I have written customer service three – four times in an attempt to return three items that were
not what I ordered. I received an auto-reply on May 21, 2020 indicating that someone would contact me, but as of today, June 3, 2020, no one has contacted me. By the way, I have called several times as well and I was unable to speak to anyone. I understand that service representatives are working remotely, but should it take that long to reply to my email? Please contact me to let me know what you would like for me to do.

I did cancel an order for Centrum Silver and for Biotin. Amazon said to contact seller. Biotin did cancel but I don’t see Centrum Silver any longer. It vanished. I’m 83 and couldn’t do this. I wasn’t suppose to be charged shipping but I couldn’t remove it. I did cancel. Too much confusion. I don’t want it. I have no other information.
