I purchased the Omni Full Body trainer for personal use in my home and have had the worst customer service ever experienced.
The area representative for Alabama is not responsive to requests for assistance with setting up the device in my home, they are not available to respond or return calls. My vendor was basically handed full responsibility for setting up the machine, trying to obtain repair parts and do repairs for which he has not been trained. I have shared my experience with two large rehabilitation centers in Alabama and Tennessee relaying my experience and cautioning them to avoid purchasing your products. I was so excited to maximize my fitness from my power wheelchair, however have been exceedingly disappointed your organizations lack of responsiveness. I will never endorse your products for purchase by any entity. I would appreciate a response to our attempts to receive needed assistance in restoring functionality or replacing the device by a qualified and trained provider.
