Pick Up Stix was founded in 1989 by a Chinese immigrant to America named Charlie Zhang.     Bought house special beef expecting cut up pieces like house special chicken . beef was flat pieces that looked like leather and was tough
    And gritty. I won’t buy that again. Could not eat many pieces due to toughness.

    We saw the advertised “Valentine’s Day Box” for Pick Up Stix and planned to have that for our Valentine’s Day dinner. When we arrived last night to purchase it, we were informed that the deal doesn’t actually begin until the DAY AFTER VALENTINE’S DAY – 2/15/23. The advertising for this “deal” was both misleading and dishonest. How could you try to “trick” your customers like this? The guy who worked there (Tustin Marketplace location) said they received angry customers all day because of this false advertising. I am disgusted to see Pick Up Stix try to purposefully trick their customers. Your executive and marketing team should be ASHAMED of themselves and they should be FIRED!!

    This is more of a complaint. I have been a loyal regular customer for years and seeing workers here drink alcohol while doing their job is disrespectful and irresponsible. I spotted a young man, whom I presume is new, pour a beer in a company cup. I then saw a young lady do the same. This is NOT the first time I’ve been this. I asked if I can talk to manager and when I saw that the manager was the one drinking that is when I had to let someone higher know about this. I then found out on my next visit that the other male that was drinking is named Mario. Please speak to the manager lady and Mario about not drinking alcohol while working. So far I’ve seen these irresponsible actions EVERY time I have visited since month of June. I even saw some inappropriate PDA with those two who drink. Very disrespectful for us customers. Looks bad coming from the company.

    I’ve been going to Pick Up Stix for years. Never again. Sad. I had one of the rudest individuals take my order. Auto Pkwy Escondido Ca. To be glared at and snarled “are you ready” took me aback. She kept glaring and snarling. Short version. You lost a customer.

    My experiences in the past with Pick Up Stix have been really good. But the last couple orders from tje pick up stix off of anderson ave. in Redlands has been giving me the smaller sizes when i have asked if there were any larger sizes and if so could i get it. The lady said there were only two sizes large and small. I said the large one and she still gave me the smaller ones, even after i asked again if i could get them in a bigger size. Price didnt matter until i paid $30 for a 1 person meal when i know i purchased a 2 person meal. I want something done because the employees didn’t want to cooperate with me. They only smiled.

    I was just at my local store in San Marcos, CA and I waited for 45 minutes and finally asked for my money back. The service was terrible, the cashier was ride and the manager didn’t even come over to apologize and they just offered a free entre….really for having me waste almost an hour for my food? I have my receipt and time and date of service.

    Please start grilling breast of chicken instead of dark meat for your delicious chicken dishes it is much more health. You should sell larger potions also in case you have more people to serve.

    Sad to say the Irvine at Alton pkwy Pick Up Stix has gone down hill. Tonight we ordered orange chicken with extra sauce instead we got dry hard chicken that honestly couldn’t tell if it was orange chicken or something else. Broccoli beef was ok. Cream cheese wontons tasted like stale oil.

    We love ordering to go and relaxing at home, we’re frequent customers, but it’s not the same. It’s been getting worse, not sure if there is different management? but honestly don’t know if we’ll be back… really bummed.

    My experience with the Downey pick up Stix was unacceptable and I will not be returning for there service my house chicken was hard and the fried rice that I didn’t order was,cold this was in replace of no white rice being avaliable. I love pick up stix so this made me very unhappy to come home to biting down on hard chicken

    I am very unsatisfied with the Pick up Stix my husband and I purchased 4 house chicken dinners with white rice. 4 crispy dumplings, 2 chicken egg rolls. When we arrived to pick up our food they told us they only had two white rice . We would have to get fried rice or chow mein. We get home and the house chicken is hard like we are eating on recooked or over cooked meat
    We paid with a debit card. My husband didn’t receive a copy of the receipt . I am very unhappy we. Love eating at pick up stix this is my first time at the Downey location and I will not be returning this location ever again . I would like for someone to each out to use and give use free meals since our meat was hard not enjoyable . They were closed so we,couldn’t gp back or call to complain
