I am accounting manager for the Vermont/New Hampshire Sotheby’s Franchise. I have been experiencing many issues with one of your account reps named Isaac Permaul.
He is very unresponsive and has not taken care of many issues we have asked him to help with. As this is the person I am referred to with help with many of the problems we are dealing with, I have no other options for help.
I have tried reaching out to your help desk but they are unable to help with my requests.
While he was away on Vacation, we had Erica Vinyei fill in for him. She solved many problems by the next day.
We would seriously like it if we can get another account rep like Erica if not her.
