I went to into thr kangaroo on the corner of old midleburg rd and foracker this morning want to but some orange juice small 20 oz. Non to be found in the entire store. I asked the clerk for some he he replied he had to go into the cooler to get some. After waiting he we went into the cooler to come out it a really big orange juice saying thats all they have. I was really concerned by this they have for or 5 coolers of beer 2 or 3 selves for redbull but not even ing one 20 or 14 oz any small drinking size of orange juice by and vendor. Pepsi or coke. None. Why is that? Can we get this corrected. Also this dtore is really busy in the morning time there should ve 2 clerks there in the morning hours at least during rush time that people on their way to work. I am faithful customer of this store and was disappointed to not be able to get some orange of juice of any kind this morning.
If you want to be taken seriously, especially when making a complaint, correct spelling and grammar mistakes so you don’t sound as half literate person. My husband worked for this company for years. They sold their stores down here in Florida to Circle K. Now we are trying to get his child support straightened out and Circle K has us contacting the Pantry as they did not forward all court documents or paperwork in the employee files to Circle K. Well we can never seem to have anyone ever return our call for this information. If anyone has any good phones numbers or emails to the corporate CEO or anyone in HR please let me know. I would gladly appreciate it so I know if I will need a lawyer or not to get this information from them.
I would think somebody should review the camera footage of the employ that work on the weekend at the store on 2810 a1a jacksonville fla. They are always on the phone watching costermers walk out the store for long lines or the coolers completely empty. G ood thing there is another store across the street.
August 1, 2017 @ 6:30am my daughter gassed up her car and bought coffee at the Kangaroo Express Address: 11025 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
She had her iPhone7 with her, when she got back into her car continued to work and realized it was missing she tried to “locate my device” – it could work because the SIM card was already out of the phone. Went back to the gas station asked to review the cameras – “Brandon – Mgr” said he didn’t have time to come back. She went back and he said he viewed the cameras and there was no evidence. I told her HE DID IT! make a police report – that is grand theft contact the corporate office and file a complaint and demand to see the film.

I just left the kangaroo on hwy 59 in Mandeville LA. I informed then that all the cappacino machines were either weak or empty. The cashier said they shouldn’t be, been using them all day. Proper customer service would have been ” I’m sorry you had a problem, give me a minute and I will check them.” Noticed 3 people outside changing garbage including manager and assistant, and another one standing around and another one inside doing nothing. So out of 5 people someone should have been able to check the machine. The manager then proceeds to tell me they may be clogged. Well…..go check!! They don’t need 3 people changing garbage! Everyone had a attitude. Its a 1 minute process to check the machine! Never go there again. Use to have a great staff.

ALL I have ever been able to get correspondence to my concerns is an automated system I have stuck in a run around for 2 months just to get copies of past employment records.
I had a horrible incident in Durham NC at the kangaroo express gas station. It was a black female 5″8 mid 30’S she was so rude and stated she would not service me and my fiance. She even came outside and started arguing and threatening him. What’s the corporate number so I can report that location? By far the worst service I have ever experienced, she should be fired.

I went into Kangaroo Express 3060 on hwy 707 in socastee sc and was told by cashier not to waste my time bringing her the gift cards I had in my hand because she was never shown how to load them and to go somewhere else. Worst customer service I ever received. How ha4d is it to train an employee and is there no contact for issues? Absolutely lazy, she could have called someone and asked how. I wouldnt tolerate this from any of my employees. Take them out of the store if they cant be purchased
Just would like to ask why the company choose to take the tea station out of kangeroo on Lawrence Blvd on st rd 21 . a lot of lawn crews stop every day to fill up with gas I as well stop every morning to get gas and tea now they have as new drink fountain but no tea station really disappointed ! Other stores still have them.
I work for kangaroo and I have had a horrible expiercence the whole time I’ve been employed. My manager has told customers I’m a “N” lover. And said she is going to work me like a “N” sense I date them. And then when she found out I was pregnant she treated me even more differently. I was hired with a piercing and had it in the whole time and all of a sudden it became a huge problem and has threatened my job because of it.
On Saturday my boyfriend and I stopped to get gas at the kangaroo on us 17 and Fleming Island Florida., the attendant that was working did not know how to give change back when I filled up my car and gave cash.when I asked for my change back he told me that he had no proof that I gave him the money and to leave the store. he didn’t call the police on me and my boyfriend.the police did make the gentleman give me my money back and this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior
I recently stopped at a Kangaroo right off of 95 exit 318 in Florida, and when I went in to pay for gas one of the managers Kathy was screaming about people not doing their job. She was very unprofessional. If your employees are that bad fire them and hire new ones. Stop scaring customers away. I should have just went to Gate. Next time I will know better.

I asked the sales clerk for 3 plays for powerball and she preceded to print all 3 with the same numbers FOR THE SAME DAY! Kangaroo express 5636 why 701 So. Conway SC. I would like to make a complaint about the management the attitude they put out for customers. I nose have been in convenient store clerk for 15 years three stores two states. The manager @ this preticular store will not get up off stool to help her employees preform well for customers. She even sets von stool to stock shelves. Also will sit on stool while one line is backed up to cooler. She doesn’t offer to make customers welcome. I have spent a lot of money @ this store. And problem will continue to because of the convenience. But this store needs better operated. Needs to be friendly! The plan of th his area deserve it.

My girlfriend and the mother of my child works at the kangaroo on highway 17 next to the publix on Hibernia, her managers name is Laurie wbich is who I’m making a complaint about. I’m a African American and my girlfriend is white, the manager Laurie has been calling my girlfriend a XXXXXXXX lover at work telling customers these things when she’s not a bad person and being black is not a crime.
