I just opened a pack of Oscar mayer bacon bits that says use by 28 Apr 2022 and it has mildew all over it. I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL MY SALAD ITEMS I PURCHASED. I didn’t notice it had all that on it until my daughter asked for some salad and wanted more bacon bits and seen that all on it

I only buy Oscar Mayer products and I purchase the lunchables from Costco for my grandkids. This time they didn’t have the dessert in the for whatever reason. Try to explain that to a 3 and 4 year old. Horrible.

We purchased your white meat turkey (packed like bologna,but doesn’t say bologna), because the store was out of your regular oven roasted turkey breast. We rate it beyond inedible. Has no turkey taste and is very oily.

Oscar Mayer bacon was the only bacon I’ve ever shopped for and always loved. However my recent purchase of two packs of the Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon Was a complete disappointment I had family visiting and was embarrassed when I opened the packages they were completely filled with fat only to leave less than 1/4% of bacon on each slice that was edible. I have a picture to show you if you will let me know where I can email it. I was hoping you can reimburse me for the $17.98 I spent for the two packages so I can try to buy again. Otherwise can’t waist my money and you’ve lost a customer.
Ive used your products for 60 years your beef bologna has issues the last two or three pkgs have dime to nickel sized gelatinous goo in them it generally is in two or three slices the farther down two or three more at the very least it is unappetizing i hate to shop for a new brand i like the taste but if i get another pack with goo i m done. I don’t know if you have a recall on your bacon bits, but I purchased some today 11/20/2018 and the expiration date says May 11 2019. But long story short…there was a lot of moldy pieces in the pack. If I could I would upload pics so you could see for yourself. I’m glad my wife caught it before she served it to my family.!
i use to only eat your product until i shopped at a save alot store in monmouth illinois, i purchased a package of your lunchmeat just to get home and open it and find a large absess of fat all the way threw the contanier, it would have not been so bad if i hadnt eaten a sandwich before noticing it. yes i am visually impaired and just the thought of what i had just eaten turned my stomach. never again will i buy a product with your name on the package, and i grew up on your product. very sick

What has happened to your beef baloney, once frozen and unthaw it, the outer portion of the baloney is very hard. Only been in the freezer for 3/4 days. Turns really dark, what is going on with the product. Been buying it for years, never had that problem until the last 2 packs I purchased in the last 2/3 months.
I have been trying the phone number listed for corp. headquarters, it’s always busy, from 8am to 7pm. Why list your number if phone calls are not allowed to get thru to corp. office. I do not beleive the line is consistently for 8/9 hours a day.

Well I purchase some Oscar Mayer bacon now I have been buying this bacon nine or ten years but I have never purchase any like this before the bacon was cut so thin that some of it would tear into pieces when you are trying to separate it cook and then it draw up to about nothing it is not worth what one pay for it.
Are Oscar Mayer products now processed in China in Chinese processing plants? I just bought Oscar Mayer bacon which I have done for fifty years and it was unedible. You cannot separate the slices and when cooked, it is like eating cardboard!!! This is the first amazingly horrible experience that I have had and it is like losing a family friend.

Last week I bought a package of your ‘Lean’ smoked Ham. It was so full of fat, we didn’t eat it. It was fat and so thin it tore into pieces when I tried to put it on a sandwich. Well, I thought this was just a once in a lifetime bad package so I bought another one this week. Same thing!! I have NEVER seen this quality of ham in an Oscar Mayer product. What in the world is happening to your company? I will not buy this ‘Lean’ ham again. It is expensive and not worthy of the Oscar Mayer name that I used to trust. I have bought your Bacon (center cut, thick) forever. My father raised me on OM products. What is going on with your line of meat??? It is horrible. Dad is getting older and he can’t even chew the bacon. This evening I fried a pack for our dinner…..OMG HORRIBLE!!!!! NEITHER OF US COULD CHEW IT. It even choked my dog. Texture was like….IDK what but definitely not bacon. Something needs to be done!!!!
What have you done to your hard salami? It’s taste has changed considerably. I have been eating it for about 50 years but I don’t think I will any longer. Going to have to find some other brand.
I have been using Oscar meyerbacon for over 30 years. Last week I bought a package and the slices were so uneven one slice thick one slice thin that is how the package was. Very disappointed. I hope Oscar Meyer is not getting sloppy with this product.

I eat a lot of precooked bacon, and had previously bought OM. However, I gave up on
OM when they switched to the present packaging from the previous plastic box with lid package. This week, I decided to give OM one more chance and bought a box of OM fully cooked bacon.
First of all, the package is virtually impossible to open. For a senior, it is almost impossible to gram that small tear strip and make it work. So I used scissors to cut open the package.
Secondly, the bacon was far from fully cooked and was basically raw and took much longer to cook in the microwave than your competitors.
I tried calling your help line, which said I would be on hold for up 120 minutes. Ridiculous!
I tried calling your Corporate Headquarters which does not answer.
You have isolated your company from your customers which is not good idea.
I have been using OM for 60 years but I give up. I expect quality in a product both in contents and packaging. Perhaps your company has forgotten the old adage -“customer is king”. Forgetting this is a path to failure.

I purchased a package of pickle & pimiento loaf from our local supermarket. I got the last two slices out of the package and rolled them up to eat. As I began eating, I thought I had a piece of pimiento stuck in my tooth. I picked it out and began choking. When it came back out it cut he roof of my mouth and I noticed it was a small oval piece of plastic. I threw the rest away. Upon inspecting the package and looking to see where it might have come from, I found another piece identical to the one in the meat. This could have been very harmful, especially to a small child! It could have really been harmful if I would’ve swallowed it as it could cut intestines. Hopefully I didn’t unknowingly swallow any more of them. I have kept the package.
I bought several portable protein packs from the grocery store as I always do. After I ate a few pieces of the turkey, I realize that there is something in it that’s not supposed to be! It looked like mold. I was so disgusted that I ran to the bathroom and vomitted. I would really appreciate a response. This is horrible. I took pictures.

I bought a package if Deli Fresh black forest ham from Wal-Mart a few days ago. I ham a sandwich that night and couldn’t stomach or because it tasted so rancid. I was stuffed up from allergies so I couldn’t have noticed the smell when I opened it. My mom checked it and almost vomited from the smell. Yesterday while i was on my break at lunch i had a turkey and cheddar lunchable. After i was done eating i felt something weird in my tooth. I got a tooth pick ans found plastic inbetween my teeth which i didn’t have there before i ate the lunchable. Other than that one bad experience i have always had good experiences with lunchables.
Your sub kits say they make 14- 6″ subs but there’s only 7 layers in a package. The sub buns are 6″ ‘s and 1 layer fits the length of the sub bun, so in my theory you only get 7 subs to a package, unless your suppose to cut a sheet in half then the sub bun would have to be cut in half. So in actuality the kit makes either 7- 6″ subs or 14- 3″ subs. Jack frost also has a sub kit that you really do get 10- 6″ subs as described on the package. I think you need to revise the true facts on your packaging . if I were to make subs for 14 hungry men I would have to buy 2 packages of your sub kits. Don’t get me wrong I love the sub kits but it doesn’t make 14 subs it only makes 7
I have been using OM Deli Fresh lunch meats for daily lunch sandwiches. I had previously tried several different things including getting sliced ham and turkey at the deli counter. The OM Deli Fresh meats are much better and the sandwiches are great. HOWEVER….I am tired of standing and untangling the slices. They are all interleaved into one another. It is a pain in the a** to peel them apart. When I run out of the packages of ham and turkey that I am using now, I am going to one of your competitors whose packages appear to be laid out out in slices. I don’t expect that it will taste as good as yours, but I am tired of messing with yours.
