I would like to RECOGNIZE one of the Managers ( Brittany) at the Westlake, Ohio, Urban Air. I fell down some stairs outside of the Urban Air, an employee heard me yell as I fell ( I was with my grandchildren), the employee went in to get a Manager (Brittany) who helped me with my wounds. She had someone get me a bottle water, asked if I needed emergency help, got me a bag of ice for my knee. She was so truly wonderful and caring! She saw me a few times after that, and asked how I was. PLEASE recognize this young lady in some way! We need more people like her! The incident was Thursday, August 10,2023 at around noon ET. Thank you!

This is regarding Harlingen TEXAs. Why is the business manager as highschool kid? My daughter lost her phone in the ball pit, and when she asked for help, they laughed and said there’s nothing they can do. So when I showed up and I asked what they do to help kids find things, they said they only clean the ball pit once a year (eeewww gross) and that they just did it last week. So when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. So I asked for her bosses co racy information and she said that he doesn’t give out his information. So essentially I have a rude highschool kid running this facility and treating younger kids worse than a stray dog. I told her she is a terrible person for treating kids that way and a sh*tty manager for her lack of professionalism. She told me she was calling the authorities to have me escorted from the premises. I went with my kid to the ball pit to dig through to see if we could find her phone. When the police showed up, they spoke to the manager, but never came over to me or even said anything to my kid. The police left. And that was the end of that.
So essentially this highschool kid that has no idea what customer service entails. Especially with small kids, got her feelings her because I told her she’s a horrible person and sh*tty manager and all she could do was call the cops who didn’t do anything because I wasn’t doing anything wrong or disruptive.
This town is very small, and full of veterans, I will ensure, through my veteran community, that this urban air will lose business due to the lack of respectable adults operating and managing it.

This place in Plantation Florida has very obnoxious management and does not know how to treat their customers. I purchased a Groupon and called today 11/26 at 3:30 before leaving to drive there. I asked the woman on the phone if they accept the Groupon today and she said ”yes we accept Groupon today”. I drove there half an hour with my kids and showed them my Groupon. They told me we don’t accept Groupon today. I told them I spoke to them half an hour before and they told me they accept it. I asked to speak to the manager. He came out and started yelling at me and said I was lying. I showed him on my phone that I spoke to a woman for 3 minutes. He told me to get out of there and never come back or he will call the police. What a great way to treat potential customers. Great holiday spirit

To whom ever this may concern, I took my 3 children to your location in New Port Richey, Fl on Sunday September 18th. My kids have gone a few times before but this was my first experience. I will say this, the first half hour was a great experience. I had my 10, 7 and almost 2 year old. My friend joined us with her 3 year old. It wasn’t crowded and plenty of free space to play. Our kids were the only ones on the trampoline for an area that was “run, jump, and flip” (2 trampolines). The 10 year old was helping the 1 year old and the 7 year old was helping the 3 year old. A staff member named Ashley told us the big kids couldn’t help the toddlers. I gathered our kids out of that area and moved to an area where multiple kids were allowed to play. Again, Ashley starts in on us and it hadn’t even been 2 minutes about the kids. We are at a kids trampoline park?! They are playing. The kicker is when she told me to dump my drink with lid I had in my hand the whole time we had been there… at this point she was just nit picking at every little thing we were doing. I got the employees name (Ashley) and left super upset. This isn’t even the worst part of not getting to let my children play because of your employee who is clearly mad at the world. $76 down the toilet … We load up get in the car and my phone dings. $76 charge again! So I was charged $76, 3.5 hours apart. I contact my bank and they clarified it was 2 separate Urban Air transactions. I messaged Urban Air via Facebook since they were closed and nobody was answering the phone. I got a reply Monday morning. Mind you… I have now had 2 $76 separate charges not expecting to pay 2x. My bank account had now overdrafted. Urban Air Port Richey location tells me they only see 1 transaction. I sent them a screenshot of my pending charges… At this point my bank is telling me it’s on Urban Air, Urban Air is now telling me corporate has to look into it. I feel like when it comes to money you can not take what’s not yours! My experience is beyond horrible! I still have no answers and feel like this was handled poorly. I want my money back. I want a refund now for being ran off from my visit having to deal with your miserable employee… I can not describe how unprofessional everything is being handled… Port Richey, Fl Urban Air says your in control of this and as a formal patron it’s not okay to steal someone’s money 3.5 hours after they initially paid! I want my money back with overdraft fees covered. If corporate is like the store I’m sure I’ll have zero luck. Make this right Urban Air, please and thank you!

Below is an email I sent regarding an incident that occurred at Urban Air in Franklin, TN. I have not received a response from anyone at the facility. The email was sent on June 27.
Hi,
I wanted to reach out regarding an issue that occurred while at your facility on Saturday, June 25. I was there for a birthday party with my 6-year-old and 3-year-old. The party was fantastic! It was very organized and fun. Our boys had a great time.
The issue occurred in the play area for toddlers and smaller children to the right of the registers and entrance. Before my children went in to play, we saw the measurement sign stating that anyone playing in that area is not to be over 52″ tall. After a few minutes, I noticed older kids who were clearly taller than 52″ playing around. I asked one of your employees about the rule of 52″ and her first response was, “Well, are they doing anything to harm the children?”. A bit taken aback, I responded with not necessarily but there is a sign and a rule. She proceeded to continue to press the issue of “they aren’t hurting anyone”, etc. I pointed out that the boys were essentially pounding one of the bags hanging in the structure. I stated that I have a 3-year-old playing up there and I don’t want him or anyone else to get hurt. When there is that much difference in size, unintentional things can occur. Finally, another employee stepped up and said they would keep an eye on the boys and if they started to cause a problem they would be asked to leave the area.
I have several problems with this. As an educator, I take extreme issue with someone not following a rule that is clearly in place for the safety of others. I spend my days in a building where we have many rules that we expect to be followed by EVERYONE, regardless of one’s own personal opinions. I don’t really care to hear excuses from an employee in a facility that is dependent upon the public to pay money to enter it as to why it’s ok to not follow the rules. Rules are rules and they should be followed and your employees should be clear on that. As a mother with small children, facilities like yours make some of us very nervous because of the amount of activity and the number of children running around playing at once. Once again, the rules help us to feel better that our children can enjoy the activities in a safe way and we depend on your employees to enforce them. If the rules aren’t going to be followed then why are they posted? Furthermore, practically the entire facility is for those boys who were too tall to be in the small child area. Why weren’t they told to go to one of those other places?
It is doubtful when or if we will return if your employees cannot be depended on to do their job and enforce rules.
Thank you for your attention.

I been member for couple of months. I did visited several times the center in Plantation. Today while I wanted to check in with my child the front desk were ignorant missing for more then 15 minutes. I been waiting and called for someone to help us check in. My child is in spectrum autistic and very fussy I had to hold him from not running. However I was out of control on my child I went and get a pair of socks as noone attended still and the manager Darren came with an attitude and left to the room. I was with the front desk attendant which finally returned and he refused to let me in unless I talk to the manager Darren. After another 10 minutes I knocked and eventually disturbed I was like begging to let me in as my son runs inside and I couldn’t find him he was lost I was panicking the manager called the police what a shame for a mother with a special needs child to be treat this way. I am so disappointed. At the end all I got was get out your membership had been cancel. With all die respect I got you my hoke family and my son friends as members little respect of we could just find a better solution but the police and cancel membership its a way of over dramatic and anproffesional way based on ambition and hate. I am sorry and relived in the same time that I have to leave. You should hire a better management or more skills staff to attend the front desk. You don’t leave the front desk unattended for more then 1t minutes. I’m sure you have cameras you can watch how rude and unattended your staff are.
Brian Velarde says
To whom it may concern,
My name is Brian Velarde and I was at your Fort Collins location yesterday, Sunday May 29th and my experience was beyond frustrating and embarrassing that I feel I have no choice but to write a letter. We were there for our 5 year olds birthday, a group of originally 13 (10 that did attend) consisting of 4 children and 6 adults. 2 of the adults were retired age and were not joining in the jump areas because of their age, so instead they enjoyed themselves at our table we had fully set up for the party. After a little time they decided to grab a drink and the wife went up and got herself and her husband an alcoholic beverage. A short time later they were approached by staff stating that this was a violation because he did not have his ID on him (an ID that was simply in his vehicle in the parking lot, but we weren’t allowed to even get it to clear the situation). This part I do not have a problem with as myself and the rest of the group are all current and former management in the hospitality industry. In fact we jokingly added it up and the table have a combined 121 years of hospitality industry experience. Because of this we all understand the importance of alcohol service and protocols as well as that multiple people in the group are current Serve Safe Alcohol Certified. A policy stating that a person not having their ID was never the issue (despite the person in question being a 70 year old man).
Never at any point was a single member of our party disruptive, intoxicated or belligerent. However your staff demanded that we leave. Again I am not arguing policy, however there were a myriad of ways this could have been handled. As someone who has had to kick out countless people from bars I have ran, I still have managed to treat those people with more dignity and respect than was ever shown to our group. A simple explanation of your policy would have been more than enough to inform us and we would have not pressed the issue any further, nor would have created any additional issues. But there was no opportunity for this. We asked that since no laws were broken that the next step would having the police called? We cancelled our recent food and drink order for the 10 of us, gathered up our fully decorated table and then had to inform our 5 year old and his 3 year old and 6 year sisters that the party was cancelled and we would have to leave.
By this point we were furious. We had been coming to this location on many occasions for our birthday events as well as other events. In fact a young girl in our party is scheduled to attend a friends party there next week. We very clearly voiced our frustrations as we left. The MGMT staff and someone I assume was a rental security possibly followed out behind us, filming us, taking pictures as we loaded up or cars. Never at any point did we make a scene inside the location, nor were we abusive or physical with staff. We left only to find out that your staff called the police on and one of our cars in the party were pulled over for an officer to waste his time to explain why he was there. A conversation that took 2 minutes because again NO LAWS WERE BROKEN. And yet were treated like belligerent criminals posing a threat to the business.
I cannot even begin to express the embarrassment and shock that of all the choices your staff could have taken to cover their end of enforcing a policy as well as providing baseline guest service was instead escalated to that extent by them. I have never even been so much as kicked out of a bar, but yet here I am, escorted out because a 70 year old man was given a single beverage by his wife. And not only were we escorted out, but the entirety of our party have been banned from the location as well. Again, this is including an 11 year old girl and her parents set to attend multiple other events in the near future. I understand that this is now a long winded letter. I also understand that the accounts from your staff will probably differ from ours. I hope however you can understand the inflection of this letter. We are not delinquents, we are not criminals. Instead just a family trying to entertain a 5 year for his birthday. We had started making this a tradition for birthday events and now this is no longer an option, ever. I would like a refund. Please contact me as soon as you receive this letter to discuss the options for receiving a refund. Thank you – Brian

I would not recooked this location at all. I was in from out of town and wantef to visit this location since my hometown does not offer the same attractions this one had. For starters the location closes at 8pm and i got there at 7pm bougjt the ultimate experience and more than half the attractions this package included was closed down due to the employees cleaning up preparing for closing time. I went to the front desk and express I would like to be dropped down to the basic package which is just the trampolines since thats all my kids could do. One of the mangers a black women who offered me a coupon to come back at a leter date. I expressed to her that I didn’t live in the area I was from Missouri. She then said ok well the difference is about $20 total for the amount of kids i paided for. She walks to the back to issue a refund for the difference but then come back up to the front telling me she had just refunded me my entire purchase and she apologized for the experience i was having. Now it is 7:45pm I then tried walking to the back to sit down where my other family members items were and before i knew it her husband was in my face saying didn’t my wife give you a full refund i said yes she did is there a problem he said yes I would like for you to leave now. I then said no i dont have to leave your wife didnt explain that part. So i asked him to leave me alone and take it up with his wife. I proceeded to the back and he followed me saying again if my wife gave you a refund you need to leave now or im calling the police. I then said sir leave me the fuck alone and get out of my face if you are mad that she decided to give me a full refund take it up with her not me and i will be right here when the police comes. He walks off. At this point it was 7:55pm i was walking to the front to let the manager know who had given me the refund of how poorly her husband had been being rude and basically telling me i had to go when she didnt express that to me when she had given the refund. She then said yes i thought you were leaving as well i said well you didn’t say that if you had did i would have left when given the refund. She apologized for his behavior and i said no i would like to hear that from him beohe did it not you and i let him now how unprofessional that was for him to be in my face telling me to leave 15minutes before closing. He didn’t want to give an apology his wife had to force him. Which he even said if i didn’t leave asap he was still going to call the police on me.

I held a party at Urban Air in Hackensack NJ for son’s 5th birthday! It was an absolute terrible experience and all I got was a lousy $100 refund (which was less then the tip I so generously gave) and tickets, which i would never go back there on principle alone. I had no host there until 11am when my party started. The room was set up for 10 kids I had 21 kids. There was one bench, which during COVID is not ideal, as the kids were on top of each other and the kids didn’t even fit. I was supposed to have a second bench but never got one. The pizza was cold myself and the parents of the children’s I invited had to serve the pizza and drink. The goody bags were almost forgot about that I paid for as I had to ask for them so the kids who were leaving could get them. I was mortified. I was also not happy with the response I got to such a horrible experience. I would have expected at a minimum 50% back. UNACCEPTABLE! I would never recommend this place for a party. The children who work there are completely unprofessional and rude. I would choose Bounce U or Safari over this place. Absolutely disgusting and terrible and a slap in the face for my refund when I pretty much threw the party. I should have had it at my house. I would appreciate a call back from the CEO or high up to address this. I can’t believe you allow your business to run like this.

I had a B-day party for my two kids @ the NAPERVILLE location in Illinois and paid over 900$ for this event. I received the worst service from our host. Spoke to 3 different so called managers and all failed to address the situation. Our host was so unprofessional, so unorganized. First of all he had his freaking pants half way his ass where he was showing all his boxers. Every time we asked for something he would disappear and take for ever to get what was asked for. I booked my party for 20+ kids and had a really small room that was super hot and humid our party room was only set for 12 kids. We didn’t even get all the food we had ordered. He didn’t even put my kids name on the door. He wasn’t prepared with wrist bands or socks for 20 kids. All he did was walk around with another so called Host. He failed to bring our shirt’s and we didn’t even get the passes to come back. It’s alot of money to pay for and Honestly for the bad service you get you don’t get your money’s worth! I would love to speak to someone from corporate.

NEWNAN GA LOCATION PITIFUL, and I thought long and hard about leaving a comment review of that matter until my encounter with the last party host they sent me. First I booked a party for 6 pm $300+ for them to act like I didn’t and when they seemed to remember it was well passed 6:30pm. Get back to the table that was reserved for us, I was told that their party was over just to realize that they were moved from a party room to the table that was reserved for us, ok I’m fine and ok because I was seat quickly at another table. I’m not hard to get along with when explained to me what the situation is I had no party host everything that came in the package I had to grab someone as they were zooming past playing or walking by to ask for the items now remind you time now when we finally get jumping socks it’s well past 7:20ish when everyone received their items I check on the pizza order 3 times pizza didn’t come out until around almost 8 burnt didn’t complain or anything kept going. Started wrapping up about 8:15 only for the rudest party host to come to me as I’m cleaning up which was their job in the package by the way and says to me im your new party host and my shift is over at 8: 30 and it’s 8:25 so if you can wrap this up that will be fine so I can get home I just looked at her and stated to her that I was doing just that she walked away and came back and stated umm ya it’s 8:30 if u can come checkout by this time I’m pissed and I turned to her and told her that the attitude she had was very unnecessary but everyone that night had a attitude because they are all CHILDREN running a business but had she explained that she needed me to check out then I would have followed her the first time she said something and I understand that she’s ready to go home but when someone have booked an expensive party that wasn’t even worth the money at all and haven’t complained one time you really should adjust the attitude and tone that you are giving off. I will never return to this location not even for a friendly jump day.. HIRE ADULTS AND GET CHILDREN OUT OF ADULT SITUATIONS I ASKED FOR AN ADULT TWICE ONCE WHEN THEY CLAIM NOT TO SEE THE PARTY WAS BOOKED AND WHEN I DID NOT HAVE A RESERVED TABLE EVERYONE THAT CAME BACK WAS A UNTRAINED TEEN (19-20)

It seems Urban Air leaves unprofessionals in charge. Recently my son was banned from Urban Air in Toms River, NJ by Allison. This employee fabricated a lengthy days of complaints. Upon my son, she claimed my son has had compliants numerous times. No fact or evidence of this anywhere in the facility records. I myself take my son aleast twice a week. Never has anyone notified me of any such actions. I question Allison she claims she doesn’t know who but her employees made these accusations. On top of her fabricated story she claims she called my sons mother , when I myself is present with my son. It makes no sense a unprofessional fabricating employee can at a whim banned a kid. Probably because the employee has had a bad day on her self. I guess pick a certain group of people and have Zero tolerance and false stories and incomplete investigation. And yeah just kick them people out. This is disgusting, despicable but not surprising in the WORLD today. Shame on you Toms River NJ employee Allison of Urban Air

Just received an email from your organization proclaiming extended hours for indigenous people’s day…no sorry, this is Columbus Day…do your woke decision makers know the origins of Columbus Day?…For the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus’s voyage in 1892, following a lynching in New Orleans where a mob had murdered 11 Italian immigrants, President Benjamin Harrison declared Columbus Day as a one-time national celebration…It took until 1971 to make it a Federal Holiday. Changing the day is a cowardly act done by a flock of sheep. I was thinking of holding my daughter’s next birthday party there in 2022, but now I’ll find a less left-leaning political organization.

Yes I totally agree the Urban Air in Naperville Illinois is a wild circus. For what they are charging to get into the park is ridiculous for the customer’s service that this place has. It is ran by a bunch of young teenagers who are very unprofessional and unfocused, poor management rude and very unprofessional service. This place is ran like kids who are left at home unattended. You can never contact any one . I agree it’s time this place be reported to our states general or the city Hall in our states. To continue this type of behavior and service in our community and our tax dollars goes towards this is ridiculous especially being where I live in Naperville Illinois one of the top suburbs in the state of Illinois. I’ve seen staff members doing Unappropriate behavior with each other in front of small children that was at the park playground. They hang in groups instead of working. They leave their posts , leave customers un attended for minutes at a time before your serviced. Rude, rude, poor, poor service on a scale of stars they couldn’t even get a star ⭐️that’s how bad it is but with a scale being that a one star ⭐️ is at the worst it gets a one ⭐️ star. This place evidently is being ran by poor management. If you try calling you can never get an answer at all the lady who is in charge of running the place is never their she’s back and forth between state of Texas and Illinois you can never get to or any of her staff members supervisor or manager and they are also young…….. not to forget the fact that they are charging all this money and have no training on how to treat the customers but is also paying their employees not even the state law minimum wages I think party host is being paid $6.50 hr. And you was charged $700.00 SMH! This place need to put on blast all over social media. With very poor views.

Urban Air is a place for kids but do they really care about the kids? No! My daughter works for the Collierville TN location. The manger “Waverly” is nothing more than a unprofessional fool. He’s rude and like to harass the kids that works there. After calling corporate over 3 months ago, I still did not receive a call back from a owner with my complaint. Today I was finally able to speak with a owner. His words to me were, “we as owners does not get involved with what goes on with management and staff. You can call law enforcement or the city counselor and express your concerns, but whatever the manager says is what goes.” At this point I am highly upset with this place. It’s understood Urban Air doesn’t care about their staff which are kids. The owners, the manager’s and the company itself is a bunch of crap. The CEO’s of Urban Air needs to reevaluate who they have as co-owners and mangers at their sites. I will not support Urban Air establishment in anyway. My daughter will no longer work for them as well!

Oh my goodness urban air is a scam, after reading the reviews I realized the same thing happened to me in Newnan, Georgia. I attempted to buy tickets online and I declined a membership but it wouldnt allow me to move forward. I went to this establishment and a Urban Air employee helped me purchase the tickets after I explained my situation and yes she used my phone to help me purchase the tickets (now I see the scam)
2months later I am being billed for a 12 month membership. When I called the corporate office she said we have proof you confirmed the membership and I had to pay $600 to get out of this contract. I immediately called my credit card and explained the scam and they advised me properly. I will report Urban Air to BBB
