I’m traveling from CT to SPRING VALLEY NY, I called at 2:51 pm placed an order of 72 pieces for pick up. I arrived approximately an hour late. Employees stated I took long so they had to sell the chicken. I’m highly upset because the manager said the same thing and all he said was “hey I’m busy and I had to sell it.” So I placed another order with them now I have to wait no discount no nothing. I always come here and purchase 60+ pieces. I hope someone reaches out to me in a timely manner.

I have eaten your food several times, but I had never been to your restaurant. I have now been there twice and will never be going back. The first time i went I wanted Grilled white meat chicken and sides….I had to wait 10 minutes for it to cook. Stupidly, I did pull over and wait because I was planning on having that for dinner. This past Friday, I again went to the drive through at your Canoga Park, CA store AGAIN – and AGAIN, I would have to wait 8 minutes for grilled white meat chicken. REALLY – why have a chicken restaurant when you never have chicken available. I never heard of such poor customer service. The representative knew I was upset so must have reached out to their manager. They said, yes, 8 minutes, bye and have a good day…..HORRIBLE customer service for a place with such good healthy chicken. Infuriating

when I placed an order for pickup onling, i thought i ws in the the pollo campero official site, when my son showed up to pickup the order with a printout of the order # on it, the manager couldn’t find an order with that number. He had to place a new order while there, and paid with cash. When I realized it, I contacted postmates immediately and told them to refund me. Their service was never received. Now they won’t issue me a refund, what am i being billed for, I never received their delivery service or the food from the restaurant? How can I get my refund. I plan to go to the BBB or/and attorney generals office, if this isn’t resolved.

The sunset store in Brooklyn Ny are a bunch of crooks they stole my money haven’t offered me any satisfaction didn’t complete my order you can’t reach anyone on app I contacted corporate office to no avail so at this point they are crooks!

Just walked into location on Cockrell Hill in Dallas Texas and while placing my order I mentioned I’d never been here before and was using a coupon. The woman waiting on me says in Spanish, “What is this?”, handing the receipt to her manager, Francisco. He told me they don’t accept these. I asked “Why not? Isn’t this Pollo Campero?” He then shows me the line that says “Offer good at participating locations” and explains that they aren’t participating. I drove 30 minutes to get here only to have wasted my time. They assumed I don’t speak Spanish and the woman making meals laughed at me when I came back in to ask the manager for his name. Francisco refused to give me his last name. So you spend marketing money to bring in new customers. They show up, you assume because they are black they don’t speak Spanish, and embarrass them. Great. My family spends about $200-300 weekly eating out. Big mistake. HUGE!

Technically they’re supposed to honor the coupons whether it claims in participating locations or not as their whole stitch is “selling a positive customer experience”. However you can’t necessarily blame the workers as they follow by example & management wise pollo campero could benefit from hr forced classes on ethics & proper managing.

Saturday, June 22nd. Went thru drive thru @ Slauson & Western in Los Angeles, Ca ~ used my debit card which was processed as a credit purchase which I signed for ~ did not input my PIN #. The next day, Sunday, June 23rd, I learned that someone had attempted to use my card at an ATM which was denied due to incorrect PIN #. So this means that someone at Campero lifted my card number after I made my purchase. Of course, I cancelled my card and will be filing a police report for the ID theft.

El dia de ayer 03-02-19 fui a comer a Pollo Campero Springfield, y aunque la comida y el lugar estuvieron bien, se oyeron unos gritos de adentro, era una senora baja de pelo negro, lentes y camisa roja, no tuvo consideracion de que hubieran clientes en la tienda, si tiene algo que corregir lo puede hacer a maneras, lo que estuviemos ahi solo nos quedamos callados, deberia de saber como controlar un lugar y no alterarse como estuvo el dia de ayer, habia otra muchacha de camisa roja que nos vio que nosotros estabamos escuchando y por eso se quedo callada, una reaccion debio de tener la otra senora, la comida pudo estar muy deliciosa pero lo que nosotros los clientes tambien queremos es la experiencia de un lugar.

It was Tuesday 26, February, 2019 around 7:15 PM when I arrived to the Pollo Campero premises at Panorama Mall, Panorama City, California.
My mom and wife were dining there and waiting for me to show up. I was late. They had ordered before I got there and were already dining. While we dining mom told me she had to pay for using the restroom, 0.25 cents or a quarter. She was told everyone who wanted to use the restroom needed to pay such a ridiculous told. I said: ahhhh????? I got so upset that I went to ask for a token to open the restroom. I was told I could use it anytime, just needed to deposit a quater in order to use it. Unbeliavable I cried out! I am a patron and you want to me to pay a quarter to use a mandatory by law restroom this establishment must have in order to operate as a public business, I added. The girl I was talking to just looked at somebody around her and said: Only for this time and handed it me a key to open the restroom.
Obviously, it is not only a one time permission what I got offered but a lousy way way to say: you caught me! shut up!
If I do not hear from you guys that this practice of charging money to use the restroom is not real AND if I do not receive an apology for the way one of your restaurants is treating its customers, I will start conversation with Los Angeles Health department.
By the way, my mom suffers from bladder problems and has to urinate often. Consider yourself lucky she didn’t worsened her condition in case she wouldn’t pay for the toll you are charging to use a bathroom to a pratron of your business. You should be happy with her and invite her over for a free dinner with a free access to the toilet.
What’s next, you want us to pay for paper toilet usage as well?
This is not Guatemala! This is the United States of America! You guys give a bad name to hispanic heritage. Unbeliavable!

On 11/17/2017 at 12:30pm i went to pollo campero the one in dallas 1703 N XXXXrell Hill Rd,through the drive thru the staff can never hear you when you talk, you have to be screaming at the speaker so they can hear you properly then they repeat your order like 7 times and still manage to get the order wrong. The service is poor they the staff throws the food at you slams the door and run off before you can even ask for extra napkins or condiments. Then the food taste hot on the outside and cold on the inside it seems like they take the food out the fryer mins before its even ready. I have tried calling the moible number (214) 819-5334 which is listed on the recept ive called more than twice and they never pick up i just want my meal HOT, i honestly don`t think anyone should be treated like this or even have to deal with this type of issue but its happen constantly back to back and that becomes a issue especially when its your money. I will not even give them 1 star. They were rude. People who couldn’t speak English well and others who couldn’t speak English. Girl at drive thru correcting my friend on how to speak. I asked her before we order if she was there to take orders or to give English classes. When we got to window to pick up food the girl that took our order was not at window. We asked for her and were told that she was in the back. The girl at the window informed us that she did not speak English. I called manager up and she herself sounded like she didn’t speak English well. they even answered the phone in Spanish. I also wrote a complaint to Corp office in Dallas. We went to the one in Houston on Beechnut. We were just passing thru going back home to Boerne. I had never been thru anything like that before and I eat out a lot. No one ever apologized. I just couldn’t believe how we were treated. I am 59 and that was the first time ever dealing with anything like that. I asked the girl when we ordered if she was there to take orders or to give English classes.

On July 1, 2017 me and my family went to go eat at the location at 2810 Williams Blvd Kenner, la 70065. We walk in and it was so hot and the front doors were proper open with wet floor signs holding it open and had a man combining in and out of the BOH with blue and red pipe and so we decided not to eat there so we ordered our food To go. All the employees at this location are not friendly at all. I made my order at the register and watch one employee was by the food prep area drinking a drink which is against policy no drinks should be around food. We waited at least 25 minutes for our food when we arrived home we notice that some food was missing so I called the store to let them know. All they kept asking what time did you order your food I told them we just left the store about 20 min ago. What’s wrong with your order I said it’s missing 8 pieces of chicken we ordered a family order of 16 also missing our 8 piece camperito’s meal that we ordered. The manager said oh just come back and I will take care of you so went back no kind of apolize sorry or nothing just very rude. We spent close to $50.00 and it seems like there is no approach to keep customers happy and want them to come back for another visit. Useless I’m compensated I will never return and tell all my friends and family. About my experience, oh the bathrooms were filthy dirty no soap or Toliet paper, several tables were dirty and drank machine was soiled. And flies all around, I will refrain from calling the board of health as there are several critical volations as I was a food inspecter for 23 years for a major brand.
I will give someone a chance to make it right for me before I call the board of health
