I worked at Primantis Bros in Erie PA. It was a horrible company to work for! Josh Garrity turned a blind eye & unlawfully terminated me under wrongful pretenses. The other employee was not held accountable & is going and telling my regulars I was ‘Fired’ when she stole from me threatened me & had zero consequences!! Makena Scott! I have never been fired in all my years of employment! It was conducted unprofessionally by Nate the other manager as well! This hasn’t been dealt with & I am getting calls & texts that McKenna is consistently speaking of it. It’s defamation & ruining my reputation! I worked hard there endlessly! Josh Garrity is still continuing to allow this! Employees eat food with their fingers off plates before serving to customers & bar glasses are not being cleaned properly! I have never worked for a company to this magnitude of dissatisfaction & unfairness! Hopefully someone can do something about this situation & McKenna be held to her end of this situation as I was unfairly let go! I am know dealing with calls & texts of lies & ruining job opportunities! McKenna stealing money should have been automatically terminated! Nate the other Manager was completely unprofessional! And Josh Garrity did not do his due diligence as a GM! Erie PA

We have been going to Pimanti Bros for over 4 years now (since a new location actually opened in our area). However it was very disappointing to us that corporate made a new policy requiring anyone sitting at the bar to be 21 without a guardian over 21 accompanying you. For us who are now 19 and have been sitting at the bar by ourselves since we were probably 16 is a tragedy. We are not in a super populated area and I know other local restaurants such as buffalo wild wings allows minors under 21 to sit at the bar. My feedback is that individual Pimanti Bros restaurants should be able make their own decisions on the age limit of their bar.

We’ve been going to Primantis in Robinson for about 15 years every Thursday. We eat dinner and I have white zinfandel for happy hour. Last week we were told you won’t have white zinfandel anymore. Im very disappointed and am going to find somewhere else to go on Thursday for dinner. We love your staff they are great but I like to relax with the wine i like. ?

I ordered food using their online site & requested that my food not be placed on the ground when it was delivered. It was almost a 1/2 hr past the delivery time, so I go to my front door. I see a raccoon eating the food that was delivered & placed on the ground. I called the store to advise them of this & the person that I spoke to was very rude. She told me to “take that up with DoorDash”. I requested the number to outreach their customer service or corporate office to file a complaint because not only was she very rude, but I am also out of my money. I didn’t order food to feed a raccoon. I outreached DoorDash & was directed to speak with Primanti Brothers because the order was placed through their website. I decided not to go back & forth with them on the blame game & decided to challenge the charge with my bank.

They would rather give out free beer than pay their workers a decent wage.
Typical worthless scum-f**k company.

I ordered a pizza from your Grove City establishment. They told me it would be 20 minutes. Around 35 minutes later I asked where my pizza was and was told it was coming out of the oven. 10 minutes later and it still wasn’t out so I stopped a server and asked them to get me a manager for a refund. I watched him go talk to who I figured was the manager, he gave the server the receipt back and they brought me my pizza 30 minutes later than they told me. I don’t mind if it’s 5 to 10 minutes delayed, especially if it’s busy, but it wasn’t very busy and it was a half hour late. I told another employee I wanted a refund and she got me the manager. He came out and told me the pizza was hot and just had come out of the oven. I asked for a refund because at this point I was fed up with it all. Everyone was rude and it’s a shame because I frequent this location a lot and never have problems. It was just a really bad experience.

I was at your establishment in Altoona, I frequent it a lot. I really enjoy the food and for the most part the service is good.
However tonight the music was super load. I couldn’t hear the person across the table from me.
When I asked are server if it was necessary for the music being that load, Her comment was that is has been that load since she came and it was ridiculous that she even quite answering the phone because she couldn’t hear the person on the other end.
Not sure if I am in a restaurant or a night club.
