Yes I have a huge complaint!! I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get my NEW Sirius XM radio actived. # 1~I found the rep (Joanna) Manila, Philippines very rude and talked over everything I tried to say: She automatically without question gave me a package she didn’t even ask me about, I told her to slow down and tell me what packages you have. I finally decided on the $9.99 one to possibly change later, (Baby Steps) then I asked about a deal or free trial, she gave me another phn. # And I called that one and got even a worse person then before who in turn gave me another phn# to call. By this time I was livid. And this is my introduction to Sirius XM? I did leave a message on the 212-584-5100 number. I’m hoping this can be rectified. Now I”m being charged for a service I’m not getting at all. I checked again today, NO SIGNAL. What a poor customer service team you have. I sure hope this can be resolved. I’m also getting a different radio installed. Please call me to resolve this issue. My upgraded new radio will be installed on 10/25/14. My Phone # is 510-755-****
Sincerely, Anngi Giusto
