I have NEVER emailed a large company, like TommieCopper, and had 2 piddling customer “service” people tell me I was out of luck, and wrong!! This was a first, I’ll tell ya!!! ESPECIALLY, since, I was RIGHT!! But, I was told, I was wrong! Do you hear that Sol? I bought soooo many items, and spent so much money, but you know what Sol? I’m done! I’m happy you guys have so much money you can afford to just drop good customers over a few dollars, but it’s the principle, Sol, not the $$$! It’s the way your customer “non” service treat people! They need to be trained! I worked for Safeway for 36years and I took good care of MY customers! We were trained to be the best! I personally wanted to be! Shop at Amazon, Chewy, Old Navy, ebay customer service, Walmart, etc..They are wonderful to their customers. Your service is horrible and I can certainly shop elsewhere and spend my $ with them, thank you anyway! Better speak to these rude people. Last one didn’t even leave a name on the email! That tells you something!
