I would like to start off by saying SYNNEX is a great company, however we need more professional leaders there. One day they say this and the next day it’s this , which ever floats their boats. For example, they will tell you quiet floor no talking and everyone would be still talking, except one team that’s going by the rules. As soon as one of those team members start to talk it’s a problem. SYNNEX has alot of favoritism going on there, they don’t care about the respect or being professional, they care who getting their orders out. I feel my job is on the line , because every time you complain about someone you are the person that ends up in the office. The whole year round they let people do as they want , but as soon as they know the CEOs are coming for a visit they want to train us on what to do. Sometimes they just have us signing training record logs without even training us. The QCs will fail you on a order which is fine , because they are doing their job, but will let another team go fix the problem when they mess up an order and not fail them which isn’t right at all. I see this everyday day going on. You can’t go to your supervisor, because they are against certain ones on the job. I just feel that you’ll should bring a undercover boss or private Detective in to see what’s going on here. I am in Mississippi at the Southaven Location, in the BTO area. We have so many fails because the aren’t following instructions and most of the leads are not enforcing the rules. The lead in Westwind moves her people to get their orders out, but she sits around on the floor all day and talk about people, start mess, sits on the clock in run her mouth after her team has left for the day, and they say nothing cause she gets orders out. If that was anyone else they would be stealing time. They let an employee go one time because he told his temporary agency that there was mildew on the laptop boxes which it was , but they still use the boxes and he said he didn’t want to touch them because you could get sick. And if someone has a problem with you they never want to get the full story they always talk to you one on one instead of getting the both of you together in front of each other. If everyone was more professional here i think it would be a better place. HR say that we can go to them whenever we have an issue, but as soon as you do they always get fired. We really need someone to come up in here to see what is going on before this company has a big claim toward them.

On Friday, May 25, 2018 I spoke with Omar Lopez, my supervisor at the Pack Out Department of Synnex Corporation and notified him that I had acquired new employment and that I was giving my employer Insight Global as well as its client Synnex Corporation an official two week notice as a courtesy to both organizations as I had worked at Synnex for Insight Global for over one year and that my last day of
employment would be Friday, June 8, 2018. Apparently, PCC Structurals, a client of MGA, my new employer had led MGA to believe that I was chosen to work at PCC Structurals’ facility in San Leandro but over halfway into the second week (week ending June 9, 2018), MGA learned that PCC Structurals had not chosen me and decided to offer the job to another candidate. On Wednesday, June 6, 2018 I spoke with Romar Johnson, Manufacturing Manager at Hyve Solutions, a Synnex company and informed
that Friday June 8 would be my last day working at Synnex but that my new job fell through and if it was okay with management that I clock in on Monday June 11 and continue working at Synnex until a new job was actually verified. Apparently Romar had not heard from Omar about my last day being on June 8 and said that he would speak with others about my needing to stay past June 8. On Monday June 11 I
clocked in and started my work shift at 6:45am; at approximately 10:15am Omar Lopez approached me and said that HR had contacted him to tell me to clock out after 4 hours (10:45am), as HR wasn’t aware that I was unable to start the new job and needed to continue at Synnex to avoid a loss of income – my request to continue was denied and that Monday June 11 would be my last day at Synnex with 4 hours worked during the pay period ending June 16, 2018. On Friday June 15 I received the paycheck for the week ending June 9. My complaint is that on Thursday June 21 I did not receive an email notification from ADP regarding the pay for 4 hours worked during the pay period ending June 16 that I was supposed to be receiving on Friday June 22. So it seems that nobody at Synnex HR nor Billy Santos the MFG Manager at building 2 bothered to approve the 4 hours I put in on Monday June 11. Sure it doesn’t seem like much at all, 4 hours at $11/hour totalling to $38 I would have seen deposited into my bank account but none of you seem to care if I got it at all, since my assignment at Synnex for Insight Global was ended and I was no longer needed in any capacity.
I am sending a copy of this message to my Account Manager Rishi Anantani at Insight Global and am hoping to hear from either Insight Global or Synnex as to the status of my final paycheck. After working at Synnex for over one year I came to admire and respect my co-workers, supervisors and managers, decent people. I’m also grateful that I was never just outright fired for showing up late for work almost every day. It would be great if my assignment at Synnex ended amicably and on a positive note instead of feeling that I got burned and ripped-off by the amount one would pay to put 10 gallons of fuel in a vehicle; because If I never spoke up or mentioned anything, nobody would even notice that I was even there.
