Several months back I was waiting in line at the Midland Texas store location and the store MANAGER named Paige Farr put another gentleman that was behind me in line in front of me to price check SEVERAL different items that took an excessive amount of time and was very rude. Today I was in the parking lot (was parked less than a minute to take a phone call from my work and a bite of my breakfast burrito because I’m in a rush and have to multitask sometimes) the same store manager “Paige Farr” comes up to my truck window and says to me “ park outside of the yard if your going to sit here and eat, this is not a restaurant” and there wasn’t no one behind me in line and I wasn’t blocking any entry or exit. Then when I went in to pay she continued to be rude. I do business here because this is where the company that I work for chooses to do business with NOT me. VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER …..

COMPLAINT- our company location stopped dealing with Praxair due to constant billing issues with supplies. Now only to find out they have been billing us for gas cylinders that we no longer had. This has been going on for 6 months. Multiple calls have been made to get this straitened out. I am told they will look in to it and call me back. Still have not received a call back. Seems we are owed money. poor service/customer relations.

Dear Executives, Angle, White and Menezes:
I came into your 48th Street Phoenix Store to trade out an Acetylene tank only to be told the young man waiting on me, Christopher Pereila, would not lift it from my car or return the new tank to my car. He tried to tell me it was against the law, now we all know better than that. Then he said it is company policy to not lift the tank for a customer as it makes the company liable. Now, I am 77 years old, if it hadn’t been for a customer standing there i would have to go to another store. Christopher was very abrupt and said he wasn’t going to take the chance of losing his job over helping me. Well, he won’t have to worry about that again as I will never step foot in your store again.
