I received a Kay coupon code in the mail for $50.00 off a purchase of $199 or more. I tried using the code with my purchase and it did not go through; customer service gave me another code and it also did not go through. Being that I wanted the item, I went ahead and purchased anyway without the coupon. I relayed this to Kay customer service who subsequently said my order was not covered by the coupon as it was a personalized item. No where on the card did it say a personalized purchase was excluded. This “coupon” seems like a scam to get people’s foot in the Kay “door”. If these coupon cards are useless, please stop sending! Very disappointed in the service and may say so at the BBB. For reference, my order no. is 92416877. My coupon code was KBPP0000957542.
Thank you for your attention.

Hello My name is Shavonna Ducksworth from Akron Ohio, I am a part time college student studying for Business Association and computer technology certifications,
I’m unsure if you guys read or even respond to random emails but in my desperate time of being on edge of giving up from trying my hardest to reach out its worth a shot! I am obsessed with being an employee of signet Jewelers an want nothing more but to be apart of such a great company I’ve been interested in your company for about 6-7 years I was recently giving the opportunity to get a taste of what the company had to offer by giving the chance through a temporary service called RC staffing in your distribution center (which was the perfect fit for me) I came to work everyday an never missed a day or even late for that matter I gave the company my ALL an was recognized by my lead of the department as a great candidate an that I would be giving an opportunity to be a permanent part of the family only to have my pride an heart ripped out my chest when I was informed that it was a mistake in offering me the position because they weren’t hiring anymore temps! I couldn’t believe it I didn’t think it was fair there were people being hired who didn’t appreciate the company who just looked at it as a job I On the other hand considered that opportunity as a life changing blessing to be apart of an amazing family but was mistakenly granted the opportunity because the company was fully staffed which was beyond mind blowing to me because a few weeks later they were looking for help again. My soul was shattered knowing that I gave the company I dream of working for 200% passing every requirement to be accepted than overlooked an forgotten feeling as though my dedication was not of importance. I’ve reached out through applications maybe over 10-15 times over the years an 5 within this year trying to be apart of this great company an it seems almost impossible to even be recognized as a candidate when I meet the requirements of each position I’ve applied for numerous times! (Distribution, customer care, special orders).. I know those positions may seem small to this giant company but I am willing to start from the bottom an work my way up whatever it takes! I just want more than anything to be apart of this company an I can’t seem to get an opportunity to save my life an it hurts a lot knowing how much me being apart of the company would mean to me an giving the chance how much I would mean to it. I have no idea where my story here will go or get but I just wanted to let you guys know I was a great hard working employee who was ready to be dedicated to this company before even giving a actual opportunity only problem was I was never giving the opportunity minus the mistaken offer I was given and taken away due to a mistake in space. I’m so torn but I guess I have to move forward in life a choose another path to take I wish I would have been giving a fair chance to be apart of this iconic company but I wasn’t an I don’t know what else to do but let the dream go I wish you guys nothing but more of the best an that you continue to be great.
Fair well, Shavonna Ducksworth

Dear Sir,
I went to your web-site to apply for a job as a sales person. In the application process you are asked how many years experience you have , how many millions in sales you have made that can be doXXXXented, and how many awards have you received recently for your accomplishments. In the selection box I checked off the maximum . I was called in for an interview and told that I was the kind of candidate that they were looking for, someone with plenty of experience. I was told that the job required me to dress in business attire (i.e. a pantsuit or a dress with a jacket). Then I was told about the commission scale and about how much I would make . I was told that I would make about $4.62 in commission plus a base pay of $7.25 an hour. Then on top of the bad pay of $11.87 in combined wages, I was told that the position was only temporary for the Christmas season ( for 2 weeks) and that it was part-time. The was I see it, if I worked 20 hours a week I would make about $240.00 before tax and about $185.00 net. The cheapest suit at Walmart is $109.99, after dry cleaning the suit and my gasoline expense I think It would cost me money to work there. Do you not train your employees about the products they sell. I was told that there really wouldn’t be much training.
I have heard of Just in time inventory management ,but just in time employment. I have never been so humiliated or offended by a job offer in my life. It was a complete waist of my time.

Sound like an absolute garbage company to work for, where maybe 3 sales people out of 50 make a livable wage working excessive hours and burn out. And they waste everybody’s time herding cattle in & out the door of employment while Corporate Smiles behind their hats on this type of culture.

Good Afternoon All,
I experienced a problem with the Zales Company yesterday ( Friday June 17, 2016 ), and attempted to e-mail them. I had forgot that your company ( Signet Jewelers ), bought the Zale Corporation back in early 2014 ! I e-mailed the executives at Zales but I’m not sure that their old corporate offices were / are still in Irving TX. If so, hopefully they will respond to my e-mail……….If not……….would someone be so kind as to respond to me so that I can explain my complaint.
A huge Father’s Day Delivery problem with UPS and poor service from their Customer Service Representatives and Managers. Good Customer Relations go a long way in this new retail environment !!!!!!!!!! I spent over twenty-five years in retailing before retiring and very much understand the importance of Good to Great Customer Service !
Please respond ! I hope that I have contacted the correct company !
Thank You,
Regards,
