Stop putting yr paying customers on long hold on the calls and hanging up would be a good start especially since the gas bills has doubled ! ANSWER Yr DAMN PHONE! I’m still on freaking hold four times I’ve called and still no answer!

I am trying to find out who has been contracted to spray the foliage beneath the power lines in Evansville, Indiana. The power lines run North and South in the area to the South of the Lloyd Expressway (State Road 62), North of Claremont, East of S. Bosse, They are accessing the area they are spraying using my yard and private property/wooded area. I have not given verbal nor written consent for my yard or private property to be utilized. The area can be accessed utilizing the easement just off of Claremont Road without Trespassing. I called Vectren this morning and left a message with Customer Service and was told it could take 2-3 days to get back to me. I have contacted Evansville’s Public Works Department and the County Garage who have advised they are not spraying in the area.
I am trying to find out why I am the only house in Northern Acres having the meter changed. I was told CODE. Please do not have customer service call they cannot help me. Thank You 317 858 XXXX
