible to get through. Shame on you Wingstop for your horrible customer service! This is very crooked and shameful!

I have been dealing with the exact same situation. I placed my order on 4/24/2022 and still have not received my refund after three weeks. I’ve called customer support multiple times only to be told that I have to wait for someone “higher up” to reach out to me. The store owner finally called me after two weeks but now I am being told I have to wait for them to verify that I haven’t already received my refund and am not trying to “double dip”. They are treating me as if I am a scammer even though I am the one literally being scammed. Another week has gone by with no action. I was even told that once they verify my refund has not been processed I will have to drive out to the store to get refunded in cash instead of just simply refunding the money to my card.

I would like to say Wingstop was my top choice when it came to wings and service but, I cant.
Store # 1284 18121 Tuckerton Road Cypress Tx. 77433 has been a disappointment for the last 6 months.
My most recent issue was on March 19th when I had to wait 2 hours to get my online order. After waiting 1 hour the manager (James) showed up and stated he was going to issue credits…….it would take 5 to 7 day’s…..now they already charged my card of course so now I had no food and had to wait for my return? Needless to say the return of $$$ never happened (8533227495849988) $146.00. I did get my food this day but, never received my reimbursement as promised by James.
Again recently, I know didn’t learn my lesson we placed another order, same Wingstop # 1284 on April 24th and yet again, 2 hours pass and no food. We were told they would not take any additional orders, they were short staffed and we would have to wait for (James) who’s the manager to return to get a refund. He was out of state??? Again no call back and no refund….I didn’t get my food this time.
I wanted to make one positive comment on the staff the night of April 24th. They were very professional in a crown of 15 plus angry customers wanting a refund. Those are the people you want managing your business, professional and dedicated.

I arrived at Wingstop store 663 at 10:22 on Piedmont Ave in Atlanta,GA. As soon as I walked in the door they refused to take my order despite the fact that stores hours are until 11PM. Said person that refused to take anymore orders because he wanted to go home early happens to be the manager, who’s name is Xavier according to one of the employees because he refused to give me his name when I asked for it. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The manager on shift with short curly magenta colored hair spoke to her employee in the back (the employee was checking me out at the counter for my online order and it was incorrect) in a very loud rude voice so that I could overhear her, “If she wants carrots she can pay for them. I’m running low on produce, I have to pay for it so she can pay for it too.” The manager, never came to the front, never made eye contact, and spoke with a loud sharp, condescending voice that was so offensive and threatening that I didn’t even know what to say or how to respond. I felt very threatened and so I picked up my bag and told the cashier, “Nice manners,” and walked out of the store. When I got home I told my husband what happened and he shared that he has also witness this same person treating other customers, not him, but others in the exact same manner. This behavior is so violating and disrespectful. If your manager resents customers and/or her job then she should find something else to do.

I placed a delivery order at the LaMarque,Texas store through their online website. The order never came so I ended up with cancelling the order. I was sent an email for refund. I never received a refund. Brandon Johnson who is the area GM contacted me after I left a complaint and gave me a credit for pickup for inconvenience which I used a week later. I contacted him back after 2 after seeing I wasnt refunded as he promised me as well and was left with false promises of him accomplishing this. I left a few text messages inquiring about refund which he never responded back. So I ended up paying for a meal, a delivery fee aling with a tip which never happened. This is theft. I contacted wingstop support and calling the bank to issue an unauthorized transaction. Ive been a customer for four years but am mo longer. This is unprofessional and wingstop should be ashamed.

However, this company has expanded quickly and is currently being operated in 11 locations amongst the central Ohio region. The expansion occurred extremely fast but was very unpredictable in regards to the current set of the economy and the free financial living for the unemployed community. In resulting to the unavailability of staffing, the dynamics of expectations were set at a minimum in reference to allow the business to operate. But.. in disgusts and improper performance. As you may feel free visiting these locations, I’ll give you an “heads up” the unpleasant experience that’ll most def be expected distracts the enjoyment of satisfaction for all guest. The behavior and indicators of the Franchise Michael Horowitz (OWNER)&Brandon Weeks (VICE PRESIDENT) is very much aware of the occurring dissatisfaction within. The management team at the stelzer road location gained eligibility of receiving a bonus of door dash’s expectancy referencing, the management of time quotes. (which neither managers received.) The store was pronounced closed due to the lack of employment which resulted Of being scheduled and not compensated! Visualizing The consideration of the unjust treatment in this indefinite period of business, it’s still being operated under low wages with expectancy of Enabling responsibility of Gm requirements. in personal perspective, The initiation of demotion imputed an agreement and a corresponding decision Mike & Brandon Held. I can’t even give this waste of retail space ONE star but Yelp forced me to!! TERRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE!! Our last 3 orders through DoorDash from the East-West Connector/Austell location were NASTY, GREASE FILLED and INEDIBLE!! DO NOT BUY WINGS FROM THIS SORRY AZZ LOCATION! They SUCK!!! We started ordering from the Hiram location instead to get GOOD wings! I ordered through the Wingstop website and chose HIRAM but somehow it went to this nasty azz grease pit instead! I tried to call and cancel but the employee who answered the phone, Ashley, said give them another chance. How I WISH I had cancelled!! It arrived the same way it always does: WRONG as hell (not all flats and nowhere NEAR “extra crispy”); EXTRA GREASY as hell and straight up NASTY as hell!! I call to try to take it back up there but the Manager said I couldn’t because they were “backed up and about to close and could NOT remake my order”. So it’s OK to give other folks the food THEY paid for but I have to wait until tomorrow?!? Screw that! We were hungry WHEN WE FREAKING ORDERED!! I’m contacting Wingstop Corporate FIRST thing in the morning about this crappy azz, nasty azz POS place to let them know how much they SUCK donkey balls and to share pics of the GREASE we’ve collected from the last 3 orders that came to a OVER HALF A DAMN CUP & took a whole ROLL of paper towels when we were done trying to soak the grease from it! I was at the Wingstop 1185 in High Point NC, to have lunch with my Son and Daughter in law (whom i haven’t seen for 2 months).They arrived at the restaurant and was there 15 min before i arrived and had not been greeted/acknowledged
or served dinks even. I talked with them 5 mins then went to the girl at the register and asked could we be waited on.
She proceeded to bring us drinks and take our order. I was on my hour lunch .
We were never told there was a wait, there was no management to come to the table. We asked 2 times about out food then, I asked for management. Then had to ask again for a manager. When she arrived Ms. Delyn Shively
was not apologetic, she just began making excuses. Which are true im sure. Not enough staff, ours would be 10 more minutes.
There were 7 tables in the restaurant with people. She said she would make them to go and we declined. My lunch was over and i did not have time to wait.. Plus that is what we came there for.
As i was waiting for a to go cup, another employee as what temp i wanted my wings. I said an hour later??
the manager proceeded to bring our wings to go, then asKed if i cussed out her waitress.?? NO, NO I DID NOT.
