My comment pertains to a lawsuit I had to file with a newly acquired garage/gas station employee by the name of Peter Margie located at One Broadway Auto & Mart, Corp. Located at 561 Kimball Ave Yonkers, NY 10704. Telephone number ( 914 ) 237- 5306. It seems that this newly acquired garage/gas station employee who lied in court to bully his way in court to have the first Judge Thomas Daly on 11 / 13 / 2019 almost dismiss me due to his abusive manner of speaking , court reconvene next on 01 / 07 /2020 with Judge Evan Inlaw president over the case . Where as Mr. Peter Margie stated to the court officer that he did in fact commit purgery on November 13, 2019 in his statement to the Judge at that time. Now to the closing of the second court hearing he had in so many words told the Judge Evan Inlaw that if he ruled in my favor of returning me my vehicle that Mr. Peter Margie would then place a lean on my vehicle and he would not return me my car.
I am now appealing to the Sinclair Corp to please assist me on getting my vehicle returned back to me. I would have never allowed my vehicle to be pick up and brought to the garage/ gas station with the Sinclair Corp if I had known that this Mr. Peter Margie was going to try and steal my car from me.
My Index No : SC-000350-19/YO.
And please explain to me what kind of people do your Oil Corp employ that abuse their customers, I have been very satisfied with the service for the past 6 years , but not so much so since Mr. Peter Margie has been with the Sinclair Corp for the last two years.
I would very much appreciate whatever assistance you can give me.

I frequent the Sinclair in fallon nv rv Park almost everyday, I know everyone that’s works there, too often I go in and Steve is working sometimes if boss there he’s ok then if not he is quite the jerk, last night I went in to buy cigs, I had 20.53 in hand first he threw one of the mats at my feet stating loudly he has to stop doing his pre closing obligations to take care of me saying do to me, went behind the counter being obnoxious he said one pack, I said 2 he threw the packs at me on the counter stating, oh you must be rich today, looked at the money, said of course the exact amount, I stood there with money in hand, looked at the 20 dollar bill, said oh it’s a 20, maybe you’ll put 10 in gas someday instead of 5, really he doesn’t realize I don’t have to stop there at all, there’s a gas station right down the road, where I will go from now on.

Up until today, I’ve had nothing but good experience with Little America. THEN I pulled into your Cheyenne, Wyoming location. The so-called “Medium parking lot” for trucks fits all of maybe 20 rigs, and half of them have to be minus a trailer to fit. And it turns out that ABF Freight and another local company both take up most of the already limited space! Turns out that they rent the lot from you. How is this supposed to do anything but inconvenience other truckers? My load got rescheduled for tomorrow, I didn’t have enough time to get any further than the next exit. So I have to fight for a space, and have ABF drivers pushing me around in the bargain. What kind of”truck stop” gives the whole parking lot to TWO COMPANIES? I’m stuck here until at least 2am tomorrow, but you can bet this will be the last time I ever come here. And once I’m gone, I will be letting other drivers know how unwelcome you make them feel in Cheyenne in favor of money. If you care to try and help uslong-haulers, you can send a message DIRECT to: 727-431-XXXXX. Texting or calling is more easily accessible to me.

Just a fyi there is a sinclair gas station in denver Colorado on 72nd I’ll just say between federal and Broadway. Maybe it’s none of my business but hey they carry your name and if you don’t care well hey that’s on you. But to me it looks like this gas station cares more about the car wash that was turned into a liquor store then what I thought sinclair was a gas station not an lq store don’t that promote drinking and driving. And shame so many times the card reader don’t work at the pumps. Like I said an fyi but makes you think is this what is promoted by the name?

Just got back from a trip to Vegas where I rented a car and drove to Az for a long weekend with family. We do this often but this time decided to fill the gas tank closer to the rental company drop off by McCarran Airport. What a mistake. Although it only took about 6 gallons, every gas station I passed was no more than $2.19/Gal. The Sinclair Station across from the rental return place was $2.84/gal. I’ll never do that again and I’ll never stop at another Sinclair Gas station….

I have been waiting four days for a package that has a two day delivery. The package was delivered to a leasing office, and not my address. The address is listed on the package of the address where I live; the driver failed to make an attempt to my address, but drop the package off at my leasing office, who hours are 8-5 same as my work hours. Which makes me unavailable to get the package. I was told by supervisors on several occasions that I would have the package by Monday morning. A supervisor called me this morning at 8:07 a.m, promising that I would have my package. It is now 5:06, and the driver has failed to pick up my package from the leasing office, and deliver it to my door. I am still at work, and will be going on a 5th day with out my package. I spoke to Samuel and Ashley who are both supervisors, and promised me that I would have the package today! I have not received a call back from neither one, and I still do not have my package. I would like to have this issue resolved… ASAP!!! The customer service has been the worst I have experienced, and no one is concerned about getting my package.

Did you mean to post this to Sinclair Oil? Perhaps you wanted Fedex or UPS?

I am very shocked with the type of people your company hires! I llive in a small town in Eastern Oregon. My daughter is a single mother of two babies and strides hard at everything she does. One of your employers that works at the Sinclair gas station in our town is a very rude and ignorant little girl. She claims her job with your company is to boring to keep her entertained. So she stands around and gossips with the customers all day long, especially when her boss is off the clock. She has said nothing but cruel and evil things about my daughter the last year she has worked their. I have filed many complaints with her boss and it looks like nothing is being done about this issue. Most people I know will not do business with Sinclair because of the rude and nasty girl that works down there! So I am not the only one with this issue. Because of this girl bad mouthing my daughter and saying horrible untrue things, my daughter was let go from her full time job over assumptions made by your employer. Remind you my daughter is a SINGLE MOM and has never shown this girl any amount of disrespect in or out of the work place. I am furious with the lack of respect your company tends to teach. I have tried to bring up this issue with her boss but nothing has changed. The same rude and Disgusting girl still works down at Sinclair running her mouth about everyone and anyone. I’m going to make sure my family and everyone I know never do business with your company ever again! I am horrified that your company would keep someone around that long. You need to hire respectful young ladies that want to represent your company, not make people pass by when they need gas. This is probably the reason why cenex across town has more business then the Sinclair here. Your employer put my daughter and grandkids in a horrible situation. She has never been so confused as to why someone she doesn’t know would be telling your customers horrible and mean things about her. I would definitely appreciate your company contacting me and firing this employer from your company or I will definitely be publicly exposing how unprofessional your company must be for letting someone like her work for you! Thank you.

History of enjoying special occasions at Little America in SLC. My husband (retired SLC police officer worked for and knew Mr. Holding). Stopped for lunch with an out of town friend and was so embarrassed. I ordered the Muffeletta sandwich which was served on a very hot plate (it is a cold sandwich) and my potato salad was so raw the potatos were crunchy. My husband ordered a patty melt which was served on a chilled plate (it’s a hot sandwich). It had little or no flavor in the rye bread and not enough grilled onions. It was overall dry and tasteless. Our friend had a cobb salad and did not complain. This is our 2nd bad experience in the coffee shop and we have had two bad experiences staying overnight. Dirty room (last guests pizza in the fridge and enough dust to write my name on the chair back) and then the indoor/outdoor carpet in front of the room door had a large black stain and a big tear. Mr. Holding must be rolling in his grave. The other thing he always gave us our money’s worth lunch and room were way too expensive not to be up to snuff.

How very sad, what has happened at the original Little America Hotel site, off I-80. This remote spot, many miles from the nearest town of Green River, used to be a haven for overnight guests, per the original reason it was built in the first place. Now the building that housed the coffee shop/restaurant/gift shop is closed! Overnight guests are now relegated to the gas station snack bar, as well as Hotel check-in at the same counter where you pay for fuel and snacks. How tacky is that!! “Grill”, “Deli”…….give me a break! It’s only March, and at 7 p.m. the self-service line was 15 deep, with many VERY unhappy, tired, and shocked travelers. Food choices are mostly fried items :o/ No more wait staff, delicious plated entrees, or hot breakfasts; just 3 teenagers trying to deal with disgusted folks like us, as they tried to “make do” and placate us. Just wait until the summer masses descend, and chaos ensues! After 20 years as faithful overnight guests, we will not stop again. Referals are everything in business, and word will be getting out :o( Who is the idiot who decided to cheap out?
