Victoria’s Secret was founded by Roy Raymond in 1977 in San Francisco, California.
According to founder Roy Raymond, he had been embarrassed while buying lingerie for his wife in a department store and wanted to create a store where men would feel comfortable shopping for their wives.
Raymond studied the lingerie market for 8 years before borrowing $40,000 from his parents and $40,000 from the bank and opening his first store in Palo Alto, California.
In its first year of business, Victoria’s Secret grossed $500,000.
In 1982 the company had grown to have six stores, a 42-page catalog, and was grossing $6 million annually. Leslie Wexner, the creator of Limited Stores Inc, bought Victoria’s Secret for $4 million.
In 1983 Wexner discarded the model of selling to male customers and changed the focus to selling to women.
By 1986 Wexner had transformed the brand and Victoria’s Secret had 346 stores.
In 2000, the company had 1,000 stores and accounted for one-third of all purchases in the intimate apparel industry.
Victoria’s Secret is a subsidiary of L Brands and accounts for more than 40% of sales for its parent company. The company sells lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, shoes, beauty products, perfume, sleepwear, and sweats. Victoria’s Secret had sales of $6.12 billion in 2012.
As of 2015, the company had 1,017 company-owned stores and 18 independently owned locations. Victoria’s Secret had annual revenue in 2015 of $12.5 billion, worldwide.
In May 2016, the company announced that it would discontinue their swimwear, clothing, shoes, and other accessories in order to focus on fragrances, sleepwear, and lingerie. Summer of 2016 will be the last time these items will be sold.
The company’s longtime CEO, Sharon Jester Turney, suddenly quit in early February of 2016, in order to “prioritize her family life”. Les Wexner has again returned as CEO until a replacement can be found.

Fire your coders. Your website is mobile-hostile, buggy, slow, & completely unresponsive. It’s garbage.
No wonder you’re sinking like a stone. Half your potential customers can’t give you any money. I’ll shop elsewhere.

On the afternoon of July 18th, 2021 I returned 100s of dollars worth of gifts I received from VS to the store in the Short Hills mall in NJ. Because these were all gifts, I obviously had no receipt so I was expecting to leave with whatever amount of store credit I could get. Half of the items were considered in-store purchases so I received a VS gift card. The rest of the items were considered online purchases. The girl at the register took those items, took down my name, address, email and phone number and said I would receive an email receipt. She also said there was no way to know what the online items were worth until they are assessed by the online office and that I would receive a gift card in the mail within the next two weeks sent to my address. So I trusted her, walked out and have received zero. No email receipt, no gift card, nothing. I waited exactly a month to see if anything would happen. Today I called the store directly twice and also called customer service. Customer service has no record of anything under my information. This store apparently is so lazy and does not want to look up the records of returns from a month ago. I explained that I was given a gift card right before the online transaction, if the store could find the gift card record to the see what was done immediately after on the same register/employee sign in and was told their “system doesn’t work like that”. When I called the store the second time, one employee wanted to know exactly which register I returned these items. I said I didn’t know but then someone else took over the call and said they can’t do anything about it. So who is lying here? I literally lost hundreds of dollars worth of items that I would have kept or given away or donated if I knew this company was so shady and reckless with customer purchases. I was also told that the person/people that bought me these items might have gotten the refund gift card in the mail instead of me which is completely embarrassing and rude on my behalf as now there are others that might know I made a return, but haven’t said anything. This company needs to shut down today. I am commenting here and will comment to the corporate office, google review, whatever I have to do to get someone to read this and see what a joke of a company this has become.

I have been a customer with you for some years now but I was very disappointed when on the 3rd of March a Representative was helping me place an order and told me she had to go becauce it was over 20 min. I couldn’t believe my ears that Victoria Secret would ask like such a thrifty company and interrupt a sale to possibly help another customer and I do mean possibly help another customer
You have shown that you have no customer ethics or care about customer service only greed. I’m tempted to go on Black Twitter and write about your greed and not caring about your customers are customer service. I’m very hurt and disappointed. In speaking with Laura your Supervisor she couldn’t even understand how I felt as a customer because this is normalized in your company to treat customers this way.

Yesterday 12-3-19, I attempted, for over 20 minutes to order some items from their website…deep discounted items for Black Friday or Cyber Monday roll-over….anyways the site was acting so screwy, that you could not land on what you wanted without the page jumping to something else…after giving up…I waited for at least 30 minutes and went back in to their official site; although the visuals were better, it still would not recognize the discount and I was so close that i contacted their chat live rep, who confirmed that they knew the site was having technical difficulties and were working to correct it. I ask if i could instead go the the physical store and purchase my selection at the same sales promotion, and long story short…the answer was no.
So 12-4-19, just now at 1:35pm central, I returned back to the site to attempt placing my order again, only to discover that the promo is no longer available and the items are higher and promoting different stuff.
Now fully annoyed, I called the customer care, l got this robotic acting sales rep names Amanda. From the get, she listened halfway, but constantly was jumping in with little annoying verbiage. And not really listening. She also stated that there was nothing they could do, and went on to talk right over me, selling me all the crap they were promoting now. I cut her off and asked to speak to a supervisor, someone who could make a decisions instead of hearing her cookie-cutter automated responses. I did not like what she said to me…actually accused me of rudely cutting her off and not letting her finish, because she might be able to do something for me- had I let her finish…I told her that she understood what I wanted and if she had a solution should have stayed it immediately rather than give me a sales spiel of today’s promo. She was so freakin rude… I told her that. And told her I have been in business for years and would never hire someone like her…condescend she goes on…”oh so sorry you feel that way..blah blah blah”.. I had to cut her off and ask to speak to a supervisor only for her to pretend to place me on hold, come back with a “this time well do it” Bull…and I again asked to speak to supervisor , she says. Oh she just stepped into a meeting, and went on to ask for my selection, obviously I did not wish to place any order with her, so I let her know that I will contact someone myself and be sure to include her name.
My whole point to this..is that due to their website having tech issues that, prevented who knows how many customers, from taking advantage of the sale and getting their order in yesterday. Victoria secret would not honoring those customers, when I know that they are very aware of those who signed in to their account and placed items in their cart, tried to checkout in vain…what a horrible company service model, to disregard their own customers and do nothing to make good on their mistake.
So, yes after pissing me off and my demand to talk with supervisor, was this rep Amanda willing to honor the “missed sales opportunity”. I will still miss out, since I wouldn’t give that Amanda my sales to save my life.
But how unfair to.. who knows how many other buyers out there, that are being forced to miss out.
Shame on Victoria Secret…they may be amongst the growing list of business bellying up in the near future.
It will serve them right!!!

I visited the VS store in West Covina, CA on September 30, 2019. When I walked in there were 3 sales associates chatting it up and paying no attention to the customers. I finally had to interrupt them to get a question answered. Once my shopping was complete and went to the checkout line, I stood an hour in line waiting to pay. It never fails that there is always a line in this location and moves at a snails pace. The store wasn’t that busy where it merits this long to check out. I finally asked if there was going to be any other checkers as there were only two and the line was growing fast. I was given a an answer “No sorry.” After my questioning the long wait, I asked for the manager who’s name is Michelle and she came out and asked who wanted to see her and it wasn’t the checkers fault line was so long. She proceeded to tell me she was sending another person to help with customer check out and walked away. She did not care that people were waiting so long in line to check-out. Almost every customer complained in line. After some time some even left the items they were purchasing and walked out. This store is one of the worst when it comes to customer service, long checkout waits, and the manager Michelle is the worst. Maybe VS wouldn’t be in financial trouble if they took care of business at the customer service level. Seriously, something needs to change at this store location ASAP. There is a reason why there are so many poor reviews on YELP!

Victoria’s Secret is so greedy. Never get their credit card and I will never set foot in their store. The bras are horrible. They shoved me in paperless billing and the bill went to my junk mail so I incurred late and interest charges that were almost more than the actual purchase. Horrible greedy idiots. Can’t wait for them to go bankrupt.

I reported fraud on my long standing VS account 4 months ago. This account was always in good standing and never ever delinquent. While I was recovering from a difficult childbirth in Florida someone maxed out my VS account in different stores around NYC! I have made several calls to their customer service and fraud dept and they have yet to clear my name. Instead they continued to report me to the credit bureaus lowering my 800 credit score to the 600s. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have spent a lot of money at VS and I don’t appreciate being treated like I am the criminal. This account will not be re-opened and they have lost a good customer but I doubt they even care!!

My email to Victoria Secret:
To Whom It May Concern,
I wanted to voice my complete displeasure with Victoria Secret. On December 15, 2018 my girlfriend, Ms. Olguin, purchased a gift card for my 17 year old Granddaughter for Christmas. When my Granddaughter, who lives in Northern California, went to use the $40 gift card she was told there was no money left on it which was very embarrassing for her as she was with her girlfriends. My Granddaughter contacted Ms.Olguin who in turn contacted Victoria Secret in Pleasanton in person. Ms.Olguin had saved her receipt and was given the gift card back by my Granddaughter. A case file was opened, Case #1135679, and yesterday, April 4, 2019, Ms.Olguin heard back from Victoria Secret via USPS. The gift card was redeemed on 12/27/2018 in store #1345, located in Corona, CA. My Granddaughter was nowhere near Corona, Ca, which is actually 400 miles away and in fact never used the gift card in question before it was refused when she tried to use it. I think Victoria Secret is responsible for making this gift card good to Ms.Olguin and my Granddaughter. As per the letter Ms.Olguin received Victoria Secret said “If you feel your Gift Card was used without your authorization, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency to file an investigative report”. I can’t believe Victoria Secret won’t make good on this card. I have spent thousands of dollars at Victoria Secret over the years and I can tell you that I won’t spend another penny at your store in the future and I will discourage any family and friends to do likewise. I had a credit card from Victoria Secret at one time but don’t know if it is still valid. If it is valid please cancel my account.

This happened also with me and my daughter in law. I purchased a gift card at the Chico, CA store for $50. She went to use and told also it was empty and she never used it. She just got a letter from Victoria Secret saying they won’t do right by this. Seems it was used on 1/8/19 in Henderson, NV. Neither of us had been there and don’t even know where it’s at. This is wrong and I’m going to complain. Never will I buy any more cards or shop there. Someone inside is working with someone and seems all during the Christmas holidays. They told my daughter in law to file with the police dept which makes no sense when it’s within there company. I’m thinking of contacting my bank to see if they can do anything but I’d used my debit card so unsure. Sorry to the other party that also went through this. I’m telling people to watch as my granddaughter shops there and also is given gift cards. Never will I buy from there again. They won’t do right by it either is the sad thing. Might have some shady employees as seems they scan a card then pocket and give you an empty one for your purchase.

I am writing to request that you do not show your commercials at an early hour when children are watching television. After a terrible online shopping experience I called customer service. This business employees absolutely the most rude and unprofessional customer service representatives and the manager I spoke with was even worse. After asking who I needed to speak to about the manager being so rude I was told, “Someone will call you within 24 business hours” which never happened. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and the online ordering process. Would love to have the customer service representatives calls reviewed but it appears no one cares how their customers are being treated. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I have worn VS for many years, but I believe I will probably stop after seeing the article about one of the top models actions outside an in n out burger shop. Unless she had been invited to “perform” she should not have been blocking the entry to the store. Everyone has a choice and there are a lot of people who are not “model” thin. She showed a lack of consideration for others by behaving this way, and needs to think about the feelings of others before actions like this are committed. I know a lot of women that don’t buy VS because they feel too fat to wear the products. Not everyone is rail thin and shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable because they go to a burger joint. (I go to McDonalds because they have good salads at a reasonable price.) Just a note to VS that their models need to show a little more consideration for average people.

Horrible experience today at the Victoria Secret located at the Westfield Brandon, FL mall. The customer service name is Lora (that is the name she gave me). She was as rude as she could be and treated me as if I was two years old. She kept arrassing me big time and made me very upset. I decided to recturn all the merchandise. I don’t want to shop in Victoria Secret again. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

I have a complaint. Every time I find a perfume that i like with your company you discontinue it. First it was angel now night. Im over it.
Also, you send 10 emails a day and on those emails will be an item that I would like to purchase, and when I go to the store the next day the item is already gone, or the store never received it, or they dont get enough of the smaller sizes. If your going to send out emails make sure the merchandise is available. I am considering not shopping at your stores any more.

No need to reply. I just want to voice how inappropriate your commercials are. Don’t these girls have parents ?? I’d be embarrassed to see them, during prime time ‘family shows’, with my own father, much less my 15 yr old nephew. My granddaughter and I were at PINK/VS in Citrus Heights, California. a week ago. My teenage granddaughter has been shopping at PINK/VS for three years. My granddaughter had a coupon for a free VS bag with a purchase of $80 ( which we spent $158). We gave the coupon to the cashier and she rang up our merchandise, gave us the total and asked how we were it going to pay. After I told her that we would be paying by card, I asked about the coupon for the free bag. Her response was “Sorry, we are out of bags, actually we hardly get any in and when we do, they just send us a few”. My complaint? I started thinking about all the teenagers who save their allowence to buy at PINK/VS to receive a nice gift at the end and get disappointed. I think it’s false advertisement

After reading so many previous comments, I find that my complaint with the Commenity billing service is a common occurrence. How sad is that??? I had a $19 balance, yes, only $19 which I paid on the date it was due. However, that payment was not taken until the next day (& of course they blame me). This caused a late fee to be applied to my account, greater than the $19 balance I just paid off. Every creditor I deal with takes payments as soon as they get them- why wouldn’t they! But if it is the practice to delay taking payment in order to assess late fees to customers, they should be ashamed of themselves. Of course I tried to deal with this over the phone. I talked to at least 4 different people, most of which were pretty cranky – which only caused me to become very cranky. And, of course, they are not willing to work with me. So in the end, I am being assessed a fee for paying my balance in full.
As I do work in retail, I know how important credit cards are to retailers. I know that I am just one of the little people, but I want Victoria’s Secret to know that I have cancelled my card. I won’t be back. I do not have any interest in dealing with billing services that practice ripping people off. Us little people are what businesses depend on.
Jane Skinner says
I had virtually the same experience as Chris. I purchased several bras and two small bottles of hairspray, and returned all of the bras a couple of days later. I really did not like the fit. I believe the balance for the hairspray was $10.00. I had COMPLETELY forgotten about the bill, until I received one several months later. I had actually thrown out the hairspray because it didn’t hold my hair in place)…the returns were credited on the bill, and the charges for the hairspray still on the bill. HOWEVER, there were months of charges for late fees, and the amount now owed was over $120! FOR TWO TRAVEL SIZE BOTTLES OF HAIRSPRAY!!!!! I immediately called the customer service, where I was told there was nothing that could done, because the bills were being mailed out. Customer service explained it was the post office’s fault for not getting the bills to me, and that I needed to take it up with them. I too dealt with more than one VERY RUDE customer service person. I got tired of being treated so rudely, so I began emailing. To my shock (sarcasm), the emails were equally as rude. Each time I sent an email, I received a response saying they would look into it, and they were very sorry. A couple of days later, I then received another email saying I needed to pay the entire balance. I started to call again, trying to explain I would have made the payments, had a gotten the bill. Side note, several times they could not verify my address………..I then offered to pay a portion of the late charges, but that did not suffice. I HAD impeccable credit, note the HAD. They gave me a date to pay the balance in full, or they would report me to the credit bureau. I very reluctantly paid the bill in full prior to the due date, told them I would NEVER make another purchase from VS, and to close my account (CS said they already closed it……..This happened last year, and they cashed my check. I year has passed, and I applied for a car loan. To my dismay, I was told by the credit union, they could give me the loan, but at a higher interest rate than normal. I had never (I’m over 50) had this happen. The credit union said it was because I had been “dinged” by Victoria’s Secret for a late payment. This took my credit score from 805 to 721. I have since contacted VS, as suggested by my credit union, to see if this can be taken off my credit report. Apparently this process is not that difficult, and creditors that have been paid are normally helpful in getting this removed. I am not at all surprised VS has done nothing to resolve the matter……….

Dissapointed Consumer
I would like to start of by saying that our area was severely impacted by Harvey. We lost all of our belongings and transportation. Our community lost the post office, court house, fire station, library and many small businesses. Our home of 12 plus years took in over five feet of murky water. It took 10 days before the water drained and we were left to pick up the pieces. One month later our community looks like a war zone. Many families still cannot find a place to live. I want to express my disappointment in Victoria Secret. I had recently spent over $500 in merchandise for myself and my two daughters. I didn’t expect to get anything from back from your company or your credit card company Comenity, but when I called the customer service was awful.
Any little bit helps in our situation and everyone I have called has done so in one way or another. Victoria Secret not only wasn’t sympathetic they didn’t offer any help except waive the late fee. I explained I wasn’t going to be late and wasn’t looking for that. I also had a missing package from that week that understandably I knew would be a long delay. I explained I could give a temporary address for the order. The representative said she would add notes to the account but that the gift laundry bag was no longer available. Needless to say I have called a total of four times. I had also had a missing birthday coupon that was promised would be mailed out again. It appears Victoria Secret has no other way to honor these. I finally went on September 30th to buy my girls some underwear and bras. After I spoke to the manager about my experience she told me she wasn’t surprised because Victoria Secret didn’t even offer any assistance to their employees. I was dumbfounded to hear this. Anyhow I had to express my feelings about a company I have spent thousands of dollars couldn’t offer anything. It took a month to even get credit for the lost package. As much as I hated to go and spend more money when I still owe money on all the merchandise we lost during the storm, my girls are my life.

If you are on poshmark you can find me under my user name hillaryshouston my store name Hillary’s of Houston or my real name Hillary Marek. its not in me to right complains, I have worked in retail for over 6 years and in fact I was a former Victoria secret manager at the Great Mall of the Bay store. Recently I was left very disappointment and confused about an experience I had with this beloved brand of mine. I visited the Eastridge mall located in San Jose CA on September 8th at about 8:35pm. This particular mall closes at 9:00pm. One of the front gates was still open. I went in specifically for the Victoria Secret Sport promotion, which was you buy a sport pants and bra for $55. I made my way to the sport collection they had on display. I was very in between sizes so I decided I should try on a medium and a small in the print I’ve been wanting. I was only going to try on TWO pair of leggings. As I made my way into the fitting room I asked the associated if she could let me in. Very rudely she said that the fitting rooms were closed, I responded very confused “what do you meant they are closed” she said “yea they are closed, we close them early” I asked what time the mall closed and she responded at 9:00pm by this time it was about 845pm and again I said “but you aren’t close until 9:00pm” she repeating they were closed. I asked if this was something new like a new policy or change because I use to work for the company and I knew that if a customer came in at 8:59 wanting to try something on, the customer was more than able to do so. She replied no they are just closed. As I made my way towards the front of the store where my friend was shopping her self another associate came up to where we were and repeated that the fitting rooms were closed. Still confused I asked why were they closed if the store was still open to the public. She replied that they were close because the fitting room person was there only until 9:00pm. I replied I wasn’t planning to be there pass 9:00pm and I only had two pairs of leggings to try on. Still she deny me a fitting room. I was upset but more in disbelieve of the excuses I was told I couldn’t try something on that I had every intention of purchasing. This is just very disappointing and truly humiliating. I worked for this company for over 5 years and this behavior would have never been tolerated. Especially coming from retail my self this is just unacceptable. I am a former employee and a devoted consumer of this brand but behavior like this just leave me a very sour taste and only impacts future purchases or recommendations.

I hate the PINK bathing suits for one, they remind me of bathing suits only 14 yr olds would wear. But my biggest issue is the fact you got rid of swim for VS. Let me put it this way I would NOT pay 60$ for a pair of leggings but I WOULD pay 60$ for a bathing suit even if it’s just the top! I loved your swimsuit tops, they were high quality and well made and I bought several over the past years UNTIL YOU DISCONTINUED THEM. Please bring back swim, your audience isn’t just 14 yr old girls it’s older women too, I’m 19 and only purchase bras from you guys now because when it comes to clothing and swim in the PINK department it seems like I’m shopping at a little kids store and I’m not into that. In conclusion BRING BACK VS SWIMWEAR PLEASE.
Thanks,
Brianna Belleville

Hello
My name is Tiffany McNier and I come into your establishment quite often. In march of this year I was in there and spent almost 500 dollars on clothing and under garments from your Fayetteville NC store location. The reason I am writing you is because I am quite upset with the merchandise. Shirts shrink tremendously, the lettering is peeling off and the bras are not true to size. I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. I use to shop there often. But since my experience in march I have not been back since. I surely hope that you fix this because not only have you lost a good customer but I am sure that there will plenty behind me moving on as well.

I visited the McCain mall Victoria secret/ pink, and the employee were very helpful and nice. It wasn’t until I went into the fitting room to try on a couple bras and shirts that I was disappointed. After I tried on my items I look in the mirror, and could see the store camera. Not only did that make me uncomfortable but it is also an invasion of my privacy. I left the store without purchasing anything because I was embarrassed and uncomfortable. I told one of the employees that I could see the camera in the fitting room mirror and her response was ” they don’t work.” How do I know that they really don’t work.

I only go in this store for one product it’s not underwear but it saddens me that the product is not even made with quality material a million-dollar company cannot make a product that will satisfy the customer I have not had my undergarments for more than 2 months and they’re already ripped. I’m very unsatisfied with this product not sure if I will continue to shop here in the future.

To whom it may concern I have tried to send this email to your company for two weeks & unable to send through your website so hopefully you will get this.. Thank you..Ann Paul
I would like to enter a complaint due to a late fee & finance charge was added to my account after I had made full payment of $81.27 on 4/4/17. As a consumer I don’t think this is fair business practice & I understand I am only one consumer & probably not that important to large business. I started off by speaking with Kyle in customer service, then Terry his manager, then his supervisor Jacob & lastly his supervisor Rachelle which told me I had nobody else I could speak to about this matter. I truly do not feel this type of business practice is fair. Why should I have to pay an extra amount of $28.59 since my mailing address has never been correct in your system even though I spoke with customer service in Feb. & let them know that I don’t get mail at the physical address. It was changed today to my PO Box address so going forward I was told there should be on no problem with receiving my mail. This amount may not be large amount but since I have paid my account in full I don’t see why I should owe this additional amount. Looking forward to speaking with someone to via phone call 336-703-3574 daytime number or email how we can come to mutual understand. If I don’t hear from someone within your complaint department with a reasonable time I will proceed to contact the Better Business Bureau to also file my complaint. Hopefully this can be resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you, Ann

Hello,
I was in a Victoria’s Secret at the Florida Mall last week some time and the associates were amazing. I haven’t shopped the store in a few years due to me have a larger size breast than you carry. I had a reduction in December and I was estatic to buy my first VS bra for the first time in about 5 years. I went in the store and was immediately greeted by Tamara. She introduced herself and told me all about the promotions. She sent me to the changing rooms where I was greeted by Syngrid, (who was also great) there I tried on a bunch of bras and loved every one of them. Upon checking out, I got a little irritated because the line was a bit long, however, once I reached the cashier, my irritation quickly diminished. The cashier apologized for my wait, asked me who helped me, and about how my experience in the store was. I told her how great it was and how excited I was since this had been my first VS bra in years, so she was excited for me. At some point while she was ringing me up, she asked was I traveling and I told her yes, I’m from New Jersey. She giggled and said that she was too. Our conversation made me feel like I had known her for years, so of course, I had to know her name. She said her name was Shi. She was amazing! (Not Shi at all) Her customer service skills were great. She even sold me a perfume that I had no intentions on purchasing.
Overall, my experience was awesome! These women need to be recognized for their hard word, knowledge of their products, customer service and their overall friendliness. Although I did not apply for your card, you have gained a customer forever. Thanks ladies 🙂

I have shopped at VS for quite a while and as a large breasted woman I’ve always loved the VS line swim suits because of the way they fit. I’m VERY disappointed that that would discontinue these to expand the VS sports line (although I do love the sports bras as well) I think its sad to not be able to buy a swimsuit I love. Every store I’m at I’m told that the PINK line still sells swim suits but those do not accommodate women with large breasts. VS had been known for their swimsuits for a long time and its sad that they’re no longer available. Im afraid this will stop me from shopping at the store in the future.

There are several complaints, I wouldn’t have gone to any Victoria’s Secrets if I had read all of these complaints!
Shopping wasn’t a problem until I had returned some items and was asked for i.d.! That didn’t make any sense. When the stupid clerk behind the counter was asked the reason for this, she said Oh that’s what corporate office wants. Victoria’s Secret was that she smoked marijuana.

I just wanted to say that you use to have such a wonderful, good quality clothing line and you got rid of it. WOMEN of all ages loved it. There was something for everyone. I have been so disappointed with the stuff you now sell. The quality has gone right out the window. Your stories of your models in the news is NOT a big deal to the WOMEN of the world who are the ones buying your stuff. I hope one day you return to the the Victorias Secret of the past so once again we can buy quality clothing, swim suits, fitness clothing, purses, shoes and the list goes on. I so miss you and have such an issues buying clothes now that are of good quality and geared to women.

I don’t understand how Victorias Secret could discontinue the yoga leggings. These were the only type of leggings that i have worn for years and now that they have been discontinued, my wardrobe has completely consisted of jeans every single day. I will sacrifice comfort before I will sacrifice my form and yoga leggings were the only comfortable article of clothing that would never force me to sacrifice my form. I am sure that I am speaking for many other women out there including my friends and colleagues which have personally expressed their grief on the subject. I will never purchase another item from victorias secret again unless the line of yoga leggings return. I will be purchasing all my bras, panties, sleepwear, and lounge wear elsewhere until someone comes to their senses and brings back the only option many of us had for daily comfort. I cannot express my frustrations any further. I am still in complete disbelief that this has been done and it was a very unwise decision. Victorias Secret is too large and too profitable of a company to knowingly take away something we all loved and try to sway us toward other options that i know many of us are unwilling to accept, as I am not. Please reconsider the decision to take away the most loved yoga legging. Those responsible for the decision don’t know the contentment has been taken away now that we can no longer slide into a new, perfectly fitted pair of yoga leggings.

Hi…I am a long, long time VS customer of many clothing items and all my swimsuits each and every year! I am writing to say that I’m sure your company’s bottom line is suffering terribly by discontinuing the clothing line and now the swim suits. Please rethink adding both of those lines back to your brand. There is no way the company can or is being profitable by just selling bras and panties….
Thank you for your time.

I was hired as a part time sales floor seasonal employee. 11.00 an hour NO COMMISION since I was just seasonal. I went in for “training” by watching videos on an iPad. The second time I went in for work was for their store meeting they have every few months. At that meeting I asked the store manager if I was going to be trained on the floor. My actual first day for work was on Thansgiving day. He assured me I would be shadowing someone not to worry. I showed up for work was placed in their beauty department gave a 2 minute intro on the sales and was told to “sell sell sell” I had no idea where anything was what product was what. As soon as the door opened the store was flooded with hundreds of people. I felt so bad I couldn’t answer the customers questions or even guide them in the right direction. The lines were getting out of hand so I was told to be the line police and control the line and keep an exit way due to crowding becoming a fire hazard . While trying to that I was supposed to restock shelves introduce myself to every customer tell the customer about all the sales and the perks of the Victoria secret card which to this day I have no clue what the hell they were talking about. It was awful! My shift ended at midnight but I had to wait around for 20 minutes off the clock for a manager to check my bag before I could leave. I wasn’t on their schedule for the following week so I figured they would call since I was new. Almost 3 weeks go by I finally get a call asking if o was coming in. I was scheduled the day before and was a no show and I was scheduled to come in that evening! I told them I didn’t know I was scheduled. My regular job was short handed and I don’t know what my schedule would be so I couldn’t work for them. The manager told me just to call him and let him know when I wanted to come in and to let him know my availability when I do know my schedule. I get an email in the beginning of January that I was now a “terminated employee”. I have never been terminated in my life. I have always worked hard. I worked customer service as a manager and also in my current job for over 20 years. I am all about customer service. This company is doesn’t care about their employees. Especially the seasonal. They make millions of dollars but pay sh*t. They don’t care about the customers they are just trying to sell sell sell. I still have not received a paycheck for my time but today I receive a W-2 from them??

My local Victoria Secret Store (Enfield, CT) has been out of size L panties for over 3+ weeks. I keep being told that they are coming in soon. I go in often to check (every other day). I was finally told by the manager that she has no idea when they will come in, and that she has no say as to what is sent to them. I find that amazing that if a lingerie store is actually out of its main product that there is no way for it to ask for it. How is the store supposed to make a profit, if it doesn’t have product to sell. The next closest store is 40 minutes away. I give up. I doubt I am the only customer to do so.

I was in your store at Chapel Hill in Akron Ohio today. I went into exchange 4 sports bras, as soon as I went in the store the girl snatched my bag. I wanted to go exchange them, the girl let me have a dressing room. She gave me a bra that was the same size I wanted to exchange. She said she would be right back with more after twenty minutes in the dressing room she never came back. I came out of dressing room she was at the register The other employees were giggling and talking. They said she passed me of to me of them still no help.
This is the second time I had a problem with this store. I was in there a few weeks ago the cashier was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. was just pushing my stuff in my bag No thank you. I though I would give them another chance, This happens to me.
I have spent lots of money in your store. I will not do that ever again. I will tell my friends and family not to shop at your store.

Just came back from the Victoria Secret in Cordova Mall, Pensacola, Florida. I was so offended by the floor to ceiling poster hanging in the front of the store window. It had a model sitting with her legs widely spread apart in sheer black under wear. This picture is viewed by all who pass by the store. Is it really necessary to go that far? It made me uncomfortable for the families with children to view.

I was at the Victoria’s Secret store at Eastland Mall in Cols, OH & was treated very rude by an employee. I’m officially done with Victoria’s Secret/Pink! The employees are always rude & customer service sucks; I’ve worked in retail part time for over 10 years & have never been treated like this. They don’t greet you they don’t help you & they act like you’re disturbing them when it’s their damn job to help you! I know corporate won’t do a thing about it they apparently don’t care either, but as a person who has spent a great deal of money at these stores it’s a slap in the face to be treated like crap in an establishment where as a woman you should feel comfortable & relaxed shopping for intimates. I’m so glad I didn’t spend my money & went elsewhere.

This company is not loyal to its employees. No heart and they do not care! An employee who has been with the company for over 10 years got pushed aside like she was nothing! This company does not respect loyal, dedicated, long-time employees. They are quick to let someone go for a reason that shouldn’t warrant firing an employee of over 10 years. This company needs to look at and adopt the practices of most organizations out there, including the one I work for and have been at for over 9 years. The second time a person makes a mistake, if it is something like leaving something in the store and forgetting to take it home with you, that shouldn’t mean termination for an employee of over 10 years! Doesn’t loyalty matter?! It’s not like the employee was only there for a year! There is a such thing, at most companies, called a Performance Improvement Plan or Corrective Action Plan which is put into place after a second occurrence. I am very disappointed in this company and lost a lot of respect for it. The store in Livonia, MI lost a great employee and their DM should learn how to manage in a better way. Horrible leadership!

I am a Selling Supervisor at Victorias Secret in Great Northern Mall in Clay,NY
I have been working here almost a year & I provide excellent customer service,I am reliable and hardworking which is how I got the position. However as soon as I was hired around April 2016 I experienced racism with an Assistant Manager speaking about shoplifters. She said ” Theres a difference between good white people and bad white people & good black people & the N word” I was in complete shock when I heard this. There was also an associate who was standing there when she said this.It was my 1st day and this was what I had to deal with. She was also always rude to the workers and acted as though they were beneath her.I tried to contact the Store Manager and let het know I needed to speak with her and she ignored my text because she was on vacation
(she actually told me she did ignore me when I mentioned that I texted her) And when she came back I told her about the incident and she did nothing about it until the girl was fired for misuse of store merchandise. The second time was a few weeks ago an associate said “N*gga” in front of me and the Merchandising Manager and I calmly walked away. She then tried to have a conversation with me as if I didnt just walk away from her because of what she said and I also let the Store Manager know about this situation & she said ” I will have a heart to heart with her” I then went on vacation and when I came back I wasnt informed that the issue had been addressed so Im not sure if it was.The third time was 12/20/2016 I was in the back office after recieving shipment and I was putting the papers in the BOL binder.I was told on the head set that an associate (who has a pattern of calling in) called and said she may be late or wont be able to come in.I told her I would take the call in the office. There was also another Selling Supervisor in the office with me at the time.I resumed the call on speakerphone and I said “Hello its Tenae,so whats going on?” The associate went on to say she had been looking for her keys and she tried calling her Mom to see if she had them but she hadnt answered and that she would either be late or have to call in.So I then said “Ok,well if you feel you may be late or need to call in just call us and also see if someone can cover your shift please” And she said “will do.” I turned to the other Supervisor in the office and I said “theres always something, but if she felt she was going to be late for her shift she shouldve called earlier because its now 3:47pm.” The other Supervisor then made a face and said “I dont think you hung up” So I pressed the speakerphone button and ended the call. The other Supervisor then said “what if she heard you?” And I said “this nothing that I wouldnt say to her its become a pattern for her to call in and its the Holiday season”…The other Supervisor looked at her cellphone and gasped & said “Oh my God” & I said “what?” & I read the texts from the associate who I was just on the phone with and the texts read…Text 1 “I cant go in to work today I’ll see you tomorrow” Text 2 “Tell Tenae the next time she wants to talk sh*t Ill drop her a** into next f-ing week with her drama ni**er a**” Text 3 “Fakest Person I ever met” Then a few minutes later Text 4 “Dont really tell her that because Ill probably get written up or some gay sh*t” I immediately called the store Manager letting her know everything that transpired and I let her know that Im not going to keep being disrespected and I will hand in my keys this is the 3rd time. She then asked when was the next time this associate would be working and that she will be terminated. And she was terminated. However this is an ongoing issue and Ive always voiced my concerns but at this point I feel the company is nothing of what they claim to stand for which is “Values” Im very disappointed and I will be resigning as soon as possible.

I have been working at the Victoria’s Secret in great northern mall for a little over a year as of April 2017. I recently quit due to a lot of dishonesty and childish antics taking place at my store. We were given a new store manager around June of 2017. Since she has come to our store there have been numerous policies that have been broken and many lies that have been told. The store manager brings her kids into the back office for hours unattended. She also brings her children’s babysitter back there who is 14 years old and who she also claims is a thief because things from her house have gone missing. Not only is it a safety issue to have them all back there unattended, it is also just breaking policy. Non-employees should not be allowed in the back where we keep all of our merchandise, and it’s also considered a loss prevention issue. The store manager has also been taking the tags off of clothes and putting them on sticky notes to keep by the register claiming she will “pay for it later”. She has done this multiple times and has the left the store without paying for things. Being a part of a store that experiences shoplifting daily this was truly aggravating. The main reason for my quitting however was her lying. She had sent an email to our District manager claiming that I had come in late multiple times and I had called in which was causing her to open and then have to come in later that day to continue working on inventory. I had not called in that morning because I wasn’t even scheduled to work. I was scheduled 5p-1:30a that day. The other selling supervisor that was supposed to open claimed that she just didn’t want to, but she wasn’t penalized for it, she came in at 12 instead. After coming in to work that day the store manager proceeded to be rude to me and continue talking about me to other associates. After I found out that the email was sent and I confronted her about it she continued to lie. I even spoke to the District manager and she was no help in the situation. I am a hardworking individual and I have helped that store immensely. I took on shifts for other people and was always very reliable and this to me is ridiculous. I should not have to work for a company that doesn’t care about its employees and doesn’t care about managers abusing their power and breaking policies.

I find it very sad that every single time I’ve been in that store, I’ve seen someone stealing merchandise and not have a single thing done about it. What a joke it is to the employees in the store that they cannot do anything about this. I literally walked by pink tonight in my mall and saw a girl pocket panties. It makes VS and pink look pathetic when all anyone ever does is come in and steal items. It seems acceptable to do so for the amount of times I watch it happen. I feel bad for the employees.

I’m not quite sure where to go with this, it a complaint about the employees at the Grand Traverse Michigan VS store.
My mother and I went in this evening so she could purchase a new bra for me, I haven’t been measured in a while so we were planning on asking for that service.
Upon entering the store there was an employee in the front by the panties table and just glared at my mother and I without a hello or any sort of acknowledgement, later going through the store my mother and I were searching for a couple of bras that i liked to try on, during this time there was another employee who stormed passed me and my mother and knocked my purse off of my shoulder from her shoulder bumping me, didn’t give any apology or acknowledgement either to that. I said excuse me and she didn’t even look or flinch.
Later on I was trying on bras, i asked my mom to ask the two employees standing outside of the dressing rooms having their own conversation and my mother said I have a question, they didn’t acknowledge her for about 10 seconds and finished their conversation then my mother asked if they have any other sizes in the 2 bras I needed, they just said no, nothing else no other suggestions, just no. My mom then suggested why dont we have someone measure you, my mom hinted to an employee nearby and she walked away.
So we both said whatever we will do it ourselves so we did.
When in line waiting to check out I got pushed out of the way again by an employee and glared at by her I said excuse me again, she didnt acknowledge me. Waiting in line we got cut 2 times and the girl checking people out just looked at us and didnt do anything about it.
This store is HORRIBLE, the employees are absolutely rude and disrespectful. They are so busy chatting amongst eachother they don’t give a sh*t about the customers, they treat their customers as if they are below them!
Something NEEDS to be done about this, I didn’t get any of the employees names because there was more than 1 employee who was disrespectful to my mother and i
We went to the store on 12/20/16

You state that your goal is to provide every customer with an amazing experience – Faith (store manager at Oxford Mall, Alabama) has failed miserably. I have just watched this viral video and I am thoroughly appalled by the treatment two black female patrons had to endure at her hands. If this is the type of leadership you employ at your company, be rest assured that I will never shop at ANY of your locations again. Every customer who walks into your establishments should be met with dignity and respect. Her actions and racist reasoning behind them were simply reprehensible.

I am a former customer and will not be shopping at your store again after seeing this video. It is your responsibility as a company to train your employees to treat all customers with respect. Ordering other black customers from a store because you had a shopplifter who was black is ridiculous. Black people don’t all know each other and they are not all related. Its just skin color, it doesn’t tell you anything about them other than that many have to endure this kind of mistreatment. I am really disappointed at your failure to train your employees and will be advising family and friends to avoid you.

I too am disgusted by the actions of the store manager, Faith in the Oxford Mall in Alabama. The two women had their rights trampled on and deserve an apology and more. Unfortunately, this is not the first time and won’t be the last time that racist rear their despicable heads. Racism must be called out whenever it happens and racists brought to task for their actions. (Thank you to the young women for posting the video.) VS must do a better job at weeding out racists and bigoted employees who work for their company, and recognize that while security is watching for theft from brown people coming into their stores, it is usually white people who are stealing them blind. I encourage all brown people and good meaning white people to take your money to businesses who will appreciate and value YOU.

I am sure you know by now there is a video that has gone viral all over social media showing your racist store manager by the name of Faith, in the Oxford Valley Alabama Victoria Secrets, kicking out two black women, whom she falsely accused of being with a shoplifter in your store that happened to be black. Basically, the two innocent black women were guilty for being BLACK!! from the video posted on line, your store manager as well as mall authorities, had no reason for kicking them out the store. I guess all black people steal, right? Because of one idiot you blame everyone who is associated with that idiots skin color as being a thief and stop them from shopping in your store. Is that the way you handle loss prevention issues in your stores? Well you know what? I am glad Faith’s ignorance reared it’s ugly head before those ladies dropped a penny in your store as it made it that much easier to walk out or should I say be thrown out! I have never been so angry, furious and overwhelmed with emotion after watching that disgusting video of that poor girl crying because she could not buy your merchandise due to the color of her skin!!!!. I am a black woman who has shopped at Victoria Secrets in store, on line and have even worked for your company. I will never step another foot in a Victoria Secrets again!!!!!!!!!!! I am using various media outlets to encourage all women of color to take their business elsewhere if this is not taken care of. Your product doesn’t deserve to be worn on such beautiful colorful, curvy bodies, and you damn sure don’t deserve our green money. Yes, we do have money to spend in case you didn’t know. You see, there are people in every race who do horrible things. Just because you have a random piece of crap steal from you does not mean you label the entire race as criminals. I sure hope Victoria Secrets make it right with those two women.Faith is not worth damaging your reputation. We also demand you get rid of your racist staff at the Oxford Valley Victoria Secrets. We will continue to make this a pressing issue until something is done!

I am a Victoria Secret Customer and I would just like to say how appalled I am at the treatment of a young lady who was shopping in one of your stores on Dec 7. A young African American lady was asked to leave the Victoria Secret’s store located in Quintard Mall, Oxford Alabama by an on duty manager by the name of Faith because she was black. Apparently someone of color had previously stolen from this store and Faith (store manager) took it upon herself to assume that any other African American in that store would steal as well and asked them to leave the store. A video has gone viral which depicts this entire awful scene. I am so disgusted that this is how we treat each other as human beings. I can no longer shop in this store and I pray that once you view this video you will rectify the situation.

The store Monroeville Mall and Pittsburgh PA staff that are Caucasian or racist to their employees that are black and I watched it it was very disturbing and I think you need to bring somebody in to do better training. I have work in retail for almost 16 years and I was a regional manager in your store is very unorganize and Caucasian employees think they’re better than others. Need to work on seniority problems and talking to each other properly on the store floor !! Don’t feel like Christmas in that store

Y’all have some pretty nasty complaints going on. So here’s another one for you.
The ONLY thing I EVER bought in VS was the cologne called Victoria. I absolutely loved the fragrance and how it made me feel when everyone complimented me on how elegant it smelled. Then, out of the blue, POOF! It was gone. Discontinued. All y’all sell now is fruity crap and nasty smelling others. Not EVERYONE wants to walk around smelling like a pear, mango, or an apple!!! Why did you take the ONE thing away for no reason?? I’m not coming back to VS for JUST THAT REASON. What is wrong with you people? Why can’t you bring that ONE item back and drop some of that Angel or the fruit ? If you have some in a warehouse in a box, hell, I’ll buy it all. But why that ONE fragrance. I’m 51 yrs old and I refuse to run around smelling like a bucket of fruit exploded on me!! Try COMMUNICATING with what few customers you’ve got left. Yeah, they were nasty to me with their snotty attitudes too, but at least I got what I went for. Now it’s gone and your hateful employees are still there. Something is wrong with this picture. Do y’all purposely hire rude and snooty people or do you turn them like that?? Please bring back my Victoria.

Hello,
I would just like to communicate my concerns with some of the professionalism that associates seem to lack. I was recently hired by a Victoria’s Secret located in my mall as a seasonal sales associate, I have been working here for nearly a month now. However, while I have been working here I’ve had a very bad working experience. As I’m sure you’re well aware, your systems have changed and due to this change employees were not being given employee ID’s as well as pay-cards and other things. I was fine with the fact that these things may become a bit of a burden. I am a very understanding person because I know things happen and changes occur. Due to not having an employee I.D. I can not get online to see my work schedule, so I would have to wait for my manager to write one up for me but she was busy most of the time and I would have to call her and figure out what my schedule would be. Communication over the telephone is not ideal and personally is not a proper way to communicate with your employee’s. It’s been about 3 weeks now and I still have to call and have her tell me my schedule… But many times I would have to call later or call the next day sometimes I was even on the phone for hours. I am a patient person, but this can be very annoying. I should not have to be told my work schedule over the phone. It is now my 4th week working and due to miscommunication about my work schedule I had believed I did not work on a Saturday. However, when that day came about they called me saying I was late and wanted to know why I wasn’t there. I had told the manager that she did not say I worked that Saturday, but she said I was on the schedule. I apologized many times and asked if they would still like me to come in… So I came in later that day. When I walked into the room to put my coat and things away, I looked at the schedule for the day and read “If she does it again, she wont work here. (:” I was well aware that this was directed toward me. But I went about my day and didn’t think about. I worked hard and made a lot of sales. The lack of professionalism is horrendous! And I should not be bad mouthed on a piece of paper for everyone to see, the manager should have communicated with me directly! Later that week when I had to call AGAIN and get my schedule I waited on the phone for an hour. I heard someone pick up, mumble and then hang-up. I was very aggravated…due to the lack of professionalism and communication I will no longer be working there. I was a hard worker and I did everything that was asked of me. I came into work on time every day and worked longer if they needed me to. I did not tell them I put in my two weeks notice, because of the lack of communication. They have not called me in these past days to ask where I am or when I will be available next.
I have never worked with people who are so unprofessional…
Best regards.

We live in Florida the store is in Merritt square mall I have to tell you my husband spends lots of money in all your stores he loves me in sexy stuff but the experience we continue to have at this store may stop us from shopping at VS forever
The lines are so long due to the 2 clerks up selling your credit cards and not caring who’s waiting we have walked out several time without buying bags of items
Next the store is trashed the drawers are not organized no sizes in place all dumped like a garage pile no one cares to help the manager was asked to take the only ex small top of a manikin and acted as tho she was bothered then when ask if someone could help with the lines she walked away and did nothing again seemed bothered we will
Probably never shop again and you probably won’t miss our sales because I’m guessing VS is so big now no one cares but word of mouth will not be good for business

Victoria Secret used to represent sexy and classy. Now it’s just TRASH. It’s bad enough that the merchandise is so poorly made that they develop holes after a few wearing. Now we are assaulted by commercials with cheap looking girls with silicone enhancements which are just pushing flesh rather than underwear. These are NO angels. They exude a self-absorbed vulgarity that is such a big turn off. The stores decor also have deteriorated to the same level of tackiness.
I used to enjoy shopping at Victoria Secret. Now I don’t. Going to VS would be like going to a sleazy sex shop.
Shame on you Victoria Secret. Get back to what made you popular . Get back to sexy and classy, not cheap and trashy. Put back the quality in your products. And for goodness sake, get rid of those cheap silicone girls.

On Sunday November 6, 2016 I entered Victoria Secret at the Paducah, Kentucky mall at 11:20 with my 4 children. Two older boys walking, my 3 year old on a backpack leash and my infant in a stroller. I knew the type of bra I wanted but needed help finding my size. There were 12 employees I saw on the floor working and I got help right away. The women helping me had to go into the back to check on my size bra in stock and when I turned around my 3 year old daughter took her leash off the stroller and was gone. I called for her thinking she was just around the corner hiding but my boys did not see her. I continued calling her name, checking the perfume and lipstick area that we were near, nothing. I saw another employee and said specifically “my daughter ran away can you help me find her. She has blond curly hair, a blue owl backpack leash on and is 3yrs old.” She proceeded to check the dressing rooms while I went into the PINK side of the store. I was yelling her name and ran into 2 more employees asking them if they saw a little girl over here that she was my daughter and was missing. They said no and continued working, they were emptying out boxing and stocking shelves. I looked quickly outside when the employee that checked the dressing rooms said she was not in there and asked if she maybe ran to the play area. I had my older boys check the play area while I asked employees from different stores if they saw a little blond girl come out of the store, that she was my daughter and was missing. I walked back into the store SCREAMING her name and an employee asked me “are you sure she was ever with you” I said “yes” in a harsh tone continuing to yell for my daughter. At this point 3 more employees continued to stock shelves, other employees were helping other customers NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING ME FIND MY DAUGHTER!!!!!!!!!!! I could hear employees making comments, “she’s looking for her daughter” NONE of them stopped stocking shelves to look for my daughter. I went to grab my cell phone to call the police when a boy ran up to me, he was maybe 8 years old, and said he found her in the dressing room. I ran into another employee in the dressing room as I grabbed for my daughter. MY DAUGHTER WAS MISSING FOR 10 MINUTES!!!!! I am still in shock with this whole situation. Im glad that my daughter was found but extremely surprised by the lack of help for a missing child! I went to security to find out what the malls policy is for missing children and found out that it was up to the individual stores to have a policy in place for them to follow for missing children and that security can always be reached and they will send out messages to other stores to look for missing children. I asked the security officer if she was notified for any missing children and she replied that she was not. I could not believe the lack of help in finding my daughter, 10 minutes is extremely long time for any misplaced child!!
Phyllis says
Sorry to hear that you lost your little girl, and thank goodness you found her, but she is YOUR CHILD, it is not the responsibility of the people working at VS OR THE MALL to find or even look for your kids! What is most disturbing to me is the leash???? Perhaps you may need to punish your child for wondering away from you

On Aug 20, 2016, My son and I entered the Victoria’s Secret at the Westgate Mall in Brockton.
I had a tank top that I wanted to buy a bra for.
I did not hide the fact that I brought an outside product in. Several of the sales associates as we as the floor manager saw that I brought in an outside product.
One of the associates helped me find what I needed.
My experience was pleasant until I reached the cashier, Heather White.
I placed my shirt beside me on te counter and I placed the bra where Heather White could reach it without any trouble.
Heather rang up the bra then looked at my top next to me and with a disparaging tone, “Are you going to buy THAT also?”
I looked at her with a bit of confusion on my face and then followed her gaze to my top.
My cheeks flushed red as the reality of her implied insult sinks in.
Heather White stated “It look like something we sale” as I lift my tank top to show the BONGO label as I stated, “I am not a thief.”
Heather White stated, ” I did not say that you were.”
I said, “Thief was implied in your statement and tone.”
She finishes the transaction without an apology.
Heather White did not “Do What’s Right”.
As I walk out of the store with my son, I say “You saw what happened right?”
He said “yes”
I said, “Treatment like that makes me not want to continue shopping at this store.”
Unbeknownst to me, my statement was made as we passed the floor manager Diamond.
Diamond caught up with my son and me outside the store.
Diamond asked what happened. I explained why I was unhappy and she apologized for Heather White.
Heather White did not do her due diligence to make sure that my BONGO tank top was not from Victoria’s Secret PINK line, nor did she apologize for the implied insult when she saw that I was visibly upset by her implication.
Heather White is not a “Do wat’s right” associate.
While home, I was still unable to blow off the implied insult.
I called an attorney and I was advised to return te bra and not shop at Victoria’s Secrete again.
I explained that I am only one person and that returning the product will not make up for the insult.
The attorney explained that the insult was implied.
As advised, I returned the bra to the store and got Heather Whites name to file a complaint with headquarters.
Dealing with Heather White was so unpleasant that La Perla and Soma will get my business from now on.
Heather White is negatively impacting Victoria’s Secret bottom line by not being a “Do What’s Right” employee.

LIESSS!!!!! I’ve used it before didn’t have an issue and I’ve had more than one!! she didn’t know what she was talking about that made me very upset because she tried to get an attitude about it. And i was 2 seconds from reaching over the counter on her!

Just want to say , I love how your ads all say get a free bag its free. But it is not free you need to spend so much money and you get the bag. it amazes me how people really think they are getting something for free. For as much as your things cost you would think you would give freebies to your customers once in a while to show your appreciation. Without all of us buying from your company there would be no company.
Please change your ads and don’t say free when it really is not.

I used to be this company’s biggest fan. I bought a huge amount of clothing, especially underwear from this company in 2004 and they lasted and lasted. I loved them. Of course over time, they wore out and I wanted to order more. When I received them, I found them to not be as nice as the ones that I bought in 2004. They were no longer 100% cotton. They were a mix of cotton and something else. I was disappointed but I figured “oh well”.
On July 15th, I saw a sale on the website. Seven pairs of panties for 27.50 (or something close to that). I order 7 pair and decided that even though they are not as nice as the ones I got in 2004, I would still like to order them. A few days later I went to check the status of my order and it said that I needed to give VS a different card. I had tried to use my VS card but since I have not used it in such a long time, the account was closed. I called and gave the customer service person a new charge card. A day or so later, I checked the status again and the same message was on there so I called again. I gave them another call and gave them my credit card again. Yesterday I had to call again and I gave them the card numbers again. Finally, after 10 days and three phone calls my order was being sent.
Today I looked and yes, the order is on its way but the prices had changed (increased) and there were only 6 pairs. When I called, I was told there was nothing that could be done.
I feel like this is wrong. If there was a change with my order why wasn’t I told in one of the three phone calls I had with VS customer service? I will accept this order but I must say that I am extremely disappointed. I was diehard fan and told everyone how much I liked the products and how they are worth the extra money. I will not do that again. I feel as if the customer service as well as the quality of your products have gone downhill.
I will not be ordering from the company again.

This has to be the worst store for customer service I’ve ever been to. When I try to log onto the victoria secret website to pay my bill, it freezes so much I’m ready to pull my hair out!! This happens everytime I get on their website. My computer works perfectly so I know it is a site issue. Then when I try to call customer service to report a problem, it’s all automated! No operator options were available. If you call the local store, they would not be able to help either. Even though their website is the problem, they will still charge you a fee to pay over the phone!!

These are expensive , so we believe paying 69. per bottle and 200+ everytime we order , we should have a quality product . The perfume doesn’t last any longer than a body must . DEFINITION: XXXXXography is portrayal of sexual subject matter for the purpose of sexually arousing or satisfying a person, and it comes in the form of magazines, movies, videos, and more. To my surprise my store only did “special offers” which for what I got, I could’ve gotten online, which was the 4/$29.50 panties. I was able to get the $5 tote w/p but was disappointed in that as well. This was a MINI bag not a TOTE! Don’t say tote when it is a mini bag to put make up or something small. I was very very disappointed & was looking to have some fun with the “supposed” DJ & giveaways. This was very misleading! I did call VS & they apologized & said they would send me some coupons (which I appreciate,) but would like it more if VS holds their end of advertising specials!

Am shocked at your most recent catalogue. It resembles a men’s magazine and I find it offensive. Particularly pages 13 & 15. Do you really need to use photos like that? I realize that your founder, Roy Raymond, created VS with men in mind, but I would bet most of your customers are women. I can’t imagine the majority of women are comfortable with these types of photos. VS, please show some class. I prefer not to receive your catalogues if you continue this marketing strategy.

To Whom It May Concern,
I feel that you should know that your bras are poorly made to say the least. I’ve bought many bras from your company, only to find that they quickly fall apart. It’s very difficult for me to find bras my size (32 DDD). This is the only reason I’ve continued to shop at Victoria’s Secret. Your bras are not inexpensive, especially for my size. However, the straps have broken quickly, the convertible bra with the different holes to insert the straps into instantly tore. I struggle to find a hole that the strap will stay on because they rip so easily. I’ve had to sew it back so that my straps don’t keep coming out. This happens right away, not after months of use. If you’re going to sell bras for larger breast sizes, realize that the bra needs to be sewn together better to support the weight. I’m angry that I’ve wasted so much money buying your bras! You need to make improvements in the quality of your products!!

Isn’t the goal of your swimsuit catalog to lure women to buy your product? What were you thinking when you added a topless woman on page 57? Did you really think that will make me want to buy that product? Women want to feel sexy, but you crossed the line and entered into XXXXX! I have no desire to see bare breasts, your catalog, and I even lost interest in looking at the rest of your products that followed that page. Consequently, your choice of photo was actually counter productive. I think you should really think about who you are trying to sell to.
SL says
I am absolutely offended, disgusted and disappointed that Victoria Secrets would use such lack of judgment and decency in mailing XXXXXography to peoples homes without even an envelope; not considering that there might be young children in the home who will help with picking up the mail. What are they suppose to think of women when they see such exploitation of young women’s bodies splashed out and exposed that way as well as the subtle but blatant lesbian poses. Don’t you make enough money just selling your products? Must you exploit our young daughters this way? SHAME ON YOU! is there anything you wont do for THE LOVE OF MONEY!
Macey Hop says
“3. Models that don’t represent us whatsoever. Brands never feature clothing with in-betweeners in mind. They have two extremes: model-thin or plus-size. They blatantly skip over the entire middle section that most women could actually relate to, maybe. Sure, that blouse looks perfect on that model, but how the hell am I supposed to know whether or not it’s going to flatter me too? There is nothing about the models I am looking at that even somewhat resembles my body structure. Which leads to me my next point…”
Victoria’s Secret should be the company that takes this situation global. Instead of plus size models we need “in between” models. You would have the support of millions of girls and women everywhere.

The Swim 2016 catalogue is extremely disappointing. Its is unbelievable that this company can send a catalogue with partial nudity to people’s homes. I found out Saturday that my account was overdrawn by 1111.00, my savings was wiped out by purchases made at Victoria’s Secret & PINK, Serramonte Center, Daly City, CA, one purchase for $435,52, one for $394.33 and a third for $282.00 all on the same day. I contacted your fraud department and the lady I spoke with was very helpful, I called the manager at the store on 12/27/2015 around 6 p.m. where the purchases were made to give her the police report and ask if they had video of the transactions and she was very rude saying it was not her problem and that I would have to contact my bank and not her.
I am a senior citizen on social security and having my account overdrawn by over $1111.00 fraudulently she could have been more sympathetic and her attitude made me think that maybe she played party to the theft.
At any rate the police report is filed in Oroville, California and if you want it please contact me because I want this/these persons caught and any videos you may have sent to the police.

To whom it may concern, first off I would like to say I am a very loyal customer.I have spent alot of money in your stores, as well as many of my family members.Saying that today I was in the white marsh mall Victoria secret, and was shocked at how my daughter and I were treated,.. As I entered the store I was greeted by a girl I think her name was Marcella, noyt sure if my spelling is correct, but she was very friendly and inviting.my daughter and I proceeded to shop, and was delighted to see the 50 percent off gift sets, there was a couple that I was interested in.One of which had 5 different sprays in it, not sure if I would like all the scents I asked a sales girl that was right there to help me licate them so I could smell them, she was able to locate all but one, we had a conversation, that since it was half off I would by it and take the chance of not liking the one, the sales girl said yea for that price 50 % off you can’t beat that her name was katie…so we kept them in our hands and proceeded to look at bras over in that section Marcella was helping us again ,,she was a friendly outgoing person… when we were all dome shopping we proceeded to check out,, when the girl rand us up the gift set didn’t come up at the 50% off price, so the girl went back to the shelf with my daughter, while back there they got the manager to look at the shelf, the manager said oh I’m sorry these are in the wrong spot, and moved them.when they came over to the register my daughter told me this, so I asked to speak to the manager at that point they sales person said she’s over there and I can’t give you that price cause they were in the wrong spot… so I paid for my other purchases with the plan of going over there and asking her about it.Then I went over to the manager and asked her name she said it was Dianna,I asked why I couldn’t have them at the 50% off since that’s the shelf it was on, her response was that’s a newer item and it was in the wrong spot.I asked her how that was my fault and she replied I can’t give it to you I could loose my job if I do…. at that point another sales girl butted in the conversation her name was Linda, she came in with saying she can’t give it to you we will just have to coach our employees not to give false information and train them to stock shelves better..a.this is ridiculous customer service,I’m a manager of a place and I know for a fact that if its mis labeled we have to honor it,and I also couldn’t believe during the conversation how rude they were being to me and my daughter… I would really like a response to this incident, because if nothing is going to be done about it ,I’m canceling my credit card there and going to discontinue shopping there, and my mother and sister feel the same way cause they witnessed all of this as well.To me this was totally unacceptable.my name again is Judy Gerst and my phone number is 410-236-XXXXX

I ordered over 75.00 to get the free bag. When my order came in I didn’t get the free bag. When I placed the order the free bag was on the order. One VS rep told me that I didn’t input the correct code to receive the free bag. Another one told me I didn’t input the code at all and they both told me I was out of luck there are no more bags. I told them I did not input a code that I clicked on the box that said free bag. One rep told me I need to input the code also just incase the other didn’t work. Really? where does it say that. Im very disappointed.. I went through 4 representative 2 who were very pleasant and 2 who were very rude…..

I recently visited the local store in Fayetteville NC on two different occasions. A promotion was going on spend $75 and get a $20 rewards card. When I asked two different associates one being the cashier they said it had ended the previous day. Today I receive a email saying the last day is 12-22-15. What happened to my $40 I was supposed to receive. This is very poor and suspicious customer service.

I ordered some stuff on Victoria secret website on Dec 1st. They were offering a bonus secret reward card so I went ahead and placed my order. I received my shipment today 12/17/2015. Little did I know the rewards expire today at 11:59pm. So I call customer service and Brittany tells me to buy something online with my VS credit card. Shouldn’t I be given enough time to spend my rewards as I please? VS representative said it’s policy and they can not do nothing about it. Very disappointed.

The worse part of the matter is that I have contacted the manager who terminated her and requested number to corporate HR. She gave me the benefits hotline. Wow! The customer service Representative was very helpful and in turn gave me the number to loss prevention. I haven’t received the courtesy of a returned phone call by no party. It is a shame that this company uses such tactics against young inexperienced people. Most mature adults if working there would HAVE never allowed to be retained for over 2 hours and badgered into a confession in order to be let go! This is disgusting and I plan to tell everyone about it!
Debi Chorba says
Victoria Secret’s employment practices are questionable. My daughter worked there for 5 years and then out of blue was accused of stealing. NO evidence and not to mention her rights were violated by what they call a loss prevention representative. This person coerced her into a confession and used scared tactics to do so. The managers here are so inexperienced and are willing to do whatever is asked of them even if it is illegal.
Colorado says
Reading Ms. Debi concerns what’s she is saying is so true. Everyone is not leader material and should not be but in position with that type of power to fire individuals. I also tell my children to get educated about the company rules and regulations. Debi your daughter need to get in touch with EEO or Labor and Relation.

My name is Omega Bell, I’m 69 years old, soon to be 70 in Jan. have been a customer of VS for many years.I filled out Index cards, my name, address, D.O.B, and email for 23 days, on a post card, sent them in each day allowed, the promotion you had going on from Oct.27 thru Nov.27, 2015 but some how I lost some of them in my email, but was able to receive 8.” I was so thankful”, just to get those 8, because my intention was to pay-it-forward to some ladies, that’s not as fortunate as I to shop at your store. At least, with all the unpleasantness going in this world, it’s will be so great to reach out and help someone less fortunate than myself. So, I’m all happy, going to South Bay Galleria, 1815 Hawthorne Blvd, # 186, in Redondo Beach,Ca.90278 to redeem my little 8 vouchers, went into the store with my little 6 yr old great grand daughter, approached an associate with voucher and she immediately told me,” Oh! you have to make a purchase, before those can be used”. I said to her, Oh! no, I was going to pay-it-forward to some ladies less fortunate than I, she just walk away. Left the store, stopped outside to read, what the voucher said and it says NO PURCHASE NECESSARY,went back into the store, ask that same associate for the manager, she was very very gracious, took me over to a register and scanned the vouchers and each one was worth $ 10.00 each and explained that maybe I’d could put 2 or 3 together and get something for someone,” and I will do that”, for 2 or 3 ladies, my issue is why was this clerk, so rude? would she have taken the time to find out the correct answer, if I had been any other than a African American person? Now, my granddaughter asking why the other lady was so rude? When any child is exposed to such actions it’s just not acceptable. I would like to think that VS would want to make sure, each and everyone of it’s customer are treated with up most respect, no matter who you are, but most of all with a promotion like this, I did not want to use this for my benefit, but to help someone less fortunate to be able to purchase something from you organization, especially at Christmas time.
A Very Unhappy former customer, when I give these voucher to some ladies, for Xmas, don’t think I want to come back and spend hundreds of dollars with you ever again.
Hope this gets to your Corporate Office, but they probably don’t even give a Hoot

What horrendous customer service Victoria Secret has, especially Melissa! I was supposed to receive two Secret Rewards coupons with my order and I only received one. I asked for a $10 credit since I wouldn’t receive the coupon in time to redeem. She was so nasty! I asked to speak to a supervisor and Melissa told me her supervisor was not working now. Then she proceeded to tell me the department that handles these rewards is out right now as well ( 2 women upstairs) . It was 4:30 eastern Standard time … guess she was lying. I told her I felt like this was a scam just to get me to order that night when the promo was on & that *** hung up on me. That is how you treat your customers???? Guess you lost my hundreds of dollars over $10. REAL SMART !!!

I just received the worse customer service I purchase a lot from this store. Today over a $10 dollar dispute you have lost a customer. I have been buying for Christmas just noticed a sweater is now on sale and went on line to ask for the difference to be told that they cant do it. But, I can send the sweater back and get a refund. Went to Victorias secret yesterday to do some shopping and the girl working the front had told me that my handicap granddaughter couldn’t come in with the buggy she was in. She wanted my mom to wait outside of the store with her. Mind you there are other strollers and double strollers in there, no difference in size from what she was in. I went and got the buggy from my mom and told the lady “that’s bullXXXXX” and continued to bring my granddaughter into the store. Another lady jumps off her step stool and yells ma’am uh ma’am she can’t come in here; yelling from across the store and I quietly told her if she needs to talk to me she could come up and approach me and not yell across the store. I then told her my granddaughter was handicapped and I was not leaving her outside the store, that I would put her up against the wall where we were shopping so she wouldn’t be in the way. That was that. I asked them why they were willing to lose 5 costumers money over a buggy! She then turned to the other worker & told her that it’s not worth it just let them shop. Then after we shopped we went to check out and had asked the girl her name and she replied I don’t have to give you my name. I had Called the other store and told them how we were being treated and the manager at the other store said that was unacceptable and gave me a number to call the company. As I was calling the main corporate number the girls continued to be very rude and very disrespectful to make a long story short we didn’t buy the $400 worth of clothes cause she had me escorted out by mall security. If they were to replay store cameras, not once were we rude and we were the victims. Victorias Secret worker had told me it wasn’t her fault my granddaughter was handicapped and had to be in a buggy!!Please share and pass this around. Expect the worse this year shopping.. I’ve been a Victoria secret customer for a while, as I hold a Angels forever card and spend a lot of money in the store between my sister and I ” but this last time I went into the store I was treated very rudely by the associate . Her number is 1813700 and at store number 51307 not only was she rude to me but she was smacking down on her gum while helping an elderly women. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and have never been treated so bad .” I was even thinking about closing my account and never going back in to the store. Victoria secret is suppose to be a classy and intimate place were women can be respected as the are trusting the associates to assisting them in trying on bras to help find Their size.

While searching online I find out that there is a promotion online for $25.00 perfume most scents. I used to work in retail at the mall and know that sometimes the online sales are different then in the stores. I proceed to call the Berkshire Mall Store in Wyomissing PA to see if they are running the sale as of yesterday 12/23 and the sales clerk says hold on please I will ask a manager because I am not sure. She gets back on the phone and says yes we are running that promotion and I said as of today? She says YES! Well I make a special trip to the mall just for that and just to find out they did not start the promotion until today and the rude and very disrepectful manager would not honor the pricing after her day shift manager and staff said it had started already!
She said do you have a name I said no the girl did not give her name and what would that matter you wouldn’t honor it anyway its just your way of making it look like its my fault! There customer service is very poor and believe me I know a lot of people including myself that spend a lot of money in this store and I also know they keep track of sales by store! I will be letting everyone know to find another source for their needs because it really only takes one person to spread the word and it will definitely be spread on social media!
So to the home office maybe you need to look at what type of managers your lower levels hire as this is a reflection on your company!

Very bad Customer Service! I went to do an exchange for my daughter at the Twin Falls, Idaho Store on Sunday, November 1, 2015 around 5:45 pm just before closing to exchange two bras because we bought the wrong size, we did the exchange and the money difference was going to charge us $53.00 dollars because they didn’t have her size in the bras we wanted to exchange. I went to pay for the bras and I couldn’t remember my pin for my credit card so I couldn’t pay for them until the next day on November 2, 2015. Christine(not sure how to spell her name) said she would hold them for me. She kept the original receipt and the bras I originally paid for plus the bras I was exchanging them for in a bag. I went back to the store on November 2nd like we discussed and they were nowhere to be found we talked to Tina the Manager she said she would talk to Christine to see what she did with my original purchase and receipt because Christine was not working at that time. Tina the manager took my name and number and said as soon as she can get a hold of Christine she would contact me. Tina contacted me and said Christine threw the original receipt away and she put back the bras. Tina said to come in later to the store to do the exchange of the bras.Tina said she wouldn’t be working later but she would explain everything that happened to the night manager. I went in that same day at around 7:00pm. I was met with very rude workers and the manager working at the time was talking back at me very rudely and kept arguing escalating me further because they now were going to charge me $59.00 dollars and this isn’t right they wanted to argue and put us down. The manager that was working at the time I told her I was going to contact corporate and she said I wouldn’t be able to find corporate or be able to file a complaint and said good luck with that. I have always had good customer service and this is not right. I get postcards in the mail and shop at the store all the time. I do thank you for free items that I get without a purchase. I wanted to shop at this store all the time, and come Christmas do my shopping and now the way I was treated by the staff and manager I will no longer shop at the only store around Twin Falls, Idaho. However I may still purchase Online. They should have never kept my original receipt and original purchase along with the exchange in a bag until the next day. I should have gotten my bras back since I had paid for them and they needed to put back the bras I was going to exchange. Instead they threw away my receipt and placed my bras back that I paid for and with the bras that were going to be exchanged. This was an easy resolve that turned into a escalated, anxiety, stress related confrontation from the manager and staff. In front of other customers.
Sincerely, Jeanette Jaegerman

Hi, I have been a customer of VS since it’s inception and spend a great deal of money for my bras, etc. Yesterday, I was at work when a coworker asked what I spilled down the front of my blouse. I looked down and the blouse was drenched on the left side. Having breast implants, I panicked and thought I had ruptured an implant somehow. I could literally wring liquid out of the left cup of my VS bra. I had to go home from work, and thought possibly would have to see a doctor, but when I got home, I checked myself, and everything was fine, so I took scissors to my bra and cut open the lining. There I found a little plastic bag that had broken open, apparently it had been filled with some kind of oil, which destroyed my blouse and pants, not to mention destroying the bra as well. I never had a clue that the bra’s contain liquid! The push up seemed to be a spongy material. The model of the bra is “Very Sexy”. I look forward to a response regarding this issue. Thank you for your time.

Re: Victoria’s Secret, Coastal Grand Mall – Myrtle Beach, SC
First I want to say I’m a huge fan of your brand. I buy all of my intimate wear, Pink, perfume and accessories from your stores. In fact, I only buy gifts for my female friends and family – even if it’s a gift card. To me, Victoria’s Secret is that “special store” from which to receive a gift.
Lately when shopping in the store located at the Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach, I haven’t had a pleasant experience. It has probably been some of the worst experiences ever – including Black Friday!
A few weeks ago we had a last-minute surprise birthday dinner for my niece. I went to your store and had several items in my arm – 9 to be exact. I was on a limited time schedule, but I had plenty of time to get what I needed for my niece (I knew exactly what she wanted). The line was long from the time I got there up to the time I started standing in it. After waiting for nearly ½ hour and with 4 people still in front of me I couldn’t wait any longer. I knew the 4 people in front of me would be another ½ hour minimum – the clerk was very talky and casually slow. Because of this, I was now late and I had to put down my items and just leave – empty handed and no gift for my niece at the party.
I returned to the store the following morning before going to work and just as soon as the store opened. I purchased the items I had in my arms the evening before. At least I got what she asked for and was still able to give it to her on her actual birthday. Still, it was embarrassing to show up to her party empty handed.
Last week, I went to the mall to get an early start on my Christmas shopping. Of course, the store was busy – it was the weekend. I browsed, but again, I didn’t want to stand in line.
Then there was today – and this was the final straw for me which is why I’m writing to you now. I had to go to a store in the same mall and a friend of mine asked me to stop in to pay their credit card bill. Sure – not a problem. As I’m sure you already know….. There was a line on both sides from the front to the back of the store. Again, only ONE register working. I asked someone on the floor for the manager – the lady came to me and I asked her if she could just take my payment. I didn’t want to buy anything – just pay on the card. Her response…..No, we can only have one register open and you’ll just have to wait in line.
WAIT IN LINE!!! I feel like I spend TOO much of my time already waiting in line at Victoria’s Secret and now I have to wait in line AGAIN to pay a bill!!! I was livid. She told me there wasn’t anything she could do. I told her she was the manager and she could make a decision to help the customers in the store. But she still stood her ground. I stood mine too – I didn’t wait in line.
As I mentioned earlier, I love shopping in the Victoria’s Secret stores. Black Friday – I spend a minimum of $1,000 – every year. I shop there several times a month just for myself. It is my “treat” for myself.
I’m saddened to say I will never, EVER, shop in that store again. I will wait to go back to Ohio in December or drive to Charlotte, NC if needed.
I’ve spoken to several people who are also fans of your brand – when asked if they shop at the Coastal Grand mall location, they have but now they go to another location at the beach. When I asked them about that mall specifically – I was told by one of my friends that the manager called security on her and threw her out of the store! I asked what the root of the problem was – and she told me she was getting upset with the manager because she had to wait in line and they wouldn’t open another register. At this point…. I just laughed. So, it’s not just me and that location.

I was shopping in the Indian Lakes Victoria Secret in Hendersonville TN and had the worst experience ever! Debbie who is the Manager of this VS should be fired she is rude, mean and doesn’t do her job! Why would you hire a Manager who hates her job so much! She doesn’t say hello when you walk into the store. She follows you around the store making you feel very uncomfortable but doesn’t help you? Makes no sense? If I asked her a question she doesn’t look you in the eyes! When I finally got to the check out and there where like 15 people waiting with one cashier everyone in line was complaining so I asked her if she could help out and she flipped out and didn’t even help! If you don’t have good sales at that location the reason is you have a bad MANAGER named DEBBIE!

Hello
I was searching your websites trying to find a email address, and this was the only one.
I want to file a complain to one of the PINK stores in Mall Of Columbia Maryland.
Yesterday I went there and purchased items for 100$. I asked if I could change into the pants after i bought it , and that was fine. Once i took of one of the tags inside the dressing rooms it made a hole in the pants. I asked one if the workers for advice and she said ,
I think it’s because the pants is too small for you ! I said no it’s not , and she continued by saying , are you sure !?
It was rude and very disrespectful !
Specially since the pants was not small at all.
She got her manager, but the manager avoided me and just walked around the shop. When she finally came to me she didn’t know the story. She asked me if I wanted to buy the pants !! I said I have already bought it and explained the story , adding the rude comments the sales women had told me.
The so called manager told the sales women to get me another pants and to apologize.
She did in a very rude way.
I was insulted I was disrespected and I felt very bad after my visit.
When I walked out of the store all the sales women had a very bad attitude.
Hopefully this is addressed with your employes. I will not recommend this store to anyone due to my latest encounter with your staff.
Sincerely
Yasemin Frantzen

I’m not sure this is going to any good, it seems from the comments I’ve read, the company is not interested in making any changes or commited to quality customer service.
I have tried several time to bring my daughters who wear 34DD to Victoria Secret.
It has been 4 visits in the last year and I nor my daughters or family and friends will frequent your company ever again. The store never has 34DD not in bras or sport bras,
They sales clerks are always trying to get you to try sister size. NO isn’t getting fit for your proper size the whole idea of going to a specialty store. I supose this is going on deaf ears.

Hello,
This is just a general complaint… I take a size 34G or 36G (DDDD). Since VS does not carry that cup size, I have to buy a 38 DDD in order for the cup to be full enough. My favorite bras are the dream angels but I have the body by Victoria bras as well, and I ordered the perfect fit t-shirt bra online since size 38 DDD in that style is not carried at the store.
I live in NYC and shop in several of the VS stores and I spent a lot of money. Any time I try to purchase the new colors & prints in my size, they are usually sold out. Many times they are sold out online as well.
I’ve spoken with numerous sales people and managers in the stores. Some have been outright rude, looked me up and down, and told me I’m not their target customer and they don’t carry THAT size because it doesn’t sell. I don’t really need to be spoken down to, especially since I’ve spend thousands at VS in the past year. Others have been very polite and helpful and told me they’ve suggested ordering more bras in the DDD cup since they sell out quickly.
Since size 38 DDD sells out in the stores and online almost immediately when new bras are released, obviously, there are buyers.
Please make more 38 DDD bras available in the new colors and prints. BTW, I take a size 8 petite, just large busted, and it’s hard to find a bra with good lift. VS bras give me better lift than other bras I’ve paid $150 for in specialty lingerie stores.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was in Victoria’s Secret and a sales rack fell on top of me and a mannequin went flying and the manager came over and was asking where the mannequin went while my daughter was picking the rack up and helping me up. The manager and salesgirl were useless. The manager said do you want to file a report, I said no because I was in shock. I got home and looked and my leggings had a hole in the knee and my knee was all scrapped , that was on July 5, I called the main office a couple days later, I have a reference # 1641583. To date nobody from the main office has bothered to call me. I am thankful I didn’t crack my head open on the metal rack.

Dear Victoria Secret,
As I stand in my new mom body, in front of the mirror in a Victoria’s secret dressing room, I can feel the cry threatening to take over in my throat. But, I stand strong in my mom jeans, and the third dressing room bra that is too small. My breasts have been through two pregnancies in two years, and months of breastfeeding. They have swelled to a size F, shrunk back to a D, and have finally settled on somewhere between size DDD-E. My husband, God bless him, is very aware of the self-conscious mountains that have taken over my tiny 5’1 frame, and got me a gift card to Victoria Secret, so that I can get a bra that doesn’t have flaps for feeding time, and one that makes me feel like a sexy woman, and not just a frumpy mom.
However, as the attendant measured me, and tried three different bras on me, I quickly began to understand that I had no business being in a store like this, and I felt defeated.
And it was all because of the sales attendants way of being, and lack of customer service training. As I stood there completely vulnerable in a bra, stretch marks, and jeans, she shrugged her shoulders and said, “Lane Bryant probably has what you are looking for”. She basically told me that every fear I have of being overweight is completely true, and my mom body is better suited for the Plus size store and not the sexy Victoria Secret. When I asked her what the next sixe up was from the 34DDD I had on, she said, “I think 32F? I don’t know because I never bothered to learn after DDD because we don’t carry those big cup sizes, so really why should I care… Sorry, you wont find anything here that fits you” And with that, she was off to help some 20 something, light-years away from babyhood and newly weaned breasts.
I put my old mom bra on, walked out and did everything I could not to cry in the mall. I walked hurriedly to my car as the tears threatened to overflow and give me away. But, when I got to the safety of my car, I completely came undone.
I am writing this not to get the sales attendant in trouble, or to get some kind of a freebie. I am only writing to you to make you aware that behind those bras are women who are sometimes self-conscious and most are not the Angels on the Victoria Secret runway. We are moms, breast cancer survivors, older woman, overweight woman, twenty something’s, teenagers, and even transgender woman. We all stand in absolute vulnerability in front of the mirror of truth with YOUR bras on, while YOUR attendant’s stand and stare, and we hope, without judgment, but instead with encouragement and compassion.
I understand that you do not carry sizes larger than DDD, and that’s fine, but what I don’t understand is how the attendant could be so incredibly rude with how she handled this new mom. A mom who is stumbling through mommy-hood, and just wants to feel like some resemblance of herself again. Standing in a new body is awkward enough, not being accepted is even worse. I told her a number of times that my breasts have changed sizes because of pregnancy and breastfeeding, and she could really care less. You do get that you are in the business of breasts right?
I would encourage you to find a way to have your sales attendants champion woman, instead of just give up and walk away. Congratulate women on being the amazing beings they are in their own body, and help come up with a solution. Don’t be the reason why any women should have to leave your store and cry the whole way home. Only to have to dry her tears before she gets home, because she has a daughter who is about to greet her, and she gets to be the model of strength and self-love.
I will not be using my gift card, and instead I will walk my mom self to Lane Bryant with pride that I wrote to you and shared my voice. I will teach my daughter that this world is full of self obsessed, body image companies, and its up to her to not take what other people say for face value. You, Victoria Secret have the platform to change the world and how women view themselves. How will you use it? I will say thank you for this important lesson; I am not what others see me as. I am a beautiful, powerful mother, wife, and woman. And I will never allow some minimum wage woman to ever tear me down again. I will only seek to raise up other woman and myself. I hope you will begin to do the same.
Sincerely,
Lindsay Blount

I totally understand, i had a double mastectomy and I brought my daughter to be fitted there thinking that was a good place, the sales girl had no idea what she was doing. She fitted her for the wrong size. We ended up going to Nordstrom where we should have gone in the first place. Terrible customer service, lines are long, and rude salespeople.. You would think since they are noted for their bra’s that the sales girls would be trained to fit.

Wow that was amazing! I came on here to complain but instead I was encouraged by your beautiful words! I too am a Mother of two and I have struggled with body weight and image. People dont realize the power of their words and how they can hurt someone. Preach on!

Hi Lindsay I actually work in Victoria’s Secret I’m not a bra specialist but I can tell you that I think it’s ridiculous we don’t carry more sizes as well I can also tell you that our management sucks, my mom is in the same boat as you I have tried getting her every bra and she wears a 38DD she loved the tshirt bras with no padding but it didn’t fit her, she liked none of the other lines she’s had two kids this is a women who was once very slender she is also very tall now she is curvy with bigger breast I think she looks fabulous but the only Bras she will accept from Victoria’s Secret are the cotton lingerie bras with no padding in a 40DD she said those are amazing for a long time she felt the same way as you do its not YOU the customer it’s Victoria’s Secret that’s the problem also there is nothing wrong with lane Bryant. Try adore me they have beautiful stuff, Victoria’s Secret is over priced anyways.

To Whom It May Concern:
Two nights ago, I went to Park Place Mall in Tucson, Arizona to use a Victoria’s Secret coupon for $10 off of $35. I had already spoken to the manager; she said I could use it toward a previous $500 purchase I had made about three weeks prior, because I forgot to bring this particular coupon at the time.
While shopping, I went into a dressing room to try on swimsuits: three bottoms and two tops. After finishing that, I handed the empty hangers as well as one bathing suit bottom to an employee named Alessandra. I was holding the other two bottoms and two tops—which had sensors on them—in my hand.
Alessandra asked me, “Where are the bottoms that go with these hangers?” I showed her the swimsuits in my hand. Still, she pressed further, saying “There are more hangers here. Where are the bottoms?” I was shocked as I motioned to the strapless tops I had taken off the hangers.
Then, I went to the register, where Alessandra continued to watch me closely, making me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store. My transaction came out to well over $65, meaning I was eligible to receive a free overnight bag with my purchase. I forgot to bring that card with me though, and since the cashier said they may run out of the bags by tomorrow, I opted to go home, retrieve it, and come back for my purchase. I took the items I brought in from my previous $500 purchase out with me.
At this point, Alessandra ran after me, in the middle of the mall, yelling, “I need to see your receipts for those!” As I left, no alarm went off from sensors. Her following me out of the store was completely unwarranted, unprofessional, and made me feel unsafe. While her manager and the cashier had given me respect and great customer service during my time at the VS store, Alessandra had angered and embarrassed me without cause. When I asked for her name, she smirked, did not answer, and instead called for the manager, Ashley, who, as I mentioned before, had been very accommodating.
I explained to Ashley that Alessandra had been harassing me throughout the evening, and Ashley tried to diffuse the situation by saying repeatedly, “It’s okay.” I repeatedly replied “It’s not ever okay to behave this way with a customer. It is not right, and it is absolutely not in her job description.” I was taken aback when Ashley mentioned, “well we are hit a lot here”. This has nothing to do with me and how I was treated, I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and obviously make large purchases.
I apologize if being accosted and falsely accused of shoplifting is a common occurrence at VS and I was just never informed, but this was incredibly upsetting to me. Mind you, I am not easily offended. I experienced what felt like discrimination by the same employee twice within ten minutes, and I believe other shoppers have a right to know and the VS corporate offices have a responsibility to follow through on this.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
Michelle Ramirez

I am very disgusted with Victoria’s Secret. I went into the Victoria’s Secret store in Sawgrass Mills located in Sunrise, Fl during their semi-annual sale. I purchased sixty bottles of body sprays and lotions. I asked for thirty Victoria’s bags but they didn’t have the bags, only the cheap sale bags. So the manager told me I could come back to the store to get the regular Victoria’s Secret bags when the sale is over. So I went in the store on July 19, 2015 to get the Victoria’s Secret bags. So I spoke to the sales associate and told him that I purchased sixty body sprays and lotions, and I need the bags cause I’m giving the items away as gifts. So he call the manager named Ana, and told her I need the bags but she told me no. So I decided to call corporate, same answer. I’m a very loyal customer with Victoria’s Secret that spends a lot of money with them. I even have a Victoria’s Secret AngelForever card. The company is not about accommodating their customers which is very bad customer service. I work for retail and our company goes above and beyond for their customers but not VS. I will be returning everything I purchased from them. I’m going to cut up the card, pay it off, and never shop there again. I know VS don’t care about their customer’s loyalty but when they see that they’re losing customer, then they will care. I just hope it’s not too late. Beside that, their quality is not like it used to be.

VS had the most wonderful line of clothing, now I feel they are catering to teenagers. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20years. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this move!!! I have not purchased anything from company since and usually would spend thousands yearly. The items look very cheap as if they could be purchased at Wal-Mart. Very poor quality and taste. It seems VS has declined since new CEO took over in 2006. It will be very interesting watching as company declines. There is only so many sweat pants one may own. I thought the company had better taste

Made a purchase in a store for about $204. They put my purchase through twice so I am out an extra $204. The store said it will be 3 to 5 days for a refund. It has now been 12 days. No refund. Store cant help, emailing them has been a complete waste of time. Tried to call customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. Website does not have much info except to shop. Can’t find anyone to care or help. Would get better customer service from Walmart.

My daughter came home from her first year of college and was looking for a summer job. Our mall in Greensburg, PA had a hiring sign out at the Victoria Secret store so she applied because she loves the PINK line and wears a lot of it at college. Red flags went up immediately. After being hired she was asked to come to an orientation session without any explanation of how to get into the mall before the mall opening. She found a male worker outside working on the grounds and he called mall security to take her in. Frightening as a mom for them to put my daughter in the position of being alone in the early morning hours. After she and other new hires started their jobs (she took the early morning stocking position), they were told they were only needed for 3 weeks! One woman quit her job to work for Victoria’s Secret! Then my daughter was put “on call” for a week. No explanations. She carried the house phone with her as well as her cell phone. She was scheduled only two days the following week. When she went in the manager asked her where she had been. My daughter was confused and told her she was on call but no one ever called her. It was then she was told that she was to call in two hours before every on-call shift. No one ever told her that. Next week she has no hours and the entire group of new hires were told that they would make a final decision on who they would keep if any because they had no hours to give them! Are you kidding me! My daughter was relying on a summer job to help with school expenses. Both my husband and I have management degrees. We would love to know what kind of managers you hire? Why would you hire people, have such poor lack of communication with your new hires and then tell them you have no hours to give them 3 weeks later? Where is my daughter now going to get a job for the remaining two months she is home from school! Horrible! My daughter was also told that all the managers at this particular store are quitting. Why? What is the problem with your organization that managers are all leaving at once. Also my daughter was directed to do an assignment one way. The next time she was in she was told the opposite way in not a kind manner. Your management doesn’t know store policies and procedures that there was such a discrepancy in the way she was told to do her task? You really need some better communication in your stores. You will be losing more customers in my daughter and myself. So sad.
D says
I got hired there a few months ago I’m also in college they told me nothing about on calls I had to find out the same way as your daughter mind you I live in a different state as you do. I also got hired before they blended all the positions in to “generalist” and I have to do others jobs for the same amount of pay that includes doing over night shifts that was not in my job description when I was hired. One manager even told us that if our availability didn’t match what they wanted they could fire us. They hired me knowing I was in college. This company is trash.

I was at the VS in California at the South Bay Galleria Mall on June 11th around 3-4pm
I shopped bought 2 tanks and 2 bras
Receipt number 50081005026606112015
I meet up with my fiancé and told him how good of a sale they were having and that the bras I usually pay around 50 bucks for the (Demi’s) were on sale for $16 (semi annual sale)
So he asked if I wanted a few more I told him yes. So we walked back and he did not want to go inside he just said when your done shopping I will be sitting on bench outside call me so I can come in and pay. So I gave him my previous VS shopping bag and continued to shop again. I was given a tote bag because I had so many items in my hand and arms by a woman named Daisy who helped me moments before with the beauty items. I had 6 more bras 1 lotion 1 boy Mist, 5 panties 2 swim suit cover ups 1 small 1 med (I wasn’t sure what size I need so I needed to try them on my family is going on vacation July 6) I had 1 tank for $15.99 that I got off the sale rack and 3 other tanks I got off the sale rack but did not have a sale tag. So I asked and associate name Courtney if they were on sale or not and she said no they weren’t they must have need Miss places there so I put the 3 non sale tanks back and kept the 1 tank and 2 swim cover ups . I went to the dressing room and a mexican woman with long hair grabbed ALL my things from me. Hung the 3 items up in the fitting room the 2 cover ups on 1 hook and the 1 tank on another hook, she looked inside the tote bag and said “U have all your bras and panties your all set press the button if you need additional sizes” I preceded to try on my items starting with the tank. Which fit perfect. Then I tried on the 1st cover up then the 2nd trying to decided which fit better I went back and forth between the 2 of them for about 3 minutes.
I wasn’t sure which looked better.
Then I heard a woman outside of my dressing room say “call security call security to the fitting room now” so not for 1 second did it cross my mind she was talking about me so I looked outside the door to be noisy I was trying to see what was going on, so I opened the door and there was a woman with blonde hair and glasses standing outside my fitting room. I was surprised she was so close . I didn’t see anyone else out there. So since she was there I asked her if I could get her opinion on the swim suit cover ups and which size I should get she said “sure” I told her “This is the medium, now let me try the small on and let me know what you think” (at the point she’s half way in the door-I’m in my bra and underwear and the cover up) she said “The medium looks good, but is all this stuff in here yours” I said “Yes everything in here is mine” she said “Your not allowed to have panties and beauty products in the fitting room” I said “well the woman checked my bag and put it. on the stool for me, I didn’t know it was a problem, she said I was good to go” she picked up my bras and started to count them.
She said “you have 6 bras and the lady said you had 5 shirts I see 3 so where at the rest of the shirts?” I looked around and said “What shirts I don’t know what your taking about” she said “I’m pretty sure you had 5” I said “No seriously I only had these” she said “She was for sure for sure you had 5” (and stood inside the door way with the door still open at the point staring me down) I said these 2 are my personal things it was a gray forever 21 under shirt and a Marvel super hero red shirt. (On the floor with my jeans)
She then said “she was positive it was 5 she wrote it down” she still stood there staring me down at this point I was not sure what to do so I lifted up my cover up to show her all I had on we’re my panties and bra and a waist trainer) she just looked at me so then
I opened my purse to show her what was inside. She said “I don’t know” She took my tote bag with the panties and beauty stuff and put in outside my door which was fine none of those things needed to be tried on they were just mixed with the bras.
She said ” Okay just don’t forget these things on the way out” like everything was fine.
At this point I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable having to lift up my clothing and open my personal purse to a stranger. Showing my body and garments. I was so upset I was shaking and my voice was shaking. I was so upset it was pretty much and insult to me. I spend at least $500 a month at PiNK
I travel state to state with my fiancé we both drive a semi and we go to every mall in every state we possible can . I enjoy buying PINK things all over the world I get to have different thing from what people in my state INDIANA don’t have. I live in South Bend Indiana and that was the 3rd mall In California I have been to this year. This was my 1st time at South Bay Galleria.
So at this point I no longer felt like trying on the 6 bras. I was so upset. So I looked outside the dressing room and the nice lady Courtney was there so I explained it to her her and told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she said “I will get her this is so not cool, you fine” so I started to get dressed and that SAME blonde hair lady with the glasses in that insulted me came and said “you wanted to speak with me?”
I was shocked she was the manager and was caught off guard again by her. I said “look your employee put all these items in here for me, the tote the panties the shirts the beauty stuff, that wasn’t my fault”‘ she said “I will have to talk to her but she’s at LUNCH” I said “It was 3 items not 5 she hung up” she said “Who Was it Courtney?” I said “NO a mexican woman” (( my question to myself was she said the woman was at lunch Courtney was not at lunch.. And if she knew the woman was at lunch then she knew it wasn’t Courtney who helped me get into the fitting room, so how could she say the woman was at lunch if she didn’t even know who helped me get the fitting room in the 1st place??????????))
So told her how upset I was and I no longer wanted any of the items. She said “Don’t take it personal” I told her I did take it personal and I’m very upset” she told “Calm down your shaking it’s totally fine.” I told her “I’m not interested in trying anything else on and she can keep the all items I was going to buy. I was too emotional to continue to enjoy shopping” she said “Weren’t you in here earlier I remember seeing you?” I said “Yes I bought 4 items earlier and came back for my Fiancé to buy me a few more things”
She said she would put the items back and I walked out pretty much in tears..so embarrassed.
My fiancé asked me what was wrong and I told him And he said he wouldn’t be spending anymore money at that VS.
We proceeded to walk around and shop but now Security guards were following us and walking a little distance behind us. A few stores later they were still around we noticed 3 of them. Now I was no longer wanting to shop and I was afraid to try anything else in inside of any stores I was so uncomfortable
I made my fiancé hold all my shopping bags because I didn’t want security to see me with bags and think I was tying to put un-purchased items in our bags. I was so embarrassed we just stopped shopping.
I’m not sure the woman’s name but she said she was the Manager on duty, medium length blonde hair with black glasses. My recipient for my original purchase said 3:02pm 6/11/15 trans:0266
We went back about 4:00
I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed that she was accusing me of shop lifting. Maybe at 1 point she saw me with those 3 tanks I had put back because they were NOT a sale item and the next time she saw me I didn’t have them.. But u just cant assume I stole them!
I’ve never been so uncomfortable, scared, intimidated, insulted and embarrassed in my life!!

Wondering why VS has not cornered the male undies market? Mens undies are so boring and dull. My girlfriend wanted me to try some of hers on and well was quite surprised by her reactions. She was upset that they looked better on me and well after 5 years helped spice up the bedroom life lol. I can’t be the only one who thinks this. I’ve seen some VS undies on ebay with a bit more material on the front side to cover stuff up? So why in the world would you not start these? Please help us men out we too want to look sexy in the bedroom.

I was in your store your in the Augusta mall in Ga on Thursday May 28th. They were selling beach towels and bags for 30 dollars. My daughter had wanted one. We were buying other things so I said not today. Well today is Friday the 29th and we received a message saying spend 25 dollars and you can get the towel and bag free. We go back to the mall and are told they already ran out of them. If you are going to send out messages like that you should have enough for at least one day.. Pretty sad. The girl in the store tried to get us to buy something else. I don’t think so.

I went into a local store in February and it will surely be my last time in a Victoria Secret. The customer service rep on the floor started out to be the nicest woman. I asked her for help with one of the products and she looked me up and down and said “well with you being a thick girl I am not sure that they will fit that well” then continued to hound me about the sizes of other items I had picked out. I am not even a thick girl but what customer service person says that out loud to a customer? A couple days before valentines day I did not have many options. At this point I just wanted to run out of the store. After dwelling on the situation for a little bit and speaking with people I emailed the customer service and pretty much nothing has been resolved except to say that they will use this as an example to better their customer service. Finally after over three months of trying to discuss the return – customer service has emailed me back and said they will give me a merchandise credit. Are you kidding me? After having to wait on your replies and the customer service I was given at the store you expect me to go back and buy things?

I’ve been shopping at Victoria’s secret for so many years and spend thousands of dollars each year, have their credit card and am a loyal customer. I work for one of the top companies dedicated to customer service and I personally go above and beyond to cater to my clients, when I walk Into a store I expect to get a tiny fraction of what I would give to one of my clients. I went into the Victoria’s secret in Dadeland mall located in Kendall, I asked one of the girls if she could please point out to me where a pantie was to redeem my free one and she points it’s somewhere over there and walks away from me and starts to ask someone else if they need help and so I go back to her and ask her if she could just let me k ow which one it was because there are so many different styles and she responds rudely saying I don’t know, it’s somewhere on that table I’m with someone else and I follow by telling her I dont need you to assist me I just would like you to pin pin point which one it is and she tells me I can’t help you because I’m with someone else so I decide to give up and leave and as im walking away I overheard her telling the other customer what does she expect for me to stop what I’m doing to simply show her where a free panty is while she’s pointing at me so I went back and told her I dont think it’s apporpriate for you to bad mouth me to another customer and I feel like you could have just pointed me in the right direction, and she began to shout at me saying I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to point anything out to you, and I replied telling her you don’t have to yell at me and yet continues to shout saying the customer isn’t always right and at that moment everyone in the store had stopped to see what was going on and I have never been so emberassed in my life to have someone treat me like if I did something wrong by simply asking them to please point me to grab one panty and then have everyone see why someone is yelling at me and even emberass me by bad mouthing me to another customer because I simply asked for a pint in the right directjon and refused to help me to go ask someone else if thet needed assistance. I spoke to the store manager Karan but I know that word of mouth means a whole lot to a business and as a loyal customer to victorias secret I know I will no longer be shopping in that location and will not recommend that location to anyone. I will stick to my usual store I shop all the time in.

I recently went into local Victoria secret store located 288 Orland Square Dr, Orland Park, IL 60462 in mall and have to admit, it was a horrible experience. I walked into the store looking to exchange some damage items. There was a sales clerk standing off to the side of the front of the store, welcoming customer’s as they entered (she look me right in my eyes and did not welcome me). As I stand there waiting for her to acknowledge the fact that I was standing there looking at her for help. She continued to ignore me and talk to everyone who was walking in the store. I must say, this was completely unprofessional. I understand that I may not look like everyone(considering there was only a few African Americans in the store) else that walks in, but my money spends the same as everyone else’s. Finally i walked over to her and ask for some assistance. I simply explain my reason for coming in the store that day. To just simply exchange my damages items. She didn’t even care to look at my items nor call her manager she just simply said you cannot exchange your items. I then ask to speak to a manager. she walked away and later came back and ask did i have my receipt I said no i dont have it. she then said without an receipt you cannot exchange your items, i then ask her where is that stated at ? She said its on the back of all of our receipts. I search in my wallet and found an old receipt and as i read the policy to her she walked away and came back with her manager. Without looking at my items she said we can’t exchange your items. I told her im a loyal customer and i never experience such horrible customer service and I told her that I would be filing a complaint and calling the corporate office. The manager came her attitude quickly saying yes, you can exchange your items but you have to get it for the selling price if the items you have are on sale.
From that moment, I decided that I was not going to exchange my damage items nor purchase the multiple items that I had intended on purchasing. I put them back and walked out of the store. After this experience, I don’t think that I will be returning to your stores until there are more appropriate sales associates and manager that are willing to assist anyone who walks into their store.

They were sending me a 40 dollar gift card and a 20% off coupon. This was over three weeks ago and i have received NOTHING! Please make this right!

Last week I purchased a gift for my wife. Unfortunately she did not like what I picked and I went to return the two items today. The merchandise was not even unwrapped. I had my sales receipt. I had the credit card I used to make the purchase (AMx Platinum) . I was informed by the sales clerk I needed a gov’t issued ID to return an item. Unknowingly I left without my drivers license since I had changed wallets the day before. I had other forms of ID with my picture but no DL. I asked for a manager and a young lady came forth ( I had jeans older than her) and told me sorry, no returns without an ID. I said I am not driving an hour back and forth and to get me the store manager. A district manager happened to be in the store at the time and had enough business sense to approve the return. I do not appreciate a hassle on a simple return for under $100. I will NEVER shop at a VS store again.

I too have a similar situation as Erin referenced in her comment dated 4/22/15. I made a charge of $6.92 using my Victoria’s Secret card on 11/6/14. Up until I received a statement with a closing date of 4/8/15 and a balance due of $97.10, I had never received any previous statements. Upon calling Comenity who services the account I was told the balance reflects late fees and finance charges. I emphasized the fact that I had not received any prior statements showing a balance due. I filed a customer dispute with agent #682657 (Jonathan) on 4/17/15 at 2:45 and was told that it could take up to 60 days to investigate. I immediately sent a check for $6.92. Today I received a call from Comenity stating that they would waive some fees and the balance due by 5/4/15 would be $41.92. I informed the representative that I had sent a check for $6.92 and that I had filed a dispute. The rep told me that if the full amount was not received by the due date further late fees would be applied. She further told me I needed to put my dispute in writing. I Informed her that I would not be paying anything further.i have been a long time customer of Victoria’s secret with an excellent credit rating who pays her bills when they are received. I am following up with a letter to the corporate office. This could have all been avoided had I received either the statements or a telephone call. They obviously had my telephone number since they called me today.
Erin says
To Whom it May Concern:
I have sent a payment to Comenity Bank for a past-due charge to a Victoria’s Secret Credit Card that I never received in the mail. Nor did I ever receive any statements. The purchase was made on October 22nd in Buffalo, NY when I was there shopping for my upcoming wedding. I left the store thinking I had agreed to a Victoria’s Secret points card NOT a credit card. This, I admit, was my error. I was married two weeks later and this payment was not on my mind, as I was under the impression that my visa, which I assume I gave for ID purposes, was charged. Looking back at my statements, I realize this was not the case, and that in fact I was not ever charged for the $18.00 purchase. Meanwhile you claim to have been sending statements, which I never received. My cell phone number was on file, nor did I ever receive a phone call from you telling me I had a payment past due. I have NEVER had bad credit and never had money owing on a credit card before. You can imagine how shocked I was to be told that I was now owing over $160.00 in late charges. After being passed around on the phone to multiple people, none of whom were at all helpful, I was told that the best you could do was bring the charges down to $85.24 USD. Which will still end up costing me well over $100.00 CAD, all because of a lousy $18.00 purchase. To say I am offended and appalled that I received an email saying I would be sent to collections is an understatement. I have never been so unhappy with a company and the treatment I received in all my life and I will be happy to share this opinion. I was told over and over again that nothing could be done to rectify this situation, but we both know that this is not the case. I always enjoy shopping at Victoria’s Secret when I am across the boarder, but this has left a very sour taste in my mouth.
So I have sent my $85.24 payment, closed this account and will not be shopping at your store ever again.
Signed, your VERY unhappy customer,
Erin

I recently went into my local Victoria secret store and have to admit, it was a horrible experience. I walked into the store looking for something specific and was unable to find it. There was a sales clerk standing off to the side of the front of the store, welcoming customer’s as they entered (she did not welcome me). As I stand there waiting for her to acknowledge the fact that I was standing there looking at her for help. She continued to ignore me and talk to everyone who was walking in the store. I must say, this was completly unprofessional. I understand that I may not look like everyone else that walks into your store, as I have tattoos and hot pink highlights in my hair, but my money spends the same as everyone else’s. Finally a nice gentleman walked over and asked if I needed help. I advised him what I was looking for and he was not aware of what I was speaking about so he asked said “female assiociate” who then was completly rude in answering. From that moment, I decided that I was not going to purchase the multiple items that I had intended on purchasing. I put them back and walked out of the store. After this experience, I don’t think that I will be returning to your stores until there are more appropriate sales associates that are willing to assist anyone who walks into their store.
Sincerly,
A very irritated ex customer.

I used to shop vs every week. I stopped shopping there as much because every time I do I luv the clothes and they never have my size. I went today found 6 things I liked, approx $300.00 worth of merchandise and was totally disappointed once again no xs in anything. I made a manager aware that he was out of xS all the time and I just wanted him to know so his sales would rise and I could buy my clothes, called other stores, tried online, nothing available. The manager told me he was just a manager and there was nothing he could do. I am in shock and totally disappointed in Victoria’s secret. The sales associates in Oxford valley and neshsminy malls are very helpful, however they can’t sell me anything because they don’t have my size every time.

I have been a fan and loyal customer of Victoria Secret & Victoria Secret Pink for years. Went to the Pink store and i fell in love with the pink capri sweats. Unfortunately for me i was unable to purchase because you guys do not make/sell clothes that are over size Large. Every female is shaped differently and two everyone is not a size 0. Let’s just say that i was disappointed

As the mother of an 12 year old girl I find the use of younger and younger girls in your ads to be extremely disturbing. I was walking through a local mall the other day and walked passed an ad for your rewards card with a picture of a girl who looks to be about 14 – it’s possible she is older but she is made up to look young and it says FREE next to her picture. It’s a perfect lure for pedophiles, it is a setup for girls to develop eating disorders, it is harmful to boys and girls men and women. Are you aware there is a sex trafficking problem for girls in this country. I will never shop at your store again unless you address this harmful campaign and I will continue to give this press. I even see more pictures of the same girl on your site.

I would also like to forward you the picture so you can see it but can’t add pictures in this format

Hello,
This is regarding ‘Pink Nation’ and the spring break bash. I saw the event being advertised on twitter and it look like a blast. So I researched the event and it said to register which I was fine with but it only allows you IF your an ‘American Resident’. I’m Canadian and I was quite frustrated about this inconvenience! Victoria secret/PINK has many retail stores in Canada and I’m a very dedicated customer so I don’t understand the fact that ‘pink nation’ cant be open to Canadians as well and I believe many stand begin me!
Thank You.

To whom it may concern,
I am one of your regular customer, every time I travel whether it’s out of the country or not I always enter your store.
My daughter who lives in Singapore sent me a perfume name Victoria, I opened the box but the sprayer is broken, so I thought of going to the nearest store which is in Brea, asked helped from one working at the cashier area, the lady at first commented right away that “WE DON’T DO IT HERE & BESIDE THE PERFUME IS 5 YRS OLD???
IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE IT IT COST $2.99 FOR THAT’S PERFUME… I wasn’t given a chance to talk, she continued talking with her loud voice and everyone is staring at me like I’m trying to get something in exchange…i said I don’t need your $2.99 ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS IF THERE’S A WAY FOR YOU TO HELP ME SO I CAN USE THE PERFUME…THEN THE OTHER LADY (SUPERVISOR, MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT…
SHE EVEN MENTIONED THAT’S YOU DON’T HAVE A STORE OUTSIDE USA…I SAI’D HUH? How did you get hired? I PULLED HER OUT OF CUSTOMER SIGHT…TO TELL HER…”YOU JUST DON’T OPEN YOUR MOUTH IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT. ..
I ALWAYS GO TO SINGAPORE, THAT’S WHAT MY DAUGHTER GOT THIS PERFUME, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE COMPARE HERE IN USA…
SHE’S TELLING IN FRONT OF MY FACE THAT THE PERFUME IS SOME WHAT’S OR MAYBE FAKE…OMG! I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS….
I SAID…YOU! REPRESENT THE IMAGE OF VICTORIA SECRET, AND YOU’RE GIVING ME THIS ATTITUDE! SHE JUST SHRUG HER SHOULDER AND LEFT FUMING!!!
VICTORIA SECRET STAFF IN BREA, CA “JENNEFER, MANAGER” SO RUDE…NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNERS…
NOW I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE PERFUME MY DAUGHTER HAVE ME WITH HER HARD EARNED MONEY GO TO WASTE… $93 FOR THAT? IT IS 3X THE AMOUNT COMPARE HERE IN CALIFORNIA but it’s a waste of money cause they’re selling 5 years old stuff in SINGAPORE?
That’s not right!
Thanks for your time reading this!

Let’s begin this with, I WALKED OUT OF THE STORE WITH NO UNDERWEAR ON!
I have already spoke to a customer service agent but just in case this doesn’t get resolved or to the right person….
I bought one panty at VS and wanted to get a matching sports bra with it but they didn’t have the right color in stock so the manager suggested I order it. She compared the color of the bra (online) to the underwear in person and said she thought they matched. She showed me the picture, and I agreed. I told her if she thinks it is the right color then order it and I will pay for it now with the underwear. Today, I received the bra in the mail and it did not match. However, I had the underwear on already and the tags off so I assumed they would not physically take them back.
I went back to the store today to return the bra and said since she made the mistake of saying the colors matched she should give me my money back for the underwear. She said she will if I bring them in. I began to tell her I had them on and I didn’t think VS takes used undies back. She said if I wash them she would.
I told her I would not waste anymore of my time on HER MISTAKE and I will just go in my car and say I “washed” them because this is absurd that she would take used panties back.
I asked to speak to whoever is above her and she refused then her employee also said that there was no one for me to talk to and I felt as if I was being ganged up on. So in the end she had me go into a dressing room and give her the used undies. She returned them, but I had to walk out of there with no underwear on. I felt completely mistreated as a customer and will never return to that location. Customer service said they will deal with it, but I want to make sure it actually gets dealt with. This is completely unacceptable and I have already began to tell 3 people I know about this situation and I will continue to tell more people until something is done about this.
It was the VS in Crestview Hills, Ky. And the manager was Christina (has blonde hair) and the other girl refused to tell me her name. I will never forget this terrible experience.

Action needs to be taken! I have gone into your store in Orange Park, Fl ( Mall ) twice within the last 3 weeks and the same thing is happening. Two people are working and a line almost out the door. I stood in line for 20 MINUTES waiting for the cashier to call another associate. She refused until she couldn’t figure out the other customers return and complaint. Oh, did I mention that I counted 7 other people working at the time and NO ONE would jump on a register and help the 10 people in line. As I’m standing in line, I’m looking around and couldn’t help but to notice how disgusting this store is. When was the last time it has EVER been cleaned? Dust an inch thick on the shelves, spills all over the front of the counter, dirt all over the floor. It was awful and I would be happy to show pictures. This store DOES NOT represent Victoria Secret at all. Management needs to make a surprise trip down here and see for themselves. I guarantee you will be shocked! There is no reason a lingerie store should look like the Orange Park store does. By the way, This is not my first or second email to Corporate telling you about this store! Someone is definitely not doing their job.

I have never been so.unhappy with Victoria secret as i am right now. I ordered a pair of yoga leggings back in February they were back ordered til March 6th then back ordered til march 23rd. Finally i get a email telling me they are being shipped when i received my package it’s a bathing suit top i never ordered. I called customer service three time i got three rude people and was denied a supervisor every time. I was told that they had my pant in and accidentally sent them to someone else and they don’t sell them anymore. Which in fact they do but now are back ordered to five months from now!! Really i gotta wait five months to get my pants and i can’t speak to a supervisor and never had my issue dealt with! I spend thousands of dollars on PINK Victoria secret. I expect to be treated with respect and loyalty like i treat you.guys this.is ridiculous.

In the last three weeks I have to been to two different VS locations. One at the Norterra Happy Valley location in AZ and the other at Arrowhead Mall in Glendale AZ and both times I was left with an awful and disgusted taste in my mouth as well as tears upon leaving the Norterra store. Both instances I was treated as though I didn’t exist because I don’t fit the “cookie cutter girl” role I suppose. I happen to be of mixed races and am curvy and wear a sz L in your items. But every time I enter one of your stores I am never treated with the same enthusiasm or willingness to help that is shown to the typical blond haired blue eyed anorexic looking may I ad young girls. I stood and waited back by the fitting rooms today for 10 min for an employee to acknowledge that I was there because she was busy catering to her ONE customer that was back there. When she did I said I would love a fitting room please only been standing here for forever and all I got in reply was a “I’m sorry”. While trying on my two tshirts i overheard the same emoloyee continually checking on her customer asking how things were fitting and commenting how adorable the clothes were on her, guess what i was never asked so much as how is it going in there? Zip zero, nada. I then went up to the cash registers where I was helped by an employee who could barely make eye contact with me and not a sign of a smile and proceeded to ask who helped me I responded ” no one. No one ever does when I come to this store, maybe I’m not white enough to be helped perhaps,?” And all she could say was “Aww, I’m sorry”, I asked ” where’s your manager?” Minutes later a young girl was saying she was the manager and that she had been made aware of the situation and felt “terrible” and that her girls were typically wonderful about customer service, and I said “yeah they probably are long as you weigh 10 lbs and have blond hair right?” My husband stood there consoling me because by this point I teared up and began crying out of anger because I was being what I felt discriminated against. The joke of a manager then handed me an extremely beat up 20℅ off purchase card and saw that as the only way she could have rectified this nightmare of a situation?! I was embarrassed and began feeling responsible for my experience because she was defending her employees. I spend lots of money on the VS brand and yet you corporate people appreciate nothing. Customers nationwide it sounds are mistreated regularly for doing nothing more then walking in and wanting to spend some money on your clothing. You really need to better train your employees and focus in on customer service and equality. Newsflash, the average women is a sz 10_12 not an xs so start catering to the majority of your customers! I’m still disgusted and have never been treated in such a way ANYWHERE in my life! Prepare for your stores profits to come to a decline because most of your customers I’ve talked to and read from are fed up with all the nonsense.
Sincerely
R. George

I have been corresponding with your “customer service” dept. recently with absolutely no resolution. I have received insulting responses from them. I was charged a late fee for my January payment (which should never have happened). My bill was due 01/17/15 and it was paid on 01/17/15 @ 4:23 pm. I was charged a late fee even though it was paid on the due date (scam) only because I do not live in Eastern time zone (unacceptable and ridiculous). You have lost a long time customer because of this absurdity and over $30.00. I recommend that the due dates be set a day earlier for those of us that live in the West. I personally plan on paying off my card within next 2 months and then closing it for good!

Dear Corporate Staff:
My partner and I are students at Chattooga High School, and we are leaning about the negative effects of advertising. As part of our curriculum we have to write a letter to a major company or a celebrity showing them their effects on advertising, so are writing to you to tell you about the negative effects of Victoria’s Secret’s advertising. Did you know that an average of $25 billion dollars is spent on advertising each year? Victoria’s Secret alone spent approximately $20 million dollars on the annual fashion show in 2014. Your company obviously must be doing very well, considering it makes over 5 billion dollars a year, by selling sexually objectifying messages to girls as young as seven.
Advertising tells us what we should look like, how we should act, what is and isn’t popular. So, advertising is a very influential source. Victoria’s Secret advertising makes girls believe that their power comes from enhancing, accessorizing, fixing, and flaunting their bodies. What you put on the lingerie that you sell is not helping at all with fixing that. Even the branch that owns Justice sells lacy camisoles and “thong” type panties to girls SEVEN years and older.
We know that Photoshop has become a very poplar thing to use to make models look even more flawless than they are. But, have you ever stopped to thing about the consequences of photoshoping the models to the point where if the women were real she would definitely not look anything like the way she does in the picture. When VS photoshops there models to look like that it tells girls that the only way to beautiful is to be very thin, tall, have a flat stomach, and to be flawless in every way. What do you think a girl is going to do after she sees the model? Is she going to just keep walking and forget about it because she knows she is perfect in every way or do you think she will try to look like that model because she has been told her whole life that this is the only way to be beautiful. How do you think that a girl is going to try to get the body your model has? By working out very hard? Going on a small diet? NO! More than likely she will end up starving herself until she develops an eating disorder. Only 5% of the population is genetically capable of having a body like your models. But, what is really sad is that the other 95% will some time in their life to try to be like the 5% that can look like that.
VS can change all of this just by changing some of the things VS puts in their advertising. Here are some ideas: VS could use models of all shapes, sizes and colors because every woman is beautiful in their own way. Just stop with the photoshoping. It’s not helping the problem here. By doing that VS can make the models look REAL, by not using a filter and not “touching up” anything on the model including the lump of skin that sticks out when normal women wear a bra. Most of all make sure that every woman knows how beautiful they really are and that they don’t need to wear lacey clothes or panties that express sexual phrases.
Sincerely,
Shelby Teems & Sophia Floyd

Please stop this non sense, you can not be fool people for your so called marketing.we are the customers who makes a company and gives you the business.
There was a online ad for valentines of your company.which says first 50 customers in the line will get free hand and body lotion .there were so many people standing out in the queue in many of your stores for about an hour or so (wasting their time),and when the stores open they did not get anything but, some discount offers. And yes ,if you ask for any clarification, the customers will get very rude response from their staff (“we dot,t know may be something online but nothing is there in the store”).
Please stop it ,if you can not give don’t do this ad gimmicks and all .There were so many disappointed customers like me in the store (even i wanted to buy something but because of this i did not buy anything).
We got some card which says about some discounts but nothing free as your ad says no purchase necessary for the free stuff.
I will warn my friends and colleagues too about your company and not to trust you any more.please stop all these nonsense otherwise you will loose some more loyal customers.

I went into your River Center Store which is located at River Center Mall, 849 East Commerce Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205 on Monday, January 19, 2015 approx. around 11:30 a.m. or so and there were these two Hispanic guys walking really fast in front of me and they walked into the store and the first one picked up two packages of perfume off the display counter and then the second one did the same thing and took two packages off the same display right in front of me. I was SHOCKED to say the lease and I reported it to the cashier and all of the young ladies working there. I use the word YOUNG LADIES very lously because VS hires these young girls that know nothing about thief! Not one of them called 911 while I was there as a witness! I could have said something to these tugs but I did not know if they had a gun, knife or worse in the jackets they had on. I’m a senior and I could not have been more scared that I had justs witness a thief and no one did anything about it! Is this what to expect from VS when anyone goes into your store? I know I will NEVER go inside your VS store ever again. I had a return of a Christmas gift that I purchased and then I returned it. I would like a reply as to what you are going to do about this situation. My phone number is (210) 862-****. Thank you very much for your time.

I am very upset over the fact that I have waited over a month for an order that never arrived. I called today to check about the order and after the fact that I was transferred a million times, they said it was lost. Was anyone going to tell me? I shop at pink/Vs almost every week and spend all my paychecks there. After all the trouble I had to go through over a package that was a gift for a friend birthday, and now it’s late. I don’t think I will shop here again!
I am upset that I even had to deal with this and plus I spend thousands of dollars here, I’m sure I can find better service somewhere else with the amount of loyalty I give.
Till this day I haven’t gotten them! I get in contact with customer service they can’t find my order or anything! I will never ever shop here again unless they do something about my problem! I am very upset about the poor customer service!

I have never been so upset after a trip to Victoria secret in my life. My local store in Daly City California at serramonte mall to be exact is the only store that I have repeated problems with, unfortunately for me this store is closest to me. After being sold multiple sets of pajamas, lounge pants and matching tops etc, I come to find that every outfit purchased did not match in size. The worst part is that the manager herself was the one who put together the sets for me. I returned to the store today to exchange my items for correct matching sizes (some pants were small with tops that were as big as a large) and not only was the cashier incredibly rude and even shouted at my 5 year old for touching a perfume bottle (this turned everyone’s head in line) but when asked for help finding the sizes I was told there was no more. I walked over again to find all 3 matching pants in my size…I WAS JUST TOLD THERE WAS NONE and by the manager at that! Beyond that the staff today (not all because I have my go to girl at my local store) was beyond rude and un accommodating but Im so astonished that I was treated this way. What happened to customer service? Or at the very least customer kindness! I Love Victoria secret but it looks like I will be needing to travel next time I need something. Isn’t it enough that I’m making multiple trips back to the store because of multiple mistakes made by employees, now I have to travel even further. So upset.

I love to go to Victoria’s Secret. Especially during they’re semi annual sale until today. I went in 30 minutes before closing time (which I work in retail so I understand how frustrating it is) but none of my bras fit and I needed a white on for work tomorrow. The only white bra in my size was missing a strap so I go to the checkout to bring it to the clerks attention and he rudely snatched it out of my hand and says I can’t sell it to you without a strap. I told him I looked through all the bins for it and that I would
Pay full price without the strap (not once did I mention a discount) he huffs and puffs and searches through the barrels for the strap. After he couldn’t find it he say I can’t sell it to you and walks to the back. I have never been treated so rudely in a store in all my life and can gladly say I will not be returning to any Victoria’s secrets anytime soon.

I have always bought my bras and underwear at VS and never had an issue with them. But I had bought a bra not too long ago and I only had it for a few weeks and the underwire pooped through on one side and kept jabbing me well when I went to take it back I could not find my receipt anywhere which is not like me so I honestly misplaced it. The lady helping me told me that their return policy has gotten really strict and she will have to put some sort of point on my license and run it through a machine and I would also have to purchase the cheapest bra they had because I would not be able to do an even exchange. I had already paid $50 for this bra three weeks ago and she had me pay $30 for the same exact one so after it was all said and done I paid $80 for ONE bra!! I was very upset but was in a huge hurry and just went through with it. After I had time to think about it afterwards I was very upset and so was my husband when I told him and he will not let me shop back at VS until this is resolved if it ever is.

I’d like to share with you an experience I had at the Gainesville, FL location. My husband treated me to a yoga outfit and gift card for Christmas. I decided on a different color and went to the store to exchange. Since the product was active wear I assumed the gift was bought at the Pink store (which is another area of the mall, but not a far walk). When I entered the store I thought for a minute I was at Hollister or Abercrombie because the music was so loud. But it is a store for younger girls, so I understand. I looked around for a few minutes not finding the clothes I had to exchange. Two sales associates were quite involved in a conversation I so walked up to the register to ask for help. When I opened the box the cashier said it was product from the VS store, not theirs. She was very polite; I apologized and walked to the VS store to complete my exchange.
When I walked into the VS store there were 3 associates near the front door….one was obviously a manager and the other two had dusters in their hands. I decided to look for the outfit on my own and was not able to find the color top I saw online or the pants in a longer length. I headed to the register because I decided to get a store credit and then order the outfit online. The line was about 10 people deep and only one cashier. I stood in line for about 10 minutes (which felt like 30). I moved one person up in line that entire time, and the only reason for that is because a mom with her two young children set her items down and left. Eventually I gave up and thought it would be easier to go back to the Pink store to do the return there. As I was leaving I found the girl who I assumed was the manager and asked if she had anyone else who could help on the register. She turned to me and said she only had two employees on the floor, then she turned and walked away. So, I left and went back to the Pink store.
When I walked into the store the cashier greeted me and I explained that the line was taking too long at VS and asked if I could return my items there. She spoke to her manager over her headset and the manager said only if it was an exchange. I told them I had a gift receipt, but was the told that it was too much to do because then they have to transfer it back out to a VS store since they don’t carry the same product. So, I left again.
Tomorrow I will be going to the VS store once again, to return everything, including the gift card my husband gave me. I don’t buy too often from VS, maybe a couple times a year…..so when my husband buys me things from VS it’s kind of a special treat for me. And I know that the $160 return tomorrow is only pennies to a company like VS, but it isn’t to me. I’ll be spending my money where I feel like it’s appreciated. I did call customer service the day I went to the two stores….I was told that Pink should have taken my return and they would use my experience as a teaching/coaching tool. What should I say to that…..I’m glad I could help?

I went shopping in the San Antonio, TX Pink North Star Store #1674 with a visiting friend who is an employee of a Victoria Secrets store in another Texas city. She found her items and proceeded to the cashiers to check out. The cashiers’ asked a manager for help with the transaction. My friend gave the manager her employee number, phone number to the store she worked at and showed her I.D. The manager, Anna, to my amazement was rude and acted like assisting my friend make a purchase was a huge stress upon her time. I was very disappointed to see another store’s employee treated like this as well as having other customers and myself witness the exchange. I am sure this type of unprofessionalism and rudeness is not what VS Pink wants to be known for. I am thankful that I’ve been shown much better customer service in this store when I have shopped here with my daughter as well as other friends. I would hope to never see anyone treated the way my friend was today.

This should have earned me 4 $20 cards. Being in a rush Christmas shopping I forgot until I got home. I went back to VS during the promotion and inquired as to why I wasn’t given the cards and they told me they were sorry for the mistake, but they had run out of the cards that morning. I asked for a regular $20 gift card for each qualifying purchase and they refused. Instead they offered me a 20% off coupon. I told them that this isn’t the same and that I would have to spend another $400 just to get that $80 back with those coupons, instead of being able to just purchase $80 worth of merchandise with the cards I should have been given. They said that was all they could do. I had a Christmas party to go to and was unable to continue arguing my case, but
if this isn’t corrected today, when I speak to a manager, not only will they not get another $400, or several hindered more dollars every year, but they won’t get another penny, and I’m getting a $300+ refund and they will have lost a long time customer.

Recently, I was shopping at PINK for my teenaged daughter for a set of pajamas. I picked up a set that was advertised as being sold at a Christmas promotional price of $64.95 with $10.00 off the price of the set, therefore the price would be $54.95. Today, as I was wrapping her pajama set in preparation for Christmas, I took the price tag off of the box to reveal that the price underneath the advertised $64.95 sticker price WAS ALREADY $54.95…THUS leaving me to understand that REALLY there had been NO DEAL given at all. In fact, perhaps some “clever”marketing tactic used that was not so cleverly executed. I am insulted, I am appalled. I feel that Victoria Secret does NOT appreciate its customers at all. On Boxing day in Canada, I have stood in line outside of the store for the better part of a hour with my teenaged daughter only to gain access into the store and find that THERE WERE NO SALES…nothing worth any mention of our precious time. I was going to purchase a gift card for my daughter for christmas but I think that I will pass. STOP insulting the women you claim to empower, it’s disgusting!

Hi my name is Julie I will start off by saying I love Victorias Secret and I always shop online. Today I actually went to the store at The Citadel in Colorado Springs CO. It was the worst experience I ever had, I will not return there again. I am very upset because I purchased a set of Pink pajamas for a Xmas gift, and also a gift card for 30$. When I was walking out of the store I began to beep. I turned around and an associate grab the pajamas from my bag and informed me the security tag was still on there. She proceeded to the counter to remove it and I followed. Never exiting the store. I happened to glance down in my bag and noticed the gift card was not in there. I immediately brought it to the attention of the cashier that checked me out and the one that grabbed the pajamas. She looked around her cash register and the other associate went to the area where she pulled out the pajamas. We were unsuccessful in locating the card. They then call a manager to address the situation. While I was standing there trying to figure out what happened I remember the cashier put my items into a bag and then removed them and put them into another bag. At the time I didn’t think much of it, but now I am wondering why she did that. I don’t think the gift card was ever put into the bag I took…. with that being said the manager gets on the phone after I’ve waited for 15 minutes she comes back and says I have to call this # tomorrow and they will cancel the gift card and refund it to my account. Meanwhile she tells me I can get another card if I purchase it again. At this time I am very frustrated and feeling angry. I ask her if she can just cancel the purchase and she no theres nothing else they can do I need to handle it tomorrow. After I left I called the customer relations # on the receipt…they inform me the same thing but also tell me as long as the gift has not been used will I be refunded. I was so mad they couldn’t immediately cancel the card right then and there so no one uses it. So basically if the cashier stole it or someone picked it up and decides to go use it I will be out the $30 I just spent. All the agent kept saying is we are not responsible for stolen or lost gift cards. I’m like really after I just said I never even left the store really? Your associates either A stole it or B dropped it because the cashier wasn’t doing her job removing the security tag. But it made me think what if I got home without being stopped and then realized it was gone then I’d be in the same situation. They refused to check the cameras to see what happened at the register…..Just seems a little weird that this cashier is still working here I bet its not the first time shes done this. Just saying. So tomorrow when I call the # to cancel the gift card I hope no one has used it cause if so I will moving forward to find out if the cashier is stilling from customers because your gift card procedure makes it very easy.

I would like to share my horrible experience that I had on December 15 at your Parks Mall location in Arlington,TX. I went to the store to return a sweatshirt that I had decided to not not give as a gift. I waited in line about 5 minutes, and when I reached the front of the line, I was told that all returns, exchanges, and online orders were at only one cash register and that I would need to go to that line. The SMALL, handwritten line that identified that line was completely hidden by other customers standing in line. I moved to that line and there were 3 people in front of me. All 3 of those customers had items that they had purchased online and needed to exchange/ reorder online. While waiting, I informed 5 different customers that the line was for returns only because they had not noticed the inadequate signage. After about 30 minutes, yes 30, of waiting, I asked one of the other cashiers if she could help us since there were 3 cashiers not waiting on customers. I was told again that all returns were done at one register. After 35 minutes of waiting, I was still 3rd in Lina and the women in front of me actually asked me to hold her spot and her merchandise so that could leave and find a restroom because she had been waitin for 45 minutes. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier very rudely said that she would TRY to get someone. A man who was stocking perfume came over and said that he was the manager and asked how he could help. I explained to him that I had been waiting in line at that time for 40 minutes to return one item and still had a person in front of me. I pointed out that there were available cashiers but no one would help us. He said that all returns were in that line only and he couldn’t help me and basically brushed me off. I rather rudely, I am embarrassed to say, told him that he had a horrible attitude and that he needed to find someone to help us. At this point there were about 10 people in the returns line and 10 in the checkout line. He told me that he only had 1 cashier on duty who could do returns! Wouldn’t a manager be authorized to do returns and why didn’t he offer to help out? About 5 minutes later, another cashier who could do returns came from the front of the store to help. Why wasn’t this person pulled to the registers earlier. The manager and several of the other cashiers stood in a little huddle with her and were whispering to her while looking over at me. How childish. She the said, quite rudely, “Next.” When I stepped forward, she never once acknowledged me, made eye contact, or said thank you when the transaction ended. Although I did complain about the service, with the exception of the remark about the managers horrible attitude, I did not raise my voice, I did not swear, and I was not rude. Yet I was treated in this manner. From the time that I walked into the store to the time that I left, I was there for 45 minutes to return one item. I will never shop in that store again! I would suggest that the return procedure be reviewed and changed and that the managers are given customer service training.

I called the 1-800 number and used the live chat yesterday 12/9/14 late evening. I was trying to purchase the reversible comforter in the galaxy color and size queen. I had the item in my shopping cart and went to check out right away; however, as soon as I tried to put any information in the system to make my purchase the item disappeared and was no longer and is still no longer available. I am very upset because I put the item in my cart and immediately went to check out. There should have been more of that item because of the high demand. I called the 1-800 number 3 times and I used the live chat option. Only one person was helpful, but still could not get me the item that I wanted.
Customer service with this company is awful and not having enough of a product.

My privacy was invaded for no reason. Please explain to me why you have this procedure in effect and what do you do with our information !!!!!!
I recently had an unusual experienced at the Victoria Secret Store in Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, NY. I was returning a purchase in exchange for the same items in a different size. The original merchandise purchased had all tags intact and I had an original receipt. When presented to the cashier I was asked for my drivers’ license??? When I asked why they needed that when I had a receipt and it was an even exchange, their reply was that they had to run it through their system. When the head cashier/mgr came over she gave me the same story that it had to be processed through their system.
I would of fully understood if I didn’t have a receipt or if the returning merchandise was used etc… But I am having a problem with giving my drivers license (name address date of birth license # etc) to a retail store to be scanned through their system (For what reason??)
I believe that my privacy was compromised and the only choice I had in the matter was to leave and be stuck with unwanted merchandise totaling near $100.00.
Ada says
It literally explain on the back of the receipt why they need your DL. All it takes is your name. They don’t sell it to anyone it stays in the system. The reason they do it is because there is a limit to how many returns and exchanges you can make. It’s a very high limit and it only impacts people that tend to abuse the return policy.
JB says
My one and only purchase at Victoria Secret was for my Mother. I found out the hard way about Victoria Secret’s return policy. No return or exchange of any kind without a government issued ID. Victoria Secret does not process the data on a return. It has an agreement with The Retail Equation (TRE) to process and store your data. According to TRE’s website they may store your ID#, name, address, date of birth and expiration date.
A $100 purchase is not worth the risk. Buyer beware.

I am really disappointed with the Victoria’s Secret at the Northeast Mall in North Richland Hills, TX. I am a employee and I had to experience bad customer service. I was so excited to shop there for the first time in a long time. Once I got up to the cashier she called the cashier Rebecca and she asked for a paycheck stub. I kindly explain to her I did not have one and I did not know that I needed one. At my location, I always seen the supervisor ask for our ID number. In a rude tune she told me “that’s probably because they know you.” Then I thought about how we alone our customers to use the Ipad, so I asked her if I could use the Ipad since she explain to me that I could find my paycheck stub on aces.com. She was rude once again and told me ” we do not have any Ipads up here at the moment”. She did not even bother to call in see where one was or anything. I asked her if she could call for one. She walked away with out saying anything and a lady name Terry came back with her( that was just as rude). She told me I need to come prepared and this was the wrong time for me to come shop. Last time I check I was a customer just like everyone else in the store and a paying customer. I never knew that it was a right time for me to come shopping and spend my money at Victoria’s Secret. I kindly explained to them that I did not know and I was new. I only received one paycheck so far and it was direct deposit. Mrs.Terry gave me attitude and finally they decided to slam the Ipad in front of me after wasting 20 minutes of my time. I did not even buy my stuff after all of that and missed my doctors appointment.
I give Thanks to the Parks Mall location because they have always been very kind and just watching them give a great example on how to treat your customers and employees off the clock. I could really see the different between the stores and the managements. This was beyond the worst experience I have every received at a store. I hope that someone addresses this to them because it was not right.

I am really disappointed in VS. I frequently purchase items online and in store for my daughter. Last month, I purchased some items in store and received a secret reward card with the redemption starting today. I also purchased items online and when I received that order, the secret reward card that I should have received was not in the box. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement via email. It is going to take 4-6 days. Today I took the reward card out that I received in store to check the value of it. Unfortunately the top of the card with the numbers on it was cut off and I could not read them. I again contacted customer service and was told that there were many cards with the same issue. They took down my information and again are going to email me a replacement. I am now having to wait to receive both of the cards. This is very frustrating. I understand that things happen but how is it that I had problems with two cards? How is it that the person who packed my order forgot to put the card in?

On Saturday 11/22/14 at 6:30 pm, I went to the Victoria’s Secret Store in Tri-County mall to purchase a bridal shower gift. When I left the store, one of the sales associates ran down the mall after me screaming for me to stop. Just as I was about to get on the escalator (which is not close to the store), I stopped and she ran over to me as everyone is staring. She asked me if the store beeped when I left and I told her no I didn’t think so, she grabbed my bag which contained gifts that were boxed and wrapped. The VS associate put everything on the floor at my feet by the escalator and took everything out of the bag as everyone was watching, tissue paper and private undergarments were at my feet. She then threw everything back in the bag and handed it to me, I explained to her that that is not how the contents were originally in the bag she put the items back in the box and threw the tissue paper in the bag definitely not as nice as it was packed originally and said she was just looking because she didn’t want the items to beep as I was going to the bridal shower, if that was her concern, she was not concerned as she was throwing things back in the bag and chasing me down the hall yelling for me. I walked away feeling embarrassed and humiliated; by then security was there and proceeded to follow me until I left the mall. By then I was late for the shower so I left to go to the shower and came back to the store first thing the next day.
On Sunday 11/23/14 at 12:00 pm, I went back to the store and asked for a supervisor or manager, I spoke to a supervisor explained the situation and she apologized, said she would speak with the employee and said I could have my money back for everything and Nicole would refund it. When I got to the register, the associate refunded the undergarments but refused to refund the gift card. I explained that I just spoke with a supervisor who said I could return everything, and then Natalie Stevens the store manager approached me and stated that I was not getting my money back for the gift card. I asked Natalie if she would talk to the supervisor that I had spoken to less than 2 minutes ago, Natalie refused. I explained the situation again; since Natalie refused to confer with her management team or acknowledge the information I was given by her manager. I explained to Natalie that I preferred not to spend my money at a store where I am treated that way and Natalie (who did not apologize nor acknowledge the experience) only explained that she could not help me and I could call customer relations but that was all she could do and she walked away.
I am saddened, disappointed, and disturbed by the behavior that I experienced from the Victoria’s secret tri county store over the past 2 days especially by the associate who chased me down and by Natalie who was not interested in understanding what happened so that it would not happen to other customers in the future.

I am very saddened to have to post this, but I feel it needs to be done so that your company is aware of the treatment customers are receiving in your stores. One of your associates in your University Village, (Seattle,WA) store took it upon herself to comment on my weight\body shape when I was looking for another pair of Long Jane (thermal) pajamas. I currently have an XS small at home but at the time I could not remember if it was a S or XS, so I asked said associate when she approached me if I could try them on. She replied by looking me up and down, then saying in a very condescending manner that should do a medium because the run very snug. I was shocked, and told her that I know I have (and for into with extra room) either a small or extra small. She then responded in the same rude manner “well, I am an extra small, so just try the small first,” and laughed. I looked at her and thought, what is wrong with this woman? How can you be so rude and insulting to someone you are supposed to help? It gets pretty cold in Seattle, so I had about 5 layers of clothing on to try to stay warm so I’m sure I looked like that kid in the puffy jacket from A Christmas Story, but either way, I know my body and she had no right to speak to me that way. Also, after trying on both pairs, the XS still fit just the same as the one I had at home with some extra room. Please do something about your associates behavior in your stores. This is unacceptable. I really do hope you care for your customers and will work on eliminating this type of abuse.

I to would like to see VS in the XL size. I think of myself as the average size in the USA. When I’m out in public most women I see are my size. (size 14) Yes I’m 53 years old and a mother of two teenagers. Why can’t I have nice, sexy lingerer? Why can’t VS Corp see that if the store had XL sizes there sales would double if not triple. VS Corp, you can do this if you think about it. I currently shop at another store but would like to shop at different places to get a variety of things. I’m sure I am not the only person to feel this way. And yes, I do shop with my daughter at VS and the staff have been rude to me with “I don’t think we have your size in the store”, “That is not going to work for you”, how would the staff know who I would be shopping for?

Nothing comes in my size, I only cotton and that’s not sexy to my boyfriend! ! Anything lacy. So I’m here to tell you for the women struggling to feel sexy and feel good in her own skin, but is told we don’t have that size in this or that. Is in the wrong store! t this time I am not happy with the problems I incurred with this order. After receiving an item I did not order and contacting your company I was informed that the item would be shipped through Fedex and I would receive it by the date I needed it. My item never came. After 3 days from that date I called customer service again to inquire about my order only to be told the item was over sold. Now I have to return the item that I never ordered. It would have saved me alot of trouble to be informed either by email or text about orders that can not be processed. I had to call customer service twice. I have also had problems with the credit card insurance that I applied for. After signing the form and mailing it back I was informed it was never received and a new form would be mailed. As of this date I have not recieved the new form. Now I will need to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for my $20 gift card. I would like a response to this message on how this can be resolved. Thank you.

Since your company is based for women it would be nice to see vs become apart of this awareness !! Think pink right !! thank you xo

I was in your Missoula, Montana store exchanging a gift I had bought my teenage daughter. As is common practice, the clerk asked me for my driver’s license and I happily handed it to her so that she could visually verify my identity. She then took my license, scanned it into some machine and handed it back. I asked her what she had just done and she couldn’t really explain it. After completing the transaction, she then turned to who I believe was the store manager. The manager rudely said that it was now store policy to scan in driver’s licenses. I explained to the person that she had now scanned my photo, driver’s license, address, height, weight, etc. and transmitted that over the internet without my approval. She attempted to assure me that it was just being sent to CORPORATE. “Yes, OVER THE INTERNET!” was my response.
Would you please explain how this is legal or a just practice? You did so without my knowledge or approval? You have basically taken information that was not intended for your use and are using for what? I understand if you need to visually verify that it is a legitimate return, even though I had original receipt and gift receipt in hand. What is the purpose of this? Please contact me as soon as possible to explain this procedure. I would like reassurance and guarantees that this information has been deleted and not sold to others. I would like an answer immediately! With information continually being stolen from other companies (Target, Lowes, etc.) you are taking great risk with my information.

I was at the Santa Fe place mall in SF NM on November 1st 2014 with the purpose of using the free panty coupons and a $10 off bra. As soon as I went in I looked for an employe to verify where they are because it’s a specific panty for the coupon only. “Miranda” tells me where they are and she walks away. As I pick the one I like I ask her again as she’s walking towards me if those ones were “the ones” she says yes. I then proceed to look for the bra but I wear a 38B and its a difficult size to find. None of the drawers labeled 38B have a single bra of that size. After looking for several minutes and countless drawers Miranda helps again. We find a bra and a matching panty. She places the items in a shopping bag and gets me to the line. When I’m paying the cashier whose name I didn’t get tells me very rudely that those are not the correct panties and rather than helping me find the correct ones she points to some table in the back and expects me to just wonder off and find them. Miranda afain comes to help me after apologizing for her mistake. When I get back after just 2 mins at most with the “correct” panties I find that the cashier who was ringing me up is now ringing up the next person in line. As I stand there frustrated she asks me to cash out with another cashier on the other side of the counter that barely has room for standing people let alone a frustrated customer with a sleeping baby on a stroller. I make my way over pay for my items totaling $78+ when I get to the door thinking it was over I beeped because the security tags had been left on the items. I had to maneuver again through the store to get them off and I left the store feeling ridiculous and upset on top of frustrated. The cashiers attitude was unprofessional and her customer service was beyond poor.

On August 26th, 2014 I went into your Arundel Mills, MD VS store to make a payment for $500.00. The check was clearly written for $500.00. In addition, I provided the person at the register with my invoice, in which I wrote $500.00 on the amount enclosed.
Upon receiving my September invoice from Victoria Secret I quickly noticed that the amount listed as my August payment was only $50.00 and NOT $500.00. While verifying with my bank, Victoria Secret DID in fact cashed my check for $500.00, but only credited me for $50.00. My check written to Victoria Secret on 8/26/14 was in fact cashed for $500.00. However, only $50.00 was noted on my account invoice.
Not only was the wrong amount credited to my account, but I have wasted my time calling your customer service on several occasions, lengthy calls each time I may add. Additionally, I was also told by one of your customer service representative to go to one of your stores to have this resolved, which I did. Again wasting my time and gas to drive to one of your stores to only be told that they could not help me. This is completely disappointing. Your customer service department should have all my conversations recorded and noted in your system.
I am currently still working with your credit card/billing department to have this issue resolved. However, I am writing to your corporate office to advise you on how disappointed I am of the poor quality of customer service I have been provided these last couple of days. I have been a customer and a card holder of VS for several years and I am very distraught with this ordeal. Not only is VS holding my money but still charging me interest on money that I have already paid. Lastly, VS has been very disrespectful of my time during this situation that is clearly your company’s fault and not mine. I advise that your company works on improving their customer service quality. This is clearly not the correct way to treat a loyal customer.

I opened a VS card five months ago. One day I got to thinking and called VS because I had never received a bill. They took care of the situation and I paid the bill in full. Every month since, they have sent me a bill with a late fee. No other charges on the bill just late fees. Every month I call they say its taken care of and at a 0 balance. Then I get the next bill with another late fee and interest. Well this month I made a charge. Got the bill again it had a late fee charge and interest. I called and they said I owed the late fee because I charged in the middle of the statement period. PLEASE watch the CHARGES on your statements. Well, they took the late fee off again. We will see if a charge is on next months bill.

This woman reported that my daughter stated in the conversation that Taylor was going to allow my daughter to use her discount which is not true! All that was said is her brother girl friend works at a Vic secret store nothing more and to be told that Taylor almost lost her job over hear say I feel is very unprofessional. I am very sorry Taylor that you was put in such a position and sad part is we didn’t purchase period , Taylor has never offered to use her discount period , if anyone should be written up should be the woman who reported false information!! I can respect policy and procedure but do your homework before taking action to an innocent employee!

My daughter who is 16 was measured and purchased bras at the store. She found the bras to be too tight fitting, tried to return them at Store #297. She was treated very with little regard and was told that if she did not have a driver’s licensed she cannot return them. She purchased the bra’s with her credit card and presented her student ID so she should safely and contractually assume she could return them with the same. I spoke with the Store Manager Karen, who was also very rude and unwilling to listen to my issues, would not give me any other options so now my daughter is extremely upset about how she was treated and left with bras that do not fit. Both of my daughters love the Victoria Secretes products and have patronized the store since they were able to fit the items. I can tell you that I would not encourage them to continue spending the little money they have with a company that does not value them as customers

I’ve been a cardholder with Victoria secret since 2010. I find I rather absurd to request for a driver license when paying your bill in the store. I find it absurd that Victoria secret doesn’t realize that paying a bill inside a store should not require any type of identification. Case and point a person could have an emergency and request someone else to pay their bill. How does that person given there id to pay another person bill reflect on the card holder? Another case in point mother says to her 17yro child here pay my bill while your shopping why would that person be required to show id before paying a bill. No other store in America has this stupid requirements. NOT MACY, JCP, DILLARDS. The mangers at each store in fort Myers Florida cant seem to answer why this is an requirement to pay a bill.

A license nor a telephone number should be given when making a payment on the card. That is against policy. Which ever store asked for that doesn’t know the correct policy.
Ada says
If someone is paying with a check we ask for an id to see if it matches the check. It can’t be against the policy since the register literally prompts the cashiers to ask for it and theyre is no way to go around it

Victorias Secret is the most unresponsive corporation I have ever dealt with. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have paid my credit card on time and paid off. Victorias Secret want you to use your card and receive rewards but they don’t mail your rewards in a timely manner. I have been waiting since March of the year to receive my rewards. Several calls to the credit card department results in the same answer, I understand your frustration but all I can do is submit a form and request for your reward to be resubmitted to you. I live up to my side of the bargain and pay my bill on time every month, I want Victorias Secret to live up to their bargain and send me my rewards in a timely manner. If I treated Victorias Secret the way they treated me they would have canceled my card and reported me to the credit bureaus. I am done with Victorias Secret and will cancel my card and purchase my items else where. The system is very antiquated. I have rewards with other companies such as JC Penny and New York and Company. I have great success with these companies reward programs. JC Penny will issue your reward by the 6th of the month and send you an email when they are being issued. I go to the website print them off and they are ready for usage right away. JC Penny have since upgraded their system and I can give my phone number or email at the register and my reward certificates pop up and I can say which one I want to use. This system is very user friendly and customer oriented. New York and Company has a similar system, they will email you when you have a reward, the email contains the certificate and you can use it right away. They will also attach it to your bill so you can use it right away. Once again the system is updated and customer oriented. Why is it that Victorias Secret can not upgrade their system to be this user friendly?

I am a frequent customer at Victoria secret katy mills mall. I loved going there and shopping. I have shopped there for 3 years and never returned anything. I enjoyed the store manager April and Cheryl before her they were very friendly and easy to get asking with. This new store manager Daniela is not customer friendly. Not courtesy does not seem to be customer orientated. For a manager you should speak to all customer as you walk pass ask if there is something you can help them with she walks by on her cell phone never smiling. It is as if you’re bothering her. I know I am just one customer and maybe my money want effect the sales of the store. But I feel Daniela needs to be trained in customer service. Not happy with her customer service

Hi, I stopped by the VS store in Washington, D.C. @ the Union Station to browse and to my surprise the fragrance smell better, than the expensive colognes I have experienced. The staff was so kind to me. Nevertheless, I was thinking back a few years ago when, the upper part of my body literally caught fire. it was because I had on a VS padded bra that I still have my breast. Eventually, the fire broke through the bra and an area of my left breast burned. Every day I look at my breast, I think God for the designer of VS wonderful bras. Thank you for the quality of the padding. God bless you Mr. Raymond and the staff at VS corporate office.

have shopped at VS for years and have a good size collection of bras from there. This is the first time I have had a complaint about VS products. I was trying on a new dress that I had never worn , still had the tags on it, with a “very sexy” bra, strapless when I noticed liquid on my dress on the chest area. I was confused as to where it was coming from at first i thought it was water but after touching it it felt oily.. Then I felt dripping in my chest! It was coming from the bra!! They put some inserts in these bras and now it was leaking out all over my new dress!! I tried to clean my dress but idk what the liquid is to at least try and clean it. My dress is RUINED!!!! I’m so upset about this! My bra is unusable. It’s full of grease! These bras are too expensive to be having these flaws. It makes me second guess the quality of their product!! And wonder if I’m going to be ruining more clothes if i wear VS bras!? I will be very wary of my purchases for now on and will spread the word to all friends and family and social media , for that matter, for sure!
I would really appreciate some compensation in this matter! I went to the local VS store and was not satisfied with what was offered to me.

I used to be an employee at my local Victoria’s Secret. I no longer work there, so I should be treated like any other customer. I come in to shop and look around. Without being harassed and followed. I am told every time that a manager needs to check me out, let me into a fitting room which is not the case. I wait on the manager for 10 minutes each time. I no longer work for the company therefore I just want to be treated with respect when I walk through the doors. I do not go in hoping to ruins someone’s day by being rude, messing things up, or just being a hassle. It’s awful that I know previous employees who do not have to be rung up by a manager nor let I to the fitting rooms. I feel like they’re doing it on purpose to make me upset. It’s not right.

If you are no longer an employee, it is illegal for them to search your bag and personal belongings unless you went in the back room, which I’m sure they wouldn’t allow.

This is what one of your employees at a davenport Iowa store had to say about the curvier women who shop there how rude is this being a plus size curvier women I am very offended by this I shop @ your store all the time ,online and catalogs and I fit just fine in some of your clothing I worked @ the lane bryant in north park mall and the women would complain all the time about how rude and nasty your employees @ this store were to the bustier customer small or large and the plus size women if she feels this way she should NOT be employed there because all types of women shop there maybe she needs a dose of reality
I work for VS in north park mall and Im always amused when fat girls come in and shop I have to hold myself from laughing when they say they need something for there curves because they are thick so than we basically end up wandering around for the next 10 min before it dawns on them that there is nothing they will look halfway decent in or as they put it nothing that’s really me lol go to home depot or something for a tarp because that’s the only thing tats going to be flattering and of course the say something like my boobs are too big your boobs stopped being boobs 50lbs ago there just masses of fat of course most of them leave without buying anything and make there way to lane Bryant lol
This is very offensive especially to a curvier women who show there at our davenport Iowa store also ordering through catalog and online I worked @ lane bryant and we would have skinny bustier women come tell us of the rudeness and plus size women that say the same this makes me not want to ever shop with your company again! Maybe you guys should try hiring curvier women because I know my thick curves ass fits GREAT in all your clothes if they took the time to actually help us when we came in the store find things that flatter us more or the info for online and catalog orders instead of looking at us like the Ebola virus smh I know because of this rant she made on the quad cities craigslist rant and raves page you guys lost a lot of customers in our area

I placed a couple of orders and forgot to use a promo code for free flip-flops. Contacted Victoria Secrets customers service and was told I was unable to get them because I didn’t use promo at the time of placing the order. Unbelievable rather lose a customer instead of mailing them out.

TITLED: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING
On yesterday, at 6:38 pm; I visited one of your local mall store # 50846. This visit would be my first to the store, possibly my last!
I walked into the store and it had a very cozy feel and the merchandise setup was great, however, upon getting to the register, I was NOT happy!!
I was NOT greeted, the guy at the register snatched the fragrance PINK out of my hand. He spoke to me rudely as if he did not understand what he had done. Prior to him snatching the PINK, I had asked him what the price of the eye liner. Instead of finding out the price for me, he rang up the PINK and said it’s &8.00, it’s $8.00.
I relayed to him, I realize it is $8.00, but I also asked you to give me the cost of the eye liner. He again, did NOT apologize for the oversight, but proceeded to ring up the price and gave me that information. The 2nd party with me was also offended by his behavior yesterday evening.

This morning, I called the store to express my disappointment with the treatment I received to Terri. She apologized and stated she would tell the store manager about the incident. She offered me to ask for either of them when or if I returned to the store.
I appreciated her saying so, however, it would have been nicer if she could identify with me; by (1) asking my name and remembering me as the customer who had the incident and (2) who spent time in the store regardless of the $ amount.
Thank you in advance to your prompt response regarding this matter.

My birthday was April 4th and I never received my $10 gift card. I know it’s not because I don’t have a VS credit card-my mother received one for her birthday and hers was on time. Mine never came. I hope that you will be able to send one to me soon. I shop at VS often and support the company so I hope VS can support me-a loyal customer.
