The company expanded to Massachusetts in 1941, added homeowners insurance in 1956 and personal liability insurance in 1970.
Today Amica has five main subsidiaries: Amica General Agency, Amica General Insurance Agency of California, Amica Life Insurance Company, Amica Lloyd’s of Texas, and Amica Property and Casualty Insurance Company.
