We are having a number of issues with a new unit in our restaurant with the Kitchen HVAC unit. Our installation and service company(Summit Equipment out of Minneapolis) is not cooperating and says that they are the only ones that can service our equipment and want to charge us for the service call they made to reset the unit. They say that our warranty will be voided if we do not use them. How else can we use?
