Valvoline – 2615 Sycamore Road, Dekalb, Illinois. Today, a truck fell off a lift due to improper staff training. A kid was under the truck. Really Valvoline? OSHA compliance – ever heard of it? Why are so many managers – Luke – and assistant managers quitting at this location? Why so many staff? HOW MANY EMPLOYEES LIVES WILL VALVOLINE PUT AT RISK BEFORE ADDRESSING THIS PROBLEM? Also – why do workers climb a sky-high ladder located over a concrete floor WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION – this could be an easy death or severe injury. STEP UP VALVOLINE. SHAME ON YOUR VALVOLINE – YOU TAKE YOUR PROFITS BUT DO NOTHING FOR WORKER PROTECTION

    Attention: Sam Mitchell, Jr.
I thought you might like to know how I was cheated at your store at 4053 East Broad St, Columbus, Ohio. I got an oil change, gave the girl my $10 off coupon, and left the store after giving her my charge card to pay. At my next stop I realized that I did not get the $10 off. I went back 10 minutes later and Sam, the manager, said he could not give me a $10 refund or cancel the charge and run it again correctly. As I pulled away, he had gone back to the girl who handled my transaction and it appeared that they were both laughing. I hate being cheated! Starting Monday I will contact the BBB, Angie’s List, and a number of other sites, so other people won’t have to deal with Vavoline Oil. I will also dispute the credit card charge. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate store, but I thought you should know how customers are being treated. Gene Shuman 9/6/19
