    My heart has been strongly urging me to contact you in regards to your “Stage” (soon to be gordmans)store in Poteau Oklahoma. I need you to be aware of the employees you have, that need a caring corporate boss. Between a manager with family medical bills, to regular employees needing help with school to further her education, to even helping one who is trying to adopt foster kids and they all have trouble making ends meet. You have an amazing crew working there, and I know its minimum wage. Maybe I have too much faith in the world, but if any one could help I know you can. Your employees go above and beyond, and sometimes they need to be shows that they are appreciated. They are amazing and friendly and THEY ARE WHAT MAKES THIS STORE. Please if you can find it in your heart, they need some blessings. And please if you arent who they need, please pass the message to the right person. Thank you

    This website needs to be fixed!!! Every time I try to place an order, it charges me shipping, even though I am paying with my platinum Stage credit card, $9.95 every single time, when shipping is supposed to be free. I’ve called customer service who tried to tell me that it would deduct the shipping charges once I confirmed my email at the bottom of the payment page. This is not the case. The customer service rep ended up taking my order over the phone and then issuing a credit to my credit card, because evidently, it charged her shipping just like it did me, $9.95, and again, I was paying with my platinum Stage credit card. They are losing my business, because I absolutely am not going to call customer service every time I want to place an order! This is unacceptable. What good is a sale if you can’t place an order!!!

    I am a customer that frequently comes into Palais Royal at Deerbrook Mall in Humble, Tx. I was with my family shopping when 2 Caucasian females (managers) of the store approached me and my mother in the dressing room. One of the females identified herself as an off suty police officer. She told me that one of the employees accused my mother of possible shoplifting. We were told to open our purses and our pockets. I did not see any type of badge or uniform that would identify her as a police officer. I asked her to call the police, because we were not shoplifting. After she saw that we had nothing in our purses or pockets, we were told that we would have to leave. I felt offended, and asked to speak with a manager, and this is when she told me that she was a manager as well as the other woman. This happened on 01/07/2018. After we left the store, I saw mall security and told them that I wanted to make a complaint. I did write a complaint statement and left it with the mall.

      Jennifer keep fighting them they will compensate you they are known for this. I worked at stage the same company a d it was crazy they neverr went after the the real shady characters. I worked there for 6 months and there is a lot of discrimination in the way you described. Good luck.

    I was in Goodys in Commerce Georgia on Thanksgiving Day and witnessed a woman who I later found out was the new store manager searching an employees vehicle. I thought this was entirely the wrong way for a manager to approach the young lady, I was parked right in front of the young lady and the manager was entirely in the wrong extremely rude and guess what found absolutely nothing in the young lady’s vehicle, I then followed the lady back into the store because it was just weighing on me and I wanted to speak with her before I could even get a chance I heard her say to one of the other ladies it’s always the black people who steal or up to something at that point I was completely disgusted the young ladies car that was searched was African American I put all my purchases back and I will never return, I was a loyal customer it’s ashamed. CHRISTINA ALLMAN OF STORE 828 is a JOKE

    I personally know some one at the Stage Store in Hartsville SC. And my family and I go in not only to shop but to see manager that we know
    Every time we go in, there are workers standing around, whispering and pointing and laughing at my family and I also the manager. They are always rude and snobby. I have called several times today to speak with this certain Manager and a lady named Erica put me on hold, then another lady named Holly picked up the line asked what i needed called me by another name proceeded to laugh and hang up on me. I called back twice more and was hung up on. I finally got my husband to call then they actually put the Manager on the phone. These ladies are very rude, childish and unprofessional. They do NOT represent your company well at all. And I will let them know how upset they made me today. Sincerely S.Sims. 11/26/17 time of incident 3:32 and 3:36.

    I will not shop at the stage in Leesville ever again , the new store manager needs to get some people skills. She’s mean to all of her associates, and rude to the customers. She refused to return some shoes I bought about two months ago , all I wanted to do is exchange them, she was very rude and mean to me and called me a XXXXXX, and would not give me my shoes or receipt I have her return. Me and my family and friends will never shop there again. I need a lawyer .

    I got cheated on my stage bill there charging us late fees when we pay our bill ahead of time and then they still over charge us. I personally am done with stage and I’m never gonna buy anything else from there I’ve been with them along time. so if touch have a card watch your bill .

    I have been given the run around for the past week regarding my account and all I want to do is talk to someone at the Corporate office. So far today I have been transferred and placed on hold during those transfers, hung up on and now I am currently on hold while I am typing this complaint. It has now been 35 minutes on hold, the total tie for the entire process has now been over an hour. I am trying to get ahold of Mr Michael Glazer, or Mr. Oden Shein, or even Mr. Steven L. Hunter. Could either one of you please take a moment out of you bus schedules and please contact me back thank you.

    I stopped shopping at Peebles in Johnstown NY for many years because of a RUDE store manager. I came back when Pat took over being manager because the store was well organized and the staff was friendly But when I went shopping this week and asked for the manage I was met by some dim wit named Robin and was told Pat no longer worked there. So it good bye again along with several of my co-worker. we don’t need to shop at a store that so unorganized Hello TJ MAX you just gained several new customers.

    I applied for a job in Franklin, NC, last week online. One of your questions on the application was, are you under 40? Is that legal? I feel that is a form of discrimination, think I will look into the laws with that.

    Not sure how you can get away with that. Oh well, your loss.

    I am making a complaint/concern about a DM. She has told many employees what they would be making in pay and has failed to keep her word. I know of 6 employees this has happened to. You all want to know why you can’t keep good employees? Well the competitive pay is much higher and you don’t want to match. Regional and District talk about the employees and make comments on how they will fail when they find new jobs. This is getting out of hand and Michael needs to get involved to see what is really going on!

    I am trying to get a gift card I placed on the 24th of April. I have called several times and with no luck have they reissued the card and keep telling me to give it a few more days. I ask them to cancell that gift card they said they mailed and issue a new one. Now a certain department handles it and they left for the day when I had called a 3:30. It is now May 9th and I still have no gift card and they people I have talked with are rude and non caring that I haven’t gotten my card. I needed it last week for teacher appreciation week and had ordered in plenty of time to have received it. Now just a run around. Will not ordered anything else from this company. Poor customer service and just cannot get anyone to help you. I WOULD LIKE THE GIFT CARD I PAID FOR STAGE!

    I worked at the Goody’s store in Winchester, TN. I was injured on the job and was sent to the hospital in 2016. Worker’s compensation has failed to pay this claim of $2300. I would like information on what to do to get this straight. It is ruining my credit. Any help will be appreciated.

    I just called and cancelled my credit card. I will be taking by business elsewhere. I am so sick of getting advertisements and coupons in my mail and then after shopping when I go to pay there are all kinds of exclusions (like no YES or ending in 8) I feel it is trickery and not something I am having to deal with in other stores, therefore they will get my business in the future and your ads will go in the trash….Thanks

    Kudos to the new stage manager at Ardmore Oklahoma. You can finally see the whole store. Iit got to where half the store was covered with rolling racks of clothes and the dressing rooms were piled with clothes on the floor, on the bench, everywhere. It has served you good to change management.

    I want soneone from corporate headquarters to contact me regarding my credit card bill . my number is 512736XXXXX. The amount of time you have is limited . i am fed up and will be contacting the better business bureau and my attorney as well as the attorney general about a class action lawsuit. One thing is for sure, you wont be getting another dime from me and you will be taking your bogus crap off my credit and if i have anything to say about it refundiing some of my money.

    I ordered an Seattle Seahawks throw on line from goody’s.com on 11/30/2016 I have been getting the run around ever since. I received a princess throw which I had thought I had ordered also for my granddaughter so I wrapped it. Never payed attention to the shipping sheet so I called to see where my Seahawks throw was going to check on it and get back with me. No one got back with me so I called again, they said it had been shipped and I received it and I said the only throw I have received was a princess throw so they said they would reorder it for me, never seen no change on the tracking or order number so called again , long story short 5 calls and still don’t have my item

    i placed an order on 11/15/216 order number 761813042. i ordered a queen set but when it was shipped i received a twin. i called to have the queen set shipped and return the twin. I was told that i had to return the twin before they would ship me the queen set.I followed the instructions and sent the twin set back. 7 days later i received a shipment with another twin set. I have called your customer service at least 5 times and have not been able to resolve this problem. now to make matters worst i have received a bill taht need to be paid by 01/2017. This comforter set was to be a birthday present for my grand son his birthday as pasted and i still do not have the queen set that i ordered an have no idea if i will ever get it.is there anyone in this company that can help me?

    Shopped at Peebles in Chardon Ohio. On 12/04/16. That is one of the dirtiest nastiest dirtiest crowdedness unprofessionally ran stores I have been in in a long time. The manager Lisa all she does is eat delegate orders. Big turnover employees are not happy they can’t keep any good help. I have spoke to previous employees at the time that were current they were resigning because the manager Lisa and Tara or whatever their names are the clothes on the floor from the dressing room and told them to pick the s*** out. The elderly lady that was an employee told her to pick it up herself. What kind of way is that for a so-called manager to act and treat employees. You will never be able to maintain good help with XXXXXty managers or upper management staff

    l am an loyal shopper and i like your store but due to continue Slander from one of your cashier and store manger I have no other choice but to file a civil suit against your store due to this cashier who i do not like to call people a liar but that is what she is and so is the store manager. This cashier i befriend and when i would visit the store she would help me and we would exchange small talk & nothing more i was dating a woman who has her own law firm in Albuquerque NM, not to be rude but i would not stop dating her to start dating an store employee. After like five months of having small talk with her and she gave me some shampoo for free she said that i would like it and still have it. One day I was in line and going to buy some things she was checking coustomers out two then it was my turn she quickly left then a male employee came up & was rude. After that day i never talked to her or apporach her but she would act like i did something horrible to her. I got tried of being treated this way so i made an complaint to who said she was the manager turns out she was i but a freind of hers who i saw working out with her wih two other employees. i do not even know her name but her actions were humating & disgraceful. I am disabled & it is hard to do things & i expect to be treated like everyone else & not an outcast due to my disability. Three weeks ago I was going to buy an per wrap box and this employee that @ one time i guess someone i woulld have small talk with push another employee to help me & that employee is a short hispanic woman wih long dark har in her mid 30 she seemed confusion @ what had happen. So, I told my ex gf the lawyer & she said her actions is slander since i had been treated in the same manner just those of her freinds. My ex said to talk to the manager so I did & the manager said that was the first time she has heared of this i told her that i made three complaints and her actions kept getting worse so i told her & the mnager n heavy set hispanic woman said hat it is abusrd and i agree because i hve never done anything to that woan last time we talked she gave me that free shampoo and was laughing then today i go & bought some stuff then some officers showed up & wanted to talk to me i had no idea what was going on then thy said i was mot welcome i asked why they could it tell me what i did then that heavy set manager came & i ask her what was going on & said is it because i made a valde compliant she said no it was about other things but could it say what THE OTHER THINGS WERE & I RECORDED ME MAKING THE COMPAINT JUST IN CASE I NEED TO TAKE FURTHER ACIONS & UBLICLY SHAMING ME & LYING SLANDER & KICKING ME OUT DUE TO ME MAKING AN COMPLAINT IS OUTLANDISH & U WELL NO I WILL NOT SEND U A COPY OF THE RECORDING OF ME MAKING THE COMPLAINT I WAS EMBRASSE & FALSLY ACCUSED BY SOME I WANT THIS FIX & DONE RIGHT WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE TO FREAKIN LIE THE STORE MANAGER & THAT HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE

    Hello yesterday on January 1, 2016 I went in Palais Royal in Huntsville Tx. Around four I went in there to see if I could find a long black skirt for a funeral I ask one lady she act like she didn’t want to help I didn’t get her name because at that point I was upset. So as I was walking to the other side a lady that was standing at the makeup counter now two ladies walked a head of me and she spoke to them and gave then a welcome ok another lady came in she welcomed then ask if they needed help and when they left store she greeted them with have a wonderful day
    Now mind you when I was leaving she looked at me like I had SH*T on me and rolled her eyes and I think this is very or was very rude I am HIGHLY
    UPSET AND I FOUND THIS THAT AWAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHAT COLOR I AM BECAUSE MY MONEY IS JUST AS GREEN AS THE REST.
