I was a founder member of Apple Valley MN needed to leave for a year due to COVID restrictions as I have asthma and can not do high intensity with a mask on. I came back after masking restrictions were lifted thus lost my founders rate. Now the promotion is a founder rate for members who left and want to return. I inquired as to faithfully being a member and there is no adjustment. Very disappointed, not well thought out if retention is being considered .

I have tried emailing your corporate office on the charges placed on my card at 07:12 this morning 07/22/2022 from the north mesa Orange Theory gym in El Paso, Texas.
I was turned away from your gym just after 640am from your facility after being asked to complete an application once completed I was turned away and left your gym at 650. At no time after being turned away was I told that you would charge me for a failed appointment this morning. I provided the trip and cellphone directory to validate the event that transpired and asked that they forward the link to your corporate management as proof of my commitment and arrival to the appointment. I am requesting an immediate refund for the failed appointment charges and the removal of my bank card information from your system to avoid any further fraudulent charges. My vitals were never assessed and I did not participate in any workout this morning because your staff turned me away after I was told via a phone conversation that they would wait for my arrival. The class was scheduled to begin at 730a.m. and I arrived at 6:40a.m. I was never informed while at your gym that I was going to be charged any fees. They ran the charges later that morning.
