Re: Claim 1317677 Virginia Retirement System on behalf of Elizabeth M Sabatinos – I received a non certified letter from “Jade” with an enclosed form F86617 Rev 2-2019 requesting my personal identification and banking information for the above claim. I am unable to comply with this request without verifying the first and last name, title, email address, and direct telephone number of the sender or their supervisor. None of the foregoing information is included on he letter I received. Although the letter has the Securian Financial logo it appears to be photocopied and is signed “Jade”.
