I enjoy shopping at SK Markets but for one major thing, and that thing will probably force me to switch my purchases to another market.I think that your produce is some of the best around, and the prices are extremely competitive. The deli counter is well stocked and the service is excellent. BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE FACILITIES FOR THE HANDICAPPED! All of the other major supermarkets: Albertsons, Ralphs, Stater Bros., Jon’s Market, Sprouts, all have electric cooters fodipe But your Santa Ana store does not. I cannot walk enough to do the shopping that needs to be done; I require an electric scooter. And so I must look to do my shopping at another market that cares enough to make provisions for my ailments.

Hello,
My mom works as a Meat Clerk in Super King Market’s Store #2 in Los Angeles and she was previously tested positive with COVID-19 from working through the pandemic, so she wasn’t able to go work for 2 weeks or more. I wasn’t able to get through with different phone numbers for the store and Corporate Office, so I’m hoping this email can get through. According to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, she should be able to get up to 2 weeks (80 hours) of paid sick leave. She hasn’t received anything yet, so I am quite concerned. Please email me for further information about my mom. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!

Terribly disappointed to find that Super King has eliminated the fresh bakery section from its locations only to be replaced with an expanded liquor section. This is not family-friendly. The bakery was one of the things that drew me to your store in Northridge. Now I have less reason to shop at Super King.

On Sunday 8/12/2018 around 7pm I was checking out of your express lane the cashier was very rude didn’t say hi nothing like she didn’t like her job her name badge was hidden so I ask her name her name was Bariga I asked her I’ll give her my number she told me in a rude way hold on I told her sorry I mean I don’t know if because she hates her job or what I’ve worked 17 years for customer service I would never treat my customers like that
