Hello
My name is Alison and i work with Katziela. We make some of the best pet carriers available on the market. Several softsided styles, including some on wheels, backpacks and more. We also sell grooming gloves and soon will be making a line of pet beds. I would love to speak with someone or stop by with a few samples. Our products can be seen at: katziela.com. If someone would be available to speak initially, that would be great. Thank You.

I tried to order based on your 3 day flash sale Dec. 13-15. I selected 3 cases of proplan cat food for an approx. total of $72.00, making me eligible for a $10. credit. At checkout, there was absolutely no sign of the promised credit, so just before submitting the order, I cancelled it. Very disappointing.
I have been a VIP member for many years. I frequent the stores in Pompano Beach and in Fort Lauderdale. The Pompano store frequently is low on inventory of ProPlan, even when the product is on sale. Promised deliveries of product don’t come. Cases are rarely available so that I cannot make use of the 10 case program that provides free product. The Ft. Lauderdale store on N. Federal Hwy is somewhat better stocked, but not sufficiently.
Over the years, I have seen the Pet Supermarket stores that I frequent operated far less efficiently than under the predecessor owner. I am very disappointed and find that I have to bring my business to other retailers, in order to properly supply my five kitties. You are losing so much retail trade from me, and I’m sure from many other cat owners as well. Very disappointing.

I HAVE BEEN IN TWO OF THE STORES. I NOTICE THERE ARE DEAD BETTAS IN BOTH STORES. THEY ARE IN THERE OWN FEE-SEES, DIRTY WATER OVER A MONTH. I HAVE TALKED TO THE SUPPERVISTORS OVER 2- MONTHS. WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING TAKING CARE OF???? THE SAY THAT SOMEONE COMES IN AND CLEANS ALL FISH TANKS REGULARLY. ( NOT) IT MAKES ME SICK TO SEE THESE FISH IN THIS MATTER. YOU WILL NEVER SELL A DEAD FISH IN THERE OWN FEE-SEES… NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. please please take care of these fish or don’t have them in your store.

I am a loyal customer at store# 221. A couple days ago I went in to buy dog & cat food as it was a 2x reward points event. As I struggled to get a 30lb bag of dog food out from under a pile, the bags on top fell over. The manager looked over & asked if I needed assistance. Jokingly I told her I had gotten what I needed but was making a mess. As I struggled to put the bags and sign back together, instead of coming over to help (which is what I would have done as I also work in retail) she glared over to me with a scowl and kept stocking her shelves, because after all, stocking shelves is much more important than a paying customer! I then proceeded to collect the rest of my items and headed to the register. After completing the transaction and using a $5.oo reward, the cashier THEN informed me of the event starting tomorrow. I had unwittingly been a day early. I decided to return my items & return the next day for the event. I was then told because I had used my reward it could not be used again even though I immediately returned the items without even leaving the cash register. I then decided to buy the canned food items so as not to lose my reward, but was told by the cashier this couldn’t be done. Again, being in retail I know there are ways around it to keep the customer happy especially in certain circumstances which they were completely aware of since I hadn’t left the cash register. The cashier then asked for assistance from the already unhappy manager who informed me (very rudely) that it would be a one-time courtesy to give me back the $5.oo reward that I had rightfully earned. The cashier then proceeded to complete the return in 5 painful steps that could have been avoided, while huffing & puffing and grumbling how she needed to go home. I spend a decent amount of money at this store which you can see through my reward account and I do not deserve to be treated like a low-life piece of dirt. I recently signed up for a reward account at Petco and can shop elsewhere if need be!

Seen one of your managers (ANDREA SPEARS) at your KATY store on 1463 AND SPRING GREEN offerring her managers discount to her friends. That is bad for business its called stealing ! there was an employee also giving her discount .it might be more then their discount that’s given out they might just be charging their friends a small amount for what they are buying still called stealing in my EYES ,the few times I’ve been to the store there was a young lady behind the counters with he son and I didn’t think that was right either .WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS STORE RUNNING…..IF THESE EMPLOYEES ARE GIVING AWAY THEIR DISCOUNTS THIS COMPANY WILL CLOSE DOORS SOON …

Horrible customer service. Clerks try to data mine and grab un-needed personal information from you, probably for resale to telemarketers. They resist returns and make it as difficult as possible. Avoid like the plague!

I have never seen a business so disorientated in my life (store #265, Richardson, Tx). We try to support local business in our area. We wanted to give Pet Supermarket a chance to win our business from Petco, at first they were great then it keeps getting worse & worse. Never keep their stock up, always out of the things we want, never the same management or people, doesn’t know their products or when they will arrive at the store. I have sent numerous e-mails to customer service with no response in over a month. My questions were about you own product SKU#1198502437 (chew chips). Your store and Corp. customer service suck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VIP#52472834. Back to Petco for us.

I recently worked at your Merritt Island store number 169 where I received the worst treatment I have ever endured! Something needs to be done about employee Kellee Koustenis. For the few days I worked there and was still in need of proper training, Kellee handled it very poorly. She had zero patience for me from the start and a constant scowl on her face. She “explained” how to do something with very little instruction and then became angry and snapped at me if I got confused. For example, she said I needed to change the bedding and fill the food bowls in the mice cages. She walked out of the room so fast before I could ask anything, neglecting to tell me where any of that stuff was. Then came back in five minutes later and snapped at me for not being finished already. Obviously, I worked slower than everyone else since I was not used to the routine, but instead of being professional and understanding, she treated me as if I was stupid and hurt my feelings. I want you to know that you have lost an employee who would’ve been a great asset to your company due to Kellees rude nature and bad attitude!

I think you need to check your coral springs location. Your so called “manager” Jenn is awfully rude and is picking on one employee just because us customers do not want to be asked at the registers for items! And the store only wants to do stock and not help customers! This store used to be awesome in customer service with robert and nancy. Now they do not give a flip about it!

Also wanted to update that a manager named “sloan” picked on the same said employee saying that i did not hand her a coupon and accused her for giving me a coupon when she did not. The management team needs to be under investigation and go back into training! They dont know how to treat employees!

I have a complaint about an Assist. Manager at Pet Super Market 801 E Sunrise Blvd. Fort Lauderdale, FL by the name of Jessica. Everytime I shop at this store and this Assist. Manager does not assist in helping the customers. If you go to her she makes a face that it is a bother. Plus the way she dresses is very unprofessional for someone in management. She looks like she just got out of bed and the pants that she wears look like she belongs to a street gang. I am very surprised that a company like Pet Super Market allows this type of dress code. But for the most important complaint is that I was shopping this past weekend and I had ask one of the employees for help . The employee was helping me and all of a sudden Jessica came up to the employee in front of me and asked the employee if they were finished with putting the stock away, and they needed to get this done right away. First of all helping a customer is much more important than putting stock away. Second this type of conversation should not be done in front of a customer. With the compatision today where you can order items on line I feel that a paying customer is much more important. This is not the first time I have experienced Jessica, being so rude and unprofessional and to be honest with PetSupetmarket, I did not make my purchase and I went to Pet Smart instead.I do not need to be treated this way, and I will not shop at your stores any longer.

I have an issue that needs to be brought to attention regarding the pet Supermart store in Fort walton beach Florida. The Store manager, Sarah is having sexual relations with one of her sales lead managers, Brandon.0 Nepotism isn’t allowed in many businesses, so I’m suprised to have seen this go on within this store for over 1 year now. This act is unfair and distracting to other employees whom don’t receive the same special treatment because they’re not “sleeping with the boss”. I hope this will further into opening a investigation to making the FWB store a more enjoyable work environment.

Just wondering why you offer VIP cards for only dog and cat owners. I spend alot of money on fish, and aquarium supplies. Why arent there any discounts for that?

You apparently have started a new system in your Tunnel Rd., Asheville, NC store which says your clerks have to call in the get approval in order to accept a check. It took your clerk, Leah, ten minutes to find the number to call and customers were walking out because it was taking so long not that I blame them. To make matters worse, when she finally gets the number she call in and quite loudly reads my checking account number to the person on the phone. I do not want my checking account number broadcast. In addition to that, she says my check in invalid. I requested she call the bank who indeed would have told her that my check is indeed valid. I was in that store a couple of week ago and my check was taken with absolutely no problem. The manager was called and he said they are doing the best they can. WELL, THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY POLICY AND IT IS DANGEROUS IF THIS DAY AND AGE TO BE VERBALLY REPEATING NUMBERS SO ALL CAN HEAR. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK INTO THIS. If this is remain your policy, you have lost yet another customer.
