When Max Simkoff purchased his first home in 2011, he was shocked at how difficult the process was and how impossible it was for the average person to understand the pages and pages of documents that were presented to them.

Simkoff founded States Title in 2016. The company plans on a complete overhaul and update to the antiquated real estate title business.

In December 2018, States Title acquired North American Title, a subsidiary of homebuilder Lennar.

In May 2020, the company raised $123 million in Series C financing.

States Title enables a completely digital and contactless experience to transform the title industry while costing significantly less.
