St. Charles facility is one of the worst Managed place I have ever worked at. There’s no communication at all between Management and employees. The only time is when they have their town hall meeting only to tell us bad news usuallly telling us what we are not getting any more. Whether it’s raises or wins hard profit which they said we are no longer getting any. That the program has ended. They also had me working my regular schedule of 6am to 6 pm Thursday Friday and Saturday but was working a lot of OT then i was told without notice to go to night XXXXX. I worked night shift for a month got written up for dozing off which I then told my supervisor to change me back to my shift to which he told me I need you on nights for a few more weeks the. One day I get a phone saying I have to work days again I worked 6 days 12 hour shift then again they said to go back on nights without warning and on day 3 or 4 of working nights I accidentally dozed off again. I feel I was set up and there’s is a lot more that involves a certain supervisor that I had complained numerous times and nothing was ever done and I also know for a fact that he has many many complaints how he treats people and also falls asleep in the floor and another thing he is always late to his shift. Is as employees get written up for being late but nothing has ever been done about him. I want to call hr corporate to file a compliant but have not been able to find the number. Also there is many more things that I was told to do by certain managers and was promised to move up in the company and yet I was passed up for every position I applied for. Once again I want to talk to corporate HR to discuss this matter because I feel something should be done an how people are treated and what they did to me was unfair and did not give me enough time to change my sleeping schedule to be able to change to a different shift.

I strongly suggest you take a look at your Pontiac Illinois facility. I don’t know what kind of business ethics or policies R.R. Donnelley’s has, but this business is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not surprised that jobs are going to Mexico and China if WE are allowing businesses in our own country to be run this way. Apparently it’s okay, no conflict of interest what-so-ever, to allow a hiring manager to hire his own brother as an operator who doesn’t comprehend what sexual harassment is. IN ADDITION to management turning their eye to who is really to blame when a job is not done correctly. Male domination (a.k.a DISCRIMINATION) that can blame a young girl, and whomever else, for the errors. Perhaps they should look at the operators a little more closely. My daughter has worked hard there and now has chosen to leave because of the garbage that takes place here. I would NEVER EVER recommend that anyone works there. Send the work to Mexico…don’t care. I will be writing to the BBB as well and whomever else to file a complaint with. Human Resources at the facility is a joke as well from my understanding. SMALL TOWN…SMALL MINDS. Upper management should take the time to stick around during 2nd and 3rd shift to see what is going on. Use your eyes and ears.

I faxed a form to the Human Resources Department on November the 8th 2015 to be filled out showing I have continuous and creditable Heath insurance through my husbands plan but apparently these people can only contact each other through some form of secret email because no one has a name or a phone number I can call to speak to the ones that are responsible for filling out this form. It has been well over a month and the Supervisor I have talked to over the last 3 days can only tell me I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. This Supervisor stated to me she would send it RIGHT over and Put URGENT on the paper and I’ve heard that before by the second person I spoke with about this now If Anyone bothered to read anything and I suspect they don’t or can’t they clearly do not understand what URGENT means as a result of the incompetence of this department I will either have to pay penalties for the months that I can’t prove I have coverage or risk not having coverage at all and possibly having to pay a penalty at tax time. I am well aware that I am but just 1 tiny little person that this company does not know and more than likely don’t care care if I have insurance or if I have to pay penalties but I know I am not the only person that’s has to deal with these people that probably have College Educations and clearly can’t find their way out of an open paper bag.
