My husband bought a used 2018 Honda Civic SI from HONDA OF SPRING owned by PENSKE about 45 days ago. I took it into service 08.22.2019 because my door was squeaking. I went to go pick it up around 8:30 pm, and there is a huge crack in the windshield. I went in today 08.24.19 and spoke to Daniel Sparks (service manager) he told me that it was not his guys that is something you did. No sir I did NOT bring my car in like that. I spoke to Jason Jackson (GM) and I let him know that I will not be accepting the car like that and I handed him the keys. He proceeded to hand the keys to me I told him I was not taking the car he told me “okay i’ll just throw them away.” I will be escalating this to the corporate office all the way to the office of Robert S. Penske to get this matter resolved. I will like someone to follow up with me @ (703) 708-XXXX

On May 19/2019, I turned in my leased 2017 Buick Encore 2 months early to Penske Buick Cerritos because GM Dennis Bala said he would make the payoff, so I leased a 2019 Buick Envision. Three months later, the payoff to GM Financial wasn’t made despite contacting Dennis every day to get it done! I finally had to make payoff myself on Aug 22/2019 to protect my excellent credit. Now, Dennis says he will cut me a check directly, but he is still giving me the run around. I would caution everyone to avoid Penske Buick Cerritos like the plague!

What started out as a great experience with your Land Rover North Scottsdale dealership soon turned into a complete nightmare!
Less than a month into owning the 2014 LR4 I purchased I started to experience engine failure issues. At first, we thought it was a bad battery, took it into my local dealership here in California and they stated it was a bad battery, replaced it and sent me on my way. In less than two months time, my vehicle experienced approx. 12 or more engine failure issues & was in and out of service on four separate occasions. Twice the engine dying out in the middle of an intersection in the midst of a left hand turn nearly killing me and my son!
I emailed my sales person Calen, the sales managers Jeff and Kyle and the service manager trying to get answers however, all emails to this day, have gone ignored. I tried calling the dealership but no-one would take my call, or call me back. Finally, after going to JLR corporate and doing my own investigative work, I was able to obtain my vehicles previous service records (that this dealership failed to provide me with) which confirmed that my vehicle had been having the SAME engine failure issues (on several occasions) with the previous owner. I was also able to speak with the previous owner of my vehicle who confirmed this information as being correct & that the engine failure issues were the reason the dealership took back the truck- North Scottsdale dealership attempted service but could not fix the issue. They then re-sold the vehicle to me stating it was in “pristine condition” and failed to provide me with the truthful service records but instead provided me with service records that did not show any engine failure issues…knowing full well that I would have never purchased this vehicle had I known it’s true history.
For over 5 months I had tried to resolve this issue & finally had to hire a law firm to file suit against Land Rover North Scottsdale dealership & JLR corporate for 8 Causes of Action! Fraud and mis-representation are just two of the eight.
Penske is a reputable and trusted household name and I’m sure this is not the type of business dealings you would condone, or endorse.
Obviously, I would have never purchased this vehicle had the dealership informed me about the serious engine failure issues it had previously experienced and my hope is that this email will reach the right person at Penske Automotive and that an investigation into this dealership will be made and that measures will be taken to prevent this dealership from engaging in this type of business in the future.
Should you have any questions, or want to speak with me or my attorney’s directly, I can be reached at 949.633.XXXXX
Thank you for your time,

Purchased a truck from Penske New Haven CT. I was told the truck was ready to pick up a week after purchase. They needed a week to go through the truck and make sure everything was good to go. I fly out to New Haven CT the following Friday to pick up the truck. After getting to Penske New Haven,CT, the hood would not open to view the engine, that was not a good start! We started the truck only to find engine fault codes that would derate truck if driven. I spent 2 days in CT waiting for a truck that “was ready for pickup” and in the end returned home without the truck. This truck was not ready to pickup and cost me in excess of $1200 because of THEIR irresponsibility! The lies and deceit I have experienced in this whole process is truly outrageous. All I am asking for all the mistreatment I have gone through is the truck be delivered so I know the truck is ready and roadworthy. I do hope not all sales are like this, but really, Penske do what is right and own up to your mistakes.

I purchased a truck from Penske 2 months ago and still don’t have it. The shop in Baltimore is a joke they never even fixed the truck before they delivered it to me, it is now in the King of Prussia shop where it waited a week to be diagnosed. “Waiting on parts” is what I’ve been told. I have never received such horrible customer service and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING A TRUCK FROM PENSKE!!!!! As soon as they get your money they could care less about you or your purchase. Do not buy a truck from them.
