I’m writing to share the condition of the location in the summit Plaza in Louisville Kentucky I went online looking for a Deli nearby and the sandwiches looked really good which they were I’m pleased with my meal. However the restaurant itself was gross. Virtually no table was clean and it didn’t seem like I would have any luck asking any of the employees to clean them. There was garbage and trash all over the floor. In this area everything is expected to be of high Prestige this restaurant definitely does not meet those standards. I almost went online to submit a review but I know how damaging those can be so I wanted to bring it to your house attention so that it could be for corrected

I haven’t been paid even though I signed up for a pay card and set up my direct deposit and my manager Latoya Moore said that she will not help me and if I don’t get paid that’s not her fault. Not only that on the ADP app (employee information, ect.) It shows that ever since being paid every week 10$ comes out of my check. I’ve tried contacting someone, through the human resources potbelly email because it’s written that someone will help whatever the issue. It’s been 3 days and nobody answers the phone either so… I don’t know what to do

I was wondering if their are any plans to put a Potbelly in Anderson township or Eastgate. Both are east of Cincinnati, Ohio. My husband and I live in Bethel, Ohio and it is to far for us to go to the nearest one in Cincinnati. I had an opportunity to taste one a couple years ago and have wanted one since then. Any thing you can do would be appreciated!

Greetings:
I just found out that I have an inheritance including Pot Bellies stores–Disney and Rockefeller Station and Disney World! DO I own one in New Orleans? Mary Ann MObley Collins, is my benefactor and has left me everything. HOw much stock do your records show me as having? I have a grandson, Maximus Khamenei and he will b einterested in these Pot Bellies franchises as were left me some time ago. The estate is taking awhile to settle due to hold ups in the justice org. and disputes of corruption,
Thank you for information available regarding Mary Ann’s investments for myself and grandsons,. I’d like to see the stock soar to the twenties per.I love the store at Rockefeller plaza and wonder how big the stores are at Disney World and Disneyland.Maximus’ dad was owner of Kentucky Fried CHicken and may be interested in this Potbelllies sooner than can be imagined. What I don’t understand is where the new management came from unless mr Cooley has a new interest. IF so, I haven’t heard.

11/14/2018 – Le Fant Plaza, Washington DC location screwed up my catering order.
20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, the manager calls and say food but not drinks are on their way in another 20 minutes. The training folks are already at lunch with no food. Paying a premium for the service for 2 days. OMG what will happen tomorrow. I need another and more reliant Washington DC location to fill my 11/15/2018 order.

I just had the most awful customer service experience ever! My co-worker and I went in to store on 19235 Katy Fwy #500 Houston, TX 77094 after placing our order online. We are walking distance from this store. On the way an employee called to state that they didn’t have the “soup” that she ordered and if she wanted a different one. My friend said yes that’s fine. When we arrived the employee asked for like $1.32 extra (apparently) the cheese & bacon additional but she was not informed on the phone. My friend did not have her card because she had pre-paid it online. So the employee did not want to honor it and said she can’t get free food. My friend tells her that she didn’t want free food and the employee responded saying “yes you do because you ordered something extra and you have to pay!” She was nasty, loud, & disrespectful. She kept arguing & going on & on. To the point that 2 other (separate) customers came in to tell her that’s not how you treat people/customers. She started talking back to them as well. It was a very bizarre situation that I have never experienced. When we asked for the manager she said he’s right there! He was literally a few steps away and DID NOT say a word. He didn’t apologize – all he said is he was “busy” working on an order. He witnessed the whole ordeal and didn’t take charge! He might not have even been the manager. He didn’t act like it. He had a dumbfounded look on his face and didn’t say much. We have called and spoken to the district manager and he said he will definitely address this matter. I sure hope so because NO customer should be treated in this manner!!! Absolutely uncalled for and the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. Will NOT be going back!

It’s 2pm. The store is dirty. Chip boxes are in the middle of the line on the floor. The tables are not cleaned and the service is poor. No greeting, no would that be all. Then they did not have any chicken salad. And there were at least 6-7 employees in site. Please help this location in customer service, and keeping the common areas well maintained. I understand it can get pretty busy in the food management industry. However, they should make better efforts in maintaining this location, in such a beautiful area.

I’m reaching out for my boss, Meghan Kaltenstein, who is a Leasing Manager at Macerich Properties. Meghan covers the Colorado and Kansas City, MO regions, and I’m looking to get the contact information of the Real Estate Manager who would handle those areas. Meghan would like to reach out and discuss possible opportunities.
Thank you,
