I visited the store in Edgewood in Washington State, and I had put in an order for 6 bags of frozen dog bones, and some food. I was told that they would call me when the order came in. So, today I called to inquire about my order and the woman said that my order was there and had came in yesterday…. So, how come if your told your going to get a call but don’t, WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??? I don’t like being told that I’m going to get a call, but don’t.

I COULD HAVE CAME IN THE STORE ON MY WAY HOME FROM MY DAUGHTERS PLACE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
